Customer service 👎🏻 None. Just been there and said hello. I would also be welcomed. Then I place the order. Big Dürüm from veal. The saleswoman nods and doesn't move. Shortly afterwards a new customer arrives, she greets him too and takes the order: chicken wrap. She immediately starts preparing it and I stand there and look into the tube. This is not only outrageous, it is damaging to business. Maybe the boss should take care of it. You don't need employees like that

It's a very good and decent place, the staff are friendly, there's no limit to the service, I recommend it.

I didn't dare buy the kebab, I only saw it at friends' houses and will now give their impressions: The bread is soggy, the meat is rubbery and the people who prepare the kebab for you just can't do it. The best thing you can recommend is a soy bread, but because everyone has realized that sosi for €1 is a smart move, the nonsense is increased weekly. Was once with cheese at 1€, currently without cheese 1.50€, what else can you say about that. No purchase recommendation LG

The price of a kebab is of course tempting, but if the kebab doesn't have any content, it's no use. The sauces are quite good, so the sauce bread was worth it, you have a bread with a good sauce. But how can it be that the prices for a bread with sauce have now been increased to €1.50.

Kebab kebab, okay for €5.50 but it didn't taste good and it hit your stomach. It used to be a small snack bar, it has changed a lot for the better, nice staff.. But I won't go there again... I'd rather be hungry.. Colleague had also gotten something to eat, hit him in the stomach too.. He doesn't go there anymore... A lot has to change in terms of quality. Price is great, like before Corona times.

Solid standard kebab. I like that they use skewers from Baha production, which have good seasoning and are produced in Berlin. The price is great, for currently €5 you get a kebab that fills you up and tastes good. It's not a top kebab but it's a good one imho. The people who work here are also very nice, I have been here many times and have always received good and friendly service. Köfte and falafel are also OK.

Very tasty Turkish pizza (Lahmacun). Salad filling tip top. The kitchen area in the snack bar makes a very clean and well-kept impression. The entrance area could use some sprucing up.

I ordered a Dürüm and am disappointed. It was lunchtime, the vegetables are shriveled and the dürüm is only 2 fingers thick and now I have to go back to the office hungry after my lunch break. Never again!

The boss can't seem to get enough of it. Here the customer is fully deducted. A Turkish pizza with MINIMAL meat actually costs 6 euros there. The boss then shouts from behind that you have to pay 8 euros because meat always costs 8 euros. Never again. Just rip-offs.

Since we got to our meeting point a little early, I was able to have a relaxed coffee. A very clean, nice snack bar and the prices are very good.

I went to Berlin for a job interview, I dropped by on a whim, but it's a place I will always visit from now on, it was delicious, the employees are very friendly.

A mediocre subway kebab for a total of €5 with minced meat but unfortunately the kebab is simply not well layered. First you only eat bread, then bread, salad and sauce, then with some meat and finally just dry bread with meat. For 5€ you can't complain but definitely not worth more than 5€! As of: July 29, 2024

The employee was very bad in his treatment. I asked him to wait while it was well grilled as it was abundantly clear that it was not grilled. He didn't like it.

The meat is all but not cooked through. Forgot sauce.

Not a good kebab. The Dürüm was not turned well. When I turned it, the dough tore in the middle and the lettuce fell out of both ends. While eating, everything fell out of the bottom end. To make the sauce, the back of the spoon was only rubbed over the dough once and even when asked if a little more sauce could be added, the back of the spoon was only rubbed over a second time. The waitress was also not particularly willing to talk to us. Despite having plastic cutlery in stock for to-go orders, if you ask for a fork you won't be allowed to take it with you. Overall, everything seemed careless and the Dürüm was neither convincing in terms of taste nor appearance.

It was truly the best doner kebab I've had in a long time and the smiling faces of the staff also made me very happy, thank you for everything.

I ate a donner there today. The bread was nice and crispy, the doner meat was fried exactly how I wanted and I managed the spicy as much as I wanted. The youngest got more 5 stars just keep it up👍

Unfortunately it's not possible to pay by card, I ordered a normal kebab, but because of the abundance and size I got a children's kebab. In addition, the mixing ratio was very meat-oriented, in the end only meat and no more salad.

I just got a kebab with a friend, it tasted awful, sorry, the chicken meat was raw and didn't taste like anything, the sauces tasted old, the salad wasn't good either, and I haven't wanted to eat a kebab since then!

The kebab is far too small and has too little meat, it felt like I was eating a children's kebab or a sandwich. Unfortunately, the taste isn't really a highlight either. The shop is lucky that there is no other kebab nearby.

In the late afternoon the vegetables are very limp and sauce is saved. 7€ for a Dürüm the quality is a bit expensive and not proportionate. Good sharpness and nice staff. Unspectacular but filling.

Best kebabs in Berlin highly recommend if you go to Berlin. If you don’t stop here first you got something wrong with and I recommend seeing a doctor. Much love from Ireland cheap and great food recommend getting some polish drinks there with the kebab

Unfortunately, the chicken kebab isn't the real deal. Parts of the vegetables were slightly rancid. A better ventilation system is also urgently needed. The kitchen was full of grease smoke. This is extremely unhealthy for the employees

Döner ist in Ordnung und der Preis ist fair. Wenn man in der Nähe ist und etwas essen möchte, ist es ok. Aber kulinarisch ist es kein Highlight, auf jeden Fall aber besser als die Standard-Fastfood-Ketten.

Preis- Leistung absolut nicht mehr in Ordnung. Der "Big" Döner für 8€ ist ganz viel Brot, fader Salatmix und ganz unten ein kleines Häufchen "Fleisch". Die Sauce hab ich abends noch geschmeckt und das Gericht insgesamt zweimal verdaut. Mehrfach hier mit Kollegen gegessen, das war definitiv das letzte Mal. "Bester Döner der Stadt" habe ich hier u.a. gelesen - ick lach mich schlapp.

Falafel Box mit Pommes 5,5€ Komme seit Jahren in meinen Urlaub hierher. Essen immer gut und günstig.

Dürüm kostet schon 7 eur !!5.50 ein Döner, Chickendöner 4.50 eur ( aber wirklich Salat in form mit teelöffel Salat beigabe serviert. saumäßig teure Preise !! keine Angebote mehr, keine Menüs. alles rausgenommen. Und dann wird man noch frech angemacht: "willst du geschenk haben , das ist doch kein Big döner" halt !!.diesen Schuh hab ich mir nicht angezogen. nächste mal bei so einem Kommentar von dem werd ich ihm das Geld hinschmeißen vielleicht versteht er es dann wie man und das man mit Kunden nicht so entwürdiged und vor allem so frech umgehen sollte.. so einen dürften da gar nicht arbeiten lassen.. Ich bin eine langjährige Kundin mit so einem vergrault ihr auch noch eure Laufkundschaft.. dann könnt ihr auch gleich schließen.. echt traurig die meuen Besitzer die da jetzt sind find uch nicht besser Currywurst bestellt und irgendsoein künstliche mit Geschmacksverstärker nicht richtige Wurst. ne danke

Köfte war lecker, Tische/Stühle waren sauber und die Getränkeauswahl reichhaltig.

Geschmacklich kein Highlight bis nicht so lecker, war auch nicht zu erwarten. Preis/Leistung: unterirdisch. BIG DÜRÜM, steht bei denen dran DOPPELT Fleisch, hahaa ein Witz, die Fleischmenge ist grad mal so viel wie bei anderen ein regulärer Dürum. Bei allem gehgeizt, Soße und Salat nur minimal. Für 8€ eine Unverschämtheit! Nie wieder! Wer hier die guten Bewertungen liest, absolut unglaubwürdig. Das ist kein Kiezdöner, das ist ein UBahn Döner mit Durchgangskundschaft!

Sehr leckerer Döner. Das Kalbfleisch fand ich nicht so lecker aber das Hähnchenfleisch ist super. Empfehlenswert. Grüße aus Dortmund!

Eigentlich ganz gut nur man muss aufpassen was sie machen ob dann das bestellte auch drauf kommt. Es dauert halt mit unter bis so ein Döner Teller fertig ist aber es schmeckt.

Ich kam und machte eine Bestellung, als niemand da war, dann kamen 5 Leute, die Verkäuferin kannten, die Frau machte zuerst Bestellungen von denen und meine nicht. Ich habe 15 Minuten gewartet und bin ohne Bestellung gegangen. Ich empfehle nicht, Ihre Zeit zu verschwenden

War hier oft mal, auch wenn das Döner 4 Euro gekostet hat. Manchmal stinkt das Fleisch, aber in der Lage ist der einzige Lade wo man an diese Uhrzeit was essen kann. War mit mein Bruder hier, hab dürum bestellt, Fleisch kalt wie draußen, ganz wenig sause und überhaupt gar nicht lecker. Brudi hat ein köfte in Brot bestellt, zweimal ohne scharf gesagt, aber nie, trotzdem mit scharf. Der junge drinnen meinte ich hab mit scharf gehört. Ich höre jetzt auf hier zu essen, besser aus Hunger sterben.

Ich habe nicht Essen ,mit was ich bestellt habe, genommen. 2mal gesagt nicht Schaf aber egal. Er hat nicht gehört sagt der Arbeiter. Dazu keine Entschuldigung. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Nicht empfehlen.

Guter Hänchen-Döner, die Saucen sind Berliner Standard. Nichts wirklich besonderes aber wenn man Lust auf nen Döner hat und in der Gegend ist dieser meine Wahl.

Eigentlich ein guter durchschnittlicher Berliner Döner, der besonders zur Mittagszeit gut frequentiert ist. Für jemanden, der es etwas knuspriger mag muss dann genauer hinsehen. Abends oder Nachts würde ich andere Döner Locations bevorzugen. Jetzt zu meiner letzten Erfahrung: Mein letzter Chicken Döner war halb roh, auf meine erste Nachfrage bei der Ausgabe gab es noch die Antwort, dass ist Hähnchen und muss so sein. Das ist lächerlich als hätte ich noch nie Chicken Döner gegessen. Bei Rückgabe und Hinweis von mir gab es noch einen "netten" Spruch, dass ich bei der Ausgabe ja schon nicht positiv war. Auf meine Hinweise wurde nicht im geringsten eingegangen. Ganz ehrlich, nie wieder dieser Döner und erst Recht nicht bei diesem Personal. Im Freundeskreis wird schon seit längerem dieser Döner gemieden, unter Arbeitskollegen war er bisher noch beliebt. Denke das wird sich so schnell ändern!

Mein Kiez Döner!! Super schmackhafter Halloumi Döner, genau so wie er sein muss. Mit einem Preis von 4,50€ im Berlin-Vergleich auch super. Die Angestellten sind nett, es gibt eine große Auswahl an Getränken und man kann sich gemütlich draußen hinsetzen. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder

Geschmacklich gut, aber der Döner und Dürum werden immer kleiner, von einem wird man bei weitem nicht mehr satt. Für die Menge, die man kriegt, sind die Preise viel zu hoch!

In letzter Zeit schlechter geworden. Der Döner immer kleiner geworden und schmeckt auch nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Das Brot vom Döner war nicht gut.

Update: Der Preis erreicht mitlerweile bisher unerreichte Höhen und die Qualität kommt da leider nicht mehr hinterher. Mein letzter Besuch war was den Geschmack des Döners angeht sehr enttäuschend. Leider keine Empfehlung mehr. Der "Safran" Imbiss bietet das übliche Sortiment an. Ich esse schon seit mehreren Jahren dort ab und zu ein Döner oder eine Döner Box. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Döner dort von der Qualität her etwas über dem berliner Durchschnitt. Leider ist der Preis in den letzten Jahren enorm angestiegen. Für ein Döner zahlt man jetzt (Stand Mai 2021) 4 Euro.

Hallo zusammen, habe gerade zum erstenmal den Döner probiert und aufgegessen 😁 Der Döner war sehr lecker und frisch, komme gerne wieder.

Schmeckt richtig gut man kann dort beide Döner essen und auch alles andere schmeckt Hammer

Döner sehr lecker im Vergleich zu vielen anderen, Personal freundlich, sehr sauberer geführter Laden. Die negativen Bewertungen sind unverständlich oder beabsichtigt um das Geschäft zu schaden. Ich persöhnlich kann diesen Dönerladen sehr empfehlen.

Falafel hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt.

Solider Durchschnitts-Döner, der noch Luft nach oben hat. Personal freundlich, Kräutersauce sehr lecker und das Brot ist nicht so stark getoastet, dass es mittig bricht und der Inhalt herauspurzelt. Könnte etwas größer sein. Update vom 07.07.2022 : Es gibt seit kurzem Hähnchendöner mit Gemüse. Dieser ist sehr gut, da es kein Hack zu sein scheint, sondern der Spieß aus mehreren Schichten besteht. Mein letzter Satz aus der ersten Bewertung muss aber leider bestehen bleiben. "Big-Döner" für 5,50€. Wenn das big sein soll, was ist dann bitte "normal" ?

Gehe seit 5 Jahren hier essen und der Döner ist immer lecker, das Personal immer freundlich und die Preise sind auch noch voll okay, außerdem gibt es jetzt chicken Döner, welcher preiswert und sehr lecker ist 👍🏻
