Hello everyone. We were at the SDP concert in Leipzig last night. I'm sorry to write. But the drinks served weren't good at all. People sometimes queued at the stands for up to two hours to get something to drink .That's not possible. At an event like this, things have to run smoothly. That's why you should be better prepared for the next event.

This is an experience report from the SDP concert in Leipzig on August 2nd, 2024. The organization of the bar was a disaster. There was no order or system to be seen. The staff I dealt with were unfriendly and had no control over the situation. I got in line 1 hour before the concert started and stood for over an hour and finally went back to the seat without a drink. During the concert we got thirsty and queued up again. This time there were fewer people in line and we still waited in line for over an hour. Unfortunately, this disorganization ruined our concert experience. Based on my experience, I would definitely not recommend this company to event organizers.

I think it is extremely irresponsible of an employer to send their employees to festivals without giving them the opportunity to protect their ears or provide hearing protection. Noise levels at festivals can cause significant damage to hearing, which can lead to long-term health problems. It is the employer's duty to ensure the safety and well-being of its employees, particularly in potentially hazardous environments. The lack of hearing protection shows a worrying negligence and lack of care. A responsible employer should always ensure that appropriate protective measures are in place to protect employees' hearing.

Very poor service, I wouldn't want to book him or work there. It is the Rock im Park festival, where I was assured that I would be able to work there again in October 2023. I received the permanent job confirmation on May 3rd, 2024 and had already sent all of my data to the company on November 13th, 2023. First of all, it can be said that the agency employees could not assure me that we could work in the Vip Bar, although I was assured of this in October. But in the end that was still okay with me because I still really wanted to work at Rock im Park. So I arranged accommodation and took extra vacation. Finally, a few days ago, on May 29th, a little more than a week before the festival started, me and another friend received a rejection. I had counted on the money and had been looking forward to the event for a long time and now I don't think it's fair to receive a cancellation shortly beforehand after the previous confirmation. I don't think that a reason like "we didn't send our data" or "unfortunately this year went unplanned and a lot of things had to be rescheduled at very short notice" is justified and unfortunately doesn't make up for it. It's a shame to have to have such an experience

We played music with our band at the Altenburg Pub Festival and found optimal conditions: good organization, perfect stage and sound technology, good catering and uncomplicated cooperation. Very happy again!

I have been there for many years and I always look forward to the new season. The work is very informal and relaxed... Of course there are stressful phases in between, but everything can be done as a team.

Worst employer I've ever had. At every assignment there were discussions about tips. There was no appreciation of the employees, although everyone was committed to making the concerts and festivals a great success and the sales also demonstrated this. We were regularly catcalled and treated unfairly by the logisticians at the bar. Because we can't help their stress behind the counter. I think it would be good if the criticism, which we communicated openly and fairly on site, was taken seriously and seen as an opportunity to improve.

I have now worked around 10 to 15 assignments for the Matzke company and have to say that to this day I am still fascinated by how relaxed, understanding and likeable so many of the employees are. Thanks to them, I was able to collect so many beautiful memories that still make me smile to this day when I think about them I hope for continued good cooperation and can only warmly recommend everyone to see for themselves and join the team :)

Horrible employer. 0 respect for their staff, 0 respect/consideration for the guests. I know about 50 people who quit after their first day working for them. Each event they supply half the staff is first timers because nobody ever wants to stay with them. Also well known in the industry to avoid them. Just read their employer reviews online and you will know I’m right. If you wanna work festivals go find a different subcontractor. People had to work 12 hour shifts on hardcore techno stages and only were allowed brakes after 8 hours.

War gestern wieder mal im Theaterzelt zur eine Vorstellung wollte gern vorher einen Coktail trinken , aber es gab keinen , ob die Getränkekrte auslag und es auf der Karte stand , was ist das für ein schlechter Service , sehr enttäuscht von Euch, schämt euch was
