Nice coffee and amazing cakes. The staff is pleasant. The ambiance is very cozy and the place is quiet.

The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great. However, they only speak German and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. The dining area is air conditioned though.

The service was initially very friendly after the drinks were ordered, but the waiting time of about 25 minutes was too long. I have to say that there wasn't much going on, so the chef still had time to have a smoke. After the burgers arrived and a portion of fries had been forgotten in advance, we noticed that the salad wasn't fresh and there were already brown, greasy spots. We then reported this to the conditions, whereupon we had to explain what was not fresh about the salad. Minutes later, the conditions came along with the chef and wanted to tell us that the (fresh salad) had frost damage.. Quote from the chef "I got the salad fresh this morning" the drinks weren't sparkling either. When it came time to pay, it was a big shock because the door to the kitchen was open (for the whole stay), there were salad pieces of chips and other things under the cake cupboards, and the whole thing didn't look like it had just fallen down
