Great pizzeria, pizzas are 36cm normal size and taste great too! The service is also convincing and you never have to wait long. Marinella is our regular pizzeria. Special requests are no problem and the team implements them even when the pizzeria is full

We were regulars for a long time. At that time it was still weekly after school and now as a family. We were always happy to come. Unfortunately, the food is no longer as good as it used to be. Pasta is not recommended at all (the pesto is everything, but not homemade) and pizza is always a matter of luck. Unfortunately, the service is now very disgraceful - you can also see the recessions here. As soon as we came in, the owner asked for our names because of the reservation (he was always very friendly) and the waitress came out of the corner and told him not to talk so much. OK? A dog runs around in the dining room and sometimes likes to disappear into the kitchen. The dog often barks and also begs at the guests' table. When we were there, towards the end (family?) the waitress arrived - actually something very nice. Unfortunately, everyone just walked into the kitchen, including a small child, who then lay on the kitchen floor and screamed. Unfortunately, our stay became so unpleasant at some point due to barking and screaming that we left. Unfortunately, I didn't like the food at all, which is why I left the full plate. The table next to us (the waitress's family) saw this and immediately started talking badly. We are Italian ourselves and understood everything accordingly and are really disappointed with how this evening went. We won't be coming back, even if it's a shame.

Good food, the pizzas are large and taste very good, friendly staff was fun

Was there at lunchtime a while ago and wanted to order something other than pizza. Instead of telling me that they don't/can't offer the dish at lunch, I got half-frozen calamari for €20. 😶‍🌫️❄️❄️ The only thing that keeps me from giving it a star is the pizza, which was good at least on previous visits. Luckily there are two other Italians within walking distance that offer good quality and are not more expensive 🙏🏻

Very bad, had ordered pizza bresaola There were 3 slices of Bresaola spread on the pizza, the edge of the pizza was dry and inedible. It's a shame compared to the past, it has deteriorated extremely. I will definitely recommend the store and not visit it again.

I can't understand some of the reviews here. Pizza base was dry, pizza was tasteless and the toppings were saved a lot. Never go there again!

Actually it was our regular pizzeria... Rustically simple, but at least it used to be the best wood-fired pizza in the area. But the pizza wasn't as good the time before last and the prices were significantly higher. And when we were there with friends almost two weeks ago, the prices were increased again. It would somehow still be justifiable if the quality had remained the same. But unfortunately the pizza is no longer as good as it used to be. The base in particular is now significantly thinner and not nearly as tasty. Instead, dry. The toppings are less and even the tomato sauce on the edge is less. 17 euros is simply too much money for a pizza like this! That's too bad. We hope the quality will improve again... Otherwise we'll probably have to look for another pizzeria...

Sat outside on a quiet side street close to a children's park. Family friendly place. Pizza was typical of most European pies: thin crust and light on the sauce.

Nice little, somewhat rustic but very, very friendly Italian. You can sit comfortably inside and outside, the menu has typical Italian specialties and the quality is good, although not outstanding. Particularly worthy of mention is the very friendly and familiar service.

That something like that still exists in Schicki-Munich: small, simple, a bit chaotic and so dark that you can hardly see your food. As if time had stood still. The patron, moody but authentic and never fake or slimy, keeps a watchful eye on everything that happens in the restaurant, wandering energetically between the pizza oven, kitchen, bar counter and tables. The "waiters" are Italians who don't speak any German or only speak 2-3 sentences of German. It doesn't just have a bit of Scorsese films, it's pure "The Godfather". The wines are good table wines that have an acceptable price (also to take away). BUT the pizza, this pizza from the huge wood-fired oven (highlight of the simple ambience) makes up for everything that one could accuse the shop of. The pizzaioli know their craft. It's a joy to watch them create art. The ingredients are good (real mozzarella), the price is unbeatable. There is a little bit of topping on it, but you can always get more for a small additional charge. In my opinion, the dough is the best pizza in town. We've been going there for 3 years and have never been disappointed. In summer there are a few tables outside on the beautiful church street to have a wonderful evening for two: 2 huge pizzas, a bottle of good table wine and a large bottle of water for well under 50 euros are not available in this quality anywhere in the city. You almost don't want to tell anyone, but after years of consistent quality you just have to appreciate it somehow. An independent, rustic pearl that can be interpreted in an almost revolutionary way. Five stars if there were real ham from the leg and not a “shoulder of ham”.

The pizza is extremely good. Wood-fired pizza at its finest. However, the restaurant is not for a romantic date. Very spartanly furnished. 5 stars because of the good pizza. I actually had to deduct 1 because of the ambience. But we don't want to be like that. Update: 1 year later we ate almost exactly the same thing. Price increase of 27.5%

Travel time: June 13-17, 2022 We were in Munich for a city trip. We went here on the last day.... Unfortunately only on the last day. We should have gone here more often. Super tasty pizza. Nice and thin, well filled and nice and big. And at very, very good prices. The service was also very good. I recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience

The Insalata Verde (green salad) for €7 was just a pile of identical green lettuce leaves, without any green vegetables or dressing. Olive oil and vinegar were not on the table. When a lunch menu was ordered, according to the menu with starter salad and dessert, neither salad nor dessert were brought, but were charged at the end. Finally, during the meal, a loudly barking little dog ran freely through the restaurant. The dog occasionally ran to the back of the restaurant. The staff were very friendly. The pizza was also large and very Italian. Unfortunately, given the quality of the salad, the lack of food from the menu, and the poor ambience due to the loudly barking dog that no one took care of, this restaurant cannot be recommended.

Very cozy, down-to-earth Italian restaurant, large and very tasty pizzas from the stone oven. Price and performance are still right here.

Ich bin den zweiten Tag in Folge hier zum (Pizza) essen. Erster Tag zum Mitnehmen war schon großartig, aber der zweite Tag, Pizza direkt frisch aus dem Holzofen - eine der besten Pizzen in Deutschland, wie ich finde!!! Gut belegt, knusprig bis in die Mitte, hauchdünner Teig... Wahnsinnig gut! Kleiner liebevoller Familienbetrieb, bei dem die ganze Familie den Betrieb lebt!

Sehr leckeres Essen verbunden mit einem sehr netten Service. Auch zu empfehlen ist das Pana Cotta 😊

Grundsätzlich sehr gut, Essen sowie Service. Allerdings ein wenig schade, dass das Kartengerät nicht funktioniert hatte und kein Geldautomat in der Nähe ist. Scheinbar sei das öfters so. Ich empfehle Bargeld mitzunehmen, das Essen ist wirklich gut.

Die beste Pizza in der Umgebung, wurde noch nie von Marinella enttäuscht! Saftig, groß und knackiger Teig sowie freundliche Bedienung mit nettem, minimalistischem Ambiente!

Locale accogliente e servizio molto attento. Ho gradito molto la pizza con mozzarella di bufala, leggera e saporita.

Haben 3 Pizzen bestellt und selbst abgeholt. Pizza war authentisch nach italienischer Art zubereitet wie in Italien und super lecker! Der Service an der Theke war auch sehr freundlich.

Man fühlt sich wie mitten in Italien. Tolles flair, super Service und sehr gutes Essen mit wirklich fairen Preisen.

Es gibt in der Gegend viele Trattorien doch keine wie diese. Beste Pizza in ganz München und das zu fairen Preisen. Wohne seit einer Dekade in der Kirchenstraße und die Qualität war immer gleichbleibend und top! Da ich oft lesen muss der Service sei hier schlecht, dem muss ich schon sehr widersprechen. Bedienungen immer herzlich und zu scherzen aufgelegt. Wie so oft: Wie man in den Wald hineinruft, so hallt es auch wieder heraus! Bis bald :)
