Marienhof Biergarten in Kleinostheim

Wir haben letzte Woche dort zu Mittag gegessen und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und aufmerksame Service. Auch das Ambiente hat uns gut gefallen – gemütlich und mit einem tollen Blick auf den Main.

Pizza super lecker und sehr frisch. Können wir geschmacklich empfehlen. Kaum Wartezeit. Beilagensalat ebenfalls sehr lecker. Service war allerdings etwas lustlos, was das Ganze etwas getrübt hat. Da jeder mal einen schlechten Tag hat; würden wir dennoch wieder kommen.

Ich war an einem Mittwochabend dort und wir hatten reserviert. Leider hat es erstmal ziemlich lange gedauert, bis man uns überhaupt bemerkt hat. Dazu kam, dass man mich kaum verstanden hat, obwohl ich ganz normal Deutsch gesprochen habe. Das Essen war dafür leider auch eher teuer und geschmacklich keine große Besonderheit. Außerdem waren die Portionen so klein, dass man davon leider nicht wirklich satt wurde. Die Toiletten waren ungepflegt und der Klodeckel kaputt. Das Ambiente war allerdings wirklich schön und hat den Besuch etwas gerettet. Trotzdem insgesamt eher enttäuschend, sorry.

Absolute Katastrophe. Die Pizzen sind das einzige positive an dem Laden. Eine hälfte des Personals spricht kein Brocken deutsch, der andere Teil ist sehr unfreundlich. Essen war kalt ging zurück in die Küche. Wenn ich in Deutschland ein Restaurant mit Service habe, hat das Personal der deutschen Sprache mächtig zu sein. Nicht empfehlenswert

Kartenzahlung ab 50 Euro erst. Frechheit!

Schönes Lokal mit Biergartenterrasse direkt am Main und Mainradweg gelegen. Sehr leckeres Essen. Egal ob Fisch, Fleisch oder Pasta. Wechselnde saisonale Wochenkarte. Aufmerksamer, freundlicher, zugewandter, flotter Service. Top. Preise sind ambitioniert, aber gerechtfertigt. Insgesamt absolut zufrieden. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Pizza war wirklich sehr lecker und auch der Biergarten ist wunderschön – dort kann man sehr angenehm sitzen und den Abend genießen. Der Salat war für den Preis allerdings eher durchschnittlich und leider nichts Besonderes. Was uns am meisten gestört hat: EC-Kartenzahlung ist erst ab 50 € möglich, darunter wird ausschließlich Barzahlung akzeptiert. Zwar stand dies am Eingang angeschrieben, allerdings kann man so einen Hinweis leicht übersehen – wir sind da sicher nicht die Einzigen. Heutzutage erwartet man eigentlich, auch kleinere Beträge unkompliziert mit Karte zahlen zu können. Schade, denn das schöne Ambiente und die wirklich gute Pizza werden dadurch leider etwas überschattet.

Wunderschöner Biergarten am Mainradweg gelegen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit Olivenbäumen. Und das Essen wie in Italien.

Wenn ich in Kleinostheim bin, gehe ich dort sehr gerne hin. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, der Service sehr freundlich und schnell und der Ausblick auf den Main wunderbar. Immer wieder gerne.

Essen ist gut, jedoch überteuert. Der Service war total nett aber viel zu wenig Personal. Sie waren sehr überfordert, haben ewig auf das Essen gewartet und zu guter letzt, wurden uns zwei Speisen nicht gebracht, da vergessen wurden. Kann passieren, jedoch war unser 1. Eindruck ein Satz mit X, dass war wohl nix

Im Grunde ein schönes italienisches Restaurant am Wasser gelegen. Essen gut, Örtlichkeit gut einzig die gebrachte Leistung der Bedienung war manchmal bisschen durcheinander, 3 Gläser Wein bestellt und jedesmal war ein anderer Wein im Glas, obwohl der Wein vom 1 Glas bestellt wurde. Daher noch bisschen Luft nach oben aber kein schlechtes Geschäft.

Ich wollte meinen Gästen aus Nebraska mal einen bayerischen Biergarten zeigen. Das ist mir doch nicht ganz gelungen. In einem Biergarten stehen Kastanien keine Palmen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und auch recht flott.

Ganz toller Biergarten direkt am Main Ufer sowie nach hinten . Sehr aufmerksames freundliches Personal Zuvorkommend 👍🏼 Das Essen war fantastisch ! Von Pizza übers einfache Schnitzel bis hin zum Rumpsteak wir hatten einige Gerichte ud alle waren höchst zufrieden. Das Lokal war sauber und aufgeräumt 👌🏽 SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN ❗️❗️

Eine wunderschöne Location mit sehr gutem Essen und einem coolen Team. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Location direkt am Main ist wunderschön. Obwohl es ein Biergarten ist gibt es besseres Essen als in vielen Restaurants. Ich habe noch nie ein besseres Steack gegessen als dort und die Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten war hervorragend. Ich habe mich gefühlt wie in Mallorca im Urlaub. Macht weiter so ihr seid echt cool drauf. Wir werden aufjedenfall öfters kommen, genau so eine location habe ich gesucht. LG Patrick

Das Essen im Restaurant ist wirklich lecker (alles frisch und mit Liebe gemacht).Leider ist die Erreichbarkeit ein echtes Problem. Wir haben schon mehrfach versucht, einen Tisch zu reservieren oder etwas zum Abholen zu bestellen, aber es geht einfach niemand ans Telefon. Auch über Lieferando war bislang nie eine Bestellung möglich, was sehr schade ist. Vielleicht wäre es eine gute Idee, die Online-Tischreservierung auf der eigenen Webseite zu überarbeiten, dass man hierüber buchen kann oder auch Bestellmöglichkeit hierüber anzubieten (das würde sicher vielen Gästen helfen). Ansonsten wirklich tolles Essen, wenn die Organisation besser klappt, kommen wir sehr gern öfter!

Some gentlemen arrived with lots of jewelry. We were immediately second-class guests. We'll go somewhere else in the future... not recommended.

It feels like you're on vacation! I can only say that the team and Massimo do a fantastic job and the food is delicious! If you can make it, you should definitely stop by!

Friendly, fast service. The atmosphere was very idyllic. We only had drinks since we were out on our bikes. The coffee and latte macchiato were good, and the beer was also well chilled.

One star is already too much. Calamari was impossible as rubber, the pasta had hardly any sauce, and the fries had no salt. A disgrace for the prices.

Beautiful place, very good food, service too.

The staff was quick and very friendly. I had a pizza that I enjoyed, even though the crust was a bit thick for my taste. My colleague ordered a Bolognese schnitzel and was really impressed. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather, which made the visit even more pleasant. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but overall it was a really nice experience that I can recommend.

[Current visit: Tuesday, August 19, 2025] with the family. Menu (excluding wine list) is attached with excellent photo quality (Kappa #Not) Massimo & his crew are still hard at work over the years. I should also note the superb location on the Main River: right next to the Hotel "Zum Schwanen" and the Main Cycle Path directly adjacent, making the experience wonderful and easily accessible for a summer bike ride and a stop at the restaurant. Hello dear readers, We were there for dinner last night with twelve people. About the location: The table layout and the location are very well designed. It's also on the corner of a park, with the Main River running alongside. The restrooms were clean, and everything in the restaurant was very well-maintained. About the service: Taking our drink and food orders went smoothly. The staff were also very nice and friendly. You're probably wondering why I deducted three stars for the service. We honestly had to wait over an hour and a half for our food. The tables next to us, who arrived later, had already eaten and paid by that time. And some of them had even left the restaurant again. After asking several times, our food arrived. But of course, half of it was forgotten. Like the side salads and additional salads. But in a way, we didn't care, because the long wait for the food had naturally also put a damper on our mood. We then paid and left the restaurant. Of course, it was a very busy evening, but it's still important to keep an overview. We all ordered pizza and pasta, which were truly delicious and we can recommend them. Unfortunately, we can't comment on the salads. We would, however, recommend the restaurant and would gladly return. Of course, we hope things will move along a bit faster. Best regards

Nice place to dine in a relaxed atmosphere

The location is highly recommended. Drinks can take a little longer to arrive when it's busy, but that's not a big deal.

Always full, but always good. We stop here anytime we are in the area and in the mood for Italian Cuisine.

I was just thirsty and wanted to drink apple spritzer. A 0.5 oz apple juice spritzer cost €4.80. Apple juice mixed with sparkling water should cost that much? Almost like October. I wanted to pay by card, but it's not possible because the price was way too low 😂, and she didn't say how much it would cost. I just put the money in my pocket without printing out a receipt.

Super delicious food, fluffy pizza with the perfect amount of toppings. Service is great, servers are courteous and often ask if they can bring something. We were there with about 20 people, and the food was completely served within about 30 minutes. I highly recommend it.

Nice beer garden. The menu isn't too extensive, so there's something for everyone. The food is of good quality. The value for money is good. The service could be a bit more attentive at times. Still, 👍

The location is top-notch, but unfortunately (or perhaps because of that 😉?) the tables are quite close together. Considering the pizza supposedly comes from a wood-fired oven, the dough wasn't fluffy enough for me. And it's really busy on weekends, so reservations are recommended. The prices are also...quite steep! ...8.50 for a tiramisu...is more expensive than in Oberstdorf...where you could say they're "tourist prices"... Conclusion: Fewer tables and lower the prices...then everything's just right for 5 stars...the location is practically a money-making machine anyway.

This Italian beer garden is idyllically located right on the Main River Cycle Path. We've been here several times and have always been extremely satisfied. The service is excellent. I highly recommend the delicious stone-baked pizza, which is crispy until the last bite 👌.

The price-performance ratio is completely out of place. I find a large bottle of water for €8.50 completely unreasonable, as is a pizza "mare" for €20.50.

I was always a guest at the Marienhof with my children, some of whom live in America, and have always been satisfied to this day. Today I was disappointed: shrimp pans. It wasn't pink seafood, but something white, tough and tasteless, instead of cherry tomatoes, watery tomato slices, not seasoned, then lots of salt in one corner. All in all disappointing and at 17.50 too expensive for this quality. Only the beer was ok. You probably have to pay for the great location right on the Main. The next restaurant visit will be somewhere else. Too bad.

We were in the beer garden both in the summer and in the restaurant in March and can only say that the food is incredibly good. 👌 the service is friendly and the waiting time for the food is absolutely reasonable. During beer garden times you have to wait a little longer to be served. What should definitely be corrected are the payment methods, as these do not match the information on the Internet and could potentially become “uncomfortable” for the guest who visibly leaves the information.

We would like to thank the host Rico and his great team from the bottom of our hearts for a wonderful evening with excellent food and absolutely brilliant wine. The grappa was also a pleasure and we look forward to next time

We ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered and we were thrilled, it was so delicious and by far the best pizza in Aschaffenburg. And even though it was a Saturday evening, delivery was quick. We'll be coming to the restaurant for dinner soon and we're really looking forward to it. Highly recommended, especially the Frutti di Mare pizza was terrific!

We were there for the first time today. There were 6 of us in total and I have to say we all loved it. Each of us had something different to eat. We had everything from vitello tonnato to linguini with mussels, pizza and schnitzel. All dishes were excellent. Above all, we liked the ambience right on the river with the beautiful terrace and view. The entire service team was very friendly, warm and, above all, very accommodating. It's not often these days that you see that everything just fits in a restaurant. A huge thank you and a great compliment.
