At 8 p.m. Ordered at 10:30 p.m. the driver is at the door and drives away again. Great shop. Highly recommended. Definitely won't order there again.

Ordered a salad with yoghurt dressing and after half an hour it came with brown sour pear on it. Despite the direct objection that the dressing was wrong, the waitress said I should try it. Didn't show up at the table after that. And bread or rolls are also available with the salads as a main course. Award for the worst Italian in NRW.

We have now left this restaurant very disappointed for the third time and will not come back here again under this management. We have rarely experienced such poor service! When asked about bottled wine from d. Wine list comes the very unfriendly answer "I can't run into the cellar for you and see what else we have there".... We actually sat there with empty glasses for 35 minutes! Only 4 tables were occupied and the staff was listless. Counter and chats... On our penultimate visit, the food came quite quickly, but there was no cutlery set. We then had to get this ourselves because despite asking, there was no response and d. Pizzas were cold... the staff is completely unmotivated! It's such a shame - people don't know the word service. Criticism was followed by d. Comment, it's not a top restaurant... sorry, the service in every Pomnesbude is better - very annoying

Food was ok. After we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes, the waiters also mixed up our orders. Sat in the restaurant from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Everyone deserves a second chance - that's why we went to Marco Polo again today. The food is still good - but the service is terrible. The first order was taken and delivered quickly. The food was served - but we had no cutlery. Getting this straight to the dining room (we were sitting outside) took about 5 minutes and the pizza and pasta were already cooling down. Empty plates and empty glasses didn't prompt anyone to ask if they wanted to order anything else. People preferred to chat with other guests and walk past the table. We then managed to order two more espressos - which were asked if we wanted sugar. The sugar was brought 10 minutes later. Ok, we immediately complied with our request to exchange the cold espressos for hot ones. Conclusion: Great food - but very poor service.

Nowadays, in a world where people are becoming more and more rude, you are very happy when you have nice people around you and this pizzeria has a super nice team and the customers who came were also in a really good mood. If you want to sit and relax, you can do so here without any nasty comments but with encouragement. The politeness is then accompanied by a delicious pizza. Everything perfect. Stopped in late after a holiday trip, friendly welcome, nice service, pizza average, gnocchi so la la, salad unimaginative (it tasted good when bought together with a standard dip), bruschetta a tired OK.

An absolute disgrace! For a pizza Magherita with a bit of rocket 13€. I've rarely eaten such a bad pizza, with more oil floating on it than cheese.

Were here for pizza with 10 people on Carnival Sunday. Surprisingly, there wasn't much going on in the evening and we were served quickly. The pizzas were all served together, which doesn't happen often. But you have it under control here. However, the very large pizzas tasted very average and are certainly not a reason to visit this inn. The friendly service was much more convincing.

The pizza selection is very extensive. We were not satisfied with the service from a young waitress. She wasn't very attentive. When I serve the pizza I ordered, I should first clear away the plates that were previously served. This is not the customer's responsibility. We would have liked to have another drink but no one noticed that our glasses were empty even though she walked past our table several times. When we finished eating it took 20 minutes for the plates to be cleared away. With this job, all we wanted to do was pay and leave. The prices of the food and drinks have also increased significantly. There used to be three small pizza rolls, but now there are only two. For a while there was also a free drink after the meal - today nothing more. The restaurant owners don't have to be surprised that customers rarely go out to eat. We can judge these strong differences because we have been coming to this restaurant for many years. We'll think twice about this now. We are not sensitive customers either, but at these prices you can expect a certain level of service, which was not met during our stay.

8 years ago, as elementary school children, my boys and I would drive past on our scooters and get free pizza rolls from the boss. That was our prime time thanks for everything. kiss

A really nice atmosphere, the food was served to my complete satisfaction. Pasta al dente and the pizza crispy and fresh as it should be! Very happy again and again!

The service was friendly, but unfortunately the food was really bad. It used to be very tasty, but this time even the pizza rolls at the beginning weren't as good as before. Small portions were also the case for all the main courses. The pasta was bought, the sauces were very runny and ready-made, nothing was homemade. Even the very small and expensive tiramisu was bought. I won't come back. Unfortunately really bad. What was also very disgusting was that the employee smoked in some neighboring room, so that the smell was there while you were eating. The only fresh thing is the salad.

Waited 2.5 hours for food. The pizza crust was dry and hard. The sauce for the noodles was completely dried out and inedible. That was a complete impudence and truly one of the greatest impudence of all time. The restaurant should close itself. Unbelievable for the money!

Super essen, super lieber Kellner, super Ambiente. Sind extrem zufrieden und werden definitiv wieder kommen!!

Die Speisen waren ok aber kein Highlight. Der Service war freundlich und nett. Die Wartezeiten von jeweils ca. 35 Minuten (Vorspeise: 1xBruscetta, Hauptspeisen: 1xTortellini und 1xPizza) sind bei einem geringen Gästeaufkommen definitiv zu lange.

Ohne Erwartungen hin,voll zufrieden raus!! Es gibt nichts besseres als auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und zu Essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war echt lecker, gut angerichtet und es wurde gut gewürzt,egal ob Vor,-oder Hauptspeise...alles inkl.für 90 Euro natürlich mit Wein und Wasser(für Nachtisch war leider kein Platz mehr). Als einziges Manko (für uns ganz persönlich), leider gibt es keine Dorade oder anderen Grätenfisch. Allerdings gibt es Lachs, Scampi oder auch Calamari. Summar Sommaro... lasst es euch gut gehen für ein paar Stunden...

Keine Ahnung, wie es vorher dort war, wir haben zum Liefern bestellt, aber jetzt wo der Besitzer gewechselt hat, kann ich nur sagen, spitzen Essen. Super gute Qualität und liebevoll zubereitet, Wir waren begeistert. Wird auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, dass wir dort gegessen haben. Weiter so 👍
