We recently ate there for the first time. So the atmosphere there is really nice, the service was friendly and nice. Unfortunately, what others had already warned us about happened, you really should have eaten something beforehand, otherwise you won't be full there. The quality of the food was good, but upscale cuisine as some have written here, certainly not. The price-performance ratio is not right here due to the mini portions.

Quite original dishes, perfectly seasoned. Unfortunately, we've only been here for lunch so far, but that was already very good. The service was extremely courteous and even fulfilled requests that were not on the menu.

We celebrated our wedding in the factory and it was absolutely perfect! From the planning of our celebration, where all of our wishes were taken into account, to the celebration, we were satisfied at all times. Addendum: August 2024 We ate here again a few times. Yesterday, among other things, the current Manufaktur Burger: flank steak | caramelized onions | grilled tomato | Old Amsterdam cheese and sweet potatoes. Flank steak in a citizen and then sweet potatoes. You have to be confident and I couldn't really imagine it, but I'm thrilled! The combination worked 100%. Or to put it another way: One of our guests said I haven't eaten so well in a long time. That says it all. 5 people each had 3 courses and everyone was satisfied!!! A nice restaurant in the middle of the city. Service was very good, courteous and attentive but not intrusive. The food was consistently very good. I would describe it as upscale, middle-class. Value for money was absolutely fine for me, the food was of high quality.

It's very nice to sit here, the service is great and very friendly and the food is delicious. But you should take into account that the PRICES are a little larger, but the portions are a little smaller.

On a trip to Nümbrecht, we stopped for dinner at the ManuFaktur restaurant based on a recommendation. A very nice restaurant, with a stylish ambience but not too fancy. Just to feel good. The menu is clear and, based on the number of dishes, suggests freshly cooked and high-quality food. And so it was. Very tasty, fresh and balanced. The rump steak was cooked to perfection. The service staff were extremely courteous and always concerned about the guests' well-being without being intrusive. Simply professional. We were thrilled and can absolutely recommend the restaurant. Go there, switch off and simply enjoy!

We were there to have another drink. A beautiful mix of modern and preserved old Bergisch half-timbered houses. Great atmosphere.

We were often guests at the factory. This time we came without a reservation and got a place outside without a table. That was okay because we just wanted to have drinks. Several glasses of white wine and mineral water. What came next is beyond words. We asked twice if we could have some bread or a few olives or something similar with the wine, as we weren't served real food without a reservation. The waitress asked - it was categorically refused. You have to imagine that, you go to a restaurant for years (I had previously spoken to the waitress about the fact that we have often visited Waldbröl) and then you are given a few slices of white bread with your wine (when you don't eat allowed, even though the tables were unoccupied from start to finish). Something like that is simply not appropriate and has nothing to do with hospitality.

Nicely decorated restaurant with unfortunately poor food quality. My wife had the burger with soggy and greasy wedges, the bun was black due to the addition of "ash" (quote from the waitress). Looked kind of gross. The price of 22 euros was absolutely not justified. The waitress was overly friendly.😉 Nevertheless, we won't go there again.

Das Ambiente ist super schön. Das Auge isst bekanntlich mit, und dazu steuert nicht nur die tolle Anrichtung auf dem Teller bei, sondern auch die Architektur. Sehr freundliches Personal gibt es dort auch :)

There was a silver anniversary to celebrate in our partnership. For this occasion, we asked the owner's wife, Ramona Wehling, whether they would make us a surprise 5-course menu for the occasion. “Very gladly” was the answer. We were asked what should definitely not be included and we agreed on a date for our special meal. Then on a Friday evening the time had come. As always, we received a very friendly welcome and Vivienne, a very dedicated employee, showed us to our table. It should also be mentioned that this young woman is currently completing her training. We wish Manuel Wehling and his team that this wonderful employee will remain with them. To start with, we ordered the very tasty special Mai Tai and the evening could begin. The restaurant was almost full of guests. We ordered a fantastic Riesling from Pauly from the newly designed wine list. Plus mineral water. The first course was a mise en bouche perfectly assembled on four individual spoons. A great idea for the first course as an amuse-gueule. On the spoons were beef carpaccio, a grilled shrimp, a delicate potato salad and grilled vegetables. The second course was a composition of tomato salad with a topping of tomato jelly, beetroot salad with a delicately sour note. Both brought together on a great plate and a dollop of mild goat cream cheese. Third was an onion cream soup served with a potato croquette cigar in the ashtray. A funny idea from the chef that we really had to laugh about along with Vivienne. This didn't detract from the delicious soup; it tasted great even from the ashtray. 🙂The next course was a juicy salmon fillet with potato gratin, asparagus tips and homemade hollandaise. Roast beef on sweet potato puree with vegetables and matching dark gravy were served on beautiful triangular plates. The sauce was poured into all three corners of the plates by the waitress at the table. For dessert there was a duet of homemade blueberry ice cream and a warm chocolate cake. Plus espresso and an excellent French dessert wine from the new wine list. The wine impressed with its great color, slightly oily consistency and a sweet bouquet of rich noble rot - served perfectly chilled in a small glass. The chef far exceeded our expectations with his skills and creativity. Despite the busy restaurant, Manuel Wehlung prepared a great menu. Nothing of what we were served is on the menu. A huge compliment to the chef and his great team. We would just like to say this much about the price: it was reasonable for a really nice evening and there was also room for an appropriate tip. So if you have something special to celebrate, ask for a surprise menu. We are confident that you will not regret it.

We were at the Essen factory last week. The food tastes delicious, but the price-performance ratio is not right at all. The portions are way too small. The starter soups are very small. Unfortunately the main courses are not suitable for the price either. It goes well with the asparagus dishes. The staff was really nice.

Unfortunately the food is not competitive. Far away from the unforgettable holiday taste. The price is therefore much too high. Then it's better to have a currywurst in a good snack bar. The service is top notch and courteous. The atmosphere is also very cozy.

Visited the factory for the first time. The impression: Pleasantly subtle interior design, clever use of the half-timbered elements, very professional and friendly staff without being intrusive. And then the food. The duck breast was pretty good, the savoy cabbage with the parsnip cream was a real hit. And that's because I didn't like savoy cabbage before. Conclusion: Great value for money, I just have to come back and try out more dishes. It couldn't be better.

Went here with our children, the staff was very polite, courteous and attentive. Very nice coordinated atmosphere. We enjoyed all the dishes very much, for starters we had the potato soup, the flamed sheep's cheese and the children had the soup pharmacy, which was a highlight for the girls. For the main course we had the deer ragout burger, the cordon bleu, the rump steak and the chicken nuggets. Unfortunately we didn't manage to eat dessert and were unfortunately full. Price/performance is top here. As soon as we are in the area we will definitely come back 😊👍

Very nice restaurant. Both the interior and the terrace are beautifully redesigned. The menu offers a nice selection, only the starters were almost exclusively fish dishes when I visited. But the menu card changes frequently, so this might not always be the case. The food was made with high quality ingredients that were prepared and cooked to the point. The only inconvenience was that the food came much too early. We just had a few sips of the aperitif, the bread was just brought to the table and the bottle of wine not even open when also the starter was already served. Here, the kitchen could take a little more time so that one could really enjoy the evening.

Hallo zusammen, Wir waren diesen Samstag auf dem Nümbrechter Budenzauber. Die Manufaktur hat einen überdachten und beheizten eigenen kleinen aber wunderschönen "Weihnachtsmarkt". Der Pullet Duck Burger war der Hammer und das Knobi Brot war auch zum dahin schmelzen!!! Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich!!! Immer zu empfehlen!!!

Die Manufaktur hat uns heute in eine Oase moderner Industrie-Rustikalität entführt. Das Essen war nicht nur köstlich, sondern auch auf unsere Unverträglichkeiten wurde mit Hingabe Rücksicht genommen. Der Service hat uns regelrecht verzaubert – aufmerksam, herzlich und stets im perfekten Moment präsent. Ein wahres Fest für die Sinne!

Ein Juwel im oberbergischen! Wir haben nicht nur unsere Hochzeit hier gefeiert, sondern kommen auch immer wieder regelmäßig gerne als Besucher vorbei. Die Qualität des Essens ist außergewöhnlich und der Service der beste, den ich je erlebt habe! Ihr seid ein super Team und verdient es, durchweg unterstützt zu werden!!!

Frische wechselnde Küche neu interpretiert und das ganze auf bodenständigem hohem Niveau! Bisher gab es nichts, was nicht gut geschmeckt hat und immer wieder Kreationen die man so nicht kennt. Die Kombination verschiedener Zutaten in Verbindung mit der tollen Atmosphäre und dem super Service zeigen ein wundervolles Restaurant Im Herzen Nümbrechts! Die beste Adresse wenn man einen Abend in tollem Ambiente, mit freundlicher Bedienung und super leckerem Essen verbringen möchte! Wir waren bereits mehrfach hier und wurden noch nie enttäuscht.

Diverse Supppen im Reagenzglas, leider etwas zu salzig. Genannt Suppenapotheke. Auch die Krustentiersuppe war sehr gesalzen, genausowie die Hauptspeisen.

Modernes Ambiente und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich. Eine sehr nette, unaufdringliche und doch super aufmerksame Bedienung. Auch unser Hund wurde freundlich begrüßt und bekam sofort einen Wassernapf. Dank des schönen Wetters konnten wir vor dem Essen noch entspannt einen Aperitif auf der sonnigen Terrasse einnehmen. Eine kleine Speisekarte verspricht meistens Gutes und so war es. Die Speisenauswahl hebt sich deutlich vom Durchschnitt ab. Die Gerichte sind fantasievoll und kreativ angerichtet und sehr schmackhaft. Die Weinauswahl ist recht groß und sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist, dass es alle Weine auch „offen“ gibt. Sehr gutes Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis. Am Nebentisch hat man gemütlich nur etwas getrunken. Ich begrüße es sehr, wenn man nichts essen möchte und auch nicht dazu genötigt wird, sondern in gepflegtem Rahmen zwanglos bei einem guten Getränk zusammensitzen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Klare Empfehlung! Vom ersten Eindruck des gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichteten Restaurants über das Angebot der Karte, dem Service und natürlich dem Essen 😃 war alles perfekt. Gern vergebe ich hier 5-Punkte und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Mein persönliches Highlight nach dem Hauptgericht war der Schokoladenkuchen mit flüssigem Kern zusammen mit Bananeneis.🤤

Als Gast einer Hochzeit war ich in der Manufaktur. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Dank des Wetters konnte dieser Mut genutzt werden. Positiv möchte ich erwähnen, dass direkt im Eingangsbereich eine behindertengerechte Toilette gibt, auch der Zugang ist barrierefrei. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Essen war schön angerichtet und sehr lecker.

Ambiente ist nicht alles, sehr schöne Lokation mit super Service, allerdings Steaks ordentlich muss noch gelernt werden. Preis / Leistung grenzwertig. Geschmacklich noch Potenzial nach oben.

für ein Geburtstagsmittagessen mit Freunden war die Manufaktur die ideale Location. Bei ordentlichem Wetter konnte man die Außengastronomie in Anspruch nehmen und dabei auch die Abstände zwischen den Tischen genießen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam (auch der Geburtstag wurde z. K genommen), professionell und zugewandt. Die Speisen der übersichtlichen Karte sehr gut gekocht, schmackhaft und schön präsentiert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist der Qualität angemessen - gern wieder.
