I ordered food, my plate was half full, and for the money I expected more. I ordered kunefe and they told us it might take a while. After 25 minutes, they came and said we'd forgotten. They're incompetent and I wouldn't recommend them.

I ordered chicken soup and a portion of lahmacun. The taste of the chicken soup was okay, but the ratio of the ingredients wasn't right - too many noodles and not enough chicken. However, the Lahmacun was a big disappointment. There was far too little topping on it, especially there was no meat. According to its own homepage, the restaurant promotes the “restaurant culture of the city of Şanlıurfa”. But if one were to sell such a lahmacun in Urfa, it could end badly. The staff was friendly, but I wasn't impressed with the taste of the food. Another minus point is that card payment is not possible.

Danger! Owner takes action against negative reviews on Google. Everyone should ask themselves whether they would rather support restaurants that get good reviews through honest reviews! The food is okay, but nothing more. The fact that card payments are still not accepted will not be possible in 2025.

The first review in French! I come back here every time I visit Hamburg (3 times during Christmas 2024 and 2 times in February 2025). The service is quite fast during the week but on weekends, there are a lot of people so you have to be more patient. It's difficult to park in the neighborhood so I often park in the Decathlon parking lot. We have already had the durum döner, the lahmacun (Turkish pizza) with vegetables, the döner portion plate with a super spicy sauce and the pide mit dönerfleisch (a kind of pizza with kebab meat). Everything was very good. The bread and pizza dough are prepared on site and in front of you if you sit in front of the display. I once ordered 6 doners which I brought back to Paris by plane and we were able to eat them the same evening and the next day without problem. This evening, for 3 dishes and 3 drinks, we got almost 50€ and tea is free. I recommend.

The dishes look really good and taste really good too. Deliciously cooked. We had to wait a little, but with a little patience it will work. The atmosphere is really nice and the service is happy to take the time to advise you on what you should definitely try. Super! We didn't know that you could easily park at the back of the restaurant. We'll save ourselves the parking garage on our next visit.

Disappointing experience - long wait and then sent away! I was really looking forward to a nice meal, but unfortunately my visit was a huge disappointment. First of all, we had to wait forever for our order to even be taken. After what felt like an eternity, we received the news that our meal would take much longer - so long that we were even advised to come back in an hour! I've never experienced anything like this before. If the kitchen is overwhelmed, you should tell the guests straight away and not waste valuable time. Going to a restaurant should be a pleasant experience - here it was the opposite. I definitely won't be coming back.

The Adana was simply delicious! Perfectly seasoned, juicy and wonderfully grilled. The freshly baked pide was also a highlight – fluffy and aromatic, simply delicious! One small point for improvement: The decor could be a little more modern to better emphasize the great quality of the food. Still a great experience that I can definitely recommend!

In mid-November we met as an extended family group at the Urfam Hamburg Wandsbek. The toilets were OK. Firstly I would like to highlight the friendly and helpful staff - the service was great! For starters we chose various sauces/dips with fresh flatbread, which was served with a small mixed salad. We chose our main courses individually: Pide with Gouda and meat, chicken breast with fries and fresh salad, mix grill for three people and oven Beyti. Drinks: Ayran and soft drinks. The food was excellent – ​​very tasty and the portions were generous. The prices are absolutely fair and okay. The delicious feast was rounded off with a Turkish black tea prepared in a traditional samovar. Real black tea lovers will be thrilled! I can highly recommend a visit to get to know Turkish cuisine or to enjoy well-known dishes of excellent quality enjoy. Note: no card payment possible.

Everything is fresh and tasty but there are no toothpicks and no wet wipes after the meal. Therefore one star deducted.

Went to the restaurant spontaneously for a snack. Was greeted in a friendly manner at the door and shown to the seat. Had a Dürüm. I ordered this with sauce, but they forgot it. In the end, however, it was so juicy from the lettuce and meat that the sauce was unnecessary! I was offered a small tea to make up for it - top service!!! I can really only recommend this place! We were there yesterday and ordered a grill platter with fries and an Ali nazik. Service was nice, everything was eaten on a grill plate even though we got salad beforehand, half of the plate was again filled with salad, unfortunately the mince has a bit of an aftertaste but the portion is generally good €25.90 way too expensive and not enough on it the small pizza bar wasn't warm at all. I would have at least opened it again Unfortunately at Ali Nazik the tomato souse was cold and tasted a bit more bitter than we had complained about and asked for at least some hot butter and he simply put up lukewarm butter. Very nice grill restaurant. Although everything here is delicious from the charcoal grill, the shop smells very pleasant and is super clean. Perfect exhaust system. The staff is very friendly and competent. You immediately feel welcome. The interior is beautiful and suits the store. The food is very tasty and fresh. The prices are reasonable. As always, super tasty. My youngest son could eat enough of the delicious bread and curry sauce alone. My oldest loves skewered chicken and I like falafel with the delicious mint sauce.

Ordered a minced skewer as a dürum to take away, Adana. Unfortunately there were 3 bone splinters in the flesh. There was also very little salad, so the Dürum was quite thin and small. For me, the 14 euros were not justified at all and were therefore inadequate.

I can't explain why the store has so many positive reviews. Everything here is a disaster. Starting with eating; the meat tastes strange and the sauces are stale. The staff is very rude and seems annoyed. In the women's toilet, water is pumped up/shot up! 🤮 Not possible! Not to mention the rest of the hygiene. Never enter this store again.

I was here with my girlfriend and we had Künefe with ice cream. When the desserts came, we were shocked at the portion size of the ice cream and laughed at it. One portion of ice cream was about as thick as a (woman's) finger, no fun! 🤣 We assumed that it would definitely be on the house and were even more shocked when the waiter said at the end that a portion of ice cream cost €3 😂 so we paid around €30 for Künefe with tea for two people. And even though there weren't even any pistachios on it 🥴 the service was a disaster. When we asked what the price was, the waiter became aggressive and rude. Profit maximization and customer loyalty are different.

We will never enter this store again. Otherwise we always came with 4-5 people but now the quality of the food and service has dropped dramatically. The meat is hardly edible and yet they are stingy with the portions, even though the prices are getting more and more expensive. The service staff is often bad-tempered and aggressive. The bald-headed waiter was a disgrace, terribly unfriendly and rolled his eyes when you asked something. He had done the same thing a few years ago. This behavior in front of a customer is simply impossible. Unfortunately, the food wasn't particularly tasty, the Dürüm was good, my husband's meal was puny, they cut corners on everything, but the prices increased significantly. The Ayran tasted exclusively of buttermilk, something I've never experienced in a restaurant before, a complete disappointment. I had been there a few years ago and thought I would give the store another chance, never again!!! In the end they tried to rip us off and charged us for another dish. Just check the bill at the end. I definitely don't recommend this store.

The kebab here is really small. The bread was almost as big as a milk roll. And still charge €8... And the menu card had a different picture of the kebab than what I got... Never ever. The kebab shop near me makes a really high-quality kebab for €8. Here the kebab was almost cold. Staff also very, very unfriendly. Being looked at by 4 workers all the time isn't funny either... 0 stars

Mega delicious authentic grill restaurant is a wonderful experience every time you eat with you, both in terms of taste and service. Friendly, courteous employees, the boss himself also serves customers and greets everyone warmly. We love being here at lunchtime and in the evening, we even come here specifically for a little snack because it's just so delicious every time and it's just fun to eat. I have never experienced anything so disrespectful about the food that was served. I just wanted to eat a Dürüm, which is a basic requirement for a Turkish restaurant to do well!! This was something like raw oily wobbly meat mixed with gristle. I was kindly allowed to take a stomach ache and a bad mood with me, even with such high prices. That was really a complete disaster. Never again!! Now I can get rid of all the fun of worrying about my bottom.

Ich bin erste mal dort zum essen gewesen und muss leider meine Enttãuschung berichten. Da ich selber eine Türkin bin kenne ich jedesmal Gericht im Originalem. Ich hatte Ali Nazik bestellt ,Ali Nazik bedeutet Gegrillte Aubergine mit Rauchigem geschmack mit Knoblauchjoghurt . Drüber kommt das Gegrillte Fleisch zum Abschluss dann die Buttersosse mit Parikapulver verfeinert. Leider habe ich im Ofen gedünstete Auberginestücke in Yoghurt bekommen,es war zu 70 Prozent Yoghurt und 30 Prozent Aubergine. Das Fleisch war Zart aber meines Erachtens mit falschen Würzen gewürzt. Ich habe Kimyon(Kümmelpulver ) herausgeschmeckt was in keinem Fleisch vorkommen sollte. Der Service war gut und schnell trotz vollem Lokal,das G gericht kam auch schnell an . Die Preise sind im Hamburger durchschnitt. Was mir sehr gefallen hat ist der Raucherbereich im Wintergarten. Also nichts übermäßig besonderes aber auch nicht sehr schlecht. Alles in allem ein Mittelding.
