We were there for dinner with the family last night. The meatballs were very dry and the staff was not friendly. When I went to the toilet, the area around the toilet was dirty. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Hello, we came here this evening with my girlfriend. I paid 25 euros for five pieces of kofta, and the kofta were also dry. My friend ordered chicken wings - her food was undercooked and smelled unpleasant inside. We were very disappointed. A restaurant that I cannot recommend

What can I say? It was top class! Let's start with the food. The quality of the food is of the highest quality. The taste is authentic and perfectly balanced. For those who want an extra experience, order the homemade ayran. It's not on the menu, don't ask, just try it. This slightly salty, cold yogurt drink goes perfectly with food. The service is world class! Well organized, friendly and humorous. I didn't feel very comfortable as a guest. The ambience fits very well. Cozy and very nicely decorated, the decor enhances the experience of eating here. We would love to come back!

If you appreciate carefully prepared food of very good quality and quantity, if you want to be treated courteously and with a genuine smile as a real guest, this is the right place for you. Very attentive and charming service, to whom four of us with different eating habits as vegetarians, meat eaters and fast breakers were happy to confide. This evening was worth every penny. Very warm, family atmosphere. Incredibly good, elegant food. Among the Turkish restaurants in the upper class and I count kebab stalls as snack bars, not restaurants.

The service is friendly and the food is served relatively quickly, there is a wide selection so there is something for everyone and it is beautifully prepared and very tasty!

If you are a true Adana Dürüm lover, then you definitely have to try this store! I've eaten many, but none were as good as this one - just perfectly seasoned, juicy and grilled to perfection. The service is super warm and attentive, you immediately feel at home. And the ambience? A smooth 10/10! Anyone who eats here once is guaranteed to come back. Absolute recommendation!

A very nice atmosphere with very friendly and courteous service and excellent food. The menu is varied - including vegetarian dishes. Everything I've tried so far has tasted very good without exception.

We ate there and weren't happy. The service was apparently overwhelmed and we were often forgotten, even though the store was only 50% full. At the neighboring tables you had to apologize twice because the wrong food was brought. We sat dry for 20 minutes after our first drink. After we were finally able to reorder, our food arrived after 10 minutes. When we were finished, the waiter remembered to bring two more drinks..... that then went back. The price performance for the main courses wasn't right at all, 2 small meat skewers with some side dishes for 25 euros is outrageous. We're never coming back.

Was here with my wife for the first time. The food was tasty and the decor was pleasant. Room temperature may be 2-3 C too cool. Compared to other Turkish restaurants we prefer, we notice (for us) 2 disadvantages in Mangal: a) Prices about 1/4 higher. b) Bread or coffee at the end only for an additional charge. We appreciate such small but fine services in other comparable restaurants. Therefore 4+ instead of 5 stars here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a Turkish restaurant that delighted me in every way. It was an unforgettable journey through the flavors of Turkish cuisine in an ambience that was both modern and cozy. The food: Simply outstanding! The dishes were an absolute highlight in terms of taste and showed how diverse and sophisticated Turkish cuisine can be. The starters – including a velvety-soft hummus and two other dips – were a successful start. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients; you could taste the freshness in every bite. My main course, a perfectly grilled Adana Kebab, was an absolute delight: tender, aromatic meat grilled to perfection, accompanied by fluffy rice and a crisp salad. The vegetarian dishes of my companion, such as stuffed eggplant and delicious lentil soup, were also a dream. The menu was rounded off with a piece of golden-brown, crispy künefe, which was freshly prepared - the perfect ending! The ambience: The restaurant manages to score points with simple elegance. Tasteful decoration ensures that you feel comfortable right from the start. It is the perfect place for a relaxed dinner with friends or family. The service: The service also left nothing to be desired. The team was attentive without being intrusive and incredibly welcoming. Yesterday we were in this restaurant for the second and last time. The first time around 8 weeks ago the billing was incorrect (€30 too much). But we got it back the next day. Yesterday, however, a lot of things weren't right. On the one hand, we waited 50 minutes for the food (the restaurant was only 40% busy), then the wrong dishes arrived and, last but not least, the meat was only lukewarm. The friendly waiter wanted to take 1 dish off the bill, but forgot about it after 1 minute. For a glass of still water from the tap with a slice of lemon, the €2.90 is too much. It's a shame because we like the atmosphere and the food is generally very tasty (if it's at the right temperature). TIP: Check the bill!

Very nice and modern restaurant with a very appealing menu, from meat and burgers to vegetarian dishes. Extensive drinks menu, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are available. Our first visit to Mangal Duman and we will definitely be back🤤. From the starter to the dessert - we were treated to the best mocha! Great service! Reasonable price-performance ratio! Online table reservations and EC card payment possible via WhatsApp. A little tip: maybe adapt the separate dessert menu to the restaurant ambience🫣🤫.

Went here for the first time today and was immediately impressed. Anyone expecting authentic Turkish cuisine will not be disappointed here. The menu is positively clear and not overloaded, the dishes are typically Turkish (especially from the regions mentioned, as it is the boss's original homeland), and nothing has been adapted to German tastes, so it's really delicious all around. The service is excellent, the drinks are perfect.. heart what more could you want?! We'll definitely be back to try out more specialties. Teşekkür ederim

Perfect catering for 70 people in a private setting. Our special praise goes to the rich, tastefully balanced selection of dishes and the successful buffet presentation in the difficult environmental conditions of an autumn garden party. The perfect, flexible timing and the incredible perfection of setting up the buffet in a very short time also deserve special praise. Overall, professional performance with an appropriate price-performance ratio.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the food. Got a mixed grill plate, the lamb skewer was very tough, the chicken skewer was grilled for too long. The salad or the very small side dish had absolutely nothing to do with Turkish salad, especially not with Adana or Mersin. The kofta were still slightly red. Unfortunately the rice was ice cold. However, the service was very good, very friendly, very accommodating. The ambience is very nice, but doesn't really remind you of a Turkish restaurant. I'm happy to pay more for good food, but it hurt me here because unfortunately the food didn't taste good.

After initial criticism, my expectations were more than exceeded. Very tasteful ambience, very friendly and exceptionally nice service. The owner himself regularly asked about our satisfaction. The meals were very tasty and rich. You could actually taste the freshness of the products, whether fish or meat as well as the handmade desserts. I can only give this restaurant my warmest recommendation and will be a frequent guest here.

During our visit yesterday we received a very warm welcome and were not yet served. The food was first class. Our animal companion was also looked after very lovingly. As a dog owner, you don't get this great experience in every restaurant. From start to finish everything is just right here. Keep it up.
