Unfortunately, the shop is completely run down... Everything is missing here. Food 3/10 Not even the food is convincing anymore, which used to be a taste experience and now includes stomach upset. Cleanliness 2/10 Everything is dirty and dirty, be it the floor, the lamps, the toilets or the tables where you can/should eat. Service + order 1/10 Attention, only card payments and orders at three terminals. As a result, waiting times of around 20 minutes for a kebab are not uncommon. The employees are completely overwhelmed and the system is not fully developed. Add to that the maximum lack of friendliness and yet, unfortunately, a noticeable language barrier. Interior 0/10 Impudence to the power of 10, everything is more than finished. Every chair, every bench/sofa must be thrown away. Toilets have been broken, destroyed and unusable for months. Added to this is the extreme heat, so that people who have ordered then wait outside the door because it is simply too hot in the store. This shop should be closed and renovated as quickly as possible, otherwise I cannot understand how Lukas Podolski can and wants to remain a partner here. I'm not attaching any pictures, there are already enough meaningful ones in the reviews.

It tastes quite good. Unfortunately, with the new ordering system, a visit is no longer recommended. We waited almost 40 minutes for a kebab. NoGo. It's a shame, I always liked coming. Never again.

Expected more. You are asked to order at the terminal and not directly at the counter, which is not an issue at first. So we put everything in there, extra sauce, etc. and then pay accordingly. We take a seat at the table with our number and wait until it is called. After a short while this happens and I want to pick up our order. However, I have to say everything again at the counter and forget that my husband's order came with extra meat and double sauce, which only became apparent when we had almost finished eating. The fries we ordered were ready when we were almost finished and were "served" in an out-of-house plastic box. We ordered specifically on site to avoid plastic waste. The ambience is shabby and unkempt when it comes to the furniture. The artificial leather benches and chairs are more than worn and don't look inviting at all. Given the hustle and bustle around the store, we expected more. Food was so-so for the price.

You have to order laboriously at the terminal, only to be called up and asked all the questions again. We had ordered two doner kebabs, one spicy that we couldn't eat because of the spiciness, there was a full tablespoon of spiciness on it, the meat was cut and lukewarm, there was more lettuce on it than the meat

We left over 80€ here, I'm allergic to sheep sauce, they completely messed up the menu and made sheep sauce in 3, even though we stated in the machine that there should only be 2 with sheep sauce. The next time we said that, they simply took out the sheep sauce brought with the tongs they didn't want to redo it so now we come to eat too few fries we wanted extra meat because there's nothing these devices are so they can just take your money and not do the order correctly the employees are rude and can't don't read properly

Bread baked on site, very well seasoned meat and sauces, large selection of fresh vegetables, everything is fresh and delicious, I recommend coming in and trying it!

Staff taking orders are having a verbal argument among themselves. The shop is stuffy. The toilets downstairs are a disgrace, the toilet door is broken and does not close, it is dark with no lights, and there is no soap in the sink to wash hands. Very difficult to rate this kebab shop. We are in Bonn for private appointments and didn't know each other. Having to wait in a long queue is a sign that it tastes good. Dürüm ordered to be eaten on site, I was really shocked at the condition of the furniture and not a trace of cleanliness. But the food tasted really good.

What is on offer here is simply underground. The food itself was ok, but too expensive. Once and never again, the shop looks so run down, furniture looks like it's from bulky waste and the kebab at Haus des Döner is much tastier than here and has more flavor, here you don't even have coleslaw and onions, just cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes and then €7.90, the kebab isn't even worth it.

All in all, the food here is quite good, although it is more than inconvenient that the kebab is already ready to be served, but you still have to wait more than 5 minutes for a portion of fries, so that part of the food is long cold by the time it is The rest is then ready for collection. You line up outside just to avoid the heat. My little local kebab man has better meat, makes the bread himself and is also cheaper…

The last time I was here was 1 1/2 years ago and the experience was much better. The kebab is still delicious, but both the staff and the ambience have completely changed. I ate my first "Poldi Döner" today and what can I say, unfortunately it wasn't a culinary delight at all! The meat was only lukewarm, there were no tomatoes or cucumbers in it at all. The employees are very bored, you feel unwelcome and for a price of €8 the kebab is really small!

Actually the kebab is okay, but the shop is not. The floor was sticky and all tables needed to be wiped every now and then. And on warm or hot days it is actually not possible to eat comfortably on site without air conditioning.

The price is a bit expensive, the doner costs 10 euros. If you don't speak German, buying there is not very friendly. There is not much communication between the food selection and payment staff, and the payment price will sometimes be higher than the price quoted to you.

A hair in the food and something with acid, and the Ayran tastes completely different. The driver was wandering around the house doing something with the neighbors. Then I wanted to run away with the food, but I had to run after it. Disgusting!!!

I recently visited Mangal Doner and was quite disappointed with my experience. Even though there was only one person in front of me, I had to wait 10 minutes to be served. The bread was significantly worse than before and wasn't of the quality I was used to. When the employee finally came to me he just asked if I wanted chicken or beef. I chose chicken, but without asking about my preferences, he added all the toppings to the sandwich. The chicken appeared to have been prepared long before I ordered. It was cold, oily and tasteless, leaving the sandwich empty and unappetizing. Overall my visit was very unsatisfactory and I hope improvements can be made in the future.

I was eating a Füner in Bonn until I found a wise hair and spoke to the employees and they tried to convince me that it was a hair of the chicken. There was no apology or money back. The fact that kebab now costs €10 is outrageous and unhygienic.

The store is well equipped and looks good too. However, the prices are excessive. 9€ for a Dürüm with a rotisserie? Look at the size, very impressive. The sauces have no character of their own and taste very greasy. The homemade bread is very good. €6 for a portion of fries is also creative pricing. At least you can pay by card here.
