I actually enjoy coming here. Currently underground. Here 1 kebab passes across the table every 5 minutes. Despite the old ordering and payment machines. I will avoid this store in the future.

The place is crowded, there are a lot of people there. Inside, the place is dilapidated, probably due to its popularity. Seats worn out.

I ordered several large menus. I was called and given my kebab without a menu. I went there and said that I would like everything together and not separated, then the salesman said that it wasn't a restaurant, just a kebab shop and that I shouldn't stress. The floor was covered in leftover food and the menus were cold and soggy. I won't go here again and I'll advise everyone not to.

Even though I don't come here often, I'm used to much better things. For €10 you can expect a kebab box with fries and no meat with a roasted aroma (or roasted aroma with meat in this case). And the toilet is a case in itself. If you want to do your business here, then you should be prepared to eat the kebab without washing your hands. This time there was at least soap, but hardly any running water and no towels either. And locking the doors, let alone opening them, is not an option either.. the door has been broken for at least 3 weeks..

Very tasty. They fulfill orders well and quickly. It's hot in summer. There are always a lot of people. It would be nice to make a summer veranda)

The worst kebab of my life. We configured and ordered 3 different kebabs using the completely dirty self-service terminal. As a result, all 3 kebabs were the same and equally bad. Very little meat, sour tasting cocktail sauce and the whole thing served on a dirty wooden tray. The table and bench were also completely worn out, dirty and littered. The crowning glory is the toilet: door broken, toilet run down and dirty, no functioning soap dispenser..., overall disgusting conditions. Why isn't the public order office or health department taking action here??? In any case, we will never come here again. A note to the operator: I can provide proof of my visit to the restaurant using the payment receipt and witnesses.

Meat cold, chaos at the counter, the furnishings and toilets look like they were dropped by a barrel bomb. Price and performance definitely don't match.

Basically, the concept of Mangal Döner is nice, but during our visit it failed due to professional implementation. It started with the fact that at 12:20 on a Sunday there were no more onions in stock and the extras we ordered, such as cheese on the kebab or the fries and extra sauce, were consistently forgotten. Questions were always responded to in a responsive manner (fair enough), but nevertheless lunch was no longer a relaxing experience with all the interruptions. Unfortunately not recommended, as Bonn has better kebab shops up its sleeve.

Unfortunately as an Uber driver one of the worst places! It would be better if there were no Uber Eats for the store. Every time you come in there and want to pick up your orders, but the slips of paper are always left next to the machine and are ignored. Only after the driver arrives and tells you what your order is, will it not start straight away. Waiting times are never less than 20 minutes. It's a shame for such a good shop

My kebab was absolutely not edible today. Meat was dry and didn't taste fresh, cocktail sauce had a strange aftertaste. I threw away the last third. It's a shame, shortly after they opened it was a very tasty kebab shop, about a year ago it was still edible, I have no idea what has happened now. I would prefer that prices be increased rather than quality reduced.

Best kebab I've eaten in a long time

The waitress cuts the meat from the spit and talks on the phone. The facility is unkempt. The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. The floor is full of leftover food. The tables are cleaned sporadically. A rag for everything. Nobody seems to know HACCP. The toilets are pure breeding grounds for germs. Everything is dirty. Door lock broken. No soap available. No towels. Sometimes no light. That's impossible. I wouldn't give up my name for that. That was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I'm totally disappointed.

Unfortunately the store is poorly managed. It's dirty, the furniture is broken and the staff is unfriendly. Nowadays you have to order at the terminal like at McDonalds. Unfortunately it no longer has anything to do with what the Poldi Döner once stood for.

I got meat that had been on the shelf for a long time. Can't afford to give every customer fresh meat? Disgusting! Standing there with 5 people, 2 of them working. Waited a long time even though there was nothing going on. I'm not going here anymore. None of them were nice either. For me it was just a bad experience.

We won't eat here anymore. We wanted to eat here as a family, ordered electronically to avoid any chaos and still had to repeat the order verbally x times. When we found a free table, it had not been cleaned and cleared. When my husband brought the food we ordered after 15 minutes, there was still no change. When I went to the front and pointed this out to the staff, I was bluntly told that there was no staff for that. I was shocked... and asked for a rag. Then people at the front were shouting or swearing among themselves, the language We didn't understand and our table was "cleaned" along with all the other tables. There is no price-performance ratio. We paid 1 euro for more kebab and could have saved ourselves that. The service is catastrophic.. We can't judge the taste of the meat because we almost got a vegetarian Dürüm... A super fail... Oh and I took a photo of the seating area when I went out.. I'm at a loss for words!

Dirtier than any train station toilet!! I was eating here on Saturday 12/30/24 at 5 p.m. the entrance was absolute chaos. I thought it would be a bit busier than usual, so I ordered in advance at the terminal and then waited 40 minutes for a kebab. Time enough to take a look around the store...... I don't understand why the health department hasn't closed the store yet!! I've rarely seen anything like that. There is garbage in the form of paper sticking to the floor and walls. Incredibly disgusting 🤢 not to mention the furniture, something like that is unacceptable and belongs in the trash!! Never again lack of kebab. It's a shame that you can't link to Lukas Podolski, he should tear off his name!! PS 1 kebab with a can of cola and fries without sauce for 16 euros is hard and has nothing to do with fillet from the street!!!!

This kebab shop in Bonn is a disaster across the board. The hygienic conditions are downright disgusting and cast doubt on any sense of responsibility. The kebab is a disgrace: even with extra meat, you can hardly see any of it - you basically just get a loveless pile of lettuce in a dry bread. This store is not only disappointing, but a real disgrace.

After entering payment by card and cash in the machine, the meat was cold, dry and poorly seasoned. The toilet was dirty and dirty from the very beginning. The sofas are scratched and dirty. I'm sorry, Łukasz, you are a very nice man and I have great respect for you, but I am disappointed and it's a pity that the manager's involvement is not visible in your place.

We ate two Mangal kebabs in this shop today, absolutely not recommended!! The staff is unmotivated and you feel unwelcome. The kebab was cold and dry, the employee had only used the stale pre-cut meat. If you want the delicious, juicy Mangal kebab, go to Bad Godesberg or Cologne.

Not recommended The staff were rude and I waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told I had to order at the terminal. This could have been better signposted or communicated directly. I wasn't the only one this happened to. I also ordered a kebab with extra meat and paid extra for it. Nevertheless, the kebab tasted almost exclusively of salad and sauce - the meat content was minimal, while the vegetable and sauce content was excessive. Absolutely disappointing and not recommended.

Dirty place with employees who do not care. Food was good, but everthing ist dirty and picking up your food is pure chaos. Never again.

We grabbed something to eat here. Ordering at the terminals worked without any problems. Doner kebab was ready quickly and had plenty of toppings. Delicious sauces, well-seasoned meat with great taste. My colleague had ordered a lahmacun menu. It took a very long time and unfortunately the fries were completely soggy and didn't taste good at all.

Mass processing.. on-site food quite expensive.

Our second visit today, as we were actually quite satisfied the first time. Ordering at the terminal was a disaster. Ordering worked well, but we didn't get the food we wanted. It seems like they only looked at the first kebab, which was supposed to be without onions and hot sauce, and so all 3 kebabs were prepared that way. One dish was simply forgotten. The taste didn't blow us away today either. Really very disappointing, we won't be coming back.

The kebab was good, everything in the shop itself was dirty, the furniture was worn and unsightly. Unfriendly staff, the toilet closed. It would be better if the store closed... A renovation is urgently needed!! To be honest, I don't want to go there anymore...

Absolutely delicious kebab, never had anything quite like it but this was truly special.

According to mastermind Lukas Podolski, no one wants to work in Germany anymore. But of course a millionaire lets people make kebabs for minimum wage. And that in almost every big city. And the kebab can't do anything...

If you are a tourist and go there to order in English dont except professionalism , they will mock you and laugh like a bunch of animals ,cause they probably are

Waited for an hour, when my number Finally came on the screen I was told that it was ready before and I should’ve come for it. I was in front of the service area the whole time and my number was never called. They still made it after that and it took them 5 minutes.

Food 3, because I've apparently heard good things about the kebab from friends, but that's just embarrassing.. new system with automated ordering, but unfortunately it probably doesn't go down well if the staff is stressed or simply works without being able to read ...

I gave it 5 stars 2 years ago, but now I have to take it back. Orders are served incorrectly, meat is cut beforehand and is therefore almost cold, salad and vegetables are only sparsely added. All in all, the store has gotten significantly worse. We ordered falafel and got meat, at least we got a new one after complaining.

I have been a loyal customer of this kebab shop so far, but after my last visit I will not be returning. My food was ready 15 minutes late and when I arrived the staff were extremely rude and even shouted at me for supposedly being 'late' to collect it. The lack of customer service and respect really disappointed me. There are many other places with good food and much better service - unfortunately I can't recommend this one.

The place is good, and there is plenty of place for u to sit and eat even at the busiest of times, but the problem is the food is a bit expensive 8 euros for a döner? Thats too much, there are still places that sell it for 5 euros, but to be honest its the best döner i tried in germany but a little to expensive.

Very run down location. Where the store was newly opened, everything was perfect. It was clean, organized and just always an experience. Years later, the store is no longer recognizable at all. Orders are served completely wrong. Everything doesn't look nice anymore and the taste isn't as good as it was back then. Very unfortunate

I find the new ordering system at the terminals cumbersome and it takes 10 minutes for the food to be served. It was quicker before. The order appears as a number on the receipt you receive after payment. This number is then shown on the large display above the counter. I didn't know the system. No calling, no acoustic signal that your kebab is ready. Irritating for new customers! The bread was baked too dark and not soft, the meat was fatty/stringy and the table was dirty and full of grease stains. There was no longer any Ayran in the fridge. Management?? Oh well. The Lukas Podolski shop isn't that great!!!

Added to this is the extreme heat, so that people who have ordered then wait outside the door because it is simply too hot in the store. This shop should be closed and renovated as quickly as possible, otherwise I cannot understand how Lukas Podolski can and wants to remain a partner here. I'm not attaching any pictures, there are already enough meaningful ones in the reviews.

It tastes quite good. Unfortunately, with the new ordering system, a visit is no longer recommended. We waited almost 40 minutes for a kebab. NoGo. It's a shame, I always liked coming. Never again.

Expected more. You are asked to order at the terminal and not directly at the counter, which is not an issue at first. So we put everything in there, extra sauce, etc. and then pay accordingly. We take a seat at the table with our number and wait until it is called. After a short while this happens and I want to pick up our order. However, I have to say everything again at the counter and forget that my husband's order came with extra meat and double sauce, which only became apparent when we had almost finished eating. The fries we ordered were ready when we were almost finished and were "served" in an out-of-house plastic box. We ordered specifically on site to avoid plastic waste. The ambience is shabby and unkempt when it comes to the furniture. The artificial leather benches and chairs are more than worn and don't look inviting at all. Given the hustle and bustle around the store, we expected more. Food was so-so for the price.

You have to order laboriously at the terminal, only to be called up and asked all the questions again. Then they either don't ask at all and just put something on the kebab, or they ask and still put the wrong thing on it. I was also disappointed in the taste today. I won't be coming back for a while.

We had ordered two doner kebabs, one spicy that we couldn't eat because of the spiciness, there was a full tablespoon of spiciness on it, the meat was cut and lukewarm, there was more lettuce on it than the meat

We left over 80€ here, I'm allergic to sheep sauce, they completely messed up the menu and made sheep sauce in 3, even though we stated in the machine that there should only be 2 with sheep sauce. The next time we said that, they simply took out the sheep sauce brought with the tongs they didn't want to redo it so now we come to eat too few fries we wanted extra meat because there's nothing these devices are so they can just take your money and not do the order correctly the employees are rude and can't don't read properly

Food was ok but when you see what it looks like in there you lose all feeling of hunger. Everything dirty dirty chairs broken and floor sticky and dirty. Had to clean our table ourselves and the cloth was completely black. Walls were dirty and handles on the toilet door were broken. Disgusting, never again! If we had seen this before we would never have gotten anything to eat.

Staff taking orders are having a verbal argument among themselves. The shop is stuffy. The toilets downstairs are a disgrace, the toilet door is broken and does not close, it is dark with no lights, and there is no soap in the sink to wash hands. We had been back to mangal in Bonn for a long time. The kebab meat tasted like blotting paper and was not a tasty thing overall. The store is simply a disaster. Everything covered in grease and rocked. No air conditioning and you can cut the air and an unbearable heat. The employees were sweating... everything was very disgusting. Never ever...

Lukas Pokolski could certainly play football well, but he should stay away from kebabs. Employees unfriendly. Meat was rather poor quality. Although I like Poldi, I unfortunately cannot recommend the store.

Very difficult to rate this kebab shop. We are in Bonn for private appointments and didn't know each other. Having to wait in a long queue is a sign that it tastes good. Dürüm ordered to be eaten on site, I was really shocked at the condition of the furniture and not a trace of cleanliness. But the food tasted really good.

You should avoid this shop with so much bacteria everywhere - in the food and in the toilet - the risk of gastrointestinal infections is too great. Conclusion: It's better to go to a clean kebab shop.

When you put your name to something, you should keep control of it. The service is substandard and unfriendly and the store is the shabby and dirtiest place I've experienced in a long time. Ate at Mangal Döner Bonn for the first time. (Not from Bonn) If only I had read the reviews beforehand...But now I'm lying here in bed at midnight and can't sleep because of the stomach bug I got from this disgusting kebab. I thought I would warn everyone not to eat in this store. Unhygienic. Meat including drops of sweat from the employees. You'll find more lettuce on the cheapest burger than on this one. Tzatziki tastes like sweet mayo. The floor probably hasn't been cleaned in months. Everything sticky. Absolute disaster! Don't know why people are waiting in line? Are there no good kebab shops in Bonn? The people who write good reviews here have probably never had a good meal before!? I'm really at a loss for words... Absolutely not recommended.

The kebab in this shop is really tasty - meat perfect and well-seasoned sauces. Unfortunately, I discovered a few old-looking leaves in the salad. Unfortunately, the enjoyment ends here. The location itself leaves a lot to be desired: it feels run down, the tables are sticky, and the general cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The atmosphere wasn't exactly inviting either; it was too warm and stuffy to eat in a relaxed manner. The service seems to be unmotivated, which doesn't improve the overall impression. If you can concentrate solely on the taste of the kebab, it's worth a visit - but everything else could be better.

What is on offer here is simply underground. The food itself was ok, but too expensive. Above all, after my third attempt, I wouldn't spend a cent more on the disgusting atmosphere and the unmotivated employees. Once and never again, the shop looks so run down, furniture looks like it's from bulky waste and the kebab at Haus des Döner is much tastier than here and has more flavor, here you don't even have coleslaw and onions, just cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes and then €7.90, the kebab isn't even worth it.

All in all, the food here is quite good, although it is more than inconvenient that the kebab is already ready to be served, but you still have to wait more than 5 minutes for a portion of fries, so that part of the food is long cold by the time it is The rest is then ready for collection. Given the prices are quite high, I would prefer a nicer restaurant and will certainly not eat here again.
