My husband and I were completely satisfied. The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was also super friendly.

There were four of us there. The food was delicious, but the soups were only lukewarm. We all ordered small portions. But when we paid, two of us were asked to pay the full price.

The food was very salty, there was too little rice, and the smoked tofu was hard and rather rubbery. Rather disappointing, unfortunately.

The FIRST, but not the last time! We booked a table online for lunch on a Friday. It was super easy and went smoothly. The ambiance is rather simple and straightforward; you weren't overwhelmed by the typical Far Eastern frills. The service is very friendly, prompt, and attentive. Now for the food – a dream... never had such delicious Far Eastern food before, and then eaten it all. We were so impressed that we tried the "pickup service" two days later – and what can I say, it was fantastic. Uncomplicated – called, ordered, picked up... the food was still piping hot even when we got home, the packaging was environmentally friendly, and everything went smoothly. Finally, a Chinese restaurant to our liking, we'd happily go back.

We had lunch at the Mandarin Restaurant for a small family celebration on a Sunday afternoon. From the attentive and friendly service to the delicious food and good value for money, everything was excellent. Thank you so much – we'll definitely be back soon!

A very good Asian restaurant with exquisite dishes that you won't find in other restaurants. Excellent, friendly service. Prices are on the higher end.

We have always given 5 stars for years, but unfortunately we were disappointed on our last visit. A bad-tempered waiter took the food after 20 minutes - ordered a small portion for lunch. After another 20 minutes, the starter. Another 30 minutes later the main course. Question: Is this a small portion? YES! When we were eating we were informed that unfortunately the portions were large. The large portions were calculated because we would have eaten the dish???? With objection and great surprise, we paid the bill. It's not about a few euros, but about the way. Other guests have also particularly complained about the long waiting times. We hope that this was an exception (unfortunately the owner was not there). Change August 16, 2023: Owner reported. Everything has been sorted out!

As always, the service was very friendly. We were able to see the new staff for the first time and congratulate Katharina and Ben on their team. There's nothing to say about the food other than perfect.

I don't know of a better restaurant in Germany. I've never eaten a better spring roll, and I discover a new highlight on the menu every time. That's why I'm happy to drive from Hanover to Hildesheim just for the food. 👍

It was annoying that the children from the next table were screaming loudly under our table and running around us.

Absolutely terrible. First, they wouldn't let us eat at all, even though the store had been open for another 45 minutes. Then, even though I'd ordered small portions, they simply made us large portions. Then they put together a meal that looked like we were eating leftovers. Not a single vegetable, just a little shredded raw cabbage. The chicken was so overcooked that the breading was dark brown, and the chicken meat was dry. It was so saturated with fat that I was throwing up that evening. The rice was soggy, watery, and unsalted. The sauces were also inedible. My conclusion: we'll never visit the store again.

We were able to enjoy an excellent Peking duck today. The duck was wonderfully crispy, the soup as a starter was a poem, and the intermediate course was a dream. The super friendly, dedicated team explained everything, explaining how to eat each dish and how it was prepared. Each sauce was explained in detail, and any spiciness was pointed out. A young, friendly, attentive, and dedicated team was waiting for us. Despite the summer temperatures, they were super nice, funny, and friendly and offered excellent service. Therefore, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ of ❤️, but you deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, keep it up 😁👍🙏

We were there for lunch with the family today, but unfortunately we can't understand the many positive reviews. From our point of view, the food was absolutely unseasoned - no spices or flavors were noticeable. The sauce had a pudding-like, completely tasteless consistency, and the rice was not only bland but also watery. Overall, unfortunately a disappointing experience.

I ordered Peking duck for three people on February 28th and we were completely satisfied. It's super nice service, the food is absolutely great. We would be happy to come back any time. And everything was cooked super fresh.

We were there on Saturday, the restaurant was completely booked, the staff is always very attentive and friendly, our meal, apart from the soup from the menu, took almost an hour and 20 minutes, we think our table, we were sitting on the right in the room, was simply forgotten, that can happen, but it would have been great if we had received information from the service that it would take a while to eat, anything can happen, but we were really about to leave.... Otherwise, the food was super delicious as always!

I invited my wife over for her birthday dinner today. A disappointment. I had T4 crispy duck with mushroom cream sauce refined with Hennesy W. Over half of my food went back. The armchairs have a single pump. Showed this to the waiter using my fork. No reaction. The duck is far from crispy. It's impossible that no one came with an apology. On the contrary, I had to pay the full price. A glass of wine 0.2 = €9

I tried to place an order for 40 minutes almost non-stop. Nobody answers the phone.

Unfortunately we had to wait an hour for our food. The service was hardly visible, so you couldn't even order drinks. The tea came without a teacup. We also had to request this. Then it was very loud. You could hardly have a conversation. The wine I ordered wasn't the right one either. And the bill only came after 20 minutes. When we received it after 15 minutes. Demanded again. Unfortunately, it was an absolute disaster overall. The three of us had time to clear, clean and prepare a table. Sorry, next time we'll go somewhere else.

Unfortunately it took a long time to get the starter. Service tries very hard to make up for it. Ultimately, the wait was worth it. It tasted very good.

We were greeted and seated very friendly. Unfortunately no dish or aperitif was recommended. The restaurant is a bit cold and the service was severely overwhelmed due to the reservation situation. Drinks were forgotten, even at the neighboring tables. The dishes lacked Chinese authenticity and the duck was a little dry. The dessert, the baked banana, was still unripe and quite firm. The service team apologized sincerely, but the first impression remains.

What can I say? Here you will find, in typical German fashion, complete overwhelm and incompetent staff. The service was friendly at all times but completely overwhelmed. We waited 1h40min for food. Some tables already received their food even though they arrived after us. After asking several times and finally being more assertive, the food finally arrived. It was forgotten. We were offered drinks to make up for it, but it ruined the entire atmosphere. We will refrain from eating there in the future. Disaster! However, the food was very tasty. 5 minutes later we would have left.

Great service, smooth process and excellent quality of food for a group of 18 people. The Family & Friends Menu was a perfect fit, it's nice that there is a separate room for such occasions.

Food and service were top notch! Price for the food is completely okay. Drinks slightly overpriced. The only drawback: It was a bit cold and pulled. Definitely again and next time please close the entrance door when the temperature is below zero. There is still plenty to try from the extensive menu.

Not your typical, traditional Asian restaurant. Modern and atmospherically nice furnishings. Very friendly staff. Dim sum were tasty, but not as expected. More like filled balls. For 5 stars, some work would have to be done on the delicacy of the food, which is almost expected given the beautiful ambience. Good wine selection.
