Really good Thai food! We ordered 5 different dishes and all were good. The price-quality ratio is right

Normally I never rate but I just wanted to share this experience. Ordered baked chicken sate take away and a half-empty sauce bowl, 80% breading over the totally tough meat. I have NEVER had to choke down anything worse. An immediate complaint in the store unfortunately only resulted in the staff being defiant. For 13 euros, a disgrace in terms of food and service. Instead of making me an offer to simply remake the dish in an acceptable version or to refund me the money, I was instead offered that I could call the police. I have never experienced anything like this in any city in Germany or Thailand.

The Pad Thai was delicious. Unfortunately the waitress was very cold, but at least the food arrived pretty quickly. The place is very small and cramped and the air circulation is horrible. Your clothes will definitely stink after a visit here.

Used to be a good place to get cheap food. Unfortunately, prices are not rising as much as quality. I think charging €3 for a little more rice or €5 for a larger portion is too much.

We ordered 2 takeaway dishes and the portions were very small. You charge good money so you can expect more. Not to mention the quality of the rice is rather cheap. No, for the money there is better not far away!!!

The food and service is nice but I ordered take away and it came in this horrible styrofoam container. The restaurant is small and most people order take-away so the plastic pollution that comes out of the business is really unsustainable. I hope they switch to more sustainable packaging

Good street food level Thai restaurant with many options and excellent service

Extremely small Thai place. Probably can hold 7-8 people at the same time. But the food was delicious. Try the pad thai (i know, generic). The rice dish was great too.

According to the reviews, there is a very good Pad Thai here. That may have been true a few years ago, but currently I wouldn't recommend Pad Thai to anyone.

The food is to die for! I always have lunch there. However, the service is very hectic. You can't take this personally 👍

The service was terrible, I said „hello“ and the cook/ service Woman was getting super angry without any reason. Food was okey but I wouldn’t eat here again because of the super bad manners and lack of friendliness of the employee.

Very authentic menu with classics of Thai street food. We can highly recommend the vegetarian Pad Thai. You can also sit outside.

The most authentic Thai restaurant in Munich. In my experience, it's close to the cuisine in Thailand: if you order spicy food, you get spicy food and the ingredients are fresh. The ambience is in the style of street food shops in Southeast Asia. If you like to cure your backpacking wanderlust while sitting on small plastic chairs with papaya salad, this is the perfect place for you.

Food is incomparable, restaurant has a great atmosphere. But prices shouldn't get any higher now - otherwise it will be too expensive.

Food range from okay to not so okay subject to the cook at work. The service is terrible. Prices have increased to a ridiculous level for a place like this. May also be good to clean the place properly now and then - everything is rather sticky. If you eat inside you will for sure need to wash your clothes afterwards. We won’t come back here ever again.

Way too expensive for a snack bar. The food was very tasty but the service was unfriendly and my favorite dish cost €12 two years ago and now costs €18.50. Are you crazy?

Had takeaway spring rolls and red Thai curry with chicken. Spring rolls for 9 (!!!) euros - I expected something great. I received 3 mini spring rolls that were barely filled...very disappointing. My red Thai curry had so little sauce that I thought it had leaked a little. For 12 euros I don't expect a monster portion but this amount is just bold and cheeky. Never again. I then went to the other Asian restaurant around the corner and got something decent to eat to fill me up.

Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied for a long time because the manam had decreased significantly. Things are great again now, but the prices are a bit high. But that's probably normal, as everything has become more expensive, although you can get all-you-can-eat sushi for the same money.

Be careful step! Little crispy duck on sour noodles with very few vegetables. In one soup there are only two meatballs. Simply too expensive for that.

Toller Thai Imbiss! Schmeckt richtig gut und hier gibt es das einzige Pad Si oiw mit frischen Nudeln in der Stadt. Jetzt komme ich bereits seit über vier Jahren und bin immer zufrieden. Es ist kein Restaurant, sondern ein Imbiss.

I ordered the Gai tod sauce tou and the Sticky rice with mango for takeaway and it was really good. The only downside is that the place is quite small but at the same time that makes it really cosy. The order was made extremely quickly and packaged nicely.

I used to come here but had not been for a while. I was a bit worried about the recent (negative) reviews but I disagree with them. The atmosphere still has a Bangkok street food feeling, the food is still delicious... Yes the portions aren't huge but it is written on their menu: "we prefer quality over quantity" ... It became more expensive indeed... But like everywhere else in Munich...

Wir habe zwei mal die Nr 19 "Auberginen mit anderem Gemüse und angebratenem roten Curry" zum mitnehmen bestellt. Im Essen war keine einzige Aubergine, dafür ein bisschen Dosengemüse und geschmackloser Tofu. Schade, es gibt so viele bessere Optionen in München. Ich denke der Laden WAR mal gut...

Pad Thai is fried nicely, noodles are chewy and bouncy and not dripping in sauce and oil, but still with a rich taste of Tamarind.

had few meals here as it's near our hotels. comforting food especially like their suki glass noodles soup. tom yum soup is good too! will try again whenever i'm nearby.

Das Essen ist ein Traum! Wirklich gut. Aber der Imbiss ist von innen nicht sonderlich schön, da er sehr klein ist. Aber zum Mitnehmen lohnt es sich wirklich!

Was highly disappointed when we arrived in Munich to find a note of the door saying they were on vacation. However, they reopened on our last evening. We ate here several times in years past so we were looking forward to it. Food still outstanding. Top notch. To-go packaging is great, but they only have spoons for plastic to-go. English not good but they have the english menu so you just point to what you want. Spice level is perfect. Glad to get to have a meal here again.

Das Manam gibt es nunmehr seit 24 Jahren an der gleichen Stelle. Auch wenn die Preise seither deutlich gestiegen sind, ist das Essen geschmacklich sowie das Lokal vom Ambiente gleich geblieben. Für München eines der wenigen „einfachen“ und guten Asiatishen Garküchen. Wenn ihc mich recht erinnere, gibt es kein weiteres Thai Lokal in der Art in München. Man kann weiterhin nur bar bezahlen, innen ist es heiß und eng und draußen gibt es etwas mehr Platz als ich es von vor 10 Jahren in Erinnerung habe. Dennoch bereichert dieses Lokal die Münchner Gastronomie Landschaft durch die doch einfache, dennoch leckere Küche.

Früher war es der Münchner Street Food Inbegriff von mini Urlaub in Thailand. Essen Und Location in allem super. Heute ist es ein Chaos laden mit ok Essen eigentlich 2 Sterne aber der 3. ist für das es sicher bald wieder besser wird..

Mickirige Portionen, 8 Euro für 3! Frühlingsrollen. Geschmacklich ist das Essen unterer Durchschnitt und preislich zu hoch

Mittlerweile leider deutlich teurerer. Die Gerichte kleiner und wenn man 3€ Aufpreis für die große Portion bezahlt, bekommt man eigentlich nur mehr Reis. Das Essen ist geschmacklich nach wie vor sehr gut. Flair wie in Thailand am Straßenimbiss, wenn man einen Platz ergattert.

Essen und Service gut, das Ambiente draußen vor dem Lokal (direkt an der Rosenheimer Straße) mit schmucklosen Tischen und Hockern ohne Lehne könnte deutlich verbessert werden.

Suppe 28B ist sehr lecker und außergewöhnlich.Solche Suppe haben ich nirgendwo probiert. Portionen sind klein, tatsächlich. Aber nicht diese Suppe.

Ich habe ein scharfes Essen, schnelle Zubereitung & ein gemütliche kleinen Laden erwartet. Alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Super für den schnellen Hunger und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Delicious! Although being only a small team, in a tiny place and full of people waiting to be served and picking up orders, they are very friendly and fast. I ll come back in my next visit to Munich! Warning!: only cash accepted!!

Juste en face du Hilton hôtel. J'ai commandé le Pad Thaï aux crevettes à emporter (12€ en 2023), c'était bon. Pas exceptionnel, mais ça avait un goût thaïlandais ! Portion suffisante. Préférer le "à emporter" car la salle est minuscule (2 tables !). Il y a quelques tables sur le trottoir, le long d'une rue passante. Service rapide, accueil sympathique. Bon point pour les allergiques : les cacahuètes étaient à part, dans un petit pot fermé.

Früher günstiger & authentischer Laden für Thai Streetfood. Früher. Dank Rezession sind die Portionen heute kleiner und die Preise höher. Am schlimmsten allerdings: es schmeckt nur noch Durchschnittlich :/ Schade
