Very good food, just the right portion for the lunch break. I like to read on my lunch break, so I decided to take it with me to eat at work. When I placed the order I was asked to wait outside the door. There weren't 4 people sitting in the front area, and there wasn't a line either. No one came in the 10 minutes I waited. Didn't think it was too nice if you had to wait outside for your order

Food was really not good. 3.8 stars are way too much for this store. The mango sticky tear was (no exaggeration) disgusting. You take frozen mango which has then been cooked. Inedible. You simply can't serve something like that if you value your customers. The service had zero understanding and made no effort to improve anything. Definitely not recommended! I didn't get my money back for this meal

Would have given the service and atmostsphere more stars but the food really awfully sucks that don’t deserve even 1 star. Con job with most food on menu are vegetables which also taste sucks. No Thai taste. Avoid it!

I was disappointed when I ordered the pad Thai .., it was not what I expected .., i don’t like the sauce what they put on it.., tasted weird., also the Mango Klebreis., it was terrible.., the mango they put were too soft like it was long time in the freezer or very old stock in the fridge that the mango didn’t taste good at all ..though the Klebreis is fine.., i went to Thai park in Berlin where I tried Thai foods and it was very delicious not like here.., Atmosphere was good Service was good I was craving for Mango Klebreis but Im just disappointed. I did still ate the Klebreis but the Pad Thai, I was not able to eat all..

You order via terminals there, very practical. I had Phad Thai on the menu with spring rolls and lemongrass iced tea. The food was quite good, I've had it several times in Thailand, it was just a bit bland. It actually comes with tofu and I ordered chicken with it for almost €3 extra. It's a shame that you couldn't leave out the tofu, I didn't see the option if you could. You could have skipped the iced tea, relatively small glass and actually only tasted like water, only slightly like lemongrass but without ice. The spring rolls were cold but not bad, but only 4 pieces. The food was brought super quickly, which means it couldn't have been freshly prepared, but there was also fast food there. All in all, you can eat there, but there are definitely better options. Service was quick but quite bland.

We have ordered takeaway there several times. Always fresh and very well seasoned! We'd love to come back!

The employees are very nice and helpful. The food came quickly and was nicely prepared and delicious. I would recommend a visit to Kaimug in the Fünf Höfe branch.

The food was really tasty and we didnt have to wait long at all. The workers were very nice. Not too many people and very comfortable place. My favourite restaurant in Munich:)))

Unfortunately I didn't like it at all. In my opinion, Pad Thai was a mushy, tasteless mush. Pasta was totally overcooked... I would have invested the €11.50 better elsewhere. Service friendly and nice atmosphere, therefore a point.

Phat Thai Tastes like nothing and overpriced very little duck all in all €20 thrown out the window.

We like to sit there on bar stools and look outside or sit in the new area - it is very quiet even if the queue is a little longer for a short time. Our kids are always looking forward to it. Everything is deliciously seasoned - the Tom kha Gai soup is delicious with lemongrass and subtle ginger plus extra rice and chicken. The cooked mango with sticky rice could have used a little more coconut Do you like homemade strawberry soda? But it tastes good without any chemicals???

The Kaimug in the Fünf Höfe is a good stop if you are in town for lunch or work nearby. You order the food at the counter, then it is brought to the table. I enjoyed the food.

The worst experience!!!!!! I ordered green curry and what was in the bowl was curry mixed with small insects. Not just an insect. I eliminated at least 5 insects!!!!!!!!!! When I returned there with the food, I didn't hear a single apology. You simply want to have others eat. Unfortunately no! I can't trust you how you cook anymore. I will never go again and cannot recommend at all.

Reservations were not possible, but as promised on the phone there was enough space for 6 people. Ordering with the app is difficult or impossible because the upper limit is €100🙄 The food was very good for everyone, but it was significantly marred by the pretty rancid surroundings: the upholstery was totally dirty, and we wiped the sticky table ourselves after no one felt responsible for it. If we had more time we would have gone somewhere else.

Looks pretty nice, but we weren't really impressed with the food. The duck probably died twice because the meat was dry and the actually crispy skin was wobbly. The rice and noodles were cooked more than softly. A pity. But the atmosphere is chic.

Delicious food, fair prices and big portions! We visited Munich in December and we found this restaurant by mistake. We are happy that we tried it, we had lunch here two consecutive days and we enjoyed the food a lot. We also liked that we didn't have to wait too long to be served.

Delicious food, fair prices and clean. The waiting time is minimal. The red Thai Curry is lovely spicy, while the other dishes were flavoury. Looking forward to try other dishes too.

Good food. Small cute little place. Seating at the back is on regular chair and benches. Mostly it's a high chair seating arrangement. But we could find some place with our baby s kinderwagen too. :) quick service

the food is fresh, delicious and hearty. this is prepared very quickly. Fortunately, there was no smell of fried food or oil in the restaurant, which we thought was great. Most recommended: Pad Siu with extra cashew nuts, mango coconut curry, strawberry lemonade, winter tea!!

This restaurant was a great find. Every dish was delicious and prepared so well. I ordered the Mango Kokos Curry bowl, and it was so flavourful and aromatic that I couldn't resist revisiting this restaurant the very next day. Had the Thai Red Curry bowl then, and that too was equally amazing. Such a memorable experience! I would most definitely recommend this restaurant.

Das Essen (Pad Thai) war ziemlich geschmacklos, die Nudeln viel zu weich, sehr wenig Ei und kaum gewürzt, außer etwas Chilli. Kein Koriander und ein winziges Stück Limette, mit dem auch keine Frische reinkam. Das Personal war sehr nett, aber das hilft halt leider nicht, wenn das Essen nichts ist.

Thai cuisine can never be that authentic if it’s not in Kaimug. All the staff of kaimug are Thai with quality service. I forgot also to mention that their serving satisfy your cravings 🤗

This restaurant is located in the center of the town close to some of the touristic places. It is located in a mall, makes it somewhat ideal for a lunch place after a few hours of shopping or sightseeing if you are in this area. The staff is polite, the service is friendly and prompt, the food is decent, nothing stellar but a great alternative if you are looking for Thai taste. Also it is easy on the pocket and has decent seating inside the restaurant. The pad Thai was great and so was the green curry. The restrooms are free to use for patrons.

War schon mal viel besser! Ich bestellte ein Gemüsecurry mit Mango-Kokossauce. Leider war die Portion sehr klein und mit billigem Gemüse versehen. Die Sauce schmeckte überhaupt nicht nach Kokosmilch. War enttäuscht und werde nicht mehr hingehen!

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant für das tägliche Mittagessen ! Die besten Wan Tans Münchens und im Sommer die leckersten Glücksrollen. Die wöchentlichen Tagesgerichte sind immer einen Versuch wert, die Currys verlässlich gut ! Die Mitarbeiter sind großartig und ein Tag ohne Kaimug, ist jedenfalls für mich, kein guter Tag.....!! Weiter so !

Non pulitissimo ma ottimo cibo. Possibilità di asporto o consumazione sul posto anche se i tavoli sono pochi. Buono per un pasto veloce. In galleria c'è anche una zona all'aperto dove consumare il cibo d'asporto.

En el centro Fünf Höfe de Theatinerstrasse este restaurante de comida tailandes es una opción para salir de vez en cuando de la potente comida bávara. Una cocina diferente, platos fotografiados en la carta para no equivocarse y a un precio muy asequible. Y si no te atreves, al lado está el italiano Vapiano donde puedes decidir los ingredientes de tu plato de pasta, de tu pizza o de tu ensalada.

Words may be only limiting to describe how wonderful my time was at KAIMUG TASTE THAI at 5 Hofe. I was lucky to enjoy several dishes, a delicious option to taste the best of what this lovely restaurant has to offer. I’ve been coming here every day during my two weeks of holiday in Munich. The menu had so many dishes, many more than in the pictures that Chef Koko has cooked for me it was so special. The passion and joy is imbedded and evident in this beautiful meal. Every plate served had unique and amazing flavours that told a story. The atmosphere was friendly and very welcoming. Will be visiting very soon. An incredibly special place, cannot recommend more highly!!!

Schade, ich habe mich hier von der langen Schlange wartender Gäste blenden lassen. Das Gericht "Gemüse aus dem Wok" war eigentlich ganz gut, leider hatte die Soße aber die Konsistenz einer Suppe, was wenig appetitlich war. Einen Sitzplatz habe ich nur durch Glück gefunden, da das Lokal viel zu klein ist.

Gutes ,preiswertes Thai Essen, erst zahlen, dann setzen, wenn der Chip leuchtet Essen abholbereit. Kein Lokal für gemütliches Mittagessen, eher für eilige Stadtbummler

Das Essen ist leider unterdurchschnittlich. In unserer Gruppe hat es keinem besonders geschmeckt. Da gibt es besseres Thai-Essen in München...

Das war ein tolles Erlebnis. Sehr sehr leckeres Essen, liebevoll zubereitet und freundlicher Service. Da sollte man das Trinkgeld nicht vergessen 😍

Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen, Portionen sind ausreichend und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist für ein Schnellrestaurant sehr angenehm - gerne wieder 😊

Leider schmeckt das Huhn seltsam- jedenfalls nicht nach Huhn. Die Reisportionen sind immer zu klein und der Bambus ist oft faserig. Die Qualität hat über all die Jahre leider nachgelassen. Schade!

Ich habe Gebratene Nudeln bestellt und sie waren so matschig das es nicht essbar war. Die Bedienung war auch sehr unhöflich und das essen war für den Preis sehr wenig.

Man kennt das Restaurant und es ist immer gut besucht. Da die anderen Restaurants am Nachmittag keine Küche hatten, haben wir uns für das Kaimug entschieden. Es war sehr enttäuschend! Kaum Huhn, ansonsten Bambus und Ananas. Auch das Pad Thai war schwach. Was für schlechtes Essen man den Leuten doch zumuten kann. Für uns: nie wieder!
