Service very friendly Ambience is also pleasant Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the food. The fried potatoes are partly black, the fries (almost all of them) are so hard that you're afraid of missing a tooth. Mashed potatoes with mountain cheese without taste. Meat was okay but not an experience either. The menu doesn't have anything for vegetarians (an Asian main course and a portion of noodles where you can leave out the shrimp). In addition, the very high price rivals that of the state capital. Conclusion: You don't have to eat here.

The food was really excellent and plentiful. The menu offers a very good and clear selection of local dishes, aperitifs, starters and drinks! We ordered 5 different dishes, all of which tasted very good and were perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is very well maintained. Pre-order/reservation seems appropriate. On Saturday evening all seats were occupied. The waitresses were all very attentive and friendly.

Yesterday the three of us ate here for the first time. We were greeted very friendly and shown to our table. What I noticed immediately was that the background noise was very pleasant, even though the restaurant was very full and there was a group of probably over 10 people sitting next to us at a long table. That was a plus, because there's nothing worse when you walk into a bar and it's so loud that you can't understand your own words. So they did everything right with the renovation! The menu is not very large, but there is certainly something for every taste. We started with an aperitif. Two Aperol Spritz and a Hugo. Wonderfully mixed and very tasty. As a starter I chose a mixed salad with goat cheese. Oh my god, that was delicious. For the main course we ordered onion roast, meat patties and pork loin. Simply delicious. Tasty, attractive and an absolutely sufficient portion. I was definitely about to burst but I couldn't stop eating, it was just amazing. At the end there were apple fritters with vanilla ice cream and schnapps. Conclusion: Starting with the friendly welcome, the service, the food, everything was top! Ambience very appealing and beautifully designed. Tablecloths, flowers, high-quality napkins and the dishes are beautiful. So not only was the food excellent, but the eyes could also shine with admiration. It was very busy and yet the staff were always friendly and always smiling. It's great that with so many guests they are always friendly and provide impeccable service. I would even give it more than five stars. We can absolutely recommend it without hesitation and we will choose Malzstadel as our favorite restaurant. Many thanks to the great staff and the delicious food.

We have been to the Malzstadel a few times and always come to the same conclusion: The Malzstadel is definitely one of the best restaurants in the area and clearly has the best cuisine in Dillingen. The food is truly to die for, no matter what you choose. The guest room and the terrace are very beautifully designed and the interior area in particular has a super pleasant climate, especially the acoustics in the room. The friendliness of the service staff is outstanding. Super fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. A restaurant as you wish!

I was able to accompany a wedding reception there as a DJ. The team surrounding Vanessa was perfect. Starting with the service, with an honest and sincere friendliness that has not diminished in hospitality and professional competence even at a late hour! TOP!!! The food was extremely perfect! Even when making the reservation, nice contact. The ambience is noble but not just for the “haute volée”. Very stylish and tastefully decorated. Super nice service, even from the boss himself! No stress and hectic... The food was to die for! Meat was brought to the punk. The vegetables are crisp and fresh. The sauces are a taste experience! The choice of food is just right! An absolute culinary delight and sensory experience on the tongue. In no other restaurant in the area can you eat as deliciously as you can here. Had a Thai curry soup, baked mushrooms in a salad, lamb with spaetzle and beans and for dessert a chocolate brownie with fruit and vanilla ice cream. Everything tastes outstanding. Unfortunately the price isn't super cheap but it's worth every cent. The waitresses are attentive, polite and very accommodating.

Because of a voucher gift, I tried the Malzstadel. You can see from the outside that it is a fairly new and well-kept restaurant that is in the higher segment (food, prices and ambience). The interior looks really beautifully designed and clean, you are welcomed very warmly and friendly and escorted to the reserved table. I wouldn't describe the menu as small, as other reviews here do, but for me it has more than enough selection. From beef fillet to onion roast, classic Viennese schnitzel or cordon bleu to salads, children's and vegetarian dishes, everyone will find something here. In addition, there were two fish menus during our visit that were not on the menu, but were offered to us when we were presented with the menu. Several soups or a salad with champions are also available as starters. This was my choice, along with the bacon-wrapped pork fillet, spaetzle and steamed vegetables. Everything is served relatively quickly, is really of good quality and very nicely presented. The portions are more than large enough that you could actually leave out the starter and still feel full. In terms of price/performance ratio it is appropriate, although we are already in the upper range here. But this is clear to most guests who eat here. The toilets are located one floor higher and can be reached by stairs or elevator. These are also new, beautifully designed and clean. It won't become our regular place because, as I said, it's not very cheap, but we'll definitely be happy to visit it again from time to time. Even in summer we would like to try out the outdoor area that leads towards the castle parking lot.

We were at the Malzstadel on Christmas Day evening with 14 people. I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience and am full of praise. A very nice, modern restaurant. The service was very friendly, attentive and accommodating from start to finish. Almost all of us had different dishes, each one was a poem. I don't know the last time I had such good food in a restaurant, including dessert. Everything was just right. And that even though the restaurant was full to capacity. Thank you for the lovely evening, we will definitely be happy to come back.

Service aufmerksam und freundlich, Preis/Leistung ok bzw etwas gehoben. Wobei Gut bürgerliche Küche in DLG zu suchen ist. Wir waren 8 Personen und das Essen kam zeitgleich. WC teils barrierefrei. Lokal allerdings nicht. Hunde im Lokal nicht erwünscht, nur in den Sommermonaten auf der Terrasse. Parken je nach Tageszeit am Schloß teils kostenfrei möglich

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit kleiner übersichtlicher Karte. Der Service und das Essen waren hervorragend. Die Preise sind leicht über dem Durchschnitt aber der Geschmack und die mit Liebe zubereiteten Gerichte rechtfertigen das. Man sollte vorher reservieren, sonst bekommt man keinen Platz.

Wir haben unsere Verlobungsfeier am 06.05.2023 im Restaurant Malzstadel gefeiert und es war einfach perfekt! Wir hatten den oberen Saal für uns und feierten mit ca. 80 Gästen, einschließlich Kindern. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und alles lief reibungslos und genau nach Plan. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet. Wir fühlten uns gut betreut und der Preis war fair für das, was wir erhalten haben. Die Location selbst war wunderschön und alle Gäste waren begeistert. Der Saal in der oberen Etage bot ausreichend Platz für unsere Feier und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Essen war fantastisch! Jedes Gericht wurde mit Sorgfalt zubereitet und die Qualität war hervorragend. Sowohl Geschmack als auch Präsentation haben uns beeindruckt. Wir können das Restaurant Malzstadel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, insbesondere für besondere Anlässe wie Verlobungsfeiern. Die Location, das Essen, der Service - alles war einfach großartig. Nochmals vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die unvergessliche Verlobungsfeier!

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön. Gutes Essen aber die Portionen sind für mich etwas zu groß, was ich aber am besten finde ist das zarte Fleisch und die Vielfalt an Gemüse. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und im Restaurant ist es echt amüsant. Kann ich nur empfehlen. :>

Ein sehr schönes Freundliches man könnte sagen edles Restaurant. Perfekte übersichtliche kleine Karte mit wirklich nur hochwertigen leckeren Gerichten die auf den Punkt zubereitet werden. Mega freundlicher Umgang mit dem Kunden sehr entspannt keine Standard hektische Gastro. Alle Gerichte von höchster Qualität und kein 0815 fertig müll und das von Vorspeise bis zum Dessert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Restaurant, das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir waren zu sechst zum Abendessen vor Ort und wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient.

Habe dort Rinderfiletspitze gegessen. Auf die Frage ob es diese anstatt rosa auch ganz durch erhältlich ist musste man erst nachfragen ob das möglich ist. Was sagt uns das ? Das 'Filet' war übrigens zäh
