Malzstadel in Dillingen a.d.Donau

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend in der Lammstraße. Die Atmosphäre ist einladend und das Essen hat uns wirklich begeistert. Besonders die knusprige Ente mit den perfekt zubereiteten Knödeln war ein echtes Highlight. Auch das Dessert, eine wunderbar karamellisierte Crème Brûlée, war ein krönender Abschluss für unser Menü. Alles wirkte frisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Wir haben hervorragend gegessen. Es gibt eine schöne Aussenterasse und der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell.

Einfach top. Superfreundlicher Service. Hier kommt man sich vor wie ein VIP. Das Essen ist Spitzenklasse. Ich hatte ein Pfeffersteak und meine Frau eine Dorade. Hauptgang und Nachspeise eine Augenweide. Hier isst das Auge mit. Wir sind sehr satt und zufrieden nach Hause gegangen. Das Essen war jeden Cent wert. Die Soßen sind nicht selber gemacht, das merkt man am Geschmack! Die Speisen sind schön auf den Tellern...wenn man eine Speise mit Soßen bestellt ist zuviel Soße oben.

Ich war heute das erste Mal dort, war mit meiner Frau und zwei Freunden im Lokal und da es dort gut sein soll, sind wir von Wertingen gerne dort hingefahren. Das Lokal ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, wirkt alles sehr professionell und ich bin sehr begeistert! Sehr nette, freundliche und flotte Bedienung, mega leckeres Essen, das Tagesgericht Surf n` Turf war ein Hit!!! Das Fleisch super zart, die Krabben einfach ein Gedicht und der Salat ein Traum, da hätte ich gerne das Rezept vom Dressing :-) Alle Essen an unserem Tisch kamen super zeitnah, warm und mega hübsch angerichtet und die Qualität/der Geschmack 1a. War ein toller Abend bei Euch, komme gerne wieder, auch wenn die Preise nicht klein sind, aber alles ist "preiswert", denn was es kostet, ist es auch wert... Besonders die Nachspeisen sind ein Gedicht, habe noch nie eine bessere Creme Brulee bekommen, Spitzenklasse, zudem noch unheimlich hübsch angerichtet!!! Leider bekamen wir mit Hund keinen Zutritt, obwohl der Hund sich im Hundewagen sprich hinter Netz befand. Sehr schade

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 13 Personen anwesend. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Eine Verbesserung zu meinem vorhergehenden Besuch! Preislich fair und gut.

Wir wären gerne zum Essen mit der ganzen Familie (6 Personen) gekommen. Aber wenn keine Hunde gestattet sind, dann eben nicht! Das habe ich in 20 Jahren, in denen ich Hunde habe, noch nicht erlebt (weder im In- noch im Ausland), dass keine Hunde gestattet sind. Ein absolutes NoGo!

Wir haben im Malzstadel Geburtstag gefeiert. Die Tische waren liebevoll gedeckt. Wir wurden schnell, aufmerksam und zuverlässig bedient. Die Speisen waren wie immer hervorragend. Der Malzstadel erhält von uns 7 Sterne. 👍😍 Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Essen und Service wie immer spitze. Einziger Punkt: Ein paar Pflanzen oder Raumteiler würden die Geräuschkulisse deutlich angenehmer machen. Soll aber keine Kritik, sondern lediglich eine Anregung sein.

Zwiebelrostbraten variiert stark in der Fleischqualität. Teilweise stark durchwachsen. Vor lauter Zwiebeln findet man das Fleisch fast nicht!

I've had consistently positive experiences on all my visits. The food is delicious every time. The best place in Dillingen for German cuisine!

We were there a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, the spaetzle were as if there were no salt in the dough. At first, I thought, OK, maybe I forgot it once, but unfortunately, the same thing happened on my second visit. The meat and vegetables were really good. The service was great. The atmosphere was fantastic.

We celebrated our wedding at the Malzstadl in Dillingen in June. It was unique – beautiful decor, perfect food, fantastic service – a huge thank you to Vanessa, Johannes, and the entire team.

Great food, great service, absolutely recommended

I think the location and the service were very good. As for the food...sorry, it wasn't seasoned, it had an Indian touch, the spaetzle wasn't cooked properly, it looks nice, but everything has flaws. The food looks nice, but the subtleties are missing everywhere...best regards 😉

We went here based on the good reviews and recommendations. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the food. The onion roast beef was tough and sometimes bloody, even though I ordered it medium-well. The gravy tasted like a ready-made gravy and wasn't good. The beef tips were tough, and the gravy wasn't tasty either. We expected much more for the price. It's a shame, because the service, friendliness, and atmosphere are really great.

We were able to play a wedding 💒 here yesterday and it was really great, super delicious food, super friendly boss of the house :-). You really feel safe there and the location with the separate party attic is just amazing! This makes working together really fun! Hopefully we'll see each other again one day :-)!

Really a great restaurant with German food. Probably the best German restaurant in the area. The quality of the food is really great and the service was more accommodating than I have experienced in a long time. Only the prices are a bit high, but that is probably due to the high quality of the food. Absolute recommendation!

I was here with friends and I had a wild garlic risotto with mozzarella and vegetables - very tasty, nicely seasoned and the risotto had a good bite. The service was friendly and attentive. We sat outside, nice atmosphere and busy, but still relaxed. The prices are a little higher, but absolutely okay given the quality. Overall, a successful visit! I'd love to come back!

Ich war mit Freunden hier und ich hatte ein Bärlauch-Risotto mit Mozzarella und Gemüse – sehr lecker, schön abgeschmeckt und das Risotto hatte gut Biss. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir saßen draußen, schönes Ambiente und gut besucht, aber trotzdem entspannt. Die Preise sind etwas höher, aber angesichts der Qualität absolut in Ordnung. Insgesamt ein gelungener Besuch! Ich komme gerne wieder!

We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday and dined a la carte with 13 people. Super friendly staff, a wonderful atmosphere, and truly amazing food. No long wait, even though the house was packed. All in all, a fantastic experience. Thank you to Ms. Ferner and Mr. Ostermair and the entire team.

Very stylish atmosphere. The service is excellent, courteous and professional. The cuisine is excellent.

Is very romantic, cozy. I really appreciate that daily specials are always recommended. Food itself was on point. Beef fillet was medium rare with prawns very well rounded off. Zander was also very good in taste. Wines always turn out great straight away recommended. Dessert was very good, chocolate brownies had a liquid center and apple cakes were very fresh, juicy and perfectly sweetened. The service is outstanding; people always ask if everything is OK or if you have a request. You just feel good.

We recently went there for a business lunch with five people. Reservation a few days before via email worked wonderfully. Nice atmosphere, not too confusing and well located. The service was excellent and the food was also great. Absolutely no objections. Price/performance is also difficult to agree with.

It was my first time in the location and I can only report positive things. Pleasant atmosphere, appealing ambience, friendly and courteous staff as well as an attractive price/performance ratio round off a harmonious overall package. My pepper steak was excellent. I can recommend the location with a clear conscience.

It's just good. Ate there several times, never left disappointed. I never had any problems getting a table without a reservation, but there were always only two of us. The service is very good both professionally and personally.

Finally found a restaurant that offers good, high-quality food.

Unfortunately none of our food tasted good. It was always the same sauce for duck, pork and beef, only with mushrooms in one dish and peppercorns in the other dish. In fact, I even have to question whether the sauce was homemade at all.... The duck was so dry that it could have been from the day before. We won't be coming back and there are much better restaurants.

Everything is just right there. Price-performance, staff, cleanliness, Ambiance. Bravo

Service very friendly Ambience is also pleasant Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the food. The fried potatoes are partly black, the fries (almost all of them) are so hard that you're afraid of missing a tooth. Mashed potatoes with mountain cheese without taste. Meat was okay but not an experience either. The menu doesn't have anything for vegetarians (an Asian main course and a portion of noodles where you can leave out the shrimp). In addition, the very high price rivals that of the state capital. Conclusion: You don't have to eat here.

The food was really excellent and plentiful. The menu offers a very good and clear selection of local dishes, aperitifs, starters and drinks! We ordered 5 different dishes, all of which tasted very good and were perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is very well maintained. Pre-order/reservation seems appropriate. On Saturday evening all seats were occupied. The waitresses were all very attentive and friendly.

Yesterday the three of us ate here for the first time. We were greeted very friendly and shown to our table. What I noticed immediately was that the background noise was very pleasant, even though the restaurant was very full and there was a group of probably over 10 people sitting next to us at a long table. That was a plus, because there's nothing worse when you walk into a bar and it's so loud that you can't understand your own words. So they did everything right with the renovation! The menu is not very large, but there is certainly something for every taste. We started with an aperitif. Two Aperol Spritz and a Hugo. Wonderfully mixed and very tasty. As a starter I chose a mixed salad with goat cheese. Oh my god, that was delicious. For the main course we ordered onion roast, meat patties and pork loin. Simply delicious. Tasty, attractive and an absolutely sufficient portion. I was definitely about to burst but I couldn't stop eating, it was just amazing. At the end there were apple fritters with vanilla ice cream and schnapps. Conclusion: Starting with the friendly welcome, the service, the food, everything was top! Ambience very appealing and beautifully designed. Tablecloths, flowers, high-quality napkins and the dishes are beautiful. So not only was the food excellent, but the eyes could also shine with admiration. It was very busy and yet the staff were always friendly and always smiling. It's great that with so many guests they are always friendly and provide impeccable service. I would even give it more than five stars. We can absolutely recommend it without hesitation and we will choose Malzstadel as our favorite restaurant. Many thanks to the great staff and the delicious food.

Extremely delicious food, excellent service, beautiful beer garden

We have been to the Malzstadel a few times and always come to the same conclusion: The Malzstadel is definitely one of the best restaurants in the area and clearly has the best cuisine in Dillingen. The food is truly to die for, no matter what you choose. The guest room and the terrace are very beautifully designed and the interior area in particular has a super pleasant climate, especially the acoustics in the room. The friendliness of the service staff is outstanding. Super fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. A restaurant as you wish!

I was able to accompany a wedding reception there as a DJ. The team surrounding Vanessa was perfect. Starting with the service, with an honest and sincere friendliness that has not diminished in hospitality and professional competence even at a late hour! TOP!!! The food was extremely perfect! Even when making the reservation, nice contact. The ambience is noble but not just for the “haute volée”. Very stylish and tastefully decorated. Super nice service, even from the boss himself! No stress and hectic... The food was to die for! Meat was brought to the punk. The vegetables are crisp and fresh. The sauces are a taste experience! The choice of food is just right! An absolute culinary delight and sensory experience on the tongue. In no other restaurant in the area can you eat as deliciously as you can here. Had a Thai curry soup, baked mushrooms in a salad, lamb with spaetzle and beans and for dessert a chocolate brownie with fruit and vanilla ice cream. Everything tastes outstanding. Unfortunately the price isn't super cheap but it's worth every cent. The waitresses are attentive, polite and very accommodating.
