Das Essen ist köstlich und bietet eine große Auswahl an schmackhaften und einzigartigen asiatischen Gerichten – darunter Sushi und Pho –, die wirklich hervorragend sind. Der Service ist professionell, und das Restaurant ist sauber und hell; besonders beeindruckend sind die schönen Duftlampen und das Aquarium.

Egal was man hier isst, es schmeckt einfach unfassbar gut... wir lassen so oft liefern und essen ab und an direkt vor Ort und wurden noch nie enttäuscht.. eine absolute Empfehlung...

Das beste Sushi in Bayreuth! Ich komme immer gerne ins Maison, auch um andere Gerichte zu essen, aber das Sushi schmeckt mit Abstand am besten. Die Inhaber und Bedienungen sind immer sehr freundlich.

Kleines, aber feines Asia-Restaurant im Zentrum von Bayreuth. Das Essen und die Bedienung waren ausgezeichnet. Hier kommen auch Sushi-Liebhaber auf ihre Kosten. Highlight für die Kinder ist das große Aquarium mit vielen verschiedenen Fischen.

Wir waren schon des öfteren in diesem Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Wenn man unter Woche von Montag bis Freitag in der Mittagszeit kommt, gibt es verschiedene Menüs für 9,90 Euro. Deshalb kann ich dieses Restaurant mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und das Personal sehr freundlich. Eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen dort und hatten Sommerrolle, Sashimi und Sushi Menü. Alles war sehr frisch, qualitativ hochwertig und schmeckte hervorragend! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Meine Familie und ich waren vor ein paar Wochen an einem Samstagabend dort und bekamen ohne Reservierung einen Platz. Wir wurden sofort platziert, aber unsere Bestellung wurde erst etwa 20-30 Minuten nach den Getränken aufgenommen. Das Sushi war in Ordnung, ließ aber fast anderthalb Stunden auf sich warten. Positiv war, dass die Vorspeisen pünktlich kamen und der Service hervorragend war. Unsere Kellnerin war freundlich und entschuldigte sich für die lange Wartezeit. Mein Kind hatte viel Spaß mit den Aquarien, und das Restaurant war schön eingerichtet. Insgesamt ein guter Besuch.

Wir waren gestern da und sind unfassbar enttäuscht. Das Lokal war mit ca 75% besetzt. Wir warteten 1.40 Stunden auf unser Essen, während der freundliche Lieferando Mensch mehrmals mit seiner vollen Liefertasche das Restaurant betrat und wieder verließ. Das Essen war soweit in Ordnung aber nichts herausragendes. Vielleicht sollte man sich überlegen ob man ein Lieferando Restaurant oder ein Restaurant im klassischen Sinne sein möchte. Wir für unseren Teil, werden jedenfalls nicht mehr kommen. Anzumerken bleibt noch, dass die Preise in einem guten Rahmen liegen.

Wir haben dieses Restaurant spontan besucht und waren begeistert! Die gebratenen Nudeln mit Ente und Teriyakisauce waren unglaublich lecker, und das Sushi war frisch und sehr köstlich. Die Preis-Leistung ist top.

Bestellung über Lieferando katastrophal, haben fast zwei Stunden auf das Essen gewartet, dann im Restaurant angerufen, Aussage wir haben keine Fahrer, essen ist aber seit einer Stunde fertig. Ich wollte schließlich das Essen woher holen und habe wieder dort angerufen. Aussage Mitarbeiter: der Fahrer ist Unterwegs, habe dann nochmal 45 Minuten gewartet. Ich soll mich doch bitte a den Support von Lieferando wenden. Schade, essen ist eigentlich gut, Service aber schlecht.

Qualitativ hochwertiges und leckeres Essen, zu sehr fairen Preisen. Ambiente ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die beiden Kellner sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam gewesen. Wenn das Restaurant es schaffen sollte diese Qualität zu halten dann gibt es kaum eine bessere Option in der Restaurant Wahl, hier in Bayreuth.

Ordered food. It was just okay, which isn't exactly acceptable for such an exorbitant price. The noodles were practically swimming in grease, and the few vegetables were overcooked. The coconut milk soup was alright.

I visited the restaurant today and was pleasantly surprised by the food – everything tasted very good. However, something I noticed immediately while sitting in the dining room was less than pleasant: Right at the back, directly against the glass, was a very small aquarium with several rather large fish. The space inside was so limited that the animals could barely move. One of the fish kept circling in the same spot because there simply wasn't enough room to swim. This sight disturbed me greatly during my visit, and I consider this form of housing unacceptable. In my opinion, a restaurant should ensure that animals don't have to live in such conditions. I would like to see a more humane solution found as soon as possible – for example, a significantly larger aquarium or a different housing arrangement. If the situation doesn't change in the long term, I will report the incident to the relevant animal welfare organization, as animal welfare is very important to me.

I order from Maison quite often. The sushi is very tasty, but unfortunately, they repeatedly didn't follow the menu instructions. They didn't provide soy sauce or chopsticks. Very disappointing.

We ate here today, and the food itself was truly delicious – absolutely nothing to criticize in terms of taste. However, the ambiance severely overshadowed the positive impression. In the dining room, against the glass at the back, is a very small aquarium containing two or three larger fish. The animals have hardly any room to move. One of the fish couldn't even move properly, only turn around. This sight was very distressing for me and struck me as a form of animal cruelty. I think it's important for guests to draw attention to such things, because good food shouldn't come at the expense of animals. I sincerely hope that the restaurant will change something soon – whether it's a larger, species-appropriate aquarium or some other solution that prioritizes the animals' well-being. I will stop by from time to time in the future to see if the situation for the animals has improved. If nothing changes, I will report the incident to the relevant animal welfare organization, as animal welfare is very important to me.

The food was okay for me, but I found it very greasy. The main course arrived during the starter, but not for everyone. The last course was significantly delayed, which is a shame. Card payments only accepted for orders over €20.

I ordered duck with peanut sauce but got crispy chicken instead (mistake by the waitress anyway I was hungry so I ate it). The meat was not real chicken, more like reconstituted meat (Formfleisch – geschmacklich eher wie Tofu mit Bindemitteln) tasting of tofu with binding agents. The peanut sauce was watery and bland. Overall the experience was very disappointing. For this price, I have had much better quality in many other restaurants. I will never eat there again.

Compared to all the well-known Asian restaurants, Maison is uniquely different. It's not just the quiet location in the arcade, but also the way the service is attentive to guests. I was very impressed by the clearly laid out, easy-to-handle menu and the cutlery with chopsticks and napkin in a pocket. The sushi selection is enormous. You can choose from small to large, from a few to a lot (or rather, a set menu). Classic or unusual sushi combinations ensure a constant change. You'll definitely be full here at Maison. We love coming here; the food is simply delicious. Keep up the good work! Many thanks to the entire team.

The food was very, very tasty... very friendly staff... Lieferando should hire more drivers to be able to deliver... The restaurant gets full marks, but Lieferando unfortunately doesn't.

Food was cold and the wrong food on top of that. Once and never again.

The sushi is good, but the Chinese dishes are less so. After the renovation, prices have (unfortunately) risen significantly, making this restaurant no longer a good alternative to the more expensive but better-quality Wagaya. We used to enjoy the two-piece platter for €38, but after the price increase to €46, it's unfortunately no longer worth it for us.

Food was quite good. Price was okay. The staff was nice but not very professional. Hygiene Technically, things are also better. It is not disabled friendly. Wheelchair users probably have to take diapers with them.

The sushi rice was really delicious - you can tell the quality. Unfortunately, the rest of the ingredients weren't quite as convincing: some fresh, some rather marginal. What was particularly disappointing was that my "Veggy Crunchy" (actually vegetarian!) was filled with salmon - that's not possible, especially for vegetarians or allergy sufferers. When I asked, the staff couldn't help me. Instead, they just said: "The boss has already left, we're closed," even though the store was still open for half an hour according to the opening times. Overall, communication was difficult because the knowledge of German was unfortunately very limited. However, the store seemed very clean. It's a shame - with a little more care and better service it could really be a good shop.

We had a lovely evening here. There was little going on in the restaurant, we were served very quickly. The food was very tasty and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, our special requests were not addressed, but that may have been because the waitress only spoke a little German. Nevertheless, it was nice and recommended.

We came across this small Asian restaurant in the Bayreuther Passage by chance today - we don't regret it at all and will recommend it to others and will definitely come here again ourselves. We were here for the first time and were very satisfied We had starter and main course. Sushi with asparagus. Gyoza. As well as duck with fried rice and the number 35. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Highly recommended. Price performance is good. Will definitely come back here.

The restaurant is located in a shopping arcade in the pedestrian zone. The duck with noodles was good. Unfortunately, the gourmet block was not accepted for the lunch dishes, even though according to the rules the ratio is 2:1 for all dishes! We had to order from the more expensive evening menu. That annoyed us. Card payment is accepted, but with a minimum amount of €15 - €40. That's not possible and we won't be coming back.

Service is very friendly and helpful, actually consistently across the board in Bayreuth so far. Nice to have a warm bowl of pho after so many days of hearty European food. Spring rolls were also very enjoyable. Recommend!

We were at this restaurant on Wednesday evening and there weren't many people there, which was a big plus. There were two of us and we ordered “Menu 7”. The taste and shape were 10 out of 10. The dish was much more than enough for both of us. And another huge + was the staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. The only thing I didn't like was the lighting, I think the room could have been made a bit brighter. But still everything was really at a high level! I would happily recommend this!

Fresh, delicious sushi, with great service and fair prices. "Combination" 7 is a mix of classic types, mainly salmon, and is enough for 2 people. The vegetable gyoza is also tasty and well made. I've never tried the warm main dishes, but they look good as well.

The situation in the passage is not particularly spectacular. Inside, the guest area looks very cozy, inviting and modern. The service is very attentive. The various starters that are lovingly prepared are particularly good, such as gyoza, some rolls or fried spring rolls. There are various non-alcoholic fresh drinks such as lemonade or ginger or mint tea. The sushi plates with the crispy sushi are a dream. We found it very good.

Das Maison liegt ist in der Elyenpassage zur Bayreuther Innenstadt vorzufinden Essen: Wakame waren wirklicb sehr lecker, beim Udon mit Tofu waren mir etwas zu viele Zwiebeln reingeschnitten, ansonsten auch gut. Große Portionen zu fairen Preisen. Service: Netter und schneller Service Ambiente: Vom Ambiente her Mischung aus Imbiss und Restaurant. Hier fehlt noch etwas der Charme, damit es wirklich gemütlich wird.

Das ist schon etwas überraschend, die vielen positiven Bewertungen hier. Ich hatteTofu Curry, das aus langweiligem Tiefkühlgemüse und glibberigen Tofu bestand, uninspiriert gewürzt und eher wie schlechtes Kantinenessen! Das Ganze für 9,90. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!
