Main Kutter Würzburg in Würzburg

Took a short detour...thank God there was room. Unfortunately it is limited. If you ever have a place...what a location. Also see the Main Bridge and the fortress. Delicious “Meefischli” with fries and a good beer...very cool. Thanks for the great stay

Very good fish & chips from zander in a relaxed atmosphere with a view of Marienburg & Alte Mainbrücke. The fish was boneless, perfectly cooked and with delicious breading. Friendly & fast service.

Our favorite place on summer evenings - the Mainkutter 😊The view, atmosphere, "crew" and the small fish dishes are very nice and good!!! Almost a bit of a vacation in the middle of Würzburg. We're already looking forward to next year.........👍

Were on the cutter on the Main for the first time. Very nice self-service restaurant with a view of the Marienburg, Käppele, Alte Mainbrücke. The cutter is only open when the weather is nice. We were lucky with the weather and even managed to get a seat. The menu had a good selection. We decided on 2 spritzers for €3.50 each, a fried fish roll (Zander) and a Bismark roll. The young colleague was very abrupt and very unfriendly. Sometimes a smile works wonders. We had to wait 25 minutes for our fish sandwiches until our number was called to pick them up. The fried fish for almost €7 was not seasoned, had lots of red onions, and the Bismark roll was ok. Can't recommend the cutter, despite the very nice ambience.

Since the bridge and the places right next to it were crowded, we walked further up to look for a place for ourselves by the water. We discovered the cutter and drank a white wine spritzer there. The selection was good and it was very comfortable to sit there and look at the water.

Since we visit the cutter regularly, this should confirm our satisfaction. Delicious food, great ambience and a great team with a very nice and attentive lady as captain of the cutter. We're looking forward to the next time. Best regards Asija and Dieter

The Main Kutter in Würzburg is a cool place, something special. Without a reservation it is relatively difficult and a gamble to get a place. But you can also have everything to take away and you also get cutlery. The cutlery and bowl are made from recycled material and are always easy to see. The service was ok, but the stress is clearly noticeable. The food was delicious, everything was great.

The four of us had a wonderful time on the Main Cutter. The drinks are delicious, the food is fresh and filling. The service is phenomenal, the owner is great. We're happy, let's see what happens next...what happens.

Great location. Unfortunately, fish and chips weren't my thing at all, thinly breaded and greasy. Fries are pretty good too. Little fish.

Discovered by chance and tested straight away. We were lucky and got a table right by the water, so you can enjoy the great view even more. Everything is self-service, which I find very appropriate. We had fish and chips and loved it. Fries very tasty and the fish crispy without breading. Perfect for us. Yes, the price for the portion is decent, but you can taste the quality and it was worth every penny for us. We then had to test the herring roll. Very well topped, rolls a bit mushy because they were already packaged, but the taste was perfect. We'll definitely come back because we really like the concept. What we don't need is the music, but you can hide that.

Best fish & chips, we always enjoy going there. We always look forward to a visit there.

The pleasant atmosphere right on the water was positive. The negative thing about fish and chips was that there was not much fish and too many chips, and all at exorbitant prices. You won't find toilets here.

Small, fine, tasty, unfortunately only for sitting on the little cutter when the weather is nice. Very friendly despite the cramped conditions and the resulting hustle and bustle in the entrance area. We'll be back 👍.

Special ambience on the cutter. However, the waiting time was unreasonable. “It may take a while” means 1.5 hours waiting time on the Mainkutter. The food (fish & chips) was tasty, but very dry as the sauce included was very sparse.

Self-service, super delicious, fresh food, bring some time and enjoy the magnificent view of the bank, lock, old Main bridge, fortress and chapels, always a highlight when visitors come and also in between 👍😀

Super leckere fish and chips und coole Location

Da war ich schon lange nicht mehr! aber immer wieder schön. auch das Essen - Fish and chips,. lecker und der Blick über den Main zur Festung, zur Aten Mainbrücke und das treiben an der Promenade. Schön!!!

Schönes kleines Café zum relaxen direkt auf dem Wasser. Der Käsekuchen war sehr lecker. Toiletten gibt es hier jedoch nicht sondern nur im Parkhaus nebenan.

Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre und eine sehr, sehr freundliche Chefin, die sich persönlich versichert, dass es jedem Gast gut geht!

Tolle Atmosphäre auf einem kleinen Kutter bei kühlem Bier. Essen wird auch angeboten, aber ich war nur zum Trinken da. Musik war so was in die Richtung "Buena Vista Social Club". Ganz fein. Ich komme auf jeden Fall noch mal vorbei, wenn es mich nach Würzburg verschlägt.

Tolles Ambiente. Essen ganz gut, allerdings mit Selbstbedienung. Plätze im oberen Bereich sowie die Treppe sehr eng.

Tolle Location, gar keine Frage! Lecker Wein Aber dann gesagt zu bekommen, dass EISEÜRFEL !!! extra kosten - ist schon ein no-go! Einen kleinen habe ich pro Glas erhalten und war dankbar. Aber auch das letzte Mal hier. Schade

Eine wunderschöne Location auf dem Main. Wir hatten eine süße Weisweinschorle und ein Bismarck und ein Matjes Fischbrötchen. Beide sehr lecker und reichlich belegt. Preis Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall angemessen für den Ausblick. Super schön!!!? Service war auch sehr nett!

Probiert den Fisch. Egal ob Brötchen oder Fische&Chips. Einfach aber richtig gut. Aussicht top und die Preise sind fair.

Mein Lieblingsspot in Würzburg! Pro: - tolle Ambiente mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie im Urlaub - Essen auch gut Kontra: - Preise haben auch stark angezogen - keine Toiletten - Selbstbedienung. Es werden chaotisch irgendwann nach einer halben Stunde Nummern gerufen Empfehle die Fischbrötchen oder Fish and Chips (aber dringend ohne Gräten nehmen!!!)

Ein Ort zum Genießen, besonders die Sonnenuntergänge lassen sich dort herrlich genießen. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an Getränken und für jede Geschmacksrichtung auch eine ausreichende Auswahl an Speisen.

Top Location auf dem Wasser, Blick auf Festung und Alte Mainbrücke bzw. Alter Kranen. Perfekt für den kleinen Hunger, auch den vegetarischen oder veganen. Sehr gute Pommes. Kühle Drinks, schaukelig entspannt. Beim Essen etwas Wartezeit, aber es lohnt sich!
