The First Lady that served us was really nice and kind. The second one was rather non talkative and really unfriendly.

I HAD A KAISERSCHMARREN FOR MY CHILD, BUT... With a Kaiserschmarren, I expect raisins or sultanas in the dough, and I also expect a pleasant brown color that doesn't become bitter. When I told the staff this, I was told that there are Kaiserschmarren with and without raisins/sultanas, because not everyone wants them. Okay, then write it on the menu that they don't contain any. As I walked out, people laughed behind me. REALLY RUDE!!!

A very long wait until the order was taken (25 minutes) and again until the food could be served (approx. 35-40 minutes). Sparkling water was only available uncooled, the shandy I ordered was a beer, the Coke Zero was a diet, and the bill ended up being charged for a small water, a large one, and the water I ordered but didn't get was also charged in full. (We got our money back in the end.) The vegetarian meal was very good. (Grilled beets) Djueg rice and ajwa were the good ones. The salad before the main course was very tasty. But... the other four dishes (meat dishes) were not good. - Some of the ground meat was not cooked all the way through. - The fries were burnt and hard. Not tasty! After the four plates of meat were cleared away after a few bites and the kitchen returned, I would have expected the owner to inquire about what was wrong. The waitress tried very hard, but the structure in this restaurant is not good.

Apparently, the hours listed here are incorrect, and the restaurant is only open in the evenings, if at all. If you call the number provided (a cell phone number) to reserve a table, a nameless man answers and first asks which restaurant you'd like to reserve. When you explain your request, he says, "Oh, hmm, they're actually only open in the evenings." He says he'll "clarify" it and then call back—which he will never do. It's all very dubious.
