We got to know Coconut by chance; friends from Gelnhausen suggested it as a place to have dinner together. Five of us were there on a Friday evening and it was full very quickly, so a reservation is necessary. On a cold January evening we were only able to enjoy the spacious outdoor area by looking at it, but it looks very cozy and attractive. I had the “Madagascar schnitzel with fresh green Amazon pepper in cream sauce” and the potato wedges. A small, very tasty and crispy fresh salad is included. The schnitzel was a good portion, not at all stringy, finely pounded and well fried, with the sauce, which is spicy but not too spicy, it tastes really delicious. The potato wedges are hot and crispy. The service was quick, attentive and very friendly. Conclusion: It's a shame we didn't hear about Coconut before...

We spontaneously visited here and it was really, really good. Very, very good location and all the official recommendations in the entrance area suggested that we wouldn't be disappointed. It was very good. Both food and ambience as well as hospitality. Friendly, quick, attentive. Everything a guest could wish for. Definitely worth a visit.

In short: it was a big disappointment. I didn't even know that you could roast pork in 5mm!!! Can cut thin 2 slices. In addition, this “economy roast” was unfortunately tough Shoe sole. In Bavaria the innkeeper gets hit in the face. Unfortunately it was more of a children's portion than enough to fill me up. My wife's roller shutter came out of the microwave (dust dry and already completely dried out) and was also very manageable. Considering the high prices, this is an outrage. My criticism was received with complete indifference. I've never paid €19.00 for one Paid for roast pork with such small dumplings. It's a shame if that Commerce is so in the foreground and you are the most important thing (roast pork) that the guest pays for and saves in this way. The next time you leave out the meat entirely or cut it into 2mm slices, the stomach will be even higher. Unfortunately not recommended.

Totally cute restaurant with very tasty tapas, portions are perfect! We really enjoy coming here.

Apparently the times given here are not correct and the shop is only open in the evenings, if at all. If you call the number provided (a cell phone number) to reserve a table, you will be answered by a nameless man who will first ask which restaurant you would like to make a reservation for. If you raise your concerns, he says: “Oh, hmm, they’re actually only open in the evenings.” He wants to “clarify” it and then call you back - which he will never do. Everything is very dubious.
