Restaurant in Hemmingen on the market square that is easy to reach by car or public transport. The interior is modern and comfortably furnished. Disadvantageous for the disabled: The clean toilets are in the basement and can only be reached via stairs. The service is good. The employees are always on site, not annoying and humorous. You feel in good hands at Maike's. The food comes to the table hot, is tasty and in sufficient quantities. Since the prices are also normal, the restaurant is recommended.

The food tastes very good, that much can be said in advance. There is a lot of emphasis here on quantity, which is a crucial point for many people. When we ordered the ribs we were told several times how big the portion was. We then decided on a salad each and said we would share the ribs. In the end we paid €6.50 (!!!!!) for an extra empty plate. Almost as a flat rate service. This is a disgrace, we were not told and it leaves a bad aftertaste!

Yesterday I was able to celebrate my 80th birthday in the very appealing ambience at Maike's. The food was excellent, the service warm and perfect, everything was right. My guests were thrilled and I was happy. A big thank you to the kitchen, Maike and Maria ❤️❤️❤️

We were present with a group of 13 people. (had reserved). After about 15 minutes, we initially just placed the drink order. There were still 2 groups of people in the restaurant. A challenge for the service staff. After our drinks were brought, we were able to order our food. After a good 30 minutes the food was brought to us. Up to 2 people. who got nothing. After about 15 minutes my wife asked about your order and was asked what it was. My wife ordered a herb pancake with chanterelles in cream. After another 5 - 10 minutes the dish was served. The pancake had not browned at all and was relatively small. The chanterelles were of good quality. The price-performance ratio wasn't right. When asked, they replied that the pancake had been made this way for 20 years! My dish: fried salmon with vegetables and potatoes. Totally fine. The broccoli still had a bite and the potatoes were very good. The salmon could have been out of the pan maybe 1-2 minutes earlier? can be taken. Otherwise completely fine. We had the feeling that we were not open to criticism. - I can't make a recommendation.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The food was always delicious and we always look forward to the next visit. As a tip for the weekend: It's best to reserve a table, because Maike's Restaurant in Hemmingen can be recommended at any time and is always well attended.

The boss is habitually needy and very moody

We went for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. The music is varied. There are outdoor spaces available. The food came quickly and was very tasty. The portions from the normal menu (not the lunch menu) are generous. Leftovers were packed up and could be taken with you. The service was superficially friendly. So fine, but we didn't feel that welcome. We'll definitely be back.

We celebrated a big birthday with a lunch buffet and coffee and cake there. Food, service and ambience were great. It was also emphasized again and again by my guests. So it was a completely successful celebration.

We came here after our civil wedding. Previously we had discussed a menu with a choice of four main courses. The soup and dessert were prepared vegan at our request. The food was very tasty and thanks to the different dishes there was the right dish for every guest. The service was very friendly and quick. Overall, we can fully recommend this restaurant.

Nice restaurant on the town hall square in Hemmingen. Reservation advisable. You can sit inside and outside. The service was friendly and the food was good. Only the waiting time for food and drink was a bit long (full restaurant and not enough staff). But we'd still like to come back...

This restaurant really fills a gap in Hemmingen, as it is a restaurant that is perfect for both a romantic date and a fine family celebration. Young and old will find very tasty and finely prepared food on the menu at reasonable prices with large portions. The service is excellent. Bravo Maike - for you and your team!

Great restaurant with great food. We go to Meike's several times a year and the quality of the food and service are recommended. In summer you can enjoy the outdoor terrace, as it borders directly on the town hall square. Great and friendly staff, great ambience and great food. All of this together makes an evening perfect!

We were there for the first time today with our 6 month old child and family. It was a dream. As soon as we walked in we were greeted very nicely. The response to the fact that our child cannot yet sit was excellent. We got a special chair for the baby seat so that our child could still be at the table. Later we were able to observe how other children were looked after in a very friendly and attentive manner. The service and advice was great. Price/performance was great, the portions were very generous. We were very entertained in a relaxed manner. The shop looks a bit inconspicuous from the outside. But it is very beautiful from the inside. We would love to come back. Thank you very much for the lovely evening.

I ordered something to take away there. The store is beautifully designed and not too cramped. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious except for the dressing on the salad, which wasn't my thing, but that doesn't bother me because the star is clearly the meat. The waiting time was short. Next time we'll eat locally. Thank you keep it up.

I was here for the first time... what a successful stay it was??!!! Great ambience, super nice, attentive service, wow, the delicious food! If you would like to do something good for yourself...then here!! Certainly not for every week (it'll break the bank a bit), it's just worth it!! I am consistently thrilled. Alles stimmt. Bedienung mehr wie auf Zack, sehr stilvolle Einrichtung, sehr gute saisonale Karte. Wir hatten Wildschwein Burger, absolut lecker. Außergewöhnlich gut. Und der Koch serviert die Hauptspeise persönlich. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier und sind begeistert: das Ambiente ist SEHR gemütlich und besonders (überall Sachen zu entdecken und trotzdem nicht überladen). Der Service war überaus freundlich und erledigte die Arbeit ruhig und trotzdem schnell. Das Essen war nicht nur sehr lecker, sondern auch sehr ansprechend angerichtet und durch die gut vorgewärmten Teller auch noch länger heiß. Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch

Sehr gute bürgerliche Küche. Das Schnitzel ist ein Traum, aber auch alle anderen Gerichte sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und im Sommer aussen Sitzplätze. Sehr empfehlenswert

Super leckeres Essen, mein erster Besuch wird sicher nicht der letzte bleiben. Kann das Lokal nur weiterempfehlen. Ich hatte die Nudeln mit Pfifferlingen in Rahmsauce und Schweinefiletstreifen. Einzig die Filetstreifen hätten etwas zarter sein können. Aber sonst hat wirklich alles gepasst.

Ein sehr hübsch eingerichtetes Lokal, mit leckerem Essen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und professionell. Ein sehr gutes Lokal!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Das Essen war reichlich und lecker. Auch auf individuelle Wünsche (andere Beilage) wurde eingegangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der panierte Hirtenkäse ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben heute das erste Mal Essen abgeholt und sind komplett begeistert. Gute Qualität. Mit Liebe angerichtet. Selbst die Pommes schmecken zu Hause noch sehr gut und sind knusprig! Wir werden wieder bestellen.

Wir waren das erste Mal hier zu Gast und um es gleich vorweg zu nehmen nicht das letzte Mal. Gleich nach dem Eintritt wurde man freundlich und einladend begrüßt. Die bestellten Gerichte waren extrem gut. Berliner Leber mit Zwiebel-Apfel-Sauce, so eine toll apfellige Sauce habe ich noch nie gegessen. Auch der Kartoffelbrei war lecker. Schlemmerschnitzel mit Champignonrahmsauce, Bratkartoffeln und Salatbeilage, einfach nur klasse. Nachtisch geht ja immer, obwohl man ja schon lange satt ist. Wir wählten Joghurt im Glas mit karamellisierten Walnüssen und Amaretto, sowie Pistazien Parfait mit Himbeersauce. Beides sehr gut. Das super leckere Essen und der sehr nette Service haben unseren verregneten Urlaubstag einen sonnigen Abschluss beschert. Vielen Dank.

Wir waren mit dem Essen, der Bedienung, mit dem Ambiente zufrieden. Dennoch war unser Restauranterlebnis am Ende getrübt, durch das resolute, unsympathische Auftreten der Chefin bei der Klärung eines Mißverständnisses . Ein normales Schnitzel wurde bestellt ein Wiener Schnitzel geliefert und auch in Rechnung gestellt und auch bezahlt( Preisdifferenz 5€) Durch das Auftreten der Chefin können wir nur drei Sterne vergeben.

Schade, dass Maike das nötig hat. Bisher waren wir immer sehr zufrieden; aber für eine kleine Portion, die auf Nachfrage kein Problem war (?), den vollen Preis zu berechnen, weil das Kassensystem das nicht anders hergibt, ist gelinde gesagt schwach. Wir werden jetzt nicht mehr wieder kommen und unsere nächste Feier findet auch woanders statt......

Wir waren mit 21 Personen zum Mittagessen, hatten einen sehr schönen Nebenraum. Essen und Service waren sehr gut. Gerne wieder.

Ein echter Tip in Hemmingen. Mit seiner Individualität ist Maike's eine top Empfehlung in dem Vorort von Hannover. Hier liebt man das, was man tut. Schön eingerichtet, nett bedient und lecker gegessen. Rundum top.
