The service is excellent. The service is very friendly and authentic. Personally, I find the food by far the best of any other Asian restaurant in the area. I always look forward to going there and always appreciate the owner's broad smile.

The shop looks inconspicuous, but the friendly service and delicious food are unbeatable! For the price I didn't have high expectations, but I was surprised with very tasty and fresh dishes. I come here more often now. :)

We went here with my boyfriend and loved the food! We had ordered to-go and I can confidently say it was the best sealed food I have ever seen. Even after 30 minutes it was hot and the taste was amazing! I had China Tofu and can only recommend it further! All dishes we had were amazing and the portion definitely keep you full, happy and satisfied 🥰

Went there twice, really nice owners and Asian takeaway classics that are quite tasty. Most important somehow fair prices and somehow charming place.

Mai Asia in Schwabing may seem a bit dated at first glance, but that's precisely what gives this small Asian restaurant its unique charm. The dishes are fresh, deliciously prepared, and impress with their authentic flavor. Plus, the price is very fair, especially considering the generous portions, which are filling and truly worth the wait. Another highlight is the chef, who also takes orders and bills you. With his friendly demeanor and his always warm smile, you immediately feel welcome. It's nice to see how happy he is when you enter the shop – that's what makes Mai Asia so special. For us, Mai Asia is our regular Asian restaurant for takeaway food, and we highly recommend it. If you're looking for delicious, affordable food with a personal touch, this is the place for you!

Such a warm and kind owner. Very authentic and incredibly tasty. Unbeatable for the price. I love the Tom Ka Gai and the salads. The curries are also great. Addresses all individual wishes. Always my pleasure :)

The food tastes disgusting, sorry, the meat was dry and burnt. The rice tastes like crap... I've never eaten rice that bad. Delivery came after an hour and a half. It's a disaster I don't recommend it to anyone. is a pure rip off minoß 5 stars 🌟 November 24th, 2024. Small shop with delicious sushi and a really nice owner! It's more designed for takeaway, but you can also eat on site.

Ordered Gebratene Eiernudeln-Ente and Ente Gung-Po rice dish (spicy). They were delicious. The portions were generous.

Very tasty main courses, authentic taste. Chinese curry chicken pleasantly spicy. WonTan was fried a bit dough-heavy, but no reason to deduct a star. The team was friendly and we will definitely eat there again

I was pretty disappointed. Nasi Goreng should be EGG fried rice, no trace of egg present. Only noticed it at home (pickup). The only 2 crabs tasted strange, not edible! (very hot days at the moment) A bit of chicken, a bit of beef, although some pieces of beef had taken on the bad taste of the crabs. But a lot of onion in the rice... €9.50 for that seems a bit too much to me. We will no longer eat or pick up there. The gentleman was kind, yes.

Worst egg fried rice ever. It was soaked in soya sauce. Thai Tofu was extremely salty

Sushi sehr schlecht… Fisch auf dem Nigiri roch nicht mehr gut und schmeckte auch nicht… musste alle Nigiri wegschmeißen… Avocado im Maki war leider zu hart. Diese waren daher auch nicht wirklich gut…

Super lecker frisch war schnell da alle waren nett Geschirr war sauber was scharf seien sollte war scharf 👍

Einkaufen von fernöstlichen Lebensmitteln ist hier wirklich einfach. Hier findest du Alles. Der Service ist toll.

Hab heute zu Mittag bestellt und hatte leider die falsche Speisekarte eines anderen Mai Asia. Der Herr am Telefon hat sich Zeit genommen um die gewünschten Gerichte zu finden und das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Vielen Dank, wir bestellen auf jeden Fall wieder bei euch 👍🏼

Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und für den Preis ist es auch sehr viel! Ich habe noch kein besseres Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis erlebt. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Es ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und wir bestellen gerne wieder!

Ein Stern für die freundlichkeit und einen Stern für die Preise da die Preise angemessen sind. Früher haben die Sushis mal besser geschmeckt, jetzt ist es leider sehr schlecht. Hier bewerte ich nur die Sushis da ich mit den anderen Gerichten keine Erfahrung gemacht habe, für die Sushis gibt es keinen Stern!

Die Nudeln sind sehr lecker und die Portion ist echt groß. Der Preis ist auch angemessen, aber man muss ziemlich lange auf das Essen warten. Vielleicht war das auch nur Corona-bedingt, da es nur einen Mitarbeiter gab.

Gehe öfter direkt nach der Arbeit hin. Da ist immer wenig los und es wird frisch zubereitet. Presi-Leistung finde ich sehr gut. Das vegetarische schmeckt mir bisher immer.

Zu wenig Menschen in der Küche um der Nachfrage gerecht zu werden, dementsprechend leidet die Qualität. Kleiner Gastraum mit nur 3 Tischen und trotzdem 15 min gewartet bis wir überhaupt beachtet wurden, von Bedienung mal abgesehen. Mit Getränken haben wir uns selber versorgen müssen. Soweit auch in Ordnung, wenn man bedenkt das viel zu tun war. Unverständlich ist vom Personal quasi ignoriert zu werden, und auf die Vorspeisen, Zwei Suppen und Fritteusen Wan Tan 40min zu warten. Das eigentliche Essen war in Ordnung abgesehen von kaltem Huhn in den Nudeln und Staubtrockener Ente. In Ordnung ist dann aber auch schon alles und das Gesamtpaket was Preis-Leistung und Ambiente angeht ist dürftig, es sei denn man steht auf dauernden Telefonlärm und gestresste Atmosphäre

Ente ist gut aber die anderen Gerichte nicht der Hit Leider nicht mehr befriedigend

Essen war super lecker und zu einem fairen Preis! Der Chef selbst war sehr nett und hat noch kurz mit uns gequatscht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings muss man schon sagen, dass man die Innenausstattung des Restaurants aufhübschen könnte. Ich werde dort auf jeden Fall wieder Essen bestellen
