Delivery time was pretty much exactly as stated and the delivery person was very, very nice and friendly. The food was really very tasty. The tomato soup was nice and spicy and warm. The chicken curry in combination with the rice and naan bread was indescribably good! The two waitresses were really very accommodating and nice. We'll definitely eat there again!

I was here recently for the third time, this time with an Indian companion. You feel completely comfortable, the staff takes care of everything without being intrusive. And the food is excellent compared to many Indian restaurants, as I have confirmed first hand. Unfortunately Rosenheim is not in the corner, but it certainly wasn't the last visit.

Food is rather average, if you have been already a lot in India. Smaller portion served. Staff were nice, friendly. The restaurant was pretty busy when I visited it. Basically all tables upstairs full.

I've been to a few Indian restaurants, but I've never experienced anything like this. The waitresses are super friendly and the fact that the male waitress doesn't write anything down when 10 people order and still gets everything right, that alone is worth a trip to Rosenheim! Craziness. You also experience a very family atmosphere, the upper floor is really lovingly furnished and the food is simply fantastic. I have never experienced this anywhere else and you can taste that it was cooked with love. Thank you for the extraordinary experience 🙏🏽☺️ ps. I got super full 😊

Really excellent, nothing pseudo-Indian with Europeanized cream like Ganesha. I had all 4 dishes from the buffet, everything was very seasoned, one was relatively spicy. The best Indian in Rosenheim!! We had a vegetarian thali and one with meat and it was perfect. The taste is excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant is also great. We got a drink on the house and were treated very warmly. I can only recommend the Maharaja!! Don't be alarmed at the entrance because the tables downstairs are empty: the main restaurant is on the first floor. :)

Were in Rosenheim again on Saturday and went to the Maharajah for dinner again. On Saturday there was a lunch buffet for €11.90 and it was really tasty. Both the selection and the preparation really left nothing missing. The staff is courteous and very friendly, and we will definitely come back on our next visit!

Very good Indian restaurant that I discovered by chance while staying in Rosenheim. The tandoori dish was perfect, the chicken was not dry as is often the case and served with a fine sauce. The service is also very friendly and everything happens quickly. I can only recommend it!

Whether on site or via delivery, the Maharaja is always delicious. In addition, everyone is very friendly. The price-performance ratio is very good. The Thalis are highly recommended as the portions are extremely generous. The delivery is also very fast. Nothing has ever been forgotten. I've never been disappointed in terms of taste. Which makes the Maharajah one of my favorite restaurants in all of Rosenheim.

I am very happy that a friend from my club recommended them to me. It's a shame I live so far away. Great Indian restaurant with friendly hosts I recently visited this Indian restaurant with a group of 12 and was really impressed. The host remembered everyone’s orders without writing them down – and without a single mistake! He also had a great sense of humor, which immediately lightened the mood in the entire restaurant. The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere and a well-selected menu. Everything we ordered was really tasty and freshly prepared. The dishes were well seasoned and came to the table quickly. In summary: A great restaurant with delicious food and a host who really loves his job. Highly recommended!

We were in the restaurant on Saturday evening. I can only recommend it and it is a must to have eaten at the Maharajah. Food was super super tasty. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. After eating you could still sit without the waitress constantly annoying us as to whether we wanted something more to drink. This is what we do in many restaurants and is really annoying. We then enjoyed a dessert that was perfect. Price performance top. We will definitely come back.
