Mahalo Burger, Bowls & Hot Stone Steak in Bad Oeynhausen

Inquiries regarding catering have not been responded to. Unfortunately, we received no response, not even a rejection. So, another company will now take over the catering. It's a shame, because the food here has always been delicious.

Highly recommended. Cool music. Very nice outside when the weather is nice. Friendly service. I only had a shandy, so only 3 stars for the food. It would be nice if Google simply had a "no possible rating" for this place. I think if I don't give it a star, it will bring the rating down completely.

I have rarely eaten burgers as good as here. Every bite was a delight. The service was also excellent. But also friendly, attentive and quick. The ambience of the restaurant was very inviting and cozy. I can only recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back. Many thanks to the entire team for the delicious food and great service!

Excellent restaurant right next to the train station in Bad Oeynhausen! The food is delicious and prepared with love. The service is extremely friendly and attentive. A particularly positive aspect: the owner is often on-site and personally attends to his guests' well-being. The atmosphere is very pleasant – I would definitely come back!

The food is good for the price. The staff is friendly and seems to enjoy their work – it's nice to see that. The only drawback is the ambiance, which is very well thought out, but unfortunately, the professional eye is on every corner and edge. They could improve a few things here and there, and the stuffed animal, which seems to have been through a lot, could be cleaned. Nevertheless, these are minor things and do not detract from the quality of the food or the staff. You can eat here. I had the hot stone steak.

Apparently, it was too busy to deliver good food. The table right next to ours was dirty and no one saw us. We waited an hour for the food, which unfortunately wasn't even good. The burger was super flat, with barely any food on it... When we asked about it, the appetizer came after the main course—it must have been forgotten. Where was the sesame paste on the falafel?! When we asked, we were told that's how it always is. So, no real answer. The iced tea tasted like nothing. The employees were extremely stressed and were yelling at each other. I'm really sorry, but that wasn't good...

Unfortunately, the staff was completely overwhelmed. We waited 40 minutes for our order, and no one came with it, so we left.

The food is okay, of course not a 5-star menu, but that's not what you expect. It's very pleasant for a quick snack. I had the rump steak on lava stone, and I personally enjoyed it. There are better steaks, of course, but for the price range, it's okay. The ambiance has definitely seen better days. It could use a little more TLC, but nothing serious; only minor cosmetic repairs could be considered. The service (a nice bearded gentleman) is really great. He enjoys his work, likes to joke around, and that just lightens the atmosphere quite a bit. Conclusion: The staff is nice. The ambiance could use some cosmetic repairs. The food is okay for the price, but you shouldn't expect a 5-star menu. You can stop by for a quick snack, but it's not suitable for a company dinner or a fancy date.

Huge, fresh burgers – simply amazing! The burgers at Mahalo are not only huge, but also incredibly fresh and completely handmade. You can taste the quality in every bite! Add to that the super friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We were there for the first time today and were unfortunately disappointed. After ordering, we had to wait over half an hour for our drinks, and that was only after we asked. The fries arrived without cutlery or a napkin. Another 40 minutes later. When we wanted to order more drinks, they wanted to let the waitress know. This also took over 20 minutes, even though it wasn't busy. The discounts weren't included in the bill.

The food was really delicious, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Gladly again :)

It's a shame, I was totally disappointed. Waited 50 minutes for drinks. A meal came, unfortunately no cutlery. Waited a long time for the cutlery. Second food didn't come for a long time. In return, another table got their food together. Unfortunately, when asked, nothing was changed about the situation. One had the feeling that the service was mindless and not organized at all. There was a hint that a big event had taken place the evening before. Still, the evening was very disappointing. We're definitely not coming back.

The service staff was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, we waited a long time for our order and the bowl we put together wasn't tasty. From 2/3 the bowl tasted a bit unpleasant, so soapy. I couldn't quite identify whether it was the cucumber or the sushi rice. For the price, the quality is only moderate. It won't be my favorite shop, but you should have been here once.

We received a list of recommended restaurants from the hotel. This one is definitely missing from the list. Restaurant was pretty empty, but it was holidays and during the week. Warm welcome upon arrival. Looking at the menu, I was immediately drawn to the burgers. Milos Special as a menu with Fritz Kola and chili cheese fries. Quick to the table and so delicious you could almost inhale it. Additionally a bowl with rice and delicious ingredients to take away because I was just curious. A sheet for the ingredients is available. Just as recommended. What exactly was “Hawaiian” apart from a few beers on the menu and the beautiful container for the homemade lemonade... It didn’t matter. I hope the “beach area” in front of the building will be well received (from May). Conclusion: Highly recommended. Yummy. Friendly service. Quickly and on the ball.

This evening, after visiting a thermal spa and almost starving, I spontaneously had dinner here with my wife. My mouth was watering as soon as I looked through the menu and we were not disappointed. Starting with the fresh burgers and the home-made fries to the home-made sauces and the lemonade, everything was really outstanding and “final boss” type! I've truly eaten a lot of good burgers in my life and all I can say is: "That's a damn good burger"! The location is great, the service is excellent and the prices are absolutely reasonable given the top quality. I can only warmly and unreservedly recommend this restaurant. I couldn't avoid the awesome bowl (pictured) to take away. 🙈😁👍

We ate very tasty burgers and a steak. My son fried the steak himself on a lava stone plate on the table. The waiter Simon played football with our little son. Wow - that was a great meal. The staff is awesome!!

We had already eaten there and ordered today via Lieferando. The food is very tasty and the team is extremely friendly. A small complaint regarding our delivery was immediately taken seriously and corrected immediately. We will definitely order/come back. Thank you for your great service!

The best burger restaurant around here :)

I had the cheese bomb burger and that was a pure disappointment, the burger was cold, the cheese sauce that was poured on it was also cold, which in my opinion doesn't make sense, you don't expect something like that when you order a burger like that. After I asked if we could pay, I was told that someone would take care of it immediately and in the end we had to wait a good half hour to be able to pay. The wait to pay took longer than ordering and eating the burger itself and the price-performance ratio is really nonsense for what you get there.

Spontaneously went for a burger for the first time last night, service was super friendly. Ambience is very cool. And the food is top class at an acceptable price. The first but not the last time.

We felt welcomed right at the entrance and luckily got a seat without a reservation on a Thursday evening. However, it is advisable to order in advance, especially on weekends. We ordered a chicken crunch burger and a mushroom burger. The reviews from others regarding the quality of the side dish of fries were not wrong and we also agree that the quality is delicious. Both burgers were put together to perfection. If there's anyone here who can give me a recommendation for better burgers, they'll definitely come from Neverland or Phantasia. We were lucky enough to express our thanks to the boss (cook) at the exit. Everything was really right here and the only word that can describe our feelings is: “Mahalo”!

The order took a while, but in the end it wasn't a problem at all. The food and atmosphere are surprisingly very pleasant, even though you are sitting right next to the train station. I can highly recommend it!

The food and drinks were very, very tasty! There were 7 of us and we had bowls, steaks and burgers. Everything was perfect 👌🏼 The drinks were all very, very tasty! The only drawbacks, but something that can be worked on, is the time until someone comes to the table to take drinks. And also keep an eye on whether everyone still has drinks. And the food, which really came with a delay. Some have already eaten and the last ones have just started. That was a bit stupid, but the delicious food made up for it. But as a well-intentioned tip for the future :) Our group would definitely have ordered at least 2 more drinks per person.

The restaurant was almost full. Nevertheless, the service was very friendly, but visibly stressed. We had to wait a relatively long time for our food - unfortunately the salt was forgotten on the fries. The burgers were very tasty and attractively served. As a gag, each dish gets a piece of dry ice that creates the fog.

The three of us were there on Valentine's Day and there was even a rose for the ladies. The hot stone steaks were excellent. For children, the children's menus are absolutely sufficient and tasty. The non-alcoholic cocktails and the homemade lemonade were good.

Very friendly, even though it was already 8:45 p.m. on a Sunday, we still had burgers. These were very tasty. The fries were also great. Cocktails compared to the Hanover scene, rather mediocre but ok. Worth mentioning and certainly worth a trip for us in the near future is the AllYouCanEat on Wednesdays for €25😎 But then better with Hawaiian beer🍻 Thanks for the nice evening!

I was at Mahalo yesterday with my wife, son and our dog. My rib-eye steak on the hot stone was fantastic. My wife's Classic Burger and my son's homemade bowl are also highly recommended. Our dog was treated particularly kindly and was even given a few pieces of first-class steak from the kitchen. Overall, a clear recommendation. I would like to give the staff 6 out of 5 stars!

The food was generally very tasty. The waiting time was a little long but still reasonable. There was too much pepper on the steak for me. The bowl was very tasty - you can put it all together yourself. I would recommend it and come again.
