Mahalo Burger, Bowls & Hot Stone Steak in Bad Oeynhausen

We had dinner there with friends and we really enjoyed it. The service was very friendly. We were warmly welcomed and felt really well looked after. We had to wait a bit for our food, but that could simply be because we were there a few minutes after it opened. The food was very tasty.

We just wanted to have a quick drink after the GOP visit. We were greeted and served so warmly. You rarely experience that. I forgot my cell phone there. The employee quickly brought it to the platform for me. Great. Thank you very much for that

We ate the burger with guacamole and the chicken burger. So dessert hazelnut truffle ice cream. Great atmosphere and courteous staff. Next I'll test the bowl with sushi rice. The bowl at the neighboring table was served with fire.

Wonderful burgers with perfect fries! We were greeted warmly by Mo and shown to our table. The attentive waitress took the order very quickly. We whiled away the time until it was served with the really good cocktails. I ordered the Midos Special. It was really very good. The patty juicy. You can also order the burger as a menu for an additional charge starting at €4.20. You then receive a side dish and a soft drink. I decided on the fries. They were really good, crispy and hot! My friends were also very happy with the food! If you like eating burgers 🍔, this is the right place for you. Hey, we'll be back!

It tastes so good, the bowl and the burgers were great. Always happy to have something, the all you can eat was very balanced with the price, we were there with 20 people. The restaurant is simply awesome!!!

I had the pleasure of spending my Christmas party in Mahalo Bad Oeynhausen, and it was a fantastic experience! The decor is incredibly modern, stylish yet cozy, which immediately creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The food is simply sensational! The menu offers a great selection of fresh and lovingly prepared dishes. Bowls to snacks to delicious citizens. I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients, which was really remarkable in my bowl. The service also deserves high praise. The team is incredibly friendly, attentive and makes you feel completely comfortable. We were entertained and there was never a dull moment. Thank you again for this great experience, thank you also to the employees who really did a great job!

The food was imaginative and, like the ambience, matched the motto. The waiters were all very friendly and cool. The only thing that can be worked on is time management, because we had to wait a really long time for our drinks and then even longer for our food. The store is an absolute recommendation and I would come back at the next opportunity.

Ordered at 7:30 p.m., when I picked it up I was told that the confirmation was at 8:00 p.m. The confirmation came from Lieferando 15 minutes later. Not my problem, pay a lot of money for it. Let's see how the food tastes?

Six of us were at Mahalo yesterday and ended up here on the recommendation of a friend. What can I say... Our expectations were exceeded. Thanks for the nice evening, we'll be back.

All four of us have never experienced anything like this. We went to this restaurant on a recommendation. Three of us ordered a bowl. After all the tables around us had received food, even though some of them had arrived after us, we asked about our food. Yes, that seems to have been forgotten. The boss then gave us each a drink on the house. However, the implementation was more difficult for the lady than expected. Then there was only one free drink... well afterwards the four of us all had one. When the food finally came after 1.5 hours, the burger was only lukewarm and toppings were missing from two bowls. In one case the main topping was chicken and a second sauce was simply added to the dish. The other bowl was missing spring onions when I mentioned this when serving it and said please have it from them Invoice was supposed to be taken, the only answer was that there would have been no invoice anyway. Then instead of soy sauce there was peanut sauce!!! in the bowl. I think the team didn't understand what such a mistake could mean for allergy sufferers!!! Very dangerous! Then the Edame topping was also missing. The restaurant looked nice but it was very cold. At the end, when we mentioned every deficiency and said that our patience was running out, the boss gave a 20% discount on the bowls. We also noticed at the neighboring table that a bowl had been forgotten there and toppings had been forgotten at two others It's a shame, we won't be coming back.

Nice restaurant at the train station, unfortunately the surroundings are a bit unsettling and if a police operation is necessary in the restaurant to ask special guests out, that's a strange feeling on a date. It's not the fault of the restaurant itself, but it influences the overall picture. As a result, the service also stalled...we'll definitely give it another chance.

For a small town, the food is nice. But it is trying to be too many things at once. They offer poke (Hawaiian sushi bowls), but also burgers and hot dogs (American street food), and hot stone steaks and mussels (upscale American). The food we had was OK, but a bit overpriced considering how little fish they put in my poke bowl. I think they’re just banking on the fact that they’re the only restaurant in town with this kind of menu but I think they should trim it down instead of trying to cover 3 different cuisines at the same time. The service was also very slow, but I think this was due to the fact that we came in the middle of the afternoon. Nice setting in the downtown area by the fountain.

As already written, the restaurant is located at the train station. We had to wait until we were assigned seats; perhaps we could have just sat down anywhere. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. The food was great and the price was right. What I noticed, however, was that our food was brought after our friends' meal, even though we were there earlier and ordered. But whatever, I liked it.

I recommend it, very hospitable, everything is fresh and the toilets are clean. Bowl was great and so were the burgers. So we'll be back. However, you have to note that this restaurant is located directly at the train station. (For the complainers among us 🥳)

Bowl and burgers were very tasty. You can choose the bowls from the menu or put together your own (you even get a special form for this). You can also order extras with the burgers. Service was very friendly.

My husband and I were there for the second time and are thrilled with the food and the service. The first point where we were excited was when my husband wanted to reserve a table for us and couldn't get one, my husband was later called back. We've never experienced it before. The second point is the fast service, very friendly and accommodating. And the third point, when the owner knew it was my birthday today, there was a little serenade and a small gift from home. I was really happy. We can only recommend it, the service also shows that they try everything to fulfill the guests' wishes. The most important thing is that the food is clean and the ingredients are fresh.

Overall, it was a very bad experience... after we weren't even properly greeted and welcomed, we had to wait a whole hour for two burger menus and a bowl after the order was taken. The food was also really bad. Not only were the fries and burgers cold and tasteless, the bowl only consisted of rice with five shrimps and a lot of sauce. For the price it wasn't worth it at all and is absolutely not recommended!!

Very, very tasty, everything was perfect.

We spontaneously went to eat there. The food wasn't really good. We had burgers and fries. Additionally chicken nuggets. The burgers were just normal standard, I've eaten better. The nuggets were normal frozen ones that I could have eaten at home. Maybe you can change that and rely on fresh nuggets. Otherwise the staff was quite nice.

Went there spontaneously with friends today. Super nice location. The food was really tasty and very nicely prepared. We had citizens and steak. The steak is served to the table on a super hot volcanic stone and you can eat it however you like. The staff is super friendly. Gladly again and full 5 points.

The service is excellent and the food is a poem! The delicious steaks are served on hot stones and the “Midos Spezial” burger is highly recommended! Thanks for the great afternoon! Super tasty dish, courteous, very friendly staff and fancy styled furnishings. The cocktails and other drinks are also highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. A small point deduction for the location directly at the taxi rank of the train station. The view could be better. But it more than makes up for it in terms of taste.

We came all the way from another city and it was 100 percent worth it. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was extremely tasty and the atmosphere was great. We were there at the weekend and were served our food with a little show. All in all, the restaurant is recommended :)

Overall, the burgers are a bit too expensive, the homemade lemonade is tasty and reasonably priced. The waiters always try to be friendly. Fries were top notch and the sauces were delicious too. Burger patty was a bit too small for the price in my opinion. The surcharge from the Classic €8 to an upgrade with bacon directly at €13 is too high. Waiting time was longer than average. Maybe we can come in again.

Times are terribly long (90min) but the food tastes very good. Unfortunately, after a while the fries were cold and not edible.

Hi everyone. Went to Mahalo yesterday on a recommendation. People just say awesome, just awesome! ! ! Can only recommend to everyone.

Went to Mahalo for the first time today. Great hospitality, nice ambience and super delicious food. Had a bowl > super good! If we go to Bad Oeynhausen again, we'll definitely stop by again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had dinner here today. After a long drive we were both craving burgers, Mahalo had good reviews and the concept seemed appealing. First of all: Based on the otherwise pretty good reviews, we may have just had the darkest day. It took 20 minutes before we could place an order. Our two burgers arrived 85 minutes after entering the restaurant. That's far too long. Neighboring tables that had emptied were cleaned too late and there was no request for a drink replenishment. The staff were friendly and personable - but competent is something else. The food itself wasn't worth the money. The side dish was only lukewarm. The burger's bun is only slightly above supermarket level, far too much air, not enough bread (and support). This is now much better in many places. Unfortunately the meat was a complete failure. Nothing against smashed patties. But then you have to be very careful about it. We then had meat-based briquettes. Taste 0/5. the sauces were poor. All in all, I would have gotten much better burgers in many places. In response to the complaint ("those are roasted aromas" is not a good answer with black meat on a black roll) we were offered a cocktail (good), but we couldn't manage it. Instead of deleting what we had previously consumed from the bill (elegant solution), we got a shot on the house instead. The fact that there was something is commendable and fits with the friendly nature. In this matter, however, again “not well done”. In short, this was disappointing. I hope and wish that it was the exception. But since there are some similar reviews, there seems to be a structural problem here.

Very tasty Hawaiian food, bowls that you can put together individually, perfect burgers. It is served together with a dry ice surprise as a visual highlight. Always reserve a table on weekends, otherwise no table. Very nice and attentive staff

I love the food there! A burger is not just a burger and the bowls are also great and recommended. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer for your food, but the staff is super friendly. The ambience might be too loud and restless for some people, but that's a matter of taste as Mahalo is quite small and cramped.

By far the best burgers we have eaten so far. There is attention to detail in the local ingredients and you can taste it. The location itself isn't perfect but they made the most of what they had available, which is definitely offset by the food and the service, which works with passion. Again any time!!!
