Great ambience, top service, too much rice in the bowl and one dish was “delivered” incorrectly. The only response from service was an apology, unfortunately nothing more.

We had already eaten there and ordered today via Lieferando. The food is very tasty and the team is extremely friendly. A small complaint regarding our delivery was immediately taken seriously and corrected immediately. We will definitely order/come back. Thank you for your great service!

Unfortunately the burger was cold, the taste was okay but not for the price

I had the cheese bomb burger and that was a pure disappointment, the burger was cold, the cheese sauce that was poured on it was also cold, which in my opinion doesn't make sense, you don't expect something like that when you order a burger like that. After I asked if we could pay, I was told that someone would take care of it immediately and in the end we had to wait a good half hour to be able to pay. The wait to pay took longer than ordering and eating the burger itself and the price-performance ratio is really nonsense for what you get there.

Spontaneously went for a burger for the first time last night, service was super friendly. Ambience is very cool. And the food is top class at an acceptable price. The first but not the last time.

We felt welcomed right at the entrance and luckily got a seat without a reservation on a Thursday evening. However, it is advisable to order in advance, especially on weekends. We ordered a chicken crunch burger and a mushroom burger. The reviews from others regarding the quality of the side dish of fries were not wrong and we also agree that the quality is delicious. Both burgers were put together to perfection. If there's anyone here who can give me a recommendation for better burgers, they'll definitely come from Neverland or Phantasia. We were lucky enough to express our thanks to the boss (cook) at the exit. Everything was really right here and the only word that can describe our feelings is: “Mahalo”!

The burger was also delivered impeccably (you know it's different right now) and the fries including Joppie sauce are a poem 🤤 I'm a huge bowl fan and I think it's very good that I can put them together myself. I'll be visiting there in person soon 💯

The order took a while, but in the end it wasn't a problem at all. The food and atmosphere are surprisingly very pleasant, even though you are sitting right next to the train station. I can highly recommend it!

The food and drinks were very, very tasty! There were 7 of us and we had bowls, steaks and burgers. Everything was perfect 👌🏼 The drinks were all very, very tasty! The only drawbacks, but something that can be worked on, is the time until someone comes to the table to take drinks. And also keep an eye on whether everyone still has drinks. And the food, which really came with a delay. Some have already eaten and the last ones have just started. That was a bit stupid, but the delicious food made up for it. But as a well-intentioned tip for the future :) Our group would definitely have ordered at least 2 more drinks per person.

The restaurant was almost full. Nevertheless, the service was very friendly, but visibly stressed. We had to wait a relatively long time for our food - unfortunately the salt was forgotten on the fries. The burgers were very tasty and attractively served. As a gag, each dish gets a piece of dry ice that creates the fog.

It's very beautiful there. Unfortunately the chicken was completely burnt and the burger meat was fried for far too long and was extremely dry.

The three of us were there on Valentine's Day and there was even a rose for the ladies. The hot stone steaks were excellent. For children, the children's menus are absolutely sufficient and tasty. The non-alcoholic cocktails and the homemade lemonade were good.

Very friendly, even though it was already 8:45 p.m. on a Sunday, we still had burgers. These were very tasty. The fries were also great. Cocktails compared to the Hanover scene, rather mediocre but ok. Worth mentioning and certainly worth a trip for us in the near future is the AllYouCanEat on Wednesdays for €25😎 But then better with Hawaiian beer🍻 Thanks for the nice evening!

I was at Mahalo yesterday with my wife, son and our dog. My rib-eye steak on the hot stone was fantastic. My wife's Classic Burger and my son's homemade bowl are also highly recommended. Our dog was treated particularly kindly and was even given a few pieces of first-class steak from the kitchen. Overall, a clear recommendation. I would like to give the staff 6 out of 5 stars!

The food was generally very tasty. The waiting time was a little long but still reasonable. There was too much pepper on the steak for me. The bowl was very tasty - you can put it all together yourself. I would recommend it and come again.

I don't understand some people... if something is wrong then it's not a bad thing, let the staff know so they know for next time...instead of publishing it, of course you can express your opinion. But you should have just talked to the staff before publishing something like that. The restaurant is top who claims the opposite has no idea… The bowls are prepared fresh DAILY and you don't use cheap vegetables or fish, so you pay a little more. My friends and family are coming back...no matter what the haters say!!!! Team you get 10/10

Wonderful burgers with perfect fries! We were greeted warmly by Mo and shown to our table. The attentive waitress took the order very quickly. We whiled away the time until it was served with the really good cocktails. I ordered the Midos Special. It was really very good. The patty juicy. You can also order the burger as a menu for an additional charge starting at €4.20. You then receive a side dish and a soft drink. I decided on the fries. They were really good, crispy and hot! My friends were also very happy with the food! If you like eating burgers 🍔, this is the right place for you. Hey, we'll be back!

The decor is incredibly modern, stylish yet cozy, which immediately creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The food is simply sensational! The menu offers a great selection of fresh and lovingly prepared dishes. Bowls to snacks to delicious citizens. I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients, which was really remarkable in my bowl. The service also deserves high praise. The team is incredibly friendly, attentive and makes you feel completely comfortable. We were entertained and there was never a dull moment. Thank you again for this great experience, thank you also to the employees who really did a great job!

The food was imaginative and, like the ambience, matched the motto. The waiters were all very friendly and cool. The only thing that can be worked on is time management, because we had to wait a really long time for our drinks and then even longer for our food. All four of us have never experienced anything like this. We went to this restaurant on a recommendation. Three of us ordered a bowl. After all the tables around us had received food, even though some of them had arrived after us, we asked about our food. Yes, that seems to have been forgotten. The boss then gave us each a drink on the house. However, the implementation was more difficult for the lady than expected. Then there was only one free drink... well afterwards the four of us all had one. When the food finally came after 1.5 hours, the burger was only lukewarm and toppings were missing from two bowls. In one case the main topping was chicken and a second sauce was simply added to the dish. The other bowl was missing spring onions when I mentioned this when serving it and said please have it from them Invoice was supposed to be taken, the only answer was that there would have been no invoice anyway. Then instead of soy sauce there was peanut sauce!!! in the bowl. I think the team didn't understand what such a mistake could mean for allergy sufferers!!! Very dangerous! Then the Edame topping was also missing. The restaurant looked nice but it was very cold. At the end, when we mentioned every deficiency and said that our patience was running out, the boss gave a 20% discount on the bowls. We also noticed at the neighboring table that a bowl had been forgotten there and toppings had been forgotten at two others It's a shame, we won't be coming back.

Nice restaurant at the train station, unfortunately the surroundings are a bit unsettling and if a police operation is necessary in the restaurant to ask special guests out, that's a strange feeling on a date. It's not the fault of the restaurant itself, but it influences the overall picture. As a result, the service also stalled...we'll definitely give it another chance.
