Attention | No invoice without additional effort of up to 3 days: No legally valid invoice will be issued for a meal that has already been paid for! The owner said he would send me an invoice. However, I expect that if I pay, I will receive my invoice automatically the next day, as agreed, and not have to chase after it. Additional workload: 3 days (Sunday meal: Monday (complaints + email + review) to Wednesday (invoice was sent by email after multiple complaints). As a CEO, my time is precious, and the additional unpaid work of chasing after this invoice is simply not worth the meal! I have experienced POS systems malfunctioning on several occasions, but then I always received the promised invoice by email the next day without any hassle, and often with a voucher credited to my account.

The decor is a bit spartan, but the place is very clean. Upon inquiry, I learned that the restaurant has only been at this location for two weeks; previously, they were apparently in the city center. The food took a while to arrive. They do a lot of takeout... the food itself was decent, but nothing particularly noteworthy. However, the price was reasonable.

I pre-ordered Pad Thai for pickup today. The service was super friendly, the food was ready on time and tasted fantastic! The portion was large, so I even had a little left over. I'd definitely order again!

If you order through Lieferando, inquire about your food after two hours, are told it will arrive in 30 minutes, and then it's still not there after three hours, that's one thing. (Incidentally, it never arrived.) But when the restaurant doesn't even cancel the order, forcing you to contact customer service yourself, and then they withhold the tip you paid in advance, that's scandalous. Absolutely unbelievable behavior. I used to be a fan of this restaurant.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a particularly great experience either, from the high price (even higher on Lieferando than at home, but even there, prices vary and are outdated, and you never really know exactly how much it costs) to the long wait for the raw vegetables in the curry 🥹 It's a shame, I used to like it.

We went to Mae Thai for the first time yesterday. The location is great and the restaurant is easy to reach. Ordered various main courses and an appetizer. The food was prepared quickly and was really tasty! The price-performance ratio is right. Personally, as a vegetarian, I would have liked a larger selection of vegetarian starters/soups. The main courses were all also vegetarian/vegan. The atmosphere wasn't quite as inviting and everything was rather practically furnished. There is a point deduction for this. All in all we would come again!

Food super delicious! “Spicy” is really hot. Service was top. Very attentive and friendly. When a small mistake occurred, everyone was more than generous and accommodating. This is how service should be. Big praise! Vegan is no problem. Even smaller adjustments are implemented without any problems. *Clear recommendation for this store.* A little tip to the owners: the slot machines in the back area are partly. Very loud. If necessary, this can be separated even more.

I ordered food and unfortunately I wasn't convinced. For €60 I get more elsewhere. The amount of my partner's papaya salad for €13.90 was disappointingly small. The Pad Thai (€17.80 for 6 small shrimps) didn't convince me compared to Pad Thai in Thailand either. In addition, the bag in which the food was delivered leaked at the bottom. Overall, I am not satisfied with the price-performance ratio. Maybe the on-site experience is better.

Food was more expensive than ordered on the menu. If you go out to eat for two and end up spending €54 for two non-alcoholic drinks, two main courses and a starter, it is definitely too expensive. Above all, the prices on the card are 20% cheaper!

What I got was not at all what I imagined. The food was very expensive because you would expect good quality, which was not the case. The sauce was runny like water and very unseasoned. Ordered via Ubereats: The order was not delivered within the 1.5 hour delivery time. After a telephone consultation they said: it will be there in 10-20 minutes, the driver is on the way. After 30 minutes and another call it said it would be there any moment. On the third call I was asked to be patient and received a call back, where the employee discovered that the order was in the system but had not been processed at all. Conclusion: The food was ordered at 7 p.m. and delivered shortly after 10 p.m. Instead of a voucher like the one on the phone, we got a juice upgrade, instead of the 0.33L mango juice we ordered, we got the large 1L pack... The food itself was good, although the crispy duck in one portion was a bit less than the other. We are very disappointed with the customer service and redress. Due to the restaurant's response to my review, an email was sent to the restaurant's email address, which remained unanswered. It's a shame that people don't keep their word here!

Ein authentisches thailändisches Geschmackserlebnis! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, das thailändische Restaurant „Mae Thai“ zu besuchen, und ich muss sagen, es war eine absolute Gaumenfreude! Von Anfang bis Ende war meine Erfahrung hier einfach fantastisch. Das Ambiente des Restaurants war charmant und einladend. Die thailändische Dekoration und die sanfte Musik schufen eine angenehme Atmosphäre, die zum Entspannen einlud. Der Service war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Personal war stets bemüht, meine Fragen zu beantworten und sicherzustellen, dass ich mich wohl fühlte. Nun zum wichtigsten Teil - dem Essen. Die Speisekarte war umfangreich und bot eine breite Auswahl an traditionellen thailändischen Gerichten. Ich entschied mich für das Pad Thai und eine Tom Kha Gai Suppe. Beide Gerichte waren absolut köstlich! Das Pad Thai hatte die perfekte Balance von süßen, sauren und herzhaften Aromen und war mit frischem Gemüse und zarten Garnelen zubereitet. Die Tom Kha Gai Suppe war cremig, würzig und mit zartem Hühnerfleisch und aromatischem Zitronengras verfeinert. Die Portionen waren großzügig und der Preis war angemessen für die Qualität und den Geschmack der Speisen. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich ein echtes thailändisches Geschmackserlebnis zu einem fairen Preis bekam. Das Restaurant bot auch eine Vielzahl von Getränken, darunter exotische Fruchtsäfte die perfekt zu den Gerichten passten. Alles in allem kann ich das Restaurant „Mae Thai“ uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist der ideale Ort, um authentische thailändische Küche in einer angenehmen und einladenden Umgebung zu genießen. Die Vielfalt der Speisen, die Qualität der Zutaten und der erstklassige Service machen es zu einem kulinarischen Erlebnis, das man nicht verpassen sollte. War jahrelang Stammkundin, hab als Veganerin Papaya Salat mit Fischsauce serviert bekommen und als ich es rausgeschmeckt habe, wollte ich wissen warum man mir nichts sagt. Es ist ein riesiger Konflikt entstanden, da sofort mir die Schuld gegeben worden ist, warum ich nicht selber sage das ich keine möchte. Die Damen haben geschrien und waren ziemlich agressiv. Nie wieder.

Mae Thai bietet zweifellos das beste Phat Thai, das ich je gegessen habe! Die Gewürze sind perfekt ausbalanciert und jedes Mal, wenn ich hier esse, fühle ich mich wie in einer kulinarischen Oase. Obwohl ich schon über 100 Mal hier war, hat mich Mae Thai nie enttäuscht. Much Love ❤️

Online bestellt und keine Wiederholung wert leider aus Versehen das zweite Mal dort bestellt. Überteuert und nicht empfehlenswert. Kann man zu Hause besser kochen.

Wir durften auf Absprache, einen Geburtstag feiern, sehr nettes Personal, auf jedenfalls weiterempfehlenswert. Wurden am Ende noch mit einer Nachspeise auf Haus überrascht.

Delicious Thai food only a small walk from the main square of Augsburg. They have good knowledge of gluten free, and most dishes are coeliac friendly. The menu is large with a good array of options and service was quick. The food is well priced however drinks are expensive.

Die Zutaten waren frisch und die Gewürze waren perfekt abgestimmt. Die Portionen waren großzügig und ich konnte kaum alles aufessen! Der Service war ebenso beeindruckend. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Meine Kellnerin war sehr hilfsbereit bei der Auswahl der Gerichte und hatte gute Empfehlungen für Getränke. Ich fühlte mich wirklich wie ein geschätzter Gast. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war auch sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung war schön und stimmungsvoll, ohne übertrieben zu wirken. Es war ruhig genug für ein angenehmes Gespräch, aber es gab auch eine angenehme Hintergrundmusik. Insgesamt war mein Besuch im Restaurant Maethai ein hervorragendes Erlebnis, und ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn Sie nach authentischem, leckerem thailändischem Essen suchen, das von einem freundlichen und professionellen Personal serviert wird, ist dieses Restaurant definitiv einen Besuch wert. Die Lieferung erfolgt schnell und der Geschmack passt. Die Preise sind jedoch bezogen auf die Menge absolut lächerlich. Die Hauptspeise für 16,90 Euro kommt in einem Suppenbecher daher und man teilt sich zu zweit eine separate kleine Box Reis. Wiederholung definitiv kein.

Ich habe zum Abholen bestellt per Telefon. War unkompliziert und innerhalb von 20 Minuten fertig. Ich finde es schmeckt lecker 😋 Aber: Ich habe für WanTan + 2 Essen 36 Euro bezahlt. Anscheinend sind die Preise auf der Homepage veraltet. Oder ich habe die Lieferando Preise bezahlt?

Essen war ok, dass Licht hat die ganze Zeit im Augen geblendet. Leider das Geruch im Restaurant extrem nach indisch Restaurant gerochen.

Wir haben das Restaurant auf der Durchreise gefunden. Im Internet ein sagenhafter Auftritt. Vor Ort dann leider eine Enttäuschung. Das Essen war ganz lecker, aber der gesamte Auftritt leider sehr unprofessionell. Besteck wird ohne Messer gedeckt. Die Bedienung lässt bei einem ziemlich leeren Restaurant sehr lange auf sich warten, man muss selbstständig auf die Bedienung zugehen. Die Speisekarten würden Mal neue Klarsichtfolien Vertragen. Diese sehen überhaupt nicht gut aus. Die Karte ist sehr klein. Leider kann man den Fisch vor Ort nicht bestellen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Als wir da gewesen sind, hat uns permanent eine Lampe stark ins Gesicht geleuchtet, da scheinbar eine kleine Baustelle da war. Hier war keine Rücksicht auf Gäste. Um aufs Essen zurück zu kommen... Das Essen (3) Gerichte wurden eher kalt als warm serviert. Das war schade, da wir auch eine Suppe hatten. Diese war einfach zu kalt. Zudem kostete die Suppe zwischen 6 und 7 Euro. Hatte bei dem Preis leider kaum Inhalt und bestand aus vielmehr nur Kokosmilch. Die Knusprigen Fischkuchen waren leider überhaupt nicht knusprig. Die Beilage war aber lecker. Das Thai-Curry war leider auch ohne Thai Aubergine. Schade, dass man etwas bezahlt, wo die Zutaten nicht Mal hinzugefügt werden. Alles in allem, sehr kleine Portionen. Für uns gibt es keinen Grund mehr hierher zu kommen. Am Rande Augsburgs gibt es ein Restaurant das wirklich authentisch ist. Ich bin der Annahme, dass Rezepte hier einfach übernommen wurden und es Nachahmer gegeben hat, die es aber nicht gut umsetzen. Das andere Restaurant ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Service war sehr freundlich, das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut. Es war einfach angerichtet, was uns aber für ein Konzept wie diesem nicht gestört hat. Die Suppe mit Hühnchen und Chili war Weltklasse! Da gehören natürlich große Gemüse und Fleischstücke rein! Wenn wir mal wieder in Augsburg sind, gehen wir wieder hin.

NUR 1 STERN: Wir hatten um ca. 19 Uhr bestellt, nach 1,5h wurden wir angerufen, dass der Fahrer einen Unfall hatte und dass ein neues Essen zubereitet wird und von einem anderen Fahrer geliefert wird. Kann ja passieren, wäre auch kein Problem gewesen. Jetzt sind abet noch einmal 1,5h vergangen, insgesamt also 3h und das Essen ist immernoch nicht eingetroffen! Zum Essen kann ich also nichts schreiben. Nachtrag und Erhöhung auf 2 Sterne: Das Essen ist noch heiß angekommen. Geschmacklich war es okay, nichts besonderes aber auch nicht schlecht. Handwerklich, war es meiner Meinung nach, nicht gut gemacht. In der Suppe waren recht große Stücke der Tomate, des Zitronengrad und Ingwer. In der Hauptspeise hatte ich dann noch zwei Schalenstücke, der auch wieder recht grob geschnittenen Zwiebel. Auch wenn es kein guter Tag für den Lieferservice war, sollte man trotzdem zusehn, dass das Essen akkurat zubereitet ist.

2 Sterne für den Service. Essen sehr schlecht. Thai Aubergine und Thai Basilikum kamen einfach nicht und das Essen hat einfach alles außer authentisch geschmeckt.
