They serve sushi rice in a bowl full of vegetables. It's well-seasoned and healthy. Lunch comes with a drink and costs around 14. When choosing your own contents, you can add whatever you like.

Maloa is located in the passage at City Center. Across from Hans im Glück. There are daily lunch specials from 12-3 p.m. Prices are around €13.90 per bowl. There's something for every eater. The Chicken Volcano bowl I had was delicious and so fresh. Insider tip: Order the "Beetroot Crunch" with it. 😁

Cool place right next to the main train station. You can sit on a swing while you eat. The bowl was delicious, the service was very friendly, and it was prepared very quickly for takeaway. I'd definitely go again.

The bowls are delicious and quick to prepare. I really like the ratio of ingredients, as they don't consist almost entirely of leaf lettuce (as is usually the case). This isn't the case with the wraps, however. The sauce was extremely watery and tasted that way, too. The meat inside tasted unseasoned and bland, so unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about the wraps. Another criticism is that the drinks are far too expensive. But since the bowls are so great and are ultimately the main specialty, I highly recommend the shop (just not the wraps).

I ordered the Kau'i Mango Chicken Curry for delivery and was unfortunately very disappointed. There were only two tiny pieces of chicken, and the sauce had a strange consistency and was far too sweet. Given the many positive reviews, I was expecting much more.

I'm relatively new to the area and discovered Ma'loa (near Bremen's train station). It has a fresh exterior and a modern interior. For my first visit, the staff explained the bowls to me. Ready-made bowls and, of course, custom bowl requests have taken my taste buds to a whole new level! Ich war schon mehrfach im Maloa in Bremen und bin jedes Mal begeistert. Die Qualität der Bowls ist absolut top – frische Zutaten, liebevoll angerichtet und geschmacklich einfach ein Volltreffer. Besonders schön finde ich, dass man sich seine Bowl individuell zusammenstellen kann – egal ob vegetarisch, vegan oder mit Fisch oder Fleisch, hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist super freundlich, aufmerksam und berät auch gerne, wenn man mal nicht weiß, welche Kombi gut zusammenpasst. Die Atmosphäre im Laden ist modern, gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein – perfekt für eine gesunde Mittagspause oder einen entspannten Snack zwischendurch. Auch preislich ist Maloa absolut fair, wenn man die Frische und Qualität der Zutaten bedenkt. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der gesund, lecker und unkompliziert essen möchte. 5 Sterne 🌱🥗💚

Tried the Kaua’i Salmon bowl - great taste if you like a bit spicy and sweet. They can flame the raw salmon which taste even better and you can choose either sushi rice or brown rice or a mix of the two which we did. Highly recommended.

We were at the Ma'Loa Poke Bowl in Bremen and absolutely loved it. The food was fresh, tasty and creatively prepared - every ingredient was convincing and the combination was simply delicious. I would particularly like to highlight the service: the team was incredibly friendly and attentive. A solution was even easily found for our baby and a diaper change - that's really not a given and made the visit even more pleasant. Finally, we tried the mochi in chocolate – a real treat! Delicate on the outside, creamy and chocolaty on the inside, simply the perfect little sweet to round off the meal. An all-round successful experience with great food and warm service. We'll definitely be back!

I was there for the first time today and was very impressed! The staff is very nice and accommodating, everything seems clean and my bowl was also delicious. By the way, there is also a card to collect points where the 11th Boel is free :)

Pokebowls are super delicious!! You can tell that it is made with fresh ingredients. However, I think the bowls are better if you order them than if you go there in person. I can't explain why that is either...?

The Maloa in Bremen is absolutely recommended! The location right next to Bremen main station is super central – perfect if you want to quickly grab something tasty. The design of the store is modern and inviting, you immediately feel at home. The service was great – super friendly and totally personable! I had the Vul'cano Chicken Bowl and it was just amazing - fresh, spicy and incredibly tasty. Definitely come back!

The food is not very tasty. The mango was not ripe, and the pineapple was sour and green.

The service is always friendly and quick. The food is very tasty at a fair price, the atmosphere is really nice and you get reliable information about ingredients (e.g. gluten)

We know poke bowls from Hawaii and this restaurant could absolutely exist alongside the poke restaurants there. Absolutely delicious, fresh and well made. I don't know what could be done better - and with the Longboard Lager they even have the right beer.

The bowls were ok, but not special. I had an Oahu bowl and unfortunately the salmon was anything but Oahu like. The rest, apart from the salmon, was okay, but there was also not enough sauce. The ambience was even more beautiful. Great swings where you can eat and comfortably furnished. Maybe I had a bad day with the salmon and otherwise it's better or the other bowls are just tastier and have fresher ingredients? All in all ok.

Delicious bowls with a good and fresh selection. The salmon was flambéed live and tasted very good. The edamame were really crunchy, the sauce was slightly spicy and not too little, good kimchi. The service was friendly, remaining calm and attentive despite our slow decision making. The hustle and bustle on the street can be heard while eating at the window seats !Swing sitting! 😃 be observed. Clean shop with fresh products and good service for healthy fast food. Great thing, we'll eat here again😘

I never tried something like this before but I would definitly recommend it and go again any time soon. The bowl is filled with new different tastes. The ingridients felt really fresh. And mixed together they formed an interesting combination of flavours

Fresh, varied food. The portions were very large. After the delicious meal you are physically, mentally and mentally in top shape again and can go back to yoga or follow the theoretical classes well. The employee/boss (?) is very nice. The whole atmosphere is great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Free poke bowl and smile! The poke bowl was so fresh that I almost asked if the tuna was still swimming. Perfectly put together and simply delicious! The staff? Friendly like old friends who make you feel like you've just booked a VIP spot in their bowl world. And the shop? Sparkling clean, as if someone was chasing invisible crumbs with a feather duster. Completely satisfied - it not only tastes good here, it also feels good!

Great ambience and a great selection of different bowls and if you don't eat something in a bowl that has already been put together you can easily swap it for another ingredient. I would always get a bowl there again 🍀

I regularly eat there on my lunch break, really good service and the staff are very accommodating. The owner is also very nice and I can only recommend everyone to eat there. Above all, the prices are very good for the fact that you get a large selection of ingredients and have a reasonable lunch.

Simply amazing! I was looking for a healthy but tasty meal and I absolutely found it at the bowl shop! The selection of fresh ingredients is great, and the bowl combinations are creative and simply delicious. I particularly liked the Sesame Me Tofu Bowl – so much flavor and still light! The staff is friendly and will help you choose if you can't decide. The atmosphere in the store is relaxed and invites you to linger. Absolutely recommended for anyone who likes healthy and fresh cuisine!

We had bowls delivered for lunch for a seminar! I've eaten a lot of bowls, but the bowls from MA'LOA Poké Bowl are so great. Super filling, good ingredients, taste 10/10 and perfect for lunch as we didn't end up in a "soup coma" afterwards. Big recommendation. We will order again!

Quality of ingredients wasn't the best. And the basic composition of the bowls leaves a lot to be desired.

Food was delivered quickly and was very tasty. Just maybe it should be stated on Liferando that the tuna is raw. That wasn't quite my cup of tea.

Standard Poké. Fresh ingredients. Good taste. Relatively little choice. Very little seaweed for 1.50 extra. My colleague got even less for kimchi. Service was professional, but friendly is different. Well furnished. The toilet had certainly been cleaned a while ago.

The bowl was put together from super tasty and fresh ingredients of my choice. The portions are really big and great for a healthy meal in between.🤩 I'm excited!

I was at Maloa today to put together a bowl. Well what can I say, I'm thrilled! I received a very friendly and warm welcome, the guest area and the saladette were super clean. All the ingredients were fresh and of great quality in terms of taste. I received very friendly advice the entire time from the lady who served me. I ordered the bowl to take away and the quality was still great in the office. The portion was also a great size, great value for money! I am happy to recommend Maloa and this will definitely not be my last visit!

I was really looking forward to Poke after a long drive and that the shop was open until 8 p.m. The two customers in front of me were still served, I wasn't anymore... What a shame. Edit: I was in the store at 7:45 p.m. and just wanted a bowl to take away when the waitress said it was unfortunately already closed. I would have easily been out again by 8 p.m.

Had a bowl of flambéed salmon 🤤 Simply delicious 😍 the employees were so nice and super personable, you immediately feel at home. It was my first time there but I will definitely come back more often, it was really tasty! I'm already looking forward to it ♥️

I've been there several times now and the food is always very tasty, the deduction of the star is due to the price. I just think it's very high, but unfortunately that's always the case with bowls.

Ich habe mir dort eine Peanutlover Chicken Bowl geholt und war mega zufrieden. Alle Zutaten waren frisch und geschmacklich wirklich lecker. Außerdem war es eine mega Portion, sodass ich am nächsten Tag noch davon essen konnte. Das war auf jeden Fall nicht mein letzter Besuch 😍

Ich war heute spontan das erste Mal dort. Es ist eine Zwischenlösung von Restaurant und Imbiss. Man kann hier Bowls selber zusammenstellen oder fertige Kreationen bestellen. Jede Bowl wird frisch zubereitet. Auch um 19:25 Uhr war alles noch frisch und lecker. Auch die Servicekraft war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, obwohl ich keinen Plan hatte, was ich nehmen soll. Ich bin gut satt geworden und der Preis war angemessen. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Lachs in einer Lachsbowl gewünscht, das wäre mein einziger Kritikpunkt. Empfehlenswert!

Einfach nur MEGA!!!! Dir Auswahl ist super groß und man kann sich selber einfach alles zusammenstellen 😊 wir kommen wieder 👌

Bij binnenkomst werden we genegeerd door het personeel. Na een poos vroegen ze ineens of we al iets wilden bestellen. Terwijl we ons eten bestelden, zagen we ( we waren er tegen sluitingstijd) dat de bakjes met ingrediënten met datum van vandaag in de bakjes werden gedaan met de ingrediënten met de datum van morgen. Op die manier heeft dateren geen zin. De wc bleek enorm smerig. We namen het eten mee als to-go. Toen we het aten bleek de rijst warm te zijn! De maat was vol na een hap van iets dat overduidelijk bedorven was, vermoedelijk de zalm. Dit was eens maar nooit meer.

Normalerweise immer sehr zufrieden gewesen, aber dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht. Ich hatte eine Freundin eingeladen, mit mir dahin zu gehen und der Laden hat schon um 19:55 Uhr zugemacht obwohl die Öffnungszeiten bis 20:00 Uhr sind. Doppelt so schade, da es sehr stark geregnet hat und die MA uns nur komisch angeschaut hat. Schade

Immer wieder toll, eine "Ma'loa"-Stadt zu besuchen und bei der Gelegenheit eine leckere Bowl zu essen! Die Bedienung war auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit beim Zusammenstellen. Also wie immer absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Zutaten waren an sich gut, aber die Soße hat für mich leider alles ungenießbar gemacht.

Sehr leckere Bowls und ein sehr gepflegter sauberer Laden. Preis/Leistung angemessen. Die Mitarbeiterin war schnell ohne hektisch zu wirken und dabei immer freundlich und dass, obwohl sie ganz allein war und echt gut was los war. Hut ab!
