LÜTZE in Berlin

That's brilliant, 1 bar and restaurant with very pleasant prices and perfect quality and the whole thing in a four star hotel. Compliments for the employees, especially Monique, who always has an open ear and offers good service. Now I've been here so many times after my first review and I just have to repeat the whole thing again. The menu has been revised and many delicious dishes have been added. And the bar team is still great. Especially the boys: Benny, Cem, Rajab are always up for fun!!!

Dong the chef makes amazing food and for a really good price! Highly recommended! The staff and the location are also great!

The ambience is very nice. The service was friendly, attentive and even the advice on questions about cocktails was great. The food tasted very good. You can also play table tennis or table football there. Definitely worth a visit.

Pureed cauliflower soup without flavor. The non-alcoholic pina colada is sour and the pizza is served with soggy paper. Maybe it's good when there's nowhere else to eat, but I wouldn't go a second time even out of necessity.

4 stars for the food because I can only talk about breakfast. The ambience is very nice and takes the winter blues and gray (of the city) out of your mind.

Terrible service. The waiter threatened to throw us out of the cafe because we told him that we had been sitting for 15 minutes and had not been served. For me as a female person, catastrophic.

Terrible service. Both male waiters do not respond to calls, are rude, pass by the table and do not want to respond. That whole service spoils the whole concept of the restaurant. I honestly do not recommend the restaurant.

We stayed at the hotel and really liked the looks of the restaurant and its cosy atmosphere. But waiter didnt want to come for 15 minutes, after I called him, he told me not to “scream” at him. After that he started a small brawl. Asked him for his name to make a complain to his manager. He did not want to tell. Catastrophic service. It was the one with the dreds haircut.

Great food for in between and great value for money

We took a PiCaccia with salmon and the pasta with tomato sauce. Simply extremely good! The staff is super nice and the ambience is great too 😊 The price is good :) Would go again

Very cozy atmosphere. The food was very good. And the service was just top top top. We had a soooo great waitress who was so kind and warm in terms of personality and character that we always like to come here. Very highly recommended.

Restaurant inside the hotel, where prices are unexpectedly low. Everything was ok except that, for the 2 evenings we had dinner: -2 out of 2 they gave me the wrong course and drink; - we waited more than 10 minutes for the waiter to take the order while huffing and puffing; - they left us the POS indicating the tip as if it were due. I remember that in Germany tipping is not compulsory, it is good practice to leave it. And even if they didn't deserve it, we did it anyway because they looked at us with contempt, telling us to give it.

Very good hotel. Everywhere is clean. Lots of space in the rooms. It could use some freshening up, but overall it's great.

The ambience is very nice, I especially liked the large inner courtyard and the artistic implementation. It wasn't crowded and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. The menu is not huge, but it is very appealing and it is easier to decide on a dish. The prices are mostly up to €10, which is also very wallet-friendly. What I can highly recommend is the tomato soup: an intense taste of tomatoes and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. Focaccia Antipasti was also very tasty, reminded me of a pizza but thanks to the sour cream and the antipasti it wasn't too dry and was very juicy and flavorful. What I also found interesting was the CO2 labeling on the menu, a very cool idea! The service was also very friendly and the waiting times were also very short. So all in all a very successful and beautiful restaurant, I will definitely have lunch here more often! :)

Very relaxed location. Super friendly service and really delicious food. Had a pulled beef sandwich and a focaccia. Only 10 euros each and good portion. Recommended.

Yes, spaghetti was unfortunately only lukewarm to cold, but the warmer ones tasted good. They also wanted to make us new hot portions. The Lütze is nice to linger. The service was nice and attentive.

Very slow and poor service! Staff ignored us twice at the counter. First when wanting to order, second when trying to pay. Even when two different male waiters were standing in front of us, they both ignored us and didn’t bother to look at us. At least they can look at us and say that they will be with us shortly but ignoring is a no go.

The food was tasty, the service wasn't great (but it depended heavily on the waiter).

Lutze was an absolute disapointment. The staff were acting as They did not want to be bothered to serve us. I had to leave FAST to a place where people were happy to serve. Horrible really.

Directly in the Hotel Berlin Berlin. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Ordering and paying via smartphone was well explained. The vegan dishes were very tasty and definitely recommended. The price for the location and the quality is extremely good.

The atmosphere, decor, cocktails and friendliness of the staff deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the payment system ruins everything... Order online only via their own WiFi network. Everyone knows and all banks warn that you are not allowed to enter credit card details via WiFi networks. But even though we did that, the order blocked after many attempts because the transaction did not go through the bank. After 20 minutes and our last cash we finally had our drinks. We wanted a 2nd cocktail. Still unsafe with other credit card details entered with email address. Confirmation from bank and on screen that it was now successful for our table number. However, no confirmation email, suspicious. After another 15 minutes we asked where our order was. It turned out that despite confirmations this had not been passed on to the bar... Then it really wasn't necessary anymore, so we left the bar without drinks and without knowing when the payment had been deducted from our bill. Managers, switch to the normal payment system because this is really not possible! Update after answer, for which thanks: the staff informed us after both the first and second failure that payment could only be made in cash or online and said very clearly that payment could not simply be made by card (even with apologies, this was how the system works). the bar and could not change that). Cash can only be paid at the bar after ordering at the bar, not at the table. This was made clear to us several times.

We spent a great evening in the (hotel) bar Lütze! The bar is very modern and stylishly furnished and the atmosphere is very cozy. The prices for the cocktails vary between €9-14, which is totally fine. The bartenders are super nice, especially bartender Marvin, who served us his own creations upon request, which tasted wonderful! Absolute recommendation - thank you for the lovely evening! We will be back :-)

Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, cool decor. Food was good too

I was in Lütze to meet family and was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was in there. Atmosphere, music and menu were all great. Really clean toilets and a special feeding room for breastfeeding mothers were also plus points. The food was beautifully presented and tasty. The menu is small but not lacking in variety and the prices were absolutely fair. See for yourself!

Es ist gerade 16:45 Uhr und ich sitze auf Empfehlung im Lütze-Berlin-Cafe. Von alleine wäre ich nie auf die Idee gekommen in einem Hotel meinen Feierabend abklingen zu lassen. Aber es ist tatsächlich mehr als empfehlenswert. Ich sitze alleine hier und fühle mich weder deplatziert noch hat man das Gefühl als externer Gast (mit Kurz-Besuch) anders behandelt zu werden. Die Preise sind überraschend human, mein Essen war sehr gut (große Kürbissuppe und berliner Tiramisu als Nachgang). Die Räume dunkeln gerade ab und Kerzen werden aufgestellt...es ist wirklich angenehm und der Wechsel vom Nachmittag zum Abend wurde für mich als Gast sanft eingeleitet... Wenn ich nicht nach Hause müsste....würde ich länger bleiben. Irgendwie ist es jetzt schöner als vorhin... P.S. Ich weiß, das es gerade "hip" ist Grau-und Vollkornbrot zu allem zu servieren, aber Weißbrot schmeckt mir persönlich immernoch am besten (das wäre meinerseits zu bemängeln, aber ich habe auch nicht nach Weißbrot gefragt).

Nice restaurant inside the Hotel Berlin, Berlin not far from Nollendorfplatz. Enjoyed the seasonale starter consisting of pumpkin, beetroot and yoghurt most. The deserts are huge!

Very good quantity for the price, I had the truffled potato soup, it was tasty. I also had the pulled duck sandwich and there was a lot of meat inside 👍🏾 I also love the decoration of the place, it’s a very nice and relaxing atmosphere

Innerhalb des Hotels befindet sich die Bar. Das Essen ist super lecker und erstklassig. Die Drinks sind ebenso schmackhaft und schnell serviert. Der Service ist engagiert und schnell.

Das Restaurant bzw. Café sind gewöhnungsbedürftig - vor allen Dingen auch das Runterladen der Speisekarte mit einem QR-Code und der anschl. Online Bestellung. Zum Glück gab es noch eine sehr freundliche Servicekraft, die mit Rat und Tat die Essensbestellung unterstützte.

الفطور فاخر . الغرف نظيفه ومرتبه لكن التواليت صغير جدا وقاعدة التواليت أيضا صغيره ومربكه .. ولا تتناسب مع مساحة الغرفة السويت. وسائد السرير غير مربحة. ولا يوجد بانيو في الحمام مع انني اخترت سويت بريميوم .. لا اعطي التقييم اكثر من 3 نجوم وانتظر انتهاء المده ثلاثة لكي اغير الفندق .

Un lieu très cosy et agréable, peu bruyant. Ce que nous avons commandé était très bon. La carte est petite, simple, mais cuisine maîtrisée. La commande se fait sur leur site, mais les serveurs sont venus plusieurs fois nous demander si tout allait bien pour commander.

Sehr gute Preise, sehr modernes Ambiente.

eine sehr gute Stelle um ein bisschen lockere Athmosphere zu bekommen und schöne Musik anzuhören, was sehr gut ist! Mehr Musik in der Zukunft bitte....

Bei Kartenzahlung kann man nur online bestellen und bezahlen und das dann nur mit Kreditkarte. Am Tresen geht Bar. Der Mitarbeiter war nicht besonders freundlich und eigentlich möchte ich selbst über mein Zahlungsmittel entscheiden können. Klar könnte ich die Kreditkarte nehmen, aber mir diese auf zu zwingen mag ich gar nicht.

Modernes aber gemütliches Resto. Nette Bedienung, faire Preise. Mein Favorit für Zwischendurch . Rote Linsensuppe oder Bowl mit Butter chicken.
