Nice restaurant (cozy and small), excellent food and very friendly staff

It was a nice visit, but really nothing special for the price. For the main course, I would have liked someone to ask me how I would like my meat prepared, which unfortunately wasn't the case. The waiter was very friendly, but the atmosphere is unfortunately unappealing and too conservative.

If you would like to eat at a star level but don't want to pay the full price for it, then this is the place for you! Excellent regional dishes, brought to the plate with a certain pep. We had the 6-course menu, which was very varied, always to the point and always had a special touch. A lot of loving handwork with exquisite reduced sauces, jus, low-temperature slow food, just really good! Coupled with excellent host qualities, humorous, quick, discreet, not forced. The best kept secret of fine dining in Berlin. It is a small restaurant with excellent service and the food is amazing. I recommend you go there on a Thursday night so you can have their special promotion of trying a 3 meal course on a very reasonable price. It simply fantastic.. must place if you love food.

We celebrated our anniversary at this wonderful restaurant in West Berlin, and it was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance is lovely, and it undoubtedly offers one of the best service experiences we've had in Berlin. The food is of top quality, featuring delicious Mediterranean cuisine. While it is on the pricier side, the use of an Amex voucher made it more affordable. The wine selection is also excellent. Highly recommended for a special occasion!

We had made reservations several weeks in advance to invest the Amex restaurant credit there on our wedding day. With a week's notice, our reservation was canceled simply due to a "technical error". I don't understand why this can happen in the context of such a fully integrated solution and I therefore assume that they simply wanted to prefer a regular guest.

On the occasion of my wife's birthday, we visited 1811, which welcomed us with its stylish, modern ambience and an open show kitchen. Our evening began with a charming amuse gueule, followed by homemade pesto and tomato paste. Another course consisted of exquisite eagle fish, after which we enjoyed a vegetable parfait with pork cheek. Before dessert, another highlight was guinea fowl, which was equally excellent. To top it all off, we were served a rhubarb soufflé. Each course was accompanied by a matching wine that perfectly complemented the flavors. The service was consistently very courteous, our waitress responded to all requests, and the view of the kitchen offered a fascinating experience. A lovingly arranged bouquet of flowers for the birthday child rounded off the evening. Despite the high price, the value for money was totally justified based on the quality of the food and the overall experience. The soft background music gave the evening an additional touch of elegance. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that thrilled us all.

This will probably be my favorite restaurant. A young group that presents its work with enthusiasm and joy. Cares for the guests in a loving and humorous manner, but without being clumsy, advises, explains and recommends. Traditional dishes are innovatively and cleverly interpreted and taste of the finest. From the bread to the cantuccini with espresso, everything is homemade. The atmosphere is chic and yet cozy. I have to go back there. Thank you for the lovely evening, good luck and see you soon. Inconspicuous from the outside, cozy from the inside and simply great on the plates... and now I almost forgot to mention the loving and great service.

Overall, the food was very good, only the fish left something to be desired. My family's comment on this was "very good and not great for the rest of the guests" 😁

Lovely intimate little restaurant in Charlottenburg with a charming atmosphere that feels just as warm and welcoming as the service. The candlelight, crisp white tablecloths and dark wooden paneling added a simple modern touch to this traditional German country inn. I also appreciated that they asked if we had any allergies beforehand. We loved their fresh interpretation of the 'Deutsche Küche,' and particularly enjoyed their wine pairings. Everything was homemade - from the sourdough bread to the sorbet. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend :)

The ambience was very dignified, small but impressive, you could say that the service was completely impeccable. I'm definitely not a gourmet, so I can only judge the quality of the food to a very limited extent. The boiled beef that I ordered didn't remind me in any way of the one I knew from previous "encounters". In principle, that shouldn't be viewed negatively, but rather just described as unusual. Maybe the term on the memory card is misleading or I don't have the culinary knowledge to make a competent assessment.

I decided on the 6-course menu with a friend. We were greeted extremely warmly by the boss personally and the menu was great. Although the 1811 also suffers from a lack of staff, there was no sign of this. The rather high price didn't detract from the lovely evening.

Gemütliches kleines Restaurant. Essen sehr gut und nicht zu abgehoben. Preise recht hoch.

Ich wollte das 1811 wirklich gut finden. Genau meine Speisen, genau mein Konzept. Freute mich auf den Besuch. Der Wirt war sehr herzlich, ein toller Gastgeber. Das Amuse Gueule war super, sehr lecker. Leider wareb die Hauptspeisen nicht so toll. Kleine Portion Gans (für €45), die nicht mehr richtig warm war. Es schmeckte als hätte Sie zu lange unter der Wärmelampe gestanden. Alle Bestandteile waren eher trocken und einfach nicht warm. Auch der Hirsch, den ich bei meiner Nachbarin probieren durfte, schmeckte ähnlich - sehr schade. :(

EINE KATASTROPHE ( wenn man hier noch nicht essen war !! ) Wir sind durch Zufall, während unseres Berlin-Urlaubes, im 1811 gelandet und waren durchweg begeistert. Menü, Weinemfehlungen und Mitarbeiter / Chef haben uns gänzlich überzeugt. So sehr, das wir zwei Tage später direkt noch einmal dort waren. Einfallsreichtum, Zubereitung und Qualität der Zutaten sprechen für sich. Selbst ungewöhnliche Wünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Der Gastgeber füllt das Restaurant durch sein sympatisches Auftreten, selbst wenn es voll besetzt und stressig ist. Wir werden nächstes Jahr 100%ig wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Abende.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend im 1811. Wir saßen draußen auf der schönen Terrasse, fast alle Tische im Innenbereich waren besetzt. Der Service war unaufdringlich, jedoch ausgesprochen aufmerksam. Richard Reichelt und sein Team geben einem das Gefühl, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Die Weinempfehlung war äußerst passend. Das Essen schmeckte hervorragend. Die frischen Zutaten und die moderne Zubereitung überzeugten uns vollkommen. Beispielsweise war das Entrecôte perfekt, solch einen Blumenkohl habe ich noch nirgends gegessen und von dem Eis träume ich immer noch :-)

Kleines Restaurant mit Aussenbereich. Innen sehr gemütlich. Moderne, qualitativ hochwertige Küche. Klassische Gerichte schön interpretiert und wirklich lecker. Kleine, aber feine Mittagskarte - für jeden aber was dabei und preislich attraktiv. Guter freundlicher und sehr fachkundiger Service. Wir waren mittags da und kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal abends vorbei.

Sehr höfliche und nette Bedienung, Spitzen Köche zaubern Gaumenfreuden, wer für gutes Essen mal in seine Börse greift, sollte dort mal Speisen.

Chefkoch Richard Reichelt zaubert ein Menü, das eine Ode an Omas Küche ist, aber mit französischen und mediterranen Einflüssen verfeinert wird. Während meiner Besuche habe ich mich immer für das 5-Gänge-Menü entschieden. Die Kombination aus Rotbarsch im Kräuter-Knuspermantel, rosa Lammhüfte mit Sherry-Jus und Nougatmousse als Dessert, begleitet von Bio-Weinen, ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Speisen sind nicht nur ein Fest für den Gaumen, sondern auch für das Auge, und jeder Bissen ist ein Genuss. Das Personal ist fachkundig, freundlich und gibt das Gefühl, bei Freunden zu Gast zu sein. Unser Tagesspiegel Restaurant-Scheckheft führte uns ins 1811. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Ein Vier-Gänge Menü war unsere Wahl. Alles schmeckte lecker, aber unser Gaumen wurde besonders verwöhnt von Hechtklößchen auf Holunder-Apfelschaum, ein wahrer Genuss. Jeder Gang wurde vom Chefkoch persönlich erläutert. Wir waren mehr als nur zufrieden.

Insgesamt ein gutes Abendessen in einem angenehmen Ambiente mit sehr freundlichen und detailverliebten Servicekräften. Gute Produkte und technisch gelungene Gerichte, wobei noch ein Stückchen Magie auf dem Teller gefehlt hat.

Das 1811 hat in Westberlin gefehlt. Es gehört zu meinen Lieblingsrestaurants in Berlin. Die Küche ist innovativ und überrascht. Das Essen schmeckt fantastisch und man sitzt unheimlich gemütlich.

Wunderbarer persönlicher Service, der keine Wünsche offen lässt und hervorragende kreative Küche. Mein Tipp: Lassen Sie sich Zeit beim Essen, um all die verschiedenen Geschmackserlebnisse richtig erleben zu können. Wir haben gestern einen sehr schönen Abend hier mit dem 4-Gänge Menü verbracht. Gehobene Deutsche Küche, Top Produkte, interessante Menues. Viele Male gegessen und war nie enttäuscht. Lokal gemütlich und stilvoll. Mein Favorit.

Die Karte hat wunderbare Kompositionen zu bieten. Wir haben dennoch mit einem Klassiker, dem Wiener Schnitzel, begonnen. Das war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder beim nächsten Berlin Besuch und testen etwas anderes auf der Karte. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend, witzig und sehr flexibel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das 1881 nur weiterempfehlen.

Der Service ist aufmerksam und auch lustig. Das Essen hervorragend. Das hat natürlich seinen Preis, den man hier auch gerne zahlt.
