LuiLui has become our absolute favorite ice cream shop. We are here almost every day and there are always great new and unusual varieties, e.g. Knoppers, Cini-Minis, Barbie, oatmeal cookies, chocolate with salted pretzels and the like. and everything is homemade and you can really taste it here. The balls are also a very good size. In addition to the delicious ice cream, there are also great different waffles, e.g. black or in rainbow colors. As the icing on the cake, there are also various toppings, lovingly called knick-knacks 😊 If you don't want ice cream, there is also a cake counter and there is a large selection of hot drinks to go with everything. The employees are really nice and you are greeted with a smile every day ❤️ The branch in Lindenau is located directly at the Diakonissenhaus stop and is therefore easy to reach by tram (line 7). We look forward to many more flavors of ice cream and will see you again soon.

Update of 11.10 euros, there was only 3.10 euros back. And of course the supposed ice cream sundae that was made didn't exist either. Just like in the surrounding area, we discussed it intensively yesterday. That they no longer go in due to unfriendly staff. Simply unfriendly, it was again and again and I just noticed where it came from! And again served with unfriendliness. The ice chest is thrown. Even though you're just pointing out that they've just made a mistake! If you continue to be served with unfriendly behavior. Of course I didn't get my money back because they weren't allowed to!

Excellent service. Here the customer is king. I wanted to buy my son a scoop of ice cream in a cup. He then spontaneously wanted a waffle and everything was done to make the little one happy. We would love to come back here. Thanks!

A small but nice ice cream parlor opposite Diakonissen-KH. The ice cream is very tasty and there are ice cream flavors on offer that you simply have to try. Very nice and friendly service.

Very tasty and unusual ice cream flavors, but you can actually taste what's in them. The balls are usually large, so the price is justified. Generally the staff is also very friendly :)

All ice cream flavors are special but if I just have vanilla or chocolate it becomes difficult. Taste ok.

The ice cream was homemade but didn't taste great. The conditions were quite unfriendly and impatient. After we wanted to take a quick look at the map, we were met with an annoyed look. A little tip: The cool black vanilla ice cream is not particularly flavorful.

Very friendly staff, very large balls and really okay in terms of price. We tried Smurf and Peanut, really tasty! We will be back.

Wir lieben LuiLui! Ab und an Stinoeis für alle, ansonsten eher ausgefallen und immer lecker! Wir lieben LuiLui so sehr, das sie Bestandteil unserer Hochzeit waren! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Ich folge LuiLui schon länger auf Instagram und habe es endlich geschafft, noch vor Ort von den leckeren Sorten zu überzeugen. Leider war das Vanilleeis, was sich mein Sohn wünschte gerade alle, sodass wir eine Alternative brauchten. Er war davon nicht ganz überzeugt. Dafür fand ich die Mischung der Sorte "goldene Milch" richtig lecker.

Eis war sehr gut,kann ich empfehlen... Nur die Wartezeit war etwas lang, es waren 2 Eisverkäuferinnen da aber nur eine hat bedient obwohl viele leute im Laden waren...

Wir gehen seit der Eröffnung regelmäßig zum Eisladen und sind mit der Auswahl und dem Geschmack der Eissorten mehr als zufrieden. Heute (06.07) hat das übliche Budget nicht mehr für 2 Kugeln gereicht. Letztes Jahr waren die Portionen schon "mini" und wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Haben uns schon über die fehlenden Kunden, die sonst Schlange stehen gewundert und wissen jetzt, warum das so ist. Schade, war echt mal unser Lieblingsladen. Jetzt geht's wohl regelmäßig zur Konkurrenz. Ciao liebes Lui Lui Team.

Eigentlich waren wir in der Vergangenheit treue LuiLui-Fans - sehr leckeres Eis und immer auch wirklich nette und freundliche Bedienung. Heute (26.06.2023) wurden wir total unfreundlich - offenbar von Aushilfen - und hastig bedient und die Eiskugeln waren im Vergleich zu sonst geradezu winzig. So lecker das Eis auch ist, aber das war angesichts der gestiegenen Preise heute so richtig enttäuschend. Wir werden demnächst noch einmal testen, ob sich das gebessert hat. Wenn nicht, suchen wir uns was Anderes - Alternativen gibt es reichlich.

The Ice-creams are really good and fairly priced. You can get one and then go to the garden next to the Diakonissenhaus to enjoy it. Specially good for families and kids.

Lasst euch nicht von den Farben der Eissorten irritieren, manches stellt man sich farblich wahrscheinlich anders vor. Endlich mal etwas ausgefallenes und es macht Spaß sich durchzuprobieren...da steht man auch mal ein paar Minuten länger an.

Toller kleiner Einladen mit Leckerem 😋 Eis 🍨 und Eisschokolade. 1 Sitzbank steht davor und im Shop kann man sein Eis auch Gut essen. Super,macht weiter so 😄

Schade... ich war mal eine treue Stammkundin. Allerdings hat es mit der Zeit sehr nachgelassen. Mal fern ab von den Preisen... ist der Milkshake mittlerweile wirklich eine Frechheit! Extrem flüssig und schmeckt nur nach Milch. Nicht nach Eis, nicht nach Topping, nur Milch. Das kannte ich anders von euch! Auch, das der sonst so gewohnt grandiose Geschmack von eurem tollem Eis leider so extrem nachgelassen hat. Egal welche Sorte. Preislich meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Weder die Kugel Eis (welche gern mal in Größe variiert), noch die Shakes... Ihr wart mal wirklich super.

Super leckeres Eis... immer abwechslungsreich... immer wieder mal anders... Alles selbst gemacht... sehr nette Bedienung 😁

alle Eissorten und auch der Kuchen 🍩ist aus eigener Herstellung, einfach nur super, mein Enkel freut sich jede Woche darauf.

Bestes Eis der Stadt zu einem Fairen Preis

Das erste Mal hier Eis gegessen,es hat super geschmeckt!!!

Sehr leckeres, selbstgemachtes Eis, besonders die Sorte Vanille-Chili hat mir äußerst gut geschmeckt. Danke bis zum nächsten mal.

Besondere und wechselnde Eissorten wie heute gesalzenes Schokoladeneis mit Erdnusssplittern oder Vanillepudding Waldfrucht.

Das leckerste Eis ,was ich je gegessen habe. Man schmeckt die Früchte, köstlich!!! Der Service ist super freundlich und der Preis ist top

Geschmacklich sehr gut - das Eis schmeckte also wirklich intensiv wie die jeweilige Sorte. Es gab zwar nur eine überschaubare Anzahl an Sorten, aber hier zählt wohl 'Klasse statt Masse'. Der 'Kanada Eisbecher' war gut angerichtet und alle ergänzenden Zutaten (Sahne, Nüsse, ...) passten lecker zusammen. Was dieser Eisdiele aber fehlt: einladende Sitz- oder Steh-Gelegenheiten draußen. Für echten Eisgenuss wäre das der 5. Stern.
