Love love love the food here! Especially the egg sandwich, and even more especially the pancakes!

Cute spot run by wonderful people in Kreuzkölln! Savory soulfood right off Maybachufer! Loved all their scratch made generous dishes for their delicious ingredients and delicate flavours. Makes a v delightful late brunch! Yum.

Cute little spot with lots of shady outdoor sitting at the street (perfect for hot summer). The pancakes were outstanding and the waitress super friendly and supportive.

Small menu, but everything is unique and delicious. Hash with Eggs was something special. Staff is super friendly! One note - the spiced cold brew is a bit too sweet for me. Would prefer it without the syrup.

A very nice place to have breakfast where you immediately feel at home. The service is extremely friendly and attentive. We were there on a hot day and were given a carafe of water several times without being asked. The drinks and the food were simple, but especially the cold coffee with spices or the pancakes with sesame mascarpone. It really was soul food - you felt full and happy afterwards.

The atmosphere was hectic - poor ambiance, loud music and nervous waitering. The plates and drinks are definitely expensive but that is ok, I can over 25€ for breakfast if you give me peaceful atmosphere and staff having time to explain what I am actually ordering. I did not like my food - if I was explained that it was going be so crazy spicy, I would have chosen something else. I had a burning sensation in my stomach hours after the consumption, which never happens in my case. Also the waiting time is something they should improve… There is a potential but…

Must try the pancakes!! Music indoors is slightly too loud especially on certain tables. Makes ears hurt and conversation difficult.

I visited Love Deluxe for the first time today and had a great experience. The place has a bright, minimalist design, but also feels cozy and homely. The staff were all friendly, helpful and clearly passionate about the food they're serving. I tried a couple of dishes and liked them all for their bold flavour combinations and original twists. The pancakes were served with a dollop of mascarpone cream with dark sesame and a muscovado syrup instead of maple syrup. Interesting and delicious! I also loved the potato hash cake with a remoulade with kaffir lime and lots of herbs. Crunchy, creamy, tangy, peppery, and mildly sweet – simply perfect. Treat yourself to brunch at this lovely restaurant – no matter what dish you choose, you'll be in for something you won't find anywhere else in Berlin.

The food could be a little nicer, but it was fun. Prices solid. Yes and filter coffee too.

Delicious pancakes, perfect mix of sweet and salty. Beef sandwich was perfect, so much flavour. Lovely setting and warm service. Highly recommend. Wish we could have tried all the menu!!

I’m going to be dreaming of that pancake stack for a while. Complemented by the tastiest cold brew I’ve ever had. These guys know how to be playful with flavour. Everything they serve is perfect, the pickles too.

The best iced coffee I tasted so far in Berlin. The guy at the bar was super friendly and kind with a big smile that make you feel comfortable. The food amazing and the portion is big.

Great place and great staff! Everyone was very friendly, the portions were large and everything was very tasty. We had pancakes, sandwiches with scrambled eggs, porchetta sandwich and spicy egg fried rice. All dishes had an interesting twist to them. My favourite were pancakes which were absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

Really nice place! Small but exciting menu with things you don’t get everywhere in Berlin. I had the fried rice with extra greens and bacon- very delicious and spicy plus a huge portion! Took something home which was no problem at all. Everyone at our table loved the food and we almost had the whole menu. The owner (I assume) was also super friendly and checked on us, free water was refilled without even asking. The only “down points”if you want to call it that- there is just filter coffee and no cappuccino, flat white and so on but I guess they want to focus on the food so that’s totally fine and we had a table near a big group so it got quite loud at some point but also that’s not something the owner can change; they deserve being packed with people so that’s also fine. Highly recommended.

Lukewarm coffee. Porchetta overcooked into a dry brick. Music way too loud despite the place being empty. I mentioned my food being overcooked to the waiter and she said “I’ll let the kitchen know.” So I guess now they know. Big on style, no substance. Very Instagrammable, everything else an afterthought. UPDATE: love the reply from the restaurant "Love Deluxe is not your friend's living room." yea obviously cuz my friends wouldn't serve me overcooked food and stale coffee. And they'd care whether I had a good time

Edited below: Visited around 10:20 AM on a Sunday. The place wasn’t too crowded, with only 2-3 tables occupied before mine. I started off with a cold brew—not realizing it was sugared, which I don’t prefer, but I decided to drink it anyway. The experience took a turn for the worse after a 40-minute wait when my food still hadn’t arrived. I tried asking the service staff about the delay. It was noisy, and my question ("länger") was misheard as "lecker" multiple times. I had to raise my voice just to be heard, which was when she finally understood me. She checked with the kitchen, and five minutes later, informed me that my food was still not ready. Instead of apologizing, she criticized my tone, claimed I was being aggressive and rude by raising my voice, and advised me to watch how I talk to people. Just because I spoke louder to be heard doesn't mean I was aggressive. While she might feel that I was rude, or interpret my tone negatively, I could similarly perceive her advice as arrogant. Feeling unwelcome, I decided to pay for my drink and leave. On my way out, the same staff member told me I shouldn’t "come to her house and talk to her like that." If this is how they treat a simple inquiry about service, then it’s not a place I’d recommend. Be mindful—the staff are quite sensitive. Safe to say, I won’t be returning. ------- Edited: And now you're implying that I did not reciprocate the respect your colleague showed to me (assuming she did? In what way?). There's no point arguing further about the tone via written reviews, as we lack video footage to prove who was at fault. What I can be certain of is that you've lost a customer—and any potential customers I might have recommended—over what I perceive as over-sensitivity to a trivial service question. I have noticed quite a few other reviews mentioning similar issues with the attitude of the service staff. I guess we are all rude, then? With all due respect, if this is how you run a gastronomic business and how the staff treat the customers aligns with your guidance, you can keep your values, and I will keep my wishlist shortened by one.

There‘s lots to love about Love Deluxe: It‘s a deluxe spot for a boozy brunch. The dishes are a bit on the naughty side but that makes them so tasty. They’ve got three great natural wines by the glass or bottle. Their crew is super friendly and the playlists are on point. Five outta five stars!

Das Love Deluxe ist ein wunderbares Frühstückscafé in Neukölln. Die Einrichtung ist modern und das Café insgesamt sehr hell und stylisch eingerichtet. Ich habe mich für das gewaltige und leckere Porchetta Sandwich mit Spiegeleiern entschieden und war sehr zufrieden. Leider hat das Love Deluxe nur von 10.00 Uhr bis 15.00 Uhr (Sa + So bis 16.00 Uhr) geöffnet. Es gibt auch eine nette Sonnenterrasse vor dem Lokal.

I’ve been there twice in 2 weeks, that’s how good that was the first time. Food is delightful, a mix of senses, pretty high level to me, and staff has been wonderful and fun both times. A place to be to become!

One of the best brunch places in Neukolln. Friendliest people, good atmosphere, the food is absolutely amazing. A very interesting menu and unique flavours and combinations. Winter salad and the chowder are my favourites so far, but will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. Great coffee as well. Try the spiced cold brew and buy some of the amazing chili crisp for at home!

I ordered the pancake stack with fried eggs and a spiced cold brew, all of which I really enjoyed! The portion size is very generous, so even without the eggs it would have been a very filling and delicious meal. The service was excellent. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a brunch/lunch place in Neukölln that has something else than the typical avocado toast and poached egg on offer.

I had an outstanding experience at this place! The surprising deliciousness of their menu, coupled with the lovingly designed atmosphere, creates a perfect harmony— from colors to music, and, of course, the food. I tried the fried eggs & rice, which was superb, and the filter coffee is highly recommended. The staff is exceptionally friendly and does a fantastic job. This place deserves 10 stars. Definitely recommended!

Lovely new place close to the canal. The service is fantastic and really friendly. I loved the food - it’s a mix of cuisines, I would say American with other influences. The menu is short, with both savory and sweet dishes. Definitely a good choice for brunch. Cards only. Dog friendly. Will definitely come back!

No substitutions for allergies. They wouldn't even leave off Koriander as a topping. The waitress was not nice. .. Then we received this response from the restaurant. Why so combative? It's obvious you're not used to customer service American style, but why fight with your customers? The same rudeness was present with the waitress. It's just bad form and made for a bad experience. Had you just been friendly and kind, a no would have been no problem. We probably wouldn't even have left a negative review.

We got seated right away and the food arrived in no time. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was just amazing! We both had the pancakes and we still talk about how good they were! Would definitely recommend!

I rated highly bc my beef is totally aesthetic but the sign at the front of the store is just so off- assumes the customer is rude/ doesn’t know how to eat out, it’s confrontational, exactly the opposite of what hospitality should be. I avoid these kind of places for this reason - you know the rent is going up when you get a “post-ironic” breakfast concept in your hood :-p

Not only are the owners heartwarming friendly, but their kindness and passion is delivered also through their amazing and for Berlin exceptional food. The restaurant has a chill vibe and is located in a cool neighborhood. Try to catch the special menus like BBQ / Pacific Luau. We received their services for catering a wedding party and - hands down - it could not have been better. Check it out!

The rice was so spicy it made my eyes cry

We went here for lunch and loved it! Waiter/waitress were so cute and helpful. I had the sandwich but was too oily for me and the bread was too hard to eat. Also my friend ordered the pancake but she said that the egg taste was too strong.

Had the egg and cheese bun with extra bacon and the cold brew coffee, and it was absolutely delish. The atmosphere was super friendly, staff laughing and talking with other customers. The pancakes are popular too and I can see why. Went on a Saturday morning around 11am and no problem with seating. Definitely recommend for all your breakfast needs!

I came here to try buttermilk pancakes with black sesame mascarpone, cardamom butter, swimming in muscovado syrup. They were so popular that the amount of pancake portions was limited to two for a table, cause cooks weren't able to catch up 😁 Surprisingly, on Sunday afternoon I found a table without any struggle and I got my food super fast. And they were nice. Even really nice but I think my expectations were a little too big after all this hype. I would surely eat them again, but I didn't love them as much I adored other pancakes I have a pleasure to eat in Berlin

Wir haben die catering Dienste von Love Deluxe für eine Hochzeit bestellt und niemand von den +100 Gästen war am Ende nicht absolut begeistert von dem Essen! Es gab sogar Gäste die meinten, dass es mit das beste Essen war, was sie je gegessen hätten. Ich weiß nicht ob ich auch so weit gehen würde, aber es war für den Preis schon nah dran! Absolut unvergleichbarer Mix an fruchtigen und lecker herzhaften Aromen und das Personal so freundlich und unkompliziert , dass man sich direkt richtig wohl gefühlt hat. 5 von 5 Sternen und ein must visit Laden in Berlin.

The porchetta sandwich was the best sandwich I ever had. Pancakes were also great so was the cold brew coffee. We will definitely go there again soon to try the other dishes offered.

Been here a few times now and wow, the staff and the owner are lovely and will take time to have a chat with you if you seem interested. The beef shank curry dip is probably the best sandwich in Berlin, everything else we sampled on the menu was also great and to that comes a delicious homemade drink selection. It’s a must try place!

Been several times and love the atmosphere and food. Fun good energy and staff is amazing. Had the beef shank, which was mega tasty. Brought me back to life. Lots and lots of flavor. Also had the vegan sandwich--tasty crisp and perfect. Love the addition of the chips. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. What a neighborhood gem

Very tasty food (had the beef sandwich and salad) - well balanced an seasoned. Coffee options are very limited for a breakfast place. The interior is very bright, loud and uncomfortable.
