Large Chinese-Vietnamese buffet on site; they also offer delivery to Haspe. Very tasty.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a location for a birthday dinner. They have a private room for a larger group. We celebrated our 50th birthday there and had absolutely no complaints. The only thing was that we didn't know what flavor of ice cream it was, but otherwise everything was great. The price was also something to complain about. We got a great deal for 19 people. Thank you again. We'll definitely be back.

I stopped by for the first time

We were there for the first time four years ago and we loved it. Last time we were shocked at how the quality had declined. You could taste the old fat in the baked chicken, and it felt like a stone in your stomach. The staff is nice, but they can chat for hours without caring about the customers; you have to make yourself known. The worst thing is the restrooms. I was extremely disgusted. The smell and hygiene are truly unacceptable, so we had to do without them. Apparently, one of the staff members lives there, as you can find toothbrushes and other items there. The restaurant is very unkempt from the outside, looking as if it's been left to its own devices, and unfortunately, this is reflected in the interior, which is a real shame.

Very tasty food. Great seafood buffet. A la carte with a wide selection. The dim sum platter and wonton soup were incredibly delicious. The staff were super friendly and attentive. We'd be happy to come back.

We had our food delivered to us (55a+74) and it tasted good. The pasta was lacking in seasoning, but otherwise it was delicious. 😋 The delivery service was fast and friendly.

I haven't ordered from there in a long time, but it was delicious, just like it used to be. Great value for money, and special requests are no problem. I took the food to go. With pickup/delivery, you get a free Heteönk.

I haven't been there for a few months now, and yesterday I was shocked at how much the restaurant has declined. The buffet with the prepared meals is still large and offers a good selection. But some of the dishes seemed to have been sitting there for a very long time and were barely lukewarm. Those who like deep-fried chicken pieces encountered small, hard pieces that were rather cold and so hard that they were neither cut nor chewed. Empty items stayed empty for a long time, and the dishes from the wok station were swimming in sauce. The service was friendly as usual, but unfortunately, they could barely keep up with the drinks and clearing the dishes. The restaurant was probably very busy, partly because of the current anniversary promotion. I hope that was mainly due to all these things. But what has become more unpleasant with each visit are the restrooms. The pungent odor rising from them is reminiscent of old train station restrooms or public restrooms, but that shouldn't be present in a restaurant. This urgently needs to be remedied.

Even though the restaurant wasn't half full, we were skillfully ignored. After speaking to a waiter, we were given the menu. Another 10 minutes later—our drink order still hadn't been taken—I approached another server. After I said we could leave, he was very friendly and took our order. I've rarely seen such a dirty restaurant. The tables, floor, and partitions were sticky and dirty. All the plates were chipped. The restrooms smelled like the stairwell and were very unkempt. The food was mostly okay.

Buffet affordable but many things stale and not kept warm properly We like the self-service of composing a dish but even fancy things like lamb really did not taste too well - you get what you pay for.

We celebrated our birthday there. Everything was great, and the food was very good.

Very disappointed today! We've enjoyed coming here for years, but what we were offered today was simply abysmal! Drinks were free for our anniversary, but they cut costs a lot at the buffet! When we asked where the shrimp were, we were told they hadn't been there for five years!!! And that's despite us being there all the time! You have to get your own cutlery from the drawers. No thanks, and what a pity.

It's a great place, especially on days with an open buffet. It took me a while to understand how the place works, but once you figure out that you have all the ingredients available, you compose your own dish, and the kitchen prepares it for you, it's a piece of cake. ... For the lazy, there's an open buffet with ready-made dishes, which I initially thought was the buffet... But it turned out to be a much nicer culinary experience :) I recommend it for a 4.8, but not a 5.0 because, since I had to figure out the mechanics of the place myself, no one from the staff explained it in more detail. You have various paper clips that you attach to the plate with the ingredients, and then after cooking, you receive the dish with the flavor indicated by the paper clip ;) Clever :)

Delicious food... It was also affordable

My wife and I went here for lunch, usually on weekdays the buffet was not open, but we were offered dishes from the menu, namely three dishes and a bowl of soup in one large plate. Everything turned out to be delicious and the staff is pleasant, I recommend it to everyone. I gave it 4 stars because the toilet should have been cleaner.

Five of us went there to eat and took the buffet. Unfortunately, the price didn't feel justified as the quality of the food wasn't convincing and the cleanliness of the entire restaurant left something to be desired. Even the dessert counter, consisting of the typical ice cream flavors, wasn't nice to look at. The ice cream scoops were very dirty and the ice cream flavors were mixed together (strawberry ice cream leftovers in the vanilla ice cream container, etc.) The cake, which was in the refrigerator provided for this purpose, no longer looked fresh and tasted accordingly. The service was OK and you were served quickly. The last time I ate there was about 5 years ago and I remembered it much better. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Actually it was supposed to be 5* but there was just no sushi! But that was the only thing we could complain about. Otherwise everything is tip-top! For just under €22 adults and €10 for children aged 6-11 (without drinks) you can't complain. The atmosphere was really nice, even with real fish, the children loved it. Hot food was lukewarm which we thought was good because you could eat straight away. Homemade food was super tasty, there were lots of sauces to choose from, you didn't have to wait long. Dessert and sweets, as well as fruit, everything was there. Toilets were clean, children's chairs were available.

The meat was a bit tough and the drinks were slow to arrive.

Food was so-so. Service ok. Portion good. Unfortunately, there was a group of women with children sitting in the immediate vicinity. These children used the restaurant as a way to play and were constantly running around screaming. It annoyed us extremely. Especially that no employee said anything... No need to repeat for us

Ordered food over the phone. I was able to pick it up within 10 minutes and I even got free shrimp chips! Great service!

Unfortunately it has slowed down a lot. The buffet was often empty and it took a while until it was refilled. In addition, some of the benches are broken. Everything could use a little updating.

First, I waited 10 minutes for service, then 10 minutes for my drink. The food was only available at the buffet. Everything was cold, had probably been sitting there for hours, and it was suddenly dry. My complaint was brushed off; it was the last time I went there.

We stopped by today after a long time. The food has improved a lot since last time. Everything tasted great, fresh and there were plenty of refills. Service very friendly and attentive. So 1* becomes 5* again, keep it up.

We ate there today, simply catastrophic! The breaded chicken was so dry and came out like rubber. The buffet plates weren't refilled, and one dish smelled so much like rotten meat that I left the whole plate alone. The floor is completely dirty. Just a point that still upset me. If you just want food to fill your stomach then I think this is the perfect restaurant. But in order to eat something with taste and quality, I would save the €21.80 and eat somewhere else or cook it myself at home. It's best to stay away from this meal, I think you'll still have a stomach ache tonight. Enjoy your meal :)

Very tasty and staff very friendly.

A buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. You receive a very friendly welcome and the waiters are very attentive without seeming intrusive. We will definitely go there more often. We have been to the Lotus Garden several times now and are still very satisfied. I have NEVER had cold food at the buffet, so I can't understand the negative reviews.

Food is good but everything is more expensive

Fried noodles with chicken should be the least a place like this could do. Unfortunately that is not the case. €11.20 is an outrageous price. It should at least look and taste appealing. The obvious competition charges an average of €6.50-7.50 for this dish and it tastes much better. I didn't find it particularly clean there either. Unfortunately very disappointing.

Cold, tasteless food, hardly any choice and ambience like in a canteen. At the buffet, the food in the containers was already dried out and was even tipped. NOT WORKING AT ALL!!!

Well, a Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant that is getting old. There was enough staff but it simply needs renovation. Food was already dry and stored on the warm plate for too long (pasta), too many owners' children bothered by the food, somehow these fish don't fit the lifestyle there. Such old aquarium also need care, silicone renewal. Broken furniture, broken ceiling panels. We won't be coming back.

We were there for the buffet. There was a lot of ready-made food and a lot of raw things that were freshly cooked. Some things were very tasty but there were also things that weren't tasty, such as the lamb chop and the duck. But everything was warm and there was a lot of choice for dessert too. Unfortunately, the plates and cutlery were not clean in places. The service wasn't attentive. In some places you had to order 3 times before the drink came. The waitress stood at the front door and chatted. We're still waiting for our espresso. Unfortunately, cleanliness is a disaster in the entire restaurant. Toilets disgusting and not cleaned for days. The stairs down were greasy and slippery. Grill black and therefore also the grilled black. Ice chest dirty. Food tastes good but you can't look around. Too bad it could be better

Today I ordered duck with noodles and Hänschen also with noodles, both of which were really old and you can't eat them. Immediately thrown away in the trash. Never waste 50 euros in trash again.

The floor is sticky, the tables are dirty and sticky and the plates at the buffet are not clean either. The service is quite inattentive. You wait quite a long time for drinks. The food is really bad. Most of the food was cold and dry, with really little choice for vegetarians. Vegetables are only found in meat dishes. You feel very uncomfortable in this sticky dirty environment and the food was a big disappointment.

Been there for the first time, definitely not the last. Nice service and quick serving of drinks and food. Very cozy terrace.

Some of the food was cold, the duck was fatty. The soup was diluted with water or broth. All the breaded items were rock hard because they had been sitting there too long. The Cola Zero was warm and non-carbonated. The waiters here walk around barefoot and in flip flops, a no go. These are just a few things that bothered me. Sorry, I will never eat here again, that was the first and last time. For the money I can get much better food and drink elsewhere.

The food is spiced strangely, it makes you want to vomit. (We went to various Chinese houses and none were as disgusting as this one.) The grill was totally dirty. Drinking without carbonation feels stale. The grilled chicken tasted sour. We will no longer enter these locally.

Unfortunately, the food at the buffet was absolutely not good, it was almost cold and nothing was refilled. The service also left a lot to be desired. The ambience inside and outside was quite appealing.

Absolutely not recommended. The toilets are totally dirty and stink. The tables were totally sticky as were the salt and pepper shakers and the sauce bottles. Hair in food. Apparently they don't know cleanliness there. We won't come back.

We were there on Sunday for the evening buffet, it was very tasty, very rich, the service was very accommodating. Outside in the courtyard there is a small covered garden with a large fish pond that is currently being renovated but you can still sit outside and is ideal for smokers, which I admired There are many large green plants scattered throughout the restaurant and there are also beautiful large green plants outside in the garden. So I can recommend everyone to go there and eat there. We'd love to come back.

I enjoyed eating here, especially Pho soup, I really enjoyed it. I also often ate the buffet there and found it quite ok. Only last time the food at the buffet wasn't fresh, the chicken meat was so hard that I couldn't bite or chew. The grilled shrimps were often burnt, you should watch out for that because it is not healthy to eat burnt food.

The food was fresh and OK. A large selection and freshly prepared. It is a buffet restaurant. Unfortunately, the facility was not particularly well maintained, parts were broken and dirty. Almost without exception, the plates were cracked and the tables were simply sticky. The staff was nice, but not eager to show you a good time. There was a lack of cleanliness and tidiness in the entire restaurant. The buffet cost €22, but unfortunately the value for money wasn't right.

Es stehen zich Duftsteine überall rum. Da kann man gar nicht atmen. Der Geruch zieht auch nach oben und man kann es am Buffet riechen.

There's actually a good selection and lots of things that you can have freshly fried. However, it's not for vegetarians or the buffet is actually too expensive for the selection. The labeling is missing on many dishes, which means it is not always clear where meat is contained.

The food at the buffet was mediocre, there was hardly anything there. Ok, we were only there at 2 p.m., it had been open since 12 p.m., but you can still refill something. The 8 treasures were perhaps 2 treasures given what was still there. The panko chicken must have been there since 12 o'clock, it was so tough. The freshly prepared food was ok. There was nothing to complain about in terms of service. Biggest problem: cleanliness. I've never seen anything so dirty. It started with the saucers, salt and pepper shakers at the table, went to the plant pot in the bench, the bench itself (it wouldn't be a bad idea to have an upholsterer look over it) and all the way to the floor. The stairs to the toilets were awesome. It hasn't been cleaned for at least 3 days. The toilets themselves weren't okay for a restaurant either. The guests themselves are also responsible here, but it shouldn't look like that. We won't be coming back.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr netter Service. Das Essen war allerdings überhaupt nicht gut. Wir hatten das Buffet. Vieles war fast kalt und das Fleisch zäh und teilweise war das Hähnchen nicht durchgebraten. Die Beschriftung könnte auch besser sein. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.

War bisher immer sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen/Buffet. Durch meine Glutamat Allergie stelle ich mir meine Gerichte immer selbst zusammen und lasse sie dann immer frisch zubereiten. Letzten Samstag habe ich es wieder getan... diesmal war das Geflügelfleisch teilweise noch nicht durchgebraten, was einem ziemlich den Appetit verdirbt... Habe das unfertige Fleisch natürlich nicht gegessen...erstens ist es unappetitlich und zweitens möchte ich keine Salmonellen bekommen. Gehe seit Jahren in den Lotus Garten. Nach diesem Vorfall werde ich ihn in Zukunft besser meiden...SCHADE

Wir waren da wegen einer Geburtstagsfeier und haben uns eig ganz gut amüsiert. Der erste Gang zum Buffet war gut und lecker. Allerdings als das Essen wieder aufgefüllt wurde, war leider der Reis nicht fertig gekocht. So dass man ihn leider nicht genießen konnte, da er noch sehr hart war. Aber alles in Allem war es in Ordnung. Der Service war glaub ich schlecht gelaunt und ungeduldig, aber selbst da drücke ich ein Auge zu, weil jeder mal einen schlechten Tag haben kann. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Parkplätze vor der Tür vorhanden.

Leider kann ich die Erfahrungen, die hier in der letzten Zeit geschildert wurden, nur bestätigen. Die Cola war ohne Kohlensäure, das Essen war bei beiden Bestellungen nicht ok. Das Rindfleisch war hart und zäh, die Soße eigenartig gewürzt. Das zweite Gericht , welches als scharf in der Karte stand ,war süß. Die Portionen waren groß, bringt aber nichts, wenn es nicht schmeckt. Auch wir werden nicht wieder dort essen. Schade, Anfang 2023 waren wir zum Buffet da, und das war in Ordnung.

Nicht mehr das was es mal war. Essen war schon besser.
