We were there with 4 people, everything was perfect, pizza, pasta and dessert! Prices were absolutely reasonable. Would love to go again

Our favorite pizzeria - in our opinion you get the best pizza you can get anywhere. Perfect dough, very tasty sauce, a perfect amount of toppings and the best thing is that the pizza is so big that you are really full and happy when you eat it. It also has a great price-performance ratio. We were always very satisfied with the service and we never had to wait too long for food or drinks, even when the store was completely full.

It was a very relaxing evening with you. Very friendly staff, good advice when choosing dishes. The food came promptly when ordered. Tasty, tasty and plentiful. We'd love to come back

I basically can't contribute anything to the food or atmosphere today... I reserved a table for me, my husband, my daughter and myself. We were assigned a table by a show of hands, at which we then sat down, but apparently this was the wrong table, whereupon the “manager” came running in a rage, pointing out that this table was reserved for 4 people, but the table for 3 people next to it was so small and narrow that it was impossible for my husband and assistants to sit after the operation. We then communicated this to the “manager”. There was no effort on his part to accommodate us and check whether there was an alternative and not a friendly word either, apparently the “manager” forgot that he got his job because of the paying guests. He then became cheeky because we wanted to leave... We have been regular guests for years and know the regular employees very well, except for the new "manager" of course, and we have always been completely satisfied and enjoyed going there, the food and service are always top 👍 we are deeply annoyed, but luckily there are wonderful L'Osterias in our neighboring cities, as long as this "manager" runs the branch in Wuppertal, no one will see us there again!

The restaurant is beautifully centrally located and we really liked it. Reservation also worked wonderfully! Would love to come back.

Ali was so helpful and friendly, really like that you can split the toppings on each half of the pizza, great for sharing.

Cozy atmosphere for a relaxed, good meal! The menu offers a great selection and the pizza is perfect every time. The large selection means there should be something for everyone and the service is great every time. The staff is friendly, attentive and open to all questions and requests. We come here regularly and are always more than satisfied.

On the way to Hamburg we discovered L'Osteria in Wuppertal - a real highlight! Despite being busy and without a reservation, we found space thanks to the dedicated owner. We were particularly impressed by our waiter Joel, whose friendly and attentive manner ensured a completely pleasant experience. The food was a dream: fresh pasta, perfect pizza, and finally an exquisite panna cotta and espresso, all of outstanding quality. This combination of excellent service and top-notch cuisine made our visit unforgettable. L'Osteria is definitely worth recommending - we'll definitely be back!

Losteria Wuppertal is extremely good both in terms of food and ambience. The pizzas are as big as wagon wheels and the dough has the right amount of durum wheat! Tabea's service is the component that rounded off the evening. Thank you for your friendly, open demeanor and for the service!

We ordered 3 pizzas this evening: Margherita, Funghi and Marinara. 41 euros. What did we get? 2 Margherita and Funghi. Please be careful when you pick up your order. I just saw it at home. That can't be Margherita on seafood price! Because it's about my money, I'm only giving it 3 stars. Sorry.

We had booked a table for 5:45 p.m. and arrived at 5:40 p.m. When we arrived we were told that we had to leave at 7 p.m. We were brought cards, but from then on we were ignored. Again and again we drew the attention of a waiter who said that he was not responsible. After 20 minutes I had the opportunity to order a children's menu from him, but the gentleman couldn't take drinks. We left at 6:10 p.m. without even being asked for drinks. Telling us that we only have 75 minutes for our stay - despite a reservation - and then completely ignoring us for 30 minutes is an outrage.

Really bad store. The man at the counter wanted to save us a table in half an hour. We said thank you, walked for half an hour and got back. He completely forgot to keep the table free but instead of apologizing he kicked us out and said there would only be one for us in an hour. Basically, you wait an hour for your food and people are regularly hired for trial work without any job prospects in order to save money on employees. Never again

Unfortunately the quality of the pizza leaves a lot to be desired. The margarita was like chips, the tomato sauce was baked for so long that there was no liquid left, you could only guess at the mozzarella and unfortunately the seasoning was completely missing! The lasagna was OK.

The staff, like in every L'Osteria, was outstanding again 👍 .... the music this time was a little annoying and a little too loud, already quite a loud atmosphere since the restaurant was full. Lasagna couldn't be ordered, yeah de. This time the pizza was a little too dark from the bottom and not very hot either. The time window of 1.5 hours that you get when booking online is tight. That's why I skipped dessert. We still remain fans of L'Osteria.

Pizza typical L'Osteria. Yummy. You know what to expect, no matter what city. The standard is met. Since we were in transit, so to speak, we spontaneously made a reservation online via the site. For 5:45 p.m. When we arrived it was 5:50 p.m. We had to wait in line at the door. When it was finally our turn (6:03 p.m.) I said that we had reserved for 5:45 p.m., and the gentleman replied with "I'm sorry, your table is already gone, the tables are only reserved for 15 minutes, I can do that Unfortunately we can't do anything." I then explained to him that we had been standing in line outside for 10 minutes and that I couldn't have pushed forward. My husband actually wanted to go back immediately. The gentleman then looked at the reservations and of course the table was still reserved for us. The gentleman was also very friendly afterwards. But such little things DO NOT NECESSARY AND MUST NOT BE. Quickly leaves a stupid and wrong impression. Service was otherwise great. Food delicious. 45€ for 2 large pizzas, 1 small children's pizza and 2 drinks.

Review for L'Osteria – Pizza e Pasta On Saturday evening, December 21, 2024, I went to your restaurant without a reservation at around 7:10 p.m. An employee informed me that the next free table would not be available for another 1-2 hours. I found this disappointing as I saw several free tables, including tables for 4-5 people, that were only partially occupied. I then spontaneously made a reservation online and suddenly a table was available at 7:45 p.m. This surprised and annoyed me, as it gave the impression that guests without reservations were being disadvantaged. I wouldn't have had a problem sharing a table with other guests if that had been possible. Such alternatives could help reduce waiting times and increase guest satisfaction. Although the food was good, the organization and handling of guests without reservations was disappointing. For this reason, I decided not to tip and will only give it 2 out of 5 stars this time

Been there several times now. Food always 10/10, service always good. Was served for the second time by Jannis, who is always super nice and often asks if you need anything else but is never too intrusive. Unfortunately, the online reservation didn't work despite the confirmation email, which meant there was a waiting time... but that was bearable...

I was there with 15 people (with reservation, Christmas party) and we had plenty of space. In some restaurants the seating is cramped, but we had a lot of space there. The service staff were very friendly and kept coming to ask if everything was okay, if we needed anything else, etc. There is a lot of choice for food. Whenever we had questions about the food, we always received information. It often happened to us that in a dish you wanted something different from what was there. These wishes were implemented so that everyone could fully enjoy their meal. The restaurant is very tidy and simply/subtly furnished. The music was tailored to the run-up to Christmas, which created a nice atmosphere. We were all very happy there and would consider holding a celebration there again

We love the waitress, Mara. She is friendly and humorous, she laughs along with funny comments and when the order is challenging, she advises us confidently and professionally! Nowadays I am very happy about solution-oriented employees who are at peace with themselves and enjoy their work!
