Heerlijk gegeten, leuke sfeervolle tent. Bij ons vrij druk, maar niet onprettig ervaren. Eten was erg goed. Pizza’s mogen idd wel een tandje kleiner……/

Moin Folks, die fünf Punkte sind voll verdient, flotter und guter Mittagsempfang🌟 Nun, mit Karte direkt zum Tisch und schon nach Getränken gefragt, sehr effektiv 🌟 Der Servierservice auch echt Klasse, flott geliefert 🌟 Dann auf Nachfrage, ein Empfehlung, auch sehr gut🌟 Die Speisen, Pizza, Nudeln, Qualität auch lecker und gut🌟 Jaaaa, Tisch abräumen und gleich sauber machen und nach weiteren Fragen, wie zum Beispiel-Dessert und oder ……, auch cool und der Doppelte Espresso 🌟 Für mich auch eine Ideallage neben der Autobahn und großen Parkplatz 🅿️ 🌟 Meine Sterne, Leckerschmecker .

Sogar als ehemals Stammgast komme ich nie wieder. Kein Service, unfreundlich, inkompetent, schlechtes Essen! Bestellungen werden falsch aufgenommen oder vergessen. Wiederholt falsche Positionen auf der Rechnung und wenn mans erst nach dem Bezahlen merkt Ärger bei der Reklamation. Auch keine Wiedergutmachung selbst wenn der Fehler eindeutig bei denen lag. Der Vorletzte Besuch endete nachdem ich nach 40 Minuten noch nicht mal was zu Trinken bekommen habe damit, dass ich gegangen bin. Ich hätte es das letzte mal sein lassen sollen, weil als ich wieder kam, sagte man ich hätte mein Bier nicht bezahlt. Der Junior Manager behauptete, zwei seiner Mittarbeiter sagen, ich hätte das Getränk bekommen und wäre dann gegangen. Als ich dem widersprach, sagte er ich müsse dieses jetzt bezahlen. Also hab ich die Rechnung für das Getränk und den Senior Manager bestellt. Auch bei diesem war keinerlei feingefühl oder Kundenorientierung zu erkennen. Der Laden funktioniert nur noch, weil er aufgrund der Lage neben Wertheim Village genug Laufkundschaft hat, die sowieso kein zweites mal kommt. Man beachte die anderen Rezessionen.

Pedimos pizza . Massa Muito fina. Muito longe de parecer com as nossas em SP. O serviço é leeeeeento. As garçonetes estão num ritmo muito diferente dos nossos, brasileiros. Mas como as opções aqui em Wuzburg são poucas, é aquela coisa: não tem tu, vai tu mesmo.

Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl, dass Essen ist super, dass Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist top top!! Der Service ist auch immer toll!

Very happy with the food and ambiance

Great pizzeria with an upscale atmosphere. We were lucky and were able to sit outside the playground with the kids. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow. By the time someone came to our table to take drinks etc., we must have waited around 25 minutes. But once the order was taken, everything happened very quickly. The pizzas are huge and taste really delicious. We also had a spaghetti carbonara, which was also very, very good. We had a delicious evening and can definitely recommend the restaurant.

The pizza was okay...the pasta with asparagus didn't work at all...pasta was overcooked, the sauce had no taste and consisted entirely of fat...then no parmesan was offered/served with the pasta. But what doesn't work at all, we order an aperitif (Veneziano) and the waitress initially said that it was only available in bottles🤔 My comment that it says differently on the menu and that it is an aperitif would then be commented on with an “oops, I must have made a mistake”. She then typed it in...we hadn't chosen any dishes yet. After a certain time, she came again and took the food order... I then pointed out that the aperitif still hadn't come... with the food we also ordered a bottle of water which came after a few minutes. There was no sign of the aperitif yet... suddenly a service person came and brought the wrong aperitif (Aperol Sprizz) that we didn't want. A minute later another service person came and brought the pizza we had ordered, but beforehand he wandered from table to table and wasn't really oriented... I refused her and initially wanted our aperitif... then the lady came with our order realized that I couldn't "refuse" the food...because then the pasta came....so then the aperitif was canceled.... When I go to a canteen, I know that I won't get any service, in the restaurant I expect something different... this branch doesn't work at all.... by the way, I know one or two of the company's branches, but service like this... In a restaurant that isn't fully occupied, that's not possible. You probably live off the outlet visitors and the low competition there

Short version: really good pasta. If you often travel on the highway, the Osteria is the best option.

It was very busy, but the service was there very quickly, as were the drinks and food. The pizza was very tasty. Unfortunately, with so many guests, the background noise was very loud, which wasn't particularly pleasant. But we would come again.

Very tasty food, nice atmosphere, nice staff!

At first I hesitated with 5 stars. We had to wait almost 30 minutes at the entrance, even though there were still so many seats available inside. Some people in line left because they were annoyed. However, once inside you could see why we had to wait. The staff made such an incredible effort, despite the fact that they probably weren't enough, to serve all customers with a smile and quickly. That's why it deserves 5 stars. The food was also quickly at the table. The Pizza Margherita and the Insalata Nizza were super good. They were brought to the table fresh and hot. Since we were initially afraid that the food or the service might take that long, but were then convinced otherwise, we were all the happier to still have enough time to shop in the village. We'll definitely be back!

A large example of the L'Osteria restaurant chain. There have been days when we were turned away even though there was plenty of space available in the restaurant. But this time we were lucky. Here, too, we have to contend with a lack of staff. The pizzas are gigantic in size but still super tasty and crispy, but the other dishes such as spagetti carbonara are also recommended. We were there for lunch, the service was very friendly and on the ball. You can definitely recommend the restaurant, especially if you have had a stressful shopping trip in Wertheim Village. But be sure to reserve in advance, otherwise you might be disappointed if you don't get a seat.

As always, the food was very tasty.

The pizzas, as is well known, are very large and taste very tasty. What I always find very good is the option to halve your pizza and choose a different pizza for the second half, for a small additional charge of course. This offers the opportunity to test two pizzas at the same time. Great. I won't write much about everything else because the rating should be apparent from the stars awarded. Have fun trying.

The pizzas are tasty and have a decent diameter, which is also difficult to eat. I found it a bit unhygienic to wipe the lamps above the preparation area while the restaurant was in operation.

Today we had a fly in our avocado salad. We didn't see the hair until near the end, it was way down in the lettuce. In the end we told the waitress that there was a hair in it. She wanted to clarify the matter with management. So the waitress was nice and responded well :-) The only thing possible according to the management would have been an espresso/cappuccino for free. I find it really impossible that we have to pay full price for a salad that had a hair in it! After further feedback with the waitress, I was told that this was the case because at the beginning, right when we got the food and she asked if everything was good, we said yes. I don't think that's a logical reason because at that moment the hair hadn't appeared yet. So it's best to never say everything is fine when asked, who knows what will happen next :-) If there were an attractive alternative in the area I wouldn't come back. I find paying for the salad to be very unfair! Otherwise, I'm actually very happy with L'Osteria, but I don't think this promotion today worked at all. If I hadn't had to pay for the salad everything would have been fine. It can happen, even if something like that shouldn't happen... But as?!…

Super tasty pizzas, far too big for 1 person, so it's always best to share and eat for two. Very friendly staff and attentive. Price-performance ratio fits. Nice atmosphere and pleasant to dine outside in summer. A pleasant atmosphere. We'd love to come back.

Crazy pizza, service a bit confusing, but otherwise good

What do you ask of a pizzeria? Nice ambience, good food, drinks and great service. All of this is fulfilled by L'Osteria. Unfortunately, the pizzas are larger than the plates and are therefore difficult to process. If you're slightly hungry, there's also "half". The dough is wafer-thin and the pizza tastes delicious. Finally: There was nothing left, even the side salad had found its place :-) and the empty seats in the photos were quickly filled. Until next time, I promise. P.S. If you take a lot of time, you can also learn Italian on the toilet. :-)

Food was ok, but definitely better. Anything but cheap. Good service for that. But : Sorry, the hygiene and care would have earned minus stars and is almost a case for a basic renovation and overhaul. I'm really sorry, but that's not possible! The food no longer tastes good. It's a shame really.

Pizza is large (45 cm), dough is thin and the edges are too dry for my taste. There could also be a little more evidence. We liked the lasagne, but a spice in the ragu really dominated too much. For an Italian restaurant we expected a little more when it came to these dishes.

We had a nice spot on the sun terrace. The prices are identical to those of the other L'Osterias, although you are within walking distance of a brand outlet. 5 minutes walk from Wertheim village, there are enough parking spaces and the food here is also very tasty!

Friendly, attentive staff, very tasty huge pizza, which luckily you can share, in a nice atmosphere.

Great food, super large pizzas with thin and crispy dough, plenty of toppings, individual requests such as without cheese are taken into account. In any case, you can order all pizzas vegan and the delicious Latte Machiato at the end was made with plant milk. Simply wonderful and if we are in the area again we will definitely come back. The wait staff are all friendly and the ambience, especially the large dining room, is very stylishly furnished.

Very tasty and large pizza, sparsely topped for its size, but very crispy.

Where should I start… I have already eaten at a L'Osteria in Salzburg. There were a few small points of criticism there that I had to complain about, but not as many as here. When we arrived at the pizzeria, no one greeted us at reception. My colleague had to run to the counter to draw attention to himself. Mineral water was ordered and still water was brought. We waited around 20 minutes for our bruschetta. But it was quite okay. A family next to us had the same problems with the staff: They ordered a pizza and specifically emphasized that it couldn't be spicy. What they got was an EXTRA spicy pizza. The waitress just said: “Let me know if you want the pizza to be even spicier.”, whereupon the family explained what had happened and they had to wait around 25-30 minutes for the pizza again. When we got our pizza after about 40 minutes of waiting, it was almost cold and the mushrooms on my pizza tasted like cardboard. My knife was completely blunt and had no profile like the others at my table. Overall, the pizzeria is not recommended… Unfortunately, it's a shame.

Unfortunately, my calzone was very carelessly prepared and didn't taste great either, but on a Saturday afternoon it's like being in a fast food restaurant.. Price performance doesn't match... The waitresses, however, were super friendly and quick!

Insanely delicious pizzas with super thin and very crispy dough, delicious salads and pasta at reasonable prices. The service is friendly and attentive, the food came quickly. The ambience is pleasant, the furnishings are a mix of industrial and Italian flair. 100% recommendation.

The place is very nice and modern, great pizza and delicious wine. We really liked it and would happily recommend it. Plenty of parking spaces available.

I'm sorry to say that after I ate, 15 minutes later I felt very sick and the food was poisonous. I asked the staff for lemons on site. And for two days just have to break.

The service was very good. Slightly high noise level. The constant clattering of the dishes (which was very loud) was annoying. The pizza was a bit soggy, would have needed another minute. But the taste is very good. Price performance fits. We will be back.

Back here after 4 years, it is still an amazing looking, welcoming and spacious place to dine. Staffs: Friendly, rest assured you will be well looked after. Menu: They were many memorable and and stand out dishes. Grab one of their faultless stone oven massive pizzas.The crusts are crispy and thin but the gravity defying slices hold their own. I think they have 26 types of pizzas. Moreover, now they even have Keto options when you don't want too much Carb. Take on the Zoodles Gamberetti(with Shrimps) Great for date nights + it is wonderful as well to book out a big table for a family feast. Easy to book online and easy peasy parking.

After we waited long enough for our seat (41 minutes), a waiter with poor German language skills sat us in a corner where we sat alone and were excluded from the rest of the atmosphere. Apple spritzer tasted like stale apples. The starter was covered with too much arugula and tasted awful. The bread was wetter than the Main in Miltenberg (Pearl of the Main). After a good 45 minutes only the pizza arrived and we had to ask for the forgotten pasta. Less than a minute later the waiter literally came running with a cold pasta. A salami pizza was ordered but what came was a BBQ chicken pizza. You can see the waiters' knowledge of German. I'll keep it short, the pizza tasted more like BBQ than pizza.

I've never experienced anything like that in a restaurant: we were assigned a seat then nothing happened for 30 minutes. No waiter was interested in us anymore even though I sank several times. We then got up and left. Never again

We were looking forward to a nice big pizza. Unfortunately, it was anything but good. On my pizza there were 3 small pieces of salami, but instead there was a whole red onion, cut into 5x5 cm pieces. And that for a price of one pizza at €16.95. Definitely not worth the money. Poor quality and pretty tasteless. Except for the onion taste. I still have it two hours later. Unfortunately, the wrong drinks were delivered and we were served the food from the neighboring table first. It's a pity that the food was so bad that I don't feel well afterwards. I couldn't even eat half the pizza. But the atmosphere is very nice. However we won't be coming here again, just not worth the money.

Have been there several times to eat... the service yesterday was pretty bad... no service came to take drinks/or food for a long time The food became very expensive and the pizza was extremely thin and therefore quickly got cold. In addition, the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The floor was very dirty, food residue everywhere on the floor. And the windows are totally smeared. Apparently the disinfectant at the entrance is no longer being replenished... we didn't really feel comfortable. Everything was much better.

Good as a stopover as it's not far from the motorway. Good food, nice service, plenty of parking.

The atmosphere, the staff and the food are great and recommend it.. however today was angry as I went at 2:45 and since there was a long queue waiting, i asked if I can make a reservation for 4:15pm. I was informed no reservations are taken. Then I go at 5pm and whilst waiting in the queue, one of the waitresses comes out and asks who has a reservation and two groups go in with reservation. Why? Either you accept or you dont!

You sometimes stand at the entrance for a very long time until you simply “take” a seat yourself or you are led there. Reservations are not necessary during the day as it is large enough. The pizzas are tasty but not outstanding. The price-performance ratio is right. If you're not a big eater, I would recommend sharing a pizza and having it served separately. I can highly recommend the in-house iced tea. Don't forget the app and points (scan receipts). You can get a few extras pretty quickly.

After the reviews were mixed, we thought for a long time whether we should go here for lunch or try one of the restaurants in Wertheim Village. We were more than positively surprised. We were greeted warmly at reception and were quickly assigned a very nice table. The service was very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. A huge pizza for two people, half half toppings, and a delicious fresh salad with goat cheese more than satisfied our hunger. We found the drinks and food selection to be very good and reasonably priced. The restaurant was also well maintained and clean. We visited at lunchtime during the week and the restaurant was about two-thirds full.

Food was very good. However, my husband got his food about 10 minutes before me. Pizza and gnocchi. Supposedly difficult to serve at the same time! It worked at the next table, but not for us. Instead of apologizing, the waiter started a policy discussion with us! It's a shame because we were here often. Ambience is ok but quite loud.

My pizza (had some salad and chicken on it, similar to Caesar salad) was delicious. Poor English. Service is not so good. After I had my pizza, I went to the toilet, and by the time I went back, the waiter cleaned up everything (took my full glass cocktail) and asked us to leave (4 adults and one child). Atmosphere horrible. To a close table, this lady had her child screaming and crying so loud and instead of trying to calm him down she just stood like that for like 20 mins and then another 5 minutes decided to stay with the child screaming between other tables(including ours). Can't even describe it how horrible it was. Once again, the pizza was very good.

We had an overall lovely evening. We were very satisfied with our friendly service, but in general the service staff was sparsely staffed and there was inevitably a wait. The vitello tonnato was very good, as was the bruscetta and the campagnola salad. The pizza marinara is very thinly topped and cools down super quickly. We recommend a pizza with more toppings. The coffee grinder would have to be reset once. The espresso came without crema, but with plenty of coffee grounds. Prosecco, beer, grappa and sambuca were delicious. Price performance is appropriate, the guest structure is very pleasant. By far the best L'Osteria.

After the shopping tour in Wertheim village, we looked for something to eat to fortify ourselves. First we went to another restaurant that we didn't really like. We then walked to the L’Osteria restaurant. Starting with the nice reception right at the entrance, we have already been assigned a place. Absolutely super friendly and very motivated staff. The food was very, very tasty and a very good portion. The pizzas are huge. As mentioned in the restaurant, we will be back.

It's actually a very nice restaurant, but after 50 minutes of waiting we still didn't get any pizza, even people who came later ate earlier. There wasn't even much going on there, when I asked the service about it they said sorry! have a nice evening. Wow hats off, something like that has actually never happened to me before

Nice restaurant, pizza delicious and huge and really cheap as a menu. Service very friendly. Ambiance was great, only the music was very loud.

I think almost €24 for a Cola Zero 0.5 plus a Nduja Calabrese pizza with an 8% tip is too much. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't crispy but rather soft. Inflation or not, a pizza is not a piece of beef tenderloin.

Good price/value and nice atmosphere. We ate very well there. Ideal for shopping in Wertheim Village or for a break from the A3.

Unfortunately, L'Osteria is no longer what it was. Last 3 visits to Ingolstadt, Heidenheim were disappointing. I never expected that it would be our local restaurant L'Osteria in Wertheim TOPT today. At 1:00 p.m. we got a table and ordered next to two nice ladies, one of whom had already received her food and the other hadn't. We then ordered and thought that it wasn't just us who were forgotten every now and then, after 1 hour and several complaints the lady finally got her pizza, we had already been sitting there for 1/2 hour and in addition to drinks we also had nothing. When the ladies wanted to pay, we politely asked the waitress after 3/4 if we could at least get our starter (bruschetta). Yes, of course the answer came and we got it cold, but we managed it. But we still had hope that we could make it in less than an hour waiting time. Unfortunately, not only did we make it in less than an hour, but after more than an hour we found out that we didn't get our food at all (Rissoto was out) and all of this after waiting more than 80 minutes. So L'Osteria is over for me since they took over and the store has gone downhill.

The food is always good at L'Osteria, but the service is a disaster. We arrived at lunchtime and the restaurant was only 1/4 full. Since you can't choose your own spot, two couples in front of us had already been waiting for 10 minutes. We waited together for another 10 minutes. There were enough conditions to seat the guests, but the waiter preferred to move straws from one glass to another. Service absolutely disorganized, not responsible and bad. We left the restaurant after another 5 minutes.

More bad than good, Italian but without particularly good ingredients or warmth. In winter there is a draft on the side. The food is ok, but nothing special.

8 Personen hatten ihre Pizza bereits aufgegessen als die 9. Pizza dann endlich kam. Es wurden absichtlich unterschiedliche Kellner/innen geschickt um der Aussprache aus dem Weg zu gehen.

Eigentlich ist die L’Osteria immer ne sichere Bank - der letzte Besuch, im Rahmen eines ladestops,jedoch war erschreckend schlecht. Schlechter, unkoordinierter Service. Bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde vergingen gut 20min (bei nicht ausgelastetem Restaurant) das Essen wurde weit vor den Getränken geliefert und als wir die Rechnung sofort begleichen wollten war im EC Gerät bereits 10% Trinkgeld vorab hinterlegt??? Das Essen war solide, der Rest eine Katastrophe…

Mußte auf meine lassagne warte würde euch die Pizza sehr empfehlen sonst war alles ok Pizzen sind auch sehr schön groß

Alles was das Herz begert. Das Essen sehr lecker, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit Auch das Ambiente ist sehr einladent und gemütlich eingerichtet. Komme sehr gerne wieder

Ja, eigentlich sind wir mit der Kette ganz andere Standards gewohnt. Deshalb waren wir auch sehr überrascht über den Service und die Qualität. Wir saßen Mitte Januar im Wintergarten und die Temperaturen waren sehr unangenehm. Die Pizzen waren sehr unterschiedlich groß. Als ich die Kellnerin darauf ansprach, meinte sie, das sei normal, weil sie handgemacht seien. Das ist mir schon klar, aber wenn am Nachbartisch die Pizza 10 cm über den Rand geht und deine in den Teller passt, ist das schon sehr auffällig. Die Bedingungen waren unerfahren, überfordert und unangemessen gekleidet.

Ohne Reservierung ist es am Wochenende kaum möglich einen Tisch zu bekommen. Essen sehr gut 👍, Service sehr freundlich.

Sehr leckeres Essen, preislich günstig bei absolut großzügigen Portionsgrößen. Die Pizzen sind so groß, dass man standardmäßig die Pizzen halb-halb belegen kann. Sehr cooles Industrial-Ambiente. Offene Küche so dass man seiner Pizza bei der Entstehung zuschauen kann.
