We had reserved, otherwise we probably wouldn't have gotten in. Too few staff for Saturday evening. Unfortunately, I only came to order drinks/food and pay. Pizza would have needed 1 minute in the oven. Unfortunately the carbonara wasn't prepared in Italian either. But otherwise good. The kitchen crew does a good job. Please to the boss. The 4 lamps on the oven are out of place. 1 flat on the ceiling and the boys are happy. Personally, it was too full for me.

Very nice restaurant chain with delicious food. We were there on Saturday evening and it was really busy. Without a reservation it would have been difficult to get a table. Unfortunately, the side salad was served too late, but it came after the main course and was not charged as a gesture of goodwill. The food itself was all delicious, the pizzas are huge. I think the prices are okay.

Don't drive past, definitely stop by and eat pizza...

Great food, friendly staff, nicely decorated. Despite the size, everyone is very friendly and the waiting time isn't too long. Huge pizzas and great pasta dishes. The coffee from our own roastery is also very good. Despite the hustle and bustle, the friendliness is great.

We went on recommendation, but there was such a long queue waiting to get in that unfortunately we couldn't get in. Parking is available.

We were there yesterday and were warmly welcomed at the door by a service person with long brown hair and a black cardigan who also served us afterwards. The food was very tasty and the service was top, we are looking forward to the next time.

This place is worth the 1 1/2 hour drive. With it being near the outlets that makes it more impressive. The food in my opinion is topped 10 on my list of foods for being in Germany.

L'Osteria is located right next to Wertheim Village and is therefore perfect for a detour before or after a shopping trip. Food: Typical L'Osteria menu, everything from pizza to salads and pasta is included. The implementation is very tasty, the portion size is more than fair. Normal prices despite the location right at the outlet. Service: Nice and fast service, nothing to complain about here. Ambiance: A chic L'osteria with cozy seating inside, outside and in the winter garden. The furnishings are stylish and cozy.

This was our pizza that we ordered to pick up. What else can you say about that...

This afternoon we stood waiting in the entrance area with 10-20 people for about 15 minutes while we were all completely ignored by the staff, then left again. It was very rude that no one wanted to say how long it would take, we were very annoyed...

We are regulars here. Service is top, the food is well made. I like the atmosphere and, for me, a place to take a break. Thanks to the team!

Very cozy and great service, huge pizza with nothing on it. 10 mini slices of salami, 2 leaves of basil, a touch of tomato sauce and a little cheese. This for 15.50 is simply outrageous. No spice, nothing. Rarely have I had such a bad pizza

Of all the L'Osteria visits so far the best prosciutto e funghi pizza. My wife had an accident with the salt and was quickly given new food.

What great service despite the full restaurant. Great starters recommendation, a smile with every customer contact and dessert and coffee were also offered. This is really the exception in the catering industry. Big praise to the service staff. Pizza was okay, but not as usual due to the stress. Gladly again, but not during rush hour 😉

10/17 next attempt, everything was fine. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/15 Parts of the order were not delivered and the coffee on the house was unfortunately cold. The 2 dishes were brought with a 5 minute time difference. Went out hungry for the first time. ⭐⭐

We're going there this afternoon. Ordered a pizza, waited 60 minutes, didn't receive a pizza! So I paid for the little water and said thank you! Service! Doesn't exist! Disaster the store!

Wir waren in der Vergangenheit öfters hier und waren immer zufrieden. Der Service war aufmerksam und das Essen war lecker. Bereits vor ca. 2 Monaten waren wir da und das Blatt hatte sich gewendet. Uns war nach dem Essen in der Osteria übel. Gestern dachten wir, okay, versuchen wir es doch noch einmal. Zweite Chance und so. Hätten wir besser nicht gemacht. Der Cesare Salat hat so lange fertig auf der Theke gestanden, dass er anschließend "überbacken" war, durch den Parmesan auf den gebratenen Hähnchenstreifen. Die Bedienung wies natürlich sämtliche Schuld von sich. Die Pizza.... na ja. Lecker ist anders! Und dabei ist das Essen da noch nicht mal günstig. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht! Wir werden diese Osteria in Wertheim /Almosenberg definitiv nicht mehr aufsuchen!!!! Vielleicht, eventuell eine, an einem anderen Standort, in der Hoffnung das dieses Restaurant besser ist....

Since we live nearby, we go there every now and then. Last Wednesday at around 4 p.m. everything was perfect, pizza & pasta very good, service friendly. Today we were there again, around 12.30 p.m. Unfortunately this time it was a disappointment. The greeting and service were friendly, as was the farewell. We ordered a pizza together, half Capricciosa, half Hawaii with water. The pizza arrived almost cold, the olives were on the Hawaiian instead of the Capricciosa. Paid over €20 for this - unfortunately that wasn't good this time. But the staff were always very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like were the many dog ​​owners in the restaurant - at lunchtime alone there were 3-4 dogs in the restaurant at the same time. For me, dogs don't belong in a restaurant.

The staff was very friendly and tried hard. The pizzas were very tasty, but half of the pizza was burnt black and not edible. When we asked about this, we were told “that’s normal for us”. Really a shame given the prices.

We actually wanted to eat here today. There are two information boards in the entrance area: Please wait here, they will be placed! We did that too. All the other guests didn't seem to be interested in this, they left with the words: whoever is standing here waits past us forever and were actually shown a seat straight away. They don't care about us. Then we left without eating. There are other ways to eat something. But definitely never here again 🤷‍♀️.

We visit L'Osteria all over Germany, but the one in Wertheim is particularly nice and has the best and most personable staff.

We went shopping, were hungry, and got a table. Service was very friendly, food came quickly, was hot and delicious. That's exactly how it should be for a quick meal. I wouldn't choose it for a cozy evening meal as it would be too loud and hectic for me. But it was just right for our purpose today!

We had to wait ages for the starter 😞 After another half hour, we were told the main course was still taking time. Never again 😩

Well located restaurant with plenty of parking spaces. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pizzas are huge (part of the concept) but can be shared. Despite the size, freshly prepared and tasty. The noodles are a normal portion size and were tasty. Prices completely okay. We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Location, location, location. When you're so close to a shopping center you don't have to pay attention to the rest. You feel like you're in a train station restaurant, the music is way too loud, we didn't feel comfortable here. Food was ok. not more. The shop was dirty. The staff always tried hard. This L'Osteria is clearly not a recommendation for me.

Will not visit this Osteria again! Dirty floor, scratched glasses! You were directed to a table directly under the loudspeaker. When you asked why this table was, you got the succinct answer that you didn't know how many guests were still coming! The couple who arrived a few minutes later got a window seat! At the next table the dish came first and then the drinks! When we were told that the music was too loud, we were told that this volume was the default! In other Osteria restaurants things are... strange 🤨! We certainly won't be coming back!!!

Standing in front of the door for a long time to be served - brought to your seat. The pizza isn't always the same, so sometimes it seems dry, depending on what you ordered. I don't think it's nice when you end up begging for a tip using the debit card reader. If the service was good, the tip comes naturally.

Nice place but once we waited 45 minutes until we got a table even though there was a lot of space and we waited a long time for food and drinks The two times we waited 25 minutes to order a drink and 15 minutes to get it. We often book this place because the ambience and the pizza selection are great. Today 02.09.24/16:20 I decided to take our pizzas (* togo) with me for the first time. As usual, we were greeted at reception by a nice lady who directed us to order take-away directly from the bar. To our great surprise, the next lady (Eva) at the bar immediately pointed out to us that take-away orders were not accepted at all... ridiculous... but... only from 6.30 p.m. (time). Here this note got to me... after all, the store is 1/2 empty... a lot of staff and absolutely no mention of these special rules on the homepage. I demanded a brutal greeting from the manager (Lukas)... (no hello, no greetings...) but a "What's up?" be paid?? SUCH PEOPLE leave a bitter taste and ruin the image. EVERYTHING BEGINS WITH THE MANAGER'S ATTITUDE, here it fails in a brutal way. He simply decided from heaven not to deliver pizzas to go. Was it a spontaneous idea or because he chose customers based on their level of acquaintance? I drove from Waldbrunn to Wertheim to listen to something like this at 4:20 p.m. I had to exercise my right to do so since we all leave money to guests/customers, which is how this shop survives on the water. Very good location near the highway and just before the outlet. You can dine indoors and outdoors. Fast and friendly service. The food was very tasty. If you're on the highway and want some decent food, this is the place to go.

Both the pizzas and the carbonara were tasty but not exceptional. That's why 4 stars for the food. The guest room and toilets were very clean. However, I think the atmosphere could be even more “Italian”. That's why I give it 4 stars. I would also make the portions a little smaller; and reduce the prices slightly. I think over €12 for normal pizzas is a bit much. I also find drink prices a bit high. The cocktail prices are ok. The food came quickly even though we were there on a Friday evening. I don't like the concept of first names. But everyone has to know that for themselves. Unfortunately, as it was very busy, we had to wait some time until the waitress came to pay. Therefore 3 stars for the service. Another positive thing I would like to emphasize is that you can pack your food. Overall, you can have a delicious meal there. If I could I would have given it 3.5 stars.

Get a nice seat outside straight away without a reservation. The staff is really friendly and tries very hard to please the guests. The food is delicious, the pizza is (too) huge. Did I mention the super friendly service? This is not a given and especially not for a system restaurant in such a location. Basically no regular guests go there, only Village visitors. Unfortunately, I know the subterranean, miserable, unfriendly and incompetent service at the location in Aschaffenburg. Here at Almosenberg, a completely different world. I would like to go there again. Thank you for your hospitality

Nice restaurant and delicious large pizzas. I think it's great that you can also order a pizza with two different toppings or a side salad in conjunction with a pizza for €2.90. However, there is still room for improvement when it comes to service. All in all we had a nice stay.

We had: 1) Conchiglie di Fiume (Crayfish, carrot-zucchini julienne, onions, lobster sauce, rosemary) but modified with mushrooms instead of carrot-zucchini. And 2) Lasagna (fine beef ragout with red wine, béchamel sauce, cheese, Italian hard cheese, basil) Both dishes were very good. The dish with the crayfish was particularly tasty, the sauce was well refined with cream and rosemary and the pasta was al dente. The order was taken quickly and served quickly even though the restaurant was busy. The sanitary facilities are on the upper floor...I didn't see an elevator so access could be difficult for some people. Be careful when descending the stairs. On the stairs, the step does not sit completely on the step. That's why there is a gap where you can get your shoe (heel) caught when descending the stairs.

Heerlijk gegeten, leuke sfeervolle tent. Bij ons vrij druk, maar niet onprettig ervaren. Eten was erg goed. Pizza’s mogen idd wel een tandje kleiner……/

Moin Folks, die fünf Punkte sind voll verdient, flotter und guter Mittagsempfang🌟 Nun, mit Karte direkt zum Tisch und schon nach Getränken gefragt, sehr effektiv 🌟 Der Servierservice auch echt Klasse, flott geliefert 🌟 Dann auf Nachfrage, ein Empfehlung, auch sehr gut🌟 Die Speisen, Pizza, Nudeln, Qualität auch lecker und gut🌟 Jaaaa, Tisch abräumen und gleich sauber machen und nach weiteren Fragen, wie zum Beispiel-Dessert und oder ……, auch cool und der Doppelte Espresso 🌟 Für mich auch eine Ideallage neben der Autobahn und großen Parkplatz 🅿️ 🌟 Meine Sterne, Leckerschmecker .

Sogar als ehemals Stammgast komme ich nie wieder. Kein Service, unfreundlich, inkompetent, schlechtes Essen! Bestellungen werden falsch aufgenommen oder vergessen. Wiederholt falsche Positionen auf der Rechnung und wenn mans erst nach dem Bezahlen merkt Ärger bei der Reklamation. Auch keine Wiedergutmachung selbst wenn der Fehler eindeutig bei denen lag. Der Vorletzte Besuch endete nachdem ich nach 40 Minuten noch nicht mal was zu Trinken bekommen habe damit, dass ich gegangen bin. Ich hätte es das letzte mal sein lassen sollen, weil als ich wieder kam, sagte man ich hätte mein Bier nicht bezahlt. Der Junior Manager behauptete, zwei seiner Mittarbeiter sagen, ich hätte das Getränk bekommen und wäre dann gegangen. Als ich dem widersprach, sagte er ich müsse dieses jetzt bezahlen. Also hab ich die Rechnung für das Getränk und den Senior Manager bestellt. Auch bei diesem war keinerlei feingefühl oder Kundenorientierung zu erkennen. Der Laden funktioniert nur noch, weil er aufgrund der Lage neben Wertheim Village genug Laufkundschaft hat, die sowieso kein zweites mal kommt. Man beachte die anderen Rezessionen.

Pedimos pizza . Massa Muito fina. Muito longe de parecer com as nossas em SP. O serviço é leeeeeento. As garçonetes estão num ritmo muito diferente dos nossos, brasileiros. Mas como as opções aqui em Wuzburg são poucas, é aquela coisa: não tem tu, vai tu mesmo.

Very happy with the food and ambiance

Great pizzeria with an upscale atmosphere. We were lucky and were able to sit outside the playground with the kids. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow. By the time someone came to our table to take drinks etc., we must have waited around 25 minutes. But once the order was taken, everything happened very quickly. The pizzas are huge and taste really delicious. We also had a spaghetti carbonara, which was also very, very good. We had a delicious evening and can definitely recommend the restaurant.

Very tasty food and a nice atmosphere

The pizza was okay...the pasta with asparagus didn't work at all...pasta was overcooked, the sauce had no taste and consisted entirely of fat...then no parmesan was offered/served with the pasta. But what doesn't work at all, we order an aperitif (Veneziano) and the waitress initially said that it was only available in bottles🤔 My comment that it says differently on the menu and that it is an aperitif would then be commented on with an “oops, I must have made a mistake”. She then typed it in...we hadn't chosen any dishes yet. After a certain time, she came again and took the food order... I then pointed out that the aperitif still hadn't come... with the food we also ordered a bottle of water which came after a few minutes. There was no sign of the aperitif yet... suddenly a service person came and brought the wrong aperitif (Aperol Sprizz) that we didn't want. A minute later another service person came and brought the pizza we had ordered, but beforehand he wandered from table to table and wasn't really oriented... I refused her and initially wanted our aperitif... then the lady came with our order realized that I couldn't "refuse" the food...because then the pasta came....so then the aperitif was canceled.... When I go to a canteen, I know that I won't get any service, in the restaurant I expect something different... this branch doesn't work at all.... by the way, I know one or two of the company's branches, but service like this... In a restaurant that isn't fully occupied, that's not possible. You probably live off the outlet visitors and the low competition there
