The clerk was very kind and asked me if I like pasta or pizza. Knowing that I like seafood, he recommended me to eat olive oil garlic tomato seafood noodles. The pasta is of moderate hardness, the shrimps are very fresh, two different varieties of tomatoes are combined, and olive oil and garlic are slightly spicy. It's really my favorite flavor

Super nice waiters and super delicious food

When we are in the village we treat ourselves to the luxury of eating something here. Sufficiently large portions, also very good in terms of taste. My chair was dirty..was also wiped down at my request. However wet, so the chair was now wet. But the chair was changed after I also commented on that. Service friendly...almost a bit too much. However, the prices are now very high...in the end it's a pizza and salad. Everyone has to decide for themselves.

I went to the Laurenzi trade fair (Marktheidenfeld) in Wertheim Village with a friend (who comes from the Cologne area and I wanted to show him the area) and wanted to start the stroll with a nice and cozy breakfast.....La Piazza looked exactly the same suitable for this and is also cozy...we looked at the menu and the Italian breakfast sounded very tempting and was also good (hence 4 stars) and we ordered it. Since I have an intolerance to sausage and meat, I asked to leave out the sausage... I also got the same thing as my friend but without the sausage... so no more slice of cheese or anything else in addition to the value of the food. I thought to myself "weird, but then maybe you're pricing it"......but I was wrong there too......I paid the same price as my friend for about a third less... ...I think that's very weak (and if there had just been one more slice of cheese on it.....everything's fine.....but like that) or a cheek...the friend just shook with his head and asked if this sort of thing was normal around here. So I find something like that to be absurd towards the guest......since the breakfast was otherwise good I give it 2 stars......but I certainly won't have breakfast there again on my next visit to Wertheim Village... ..a shame because it was/is quite comfortable there.

Arrogant waiter, Expensive for absolutely little performance

Starting with the service. At the beginning we waited 10 minutes for someone to come with the card. The time it took to order was also about 8 minutes. Most of the pizza tasted salty, almost unbearable. Spaghetti is completely bland. The pizza I complained about was still charged to me on the bill. But you weren't allowed to discuss it at all. When you wanted to order a drink in the meantime, no one came for about 10 minutes and you couldn't speak to the waiters because they ignored you. When we paid at the end we had to wait a long time until we caught someone. We saw at the neighboring tables that the waiter said card payment was currently not possible. One table away the waitress came with a card reader, just like ours. So apparently it was possible after all. Pretty mess. We don't eat there anymore. The price for the food, unfortunately, is not justified.

I can only agree with the many previous speakers. The waiter talks a lot but says nothing with his Italian charm. The breakfast we ordered with croissant rolls and ciabatta was served, but only with hard toasted ciabatta! When I asked where the croissant and the roll were, they said: everything was empty……. I asked why you don't get this information when you order, and the waitress couldn't or wouldn't answer that. Another waitress brought the coffee we ordered. The cup had food residue from the dishwasher on the outside. Of course I complained because I found it disgusting. Apparently it was all too much. The waiter, who talks a lot and says nothing, took the breakfast and coffee back and lo and behold, some time later it was served as ordered, with freshly baked rolls and croissants. However, the hospitality was over. There was no friendliness and no goodbye………It's a shame but unfortunately you can't tell a person's character at first glance. The food itself was okay but in my opinion overpriced. Conclusion, anyone who doesn't agree with the food and service will be treated as second class guests.

Yesterday I had a salad with prawns. I was really sick. Very. I also called my boss because I was really sick and the first thing he asked me was what did you eat?!

Rude waiter with no ambition. Talks a lot but says nothing. Hit on a good colleague and in the end he will want to collect a lot of tips. And if you don't tip him he gets angry and becomes abusive. Food was ok, but more of a makeshift solution for the price. They use their monopoly position to attract customers and try to get rid of them straight away.

Wir haben das Restaurant zum Mittagessen besucht. Es hat relativ lange gedauert, bis wir überhaupt beachtet wurden. Der Kellner kam uns etwas zu cool rüber, das war fast schon unangenehm. Wir haben Salate und ein Pizzabrot bestellt. Der Salat ist leider im Dressing ertrunken das Hähnchen war extrem zäh und trocken. Das Pizzabrot war geschmacklich sehr gut, aber stellenweise schwarz verbrannt. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht!

Overpriced and outrageous. There were four of us and we had pasta, salad and pizza. The food was so mediocre, nothing special but not too bad either. What was miserable was the way complaints were handled. I had a non-alcoholic Hefeweizen, which was obviously bad. There must have been something in the bottle because the wheat tasted like rotten eggs. I had the almost full glass returned and complained that the wheat tasted like rotten eggs and was bad. The waiter took the wheat with him. There was a surprise at the bill: the bad Hefeweizen was charged at 5.90 euros. I complained again, the waiter and the (probably) boss kept saying that it was impossible, that they were serving a bad beer, that it must be my fault, that they had never had that before, that I had no idea what a Hefeweizen tasted like. Bad, this way of dealing with customers. Ultimately I got the 5.90 euros back in cash, but the way complaints are handled is terrible.

We sat down for the first time, packed, we weren't served! For the second time about 2 hours later we sit down at a different place. The waiter comes to us and says, “My dears, you can’t sit here, the others have been waiting for a while.” What a saying! Impudence!!! There are a lot of places available so why can't she go to another place. We then left, which was a disgrace from the staff. Instead of them serving us and just leaving us sitting there the second time, they are rude and overwhelmed. I would have liked to try the food, but not like this. We then went to hotvolee. Much nicer staff and a much quieter and more pleasant atmosphere.

The service is very bad. My daughter had lunch here and hadn't finished yet. The waiter saw that it was a child and kept urging the child to leave. It was raining heavily outside. I have never seen such an unethical waiter

The breakfast was ok and nicely presented. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. When ordering, one type of tea is excluded. This was promptly served without comment. After complaining, the answer was succinctly over the shoulder that there was no other tea. By the way, there was. During the meal, people around us mopped, cleaned and, above all, argued without inhibition. The bosses in particular didn't care at all whether guests were present. The rest of the workforce was correspondingly motivated. At the beginning we were annoyed, at the end we were just amazed.

Unfortunately, I have never had such bad spaghetti Bolognese, even though it was the recommended daily meal. No spice and quite watery. Even though there was nothing going on, it took forever until we were served and you could tell that motivation wasn't exactly high here. The drinking glasses that we were given should have been thrown away long ago; they were actually no longer transparent due to the many scratches. The price/performance ratio is not right. I would never eat there again and recommend other restaurants in the Wertheim Village area.

Schnell, lecker, mit Spaß am Kunden arbeitend. Selbst, wenn man nichts aus dem Outlet braucht, sollte man an der Autobahn hungrig vorbei fahren, und einfach das McD ignorieren und ins Piazza essen gehen. Ihr werdet nicht enttäuscht

Wir waren zu Frühstücken dort, was überschaubar gewesen ist. Das Frühstück selbst war ok und nett auf Holzbrettchen angerichtet, aber diese sollten zumindest sauber sein und nicht das Frühstück von Vorgänger enthalten. Die Mitarbeiter waren schon freundlich aber dachten wohl die Theke sein ein Sammelpunkt für etwas lautere Diskussionen. Auch das ein Mitarbeiter seine privaten Gespräche im Lokal führt und dafür sogar die Hintergrund Musik ausmacht ist nicht wirklich akzeptabel. Auch das Kaffeetrinken der Mitarbeiter im Gastbereich (an den Tischen) ist für mich als ex Gastronom ein NO GO. Leider war es zum Zeitpunkt die einzige Möglichkeit im Village etwas zu Frühstücken, es war OK müssen wir aber nicht wieder haben

The place is nice, but food is not good. Fake pasta carbonara with cream instead of true Italian carbonara. Tagliatelle not very tasty and the mushrooms inside have too much water taste, it feels it’s not fresh

The service is friendly, but completely overwhelmed. Long waiting times. You have to wave for several msls before anyone even comes. The pizza was okay, but way too expensive. More than 12 euros for a margarita!! And for a non-alcoholic wheat from the bottle 5.90! In return you get the bottle put there. You can pour the water yourself. The seating and tables are more reminiscent of McDonald's. Conclusion: Far too expensive, mediocre ambience, overwhelmed service. Not recommendable.

Absolutely not worth a star! After shopping, you can expect that the restaurant will at least serve something good in such an environment... But the service was completely overwhelmed, we had to wait more than an hour for our food and the 19.90 for the pasta with chanterelles was absolutely too much to ask. One of the worst experiences in a restaurant in germany. We waited for almost an hour to get our food. The waiters didn’t even have the courtesy to come and inform us that the food will be delayed. We only got the food after I called the waiter and made our displeasure and kids situation clear. This was not just the case with us but with many other tables. The food was ok.

This restaurant has the charm of mass processing. The service is overwhelmed and completely disorganized. Waiting guests are loudly "instructed" - anything but nice when the waiter is blaring in the ear of a seated guest. The many guests at the tables cannot be served in a timely manner (they are probably trying to make as much money as possible...). If you order a pizza under these circumstances, you will wait about 50 minutes. Spaghetti with beef ragout was completely tasteless. But the pizza was delicious. The prices are also great! The price paid in a restaurant includes good food and good service: for me the price-performance ratio was not right. The atmosphere had something of a large waiting hall. Worst waiters I've ever seen. Instead of €25.70 we were told €26.30 and with a tip we paid €27 and when we asked for the bill we saw the correct prices. impudence.

The day before yesterday I was in Wertheim Village again and yes, I got a little hungry. Then I stopped at La Piazza and had a tuna salad and a latte macchiato. Both were very tasty. By the way, I also know the owner family and appreciate them very much. Very nice family. You can see this in the good mood and friendliness of the employees. Therefore a 5***** recommendation. 🍀🥰

Not recommended at all we had a bad service from "farhad" and he mocks customers, making fun of them, he thinks he speaks German but when does not understand what the customer says he start saying stupid stuff. he forced us to pay the tip although we agreed not pay him tip. When my mother started to speak Arabic to me he started to repeat what she says and make fun of her. He does not respect customers. I wanted to put him in his place, but my problem is that I don't speak German very well and I did not wanted to get stressed. I took my daughter to the bathroom and I saw him there finishing pissing and getting out without washing his hands! For customers who don't know how to speak German very well and how to put this kind of people in there place, this customer not recommended for them at all. Other things like food, is good. But we did not enjoy the environment because this ugly human being...

A really great Italian restaurant in the middle of the shopping center. Prices are appropriate for the food, drinks are a little more expensive than normal in restaurants. We can only recommend the Italian, everything was very tasty. And the service is top, they even thought about our dog.

We took a leisurely break from shopping here to fortify ourselves. The choice of seating is great. There's nothing wrong with the drinks either. The staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed. The drinks and the starters were there promptly, in contrast to the main courses. (Waiting time approx. 45 min.) Unfortunately, the staff did not respond to the request promptly, but instead took care of other activities. All in all, the ambience and drinks were great, but unfortunately the service and food were not.

Früher wirklich eine Mega Pizzeria ! Waren Samstags nach dem Einkaufen dort und waren mehr als enttäuscht! Qualität hat extrem nachgelassen! Pizza hatte keinen Geschmack! Nudeln Waren auch eher geschmacksneutral und extreme Wartezeiten! Dann passt das Preisleistungsverhältniss nicht mehr! Sehr Schade haben uns immer sehr drauf gefreut wenn wir mal da waren!

A good Italian restaurant in the heart of Wertheim village. Highly friendly and funny people in the service. The food tastes really good and the overall ambience is cool.

We had 2x pizza and 2 non-alcoholic wheat. Over €40. Ok, you know beforehand, but we were hungry... The non-alcoholic wheat was my most expensive beer to date. The Divolo pizza was lame. The spices were missing, just 6 slices of salami on top. And the pepperoni wasn't spicy either. Well, there are enough alternatives.

So the food was there very quickly after ordering (less than 5 minutes). We ordered pasta with chicken strips in cream sauce. These didn't even taste good, we only ate 20% of them and after 8 hours we were rewarded with stomach pain and nausea. I strongly advise against this restaurant.

Service very friendly and always attentive! Drinks and food, including the starter, were served very quickly! Everything was super delicious!! The coffee is absolutely delicious!

No real service and more like how do I make money quickly!? It was not possible to get a small frothed milk for our daughter and we were only sold a whole glass of milk at a high price. We weren't offered a high chair and the spaghetti aioli was so spicy that it didn't taste like anything other than pepperoni and chili. The Margherita pizza was ok for 12.50 euros. We will certainly never leave our money there again on our next stop on our return trip.

Mitten im Wertheim Village, der Service war nett und mir persönlich etwas zu aufdringlich. Das Essen kam super schnell obwohl so viel los ist. Die Pizza war ganz okay und die Tortellini die ich probiert habe war auch Durchschnitt. Das Restaurant ansich war total dreckig auf dem Boden und schon etwas abgearbeitet. Aufs Klo hab ich mich nicht getraut. Nochmal würde ich hier nicht herkommen.

Just to make body warm due to cold weather

Wir haben dort heute mit 3 Personen gefrühstückt. Das Essen war richtig gut. Nach dem Essen war ich auf Toilette. So einen Dreck habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Das war nicht von gestern mal nicht geputzt, sondern monatelang nur halbherzig und oberflächlich gereinigt. Toilettenndeckel schon gelb. Pissioir voll mit Haaren. Bitte auf gar keinen Fall hinter die Eingangstür der Männertoilette schauen. Das liegt monatealter Dreck und Spinnweben. Abartig. Alles einfach total schmutzug. Ich habe den Chef daraufhin angesprochen. Er wollte sich direkt um die Reinigung kümmern. Naja nach 2 Stunden musste ich ja nochmal. Keine Änderung erkennbar. Hoffentlich ist nur das WC so und die Küche sauber.

One of the best pastas I have ever had.

Hat supergut geschmeckt, das machen wir beim nächsten Village-Besuch bestimmt gern wieder. Weiterer Pluspunkt: es ging recht schnell, die Getränke wie auch die Hauptspeisen schnell folgend. Weniger positiv und Sternabzug: bei der Wasserbestellung wurde ohne Rückfrage die Halbliterflasche für 4,90 € gebracht, die kleinere Variante hätte auch genügt. Und ... keine Rechnung, sogar der Ruf hierfür wurde überhört. Natürlich unterstelle ich keine Absicht ...

Haben direkt ein Platz zugeordnet bekommen dann nach x Minuten und erst auf Nachfrage auch eine Speisekarte. Dann lief es wieder besser und Essen schmeckte auch. Minuspunkt für die Toiletten, nicht ganz sauber gehalten.

Also geschmeckt hat es mir, ich kann nur positives über die Küche sagen. Die MitarbeiterInnen waren auch sehr freundlich, leider auch extrem im Stress. Es war sehr voll. Was ich als unangenehm wahrgenommen habe ist das Thema Ambiente. Um einen Tisch zu bekommen muss man erst mal eine Weile um die Tische herum streunen und im richtigen Moment "zugreifen". Das ist gar nicht so einrach weil die Tische sehr eng gestellt sind. Das macht den Geräuschpegel auch sehr laut. Und immer wenn eine der Türen aufgegangen ist, wurde es ziemlich kalt im Rücken. Also für einen gemütlichen Restaurantbesuch würde ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen, zumindest nicht im Winter. Zum Mittnehmen ja, gerne, die Küche ist ja wie gesagt gut.

Really big choice of pasta, pizza and panini in the middle of Wertheim village. We had a great pizza in the middle of the shopping day. Great service, but the toilets were out of order and the disabled toilet was not usable for wheelchair users.

One of two only options to eat at the outlet mall. It's really good, but not enough waiters & waitresses. Takes a long time to order food and pay for it. Usually packed.

Essen war ansich ok Jedoch wurden wir von Fruchfliegen umzingelt.

Wir gehen sehr oft essen aber so etwas ist uns noch nie passiert. Vorsicht!!!! Unser Kellner war ein gekonnter Betrüger. Er ging die Positionen auf seinem Gerät durch, erwähnte aber nicht, dass er auf den Endbetrag von 90 Euro bereits 10 Euro Trinkgeld für sich drauf geschlagen hatte. Deswegen haben wir natürlich noch 5 Euro Trinkgeld drauf gezahlt und gaben letztendlich 15 Euro Trinkgeld!!!! Bitte unbedingt auf die Quittung bestehen. Zum Glück fiel es uns draußen sofort auf. Wir gingen zurück und fragten nach. Der Kellner gab uns ohne Zögern die 10 Euro zurück. Bei vielen anderen klappt seine kriminelle Masche wahrscheinlich auch. Wir werden dort definitiv nie wieder essen!

Die Speisen waren echt lecker, aber nicht besonders herausstechend in der Pizza-Branche. Der Service war echt unglaublich, denn als ich zahlen wollte, hab ich dem Kellner 2-3 mal gefragt, ob wir zahlen können. Doch er hörte uns nur zu und ging ohne was zu sagen wieder weg. Das Ambiente war ganz gut, das aber meiner Meinung auch nur wegen dem Innenleben von Wertheim Village. PS: Der Kellner brachte uns ein Gebäck (Eine Art Brötchen oder so ähnliches), diese waren sehr veraltet, haben sauer geschmeckt und waren verschimmelt. (Dies sehen Sie an dem grünen Fleck) Als wir dies dem Kellner mitteilten, sagte er nicht mehr als „Okay. Bar oder mit Karte?“

Uns wurden pauschal 5€ Trinkgeld belastet. Bedienung: Yunus Erst später beim Blick auf die Rechnung ist dies aufgefallen. Da wir grundsätzlich aufgerundet haben wurde uns doppelt Trinkgeld berechnet. Sowas asoziales habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

Wir waren zum Late Night Shopping in Wertheim Village. Die meisten Bediensteten liefen durcheinander, aber es interessierte keinen das man einen Platz suchte. Teilweise standen Bedienstete rum und unterhalten sich, statt Gästen die auf Getränke, Essen oder auf Menükarten warteten zu bedienen. Als wir einen Platz fanden dauerte es recht lange, bis man auf uns zu kam. Es fiel auch nicht auf, dass wir schon mehrfach auf uns aufmerksam gemacht hatten. Wir erhielten die Getränke, das Essen dauerte noch. Am Nachbartisch setzten sich ein Pärchen hin. Bei denen lief es ähnlich ab. Wir bekamen uns er Essen und haben uns Zeit gelassen. Nachdem wir fertig waren, wartete der Nebentisch immernoch auf sein Essen. Der Kellner sagte er kümmert sich, aber das Pärchen bekam keine Rückmeldung, eine weitere halbe Stunde verging....nichts. Eine erneute Beschwerde trudelte ein, wieder keine Rückmeldung. Dann kam das Essen, aber keine Entschuldigung. Wäre mir das passiert, wäre ich wortlos gegangen! In den Toiletten wurden auch nicht nachgesheen, die Papiertücher waren komplett leer. Ich weiß bei Hochbetrieb gehen solle Sachen durch die Lappen. Aber am Service, gerade bei Reklamationen muss noch gearbeitet werden.

Wer Hunger während des Einkaufs bekommt, kann ruhigen Gewissens hier was essen. Die Pizza ist gut, der Teig klasse. Preislich muss man mit Village-Zuschlag kalkulieren.

Wie oft in den vergangenen Jahren haben wir auf der Rückreise aus dem Süden Wertheim Village und das italienische Restaurant La Piazza besucht. Dieses Mal war es etwas enttäuschend...Es war das Rückreisewochenende für die Osterferien 2022 und langer Samstag - also viel los im Wertheim Village. Es brauchte selbst nach 14.00 h einige Zeit, einen Platz zu ergattern; die Wartezeit für die Bestellung war lang. Im Laufe der nächsten Stunde (!) fragten wir mehrmals nach dem Status des Essens. Nach 40 Minuten kamen die ersten beiden Gerichte; die Nachfrage nach dem dem dritten Essen ergab, dass es vergessen wurde... Die Salate waren gut (insbesondere das Dressing war lecker), die Pizzen waren wie immer gut / ok. Insofern hoffen wir, dass die negativen Eindrücke eine Ausnahme darstellen.

Pizza schmeckt sehr gut. Ambiente ist bei der Menschenmasse nicht so toll. Bedienung war sehr unbeholfen. Sehr lange Wartezeit nach Bestellung. Dennoch würde ich dort wieder essen gehen bei einem Besuch

Bei jedem Besuch im Wertheim Village nehmen wir unsere Mahlzeit im La Piazza ein. Bisher, wie auch dieses Mal, fanden wir sehr gut zubereitete Speisen vor. Das Personal nahm unsere Wünsche und Sonderwünsche auf und setzte die Bestellung ohne Beanstandung um. Auch während des Essens erfolgte eine angenehme Betreuung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren hier nach unserem Einkauf in Wertheim Village. Das Essen war in Ordnung, nicht besonderes, eher fad im Geschmack. Weder Service noch Küche wirklich gut, würde hier nur einen Besuch empfehlen wenn es sonst keine Alternativen gibt.

Shopping Center - Einkaufstouristen-Falle: Hier werden die Einkaufenden ordentlich über den Tisch gezogen. Sollte man der Meinung sein, man könne sich während des Einkaufens eine Pause gönnen und sich mit gutem Essen stärken, aufgepasst. Das La Piazza ist nichts als eine dreist geführte Touristenfalle. Meine Hauptspeise war ein saisonaler Salat mit Hähnchenstreifen. Ich bekam einen in Jogurt Sauce aus dem Eimer ertränkten müden Blattsalat, in dem sich 2 ganze Cocktailtomaten verirrt hatten. Den fettigen Geschmack hatte ich noch eine Stunde im Anschluss auf der Zunge. Das Hähnchen war eher zäh und durchwachsen. 11,90 € das ganze. Als die Rechnung kam stelle ich zu guter letzt fest, dass für eine Flasche Mineralwasser 7,90€ verbucht wurden. Völlig überzogen für ein nicht mal mittelmäßiges Bistro in einem Shopping Center. Vielleicht angemessen auf dem La Piazza in Rom! Als ich nachfragte wie dieser horrende Preise für Wasser zu Stande kommt, wurde vom Geschäftsführer abweisend und arrogant auf die Preise in der Karte verwiesen, und dass ich wohl besser das nächste mal reinzuschauen hätte. Alles Gute für die Zukunft!

Sehr gutes Essen, Salat schön angerichtet mit feiner Sauce, Pizza sehr lecker. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Horrible food - very fat, salty, pizza dough was black. Very slow service - no excuse from the unfriendly waiter instead he blaimed us to be unpolite! Schlechtes essen- sehr fettig, versalzen, Pizzateig war verbrannt. Sehr langsamer service und unfreundlich, mussten 30min auf die Rechnung warten weil der Kellner uns ignorierte. Auf eine Entschuldigung mussten wir vergeblich warten erst als wir gehen wollten kam ein anderer Kellner. Wir wurde schlussendlich als unfreundlich bezeichnet. Nie wieder!
