The food was very good and reasonably priced, the pizzas were huge, and the service was very friendly. The food also arrived very quickly. The only downside was that our table was quite cramped for five people with the large pizzas. But otherwise, everything was great.

We had reserved a table for four people and ordered a bottle of rosé wine and a bottle of mineral water. We were seated at a small, round table that had no decorations or drinks on it. We asked if we could move to a larger table, as it was impossible for four people to eat a pizza on this small one. We were told no, as all the other empty tables were supposedly reserved. The concept of huge pizzas and far too small tables absolutely needs to be reconsidered and changed! Therefore, only one star for the ambiance and only three stars overall. The appetizer and the pizzas were very tasty. Our server was fantastic. A nice, friendly, and cheerful young man. Excellent! If you have staff like that, you're very lucky!

We spontaneously decided to go there on Sunday because the Christmas market was so crowded. It seems others had the same idea – it was absolutely packed. Despite the hustle and bustle, I was delighted by the general friendliness – everyone had a friendly smile for us, even with the crowds. They even took the time to ask if we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything else! The food arrived quickly and was delicious 😋. A nice, generous portion that even hungry people could eat their fill. Hats off to the team! 👍 We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, two dishes were served cold. It can't happen (actually, it doesn't). In a chain restaurant, you expect a flawless process. Especially knowing when pre-cooked lasagna is hot in the microwave/oven.

Unfortunately – rather unusually – a bad review today. After dinner, we ordered a spicy calzone to take away. At home, we realized that they only gave us half a pizza – and the wrong one at that. We tried calling for half an hour – but no one answered the phone... Frustrated, we went back... That can happen, but not answering the phone during opening hours is unacceptable! We weren't used to that from L'Osteria until now.
