Extremely poor service. Guests get up because they're not being served. Ordered one topping and were billed twice. We asked the waiter about it, but they didn't understand. Never again in Pforzheim!

I've been to L'Osteria in Pforzheim a few times now and have never been disappointed. The pizza is huge (ideal for sharing) and tastes really good – thin crust, fresh ingredients, not too greasy. The pasta dishes are also delicious and always arrive hot and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is relaxed and modern, and even when it's busy, you don't feel rushed. The service is very friendly and attentive. All in all, a good place if you're craving pizza or pasta and want to eat in pleasant surroundings. I'd be happy to come back.

I recently went to L'Osteria with friends and I was absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The huge pizzas are particularly special – crispy, fresh, and truly delicious, definitely a highlight! The portions are generous, so you're guaranteed to be full. This place is definitely good value for money. I'd love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone!

We were there today and everything was perfect. Service was very friendly, and the drinks and pizza were impeccable. Highly recommended.

The pizzas are very large, but the flavor isn't outstanding! The pizza overhangs the edge of the plate because there aren't any suitable plates... The crust is dry, and the pizza unfortunately only has a few toppings. Furthermore, the salami pizza had oil on it, which made it very greasy. The side salad wasn't worth the money either, as it was more sauce than salad. Plus point: The staff was friendly, and in the summer, you can sit outside. Conclusion: I wouldn't recommend the pizza/restaurant and unfortunately won't be coming back. There are definitely better pizzas out there!

The pizza here tastes like it's Italian, and I say that as an Italian! The size is especially good, as is the price. Fresh ingredients and crispy dough. The cocktails are also very good! I highly recommend it.

As always, delicious Losteria quality. Delicious pizzas, friendly service. In the summer, there's also an outdoor terrace. I find the interior particularly impressive. If you like large, delicious pizzas, this is the place for you.

The best restaurant in Pforzheim with Italian food!

We regularly visit the chain's restaurants in different cities. The Pforzheim restaurant was by far the worst experience so far: - Reservations didn't work. - We had to ask several times for orders and delivery of drinks. - It took over 30 minutes from entering the restaurant to receiving the drinks. - .... At least in Pforzheim, we won't be visiting the location again.

Ambience and service are good to very good. The food is good, but I find the pizzas simply too large. I think it's a waste of resources when at least every second person leaves part of their pizza on their plate. Simply offer smaller alternatives for adults. Hence only three stars.
