Unfortunately, two dishes were served cold. It can't happen (actually, it doesn't). In a chain restaurant, you expect a flawless process. Especially knowing when pre-cooked lasagna is hot in the microwave/oven.

BBQ Pollo and Ceaser Pollo are the best pizzas 😻

Unfortunately – rather unusually – a bad review today. After dinner, we ordered a spicy calzone to take away. At home, we realized that they only gave us half a pizza – and the wrong one at that. We tried calling for half an hour – but no one answered the phone... Frustrated, we went back... That can happen, but not answering the phone during opening hours is unacceptable! We weren't used to that from L'Osteria until now.

Dear team, I think it's great that you're interested in what you can improve. Don't take it the wrong way, I've just set the bar higher..😅 First of all, the table was dirty, sticky, and the menu was lying there. Uncomfortable chairs and the immediate feeling—oops... are we in a busy train station? But the waitress reacted pretty quickly and cleaned the table, and after about 15 minutes, the drinks arrived. It was about 80% full, so it was okay. Then, when ordering food, the first response was "Unfortunately, we don't have any more" (eh? At 1:30 p.m.?). Okay, okay... Then the giant pizza, which was true, but we're expecting different tastes and "quality"? The ingredients are used to... (our fault), but the low prices and huge portions make up for it... Although, if I'm going to a pizzeria, then... Then we tried to order dessert, and then we got the second "unfortunately, we don't have any more." That was already two "no"s too many, plus the atmosphere was anything but cozy and relaxing. The waitresses, with strained smiles, always tried to make it up to us, but... Factory-style processing. Assembly line, stress. Best wishes and a tip for other visitors... ordered, like the "old hands" do, only one pizza for two... definitely. I don't understand the system... the waitresses are constantly running back with half-full plates and... throwing away so much food... ❤️

Instead of Hawaiian, we got something else. We called and explained that we ordered Hawaiian. Sorry, but my problem was met with "next time they'll make something else." Who knows if we'll get it next time? :) It's not the first time we've ordered something there. Last time, the spaghetti was too hard, like it wasn't cooked all the way through. If they treated us better, I wouldn't post here. My experience at Pizza Hut was different. Nothing more to say.

If pizzas are that large, please use the appropriate plate. Unfortunately, the table wasn't very clean, and then the pizza hung over the plate. It's a shame. The burrata starter was good. The Aperol was unfortunately very thin. Card payments were charged twice. Will have to go back. The staff are friendly, but I think they weren't enough for the evening.

The food was delicious, but I found the service rude. It took a long time to order, and it also took a long time to get it. The pizzas were very large, and the table was small. We were afraid our two-year-old daughter would knock over a plate, so we wanted to move to a larger table. This wasn't allowed, and for some reason, moving an unused, rain-soaked table wasn't allowed either. Then the waiter irritatedly told us we could sit at the larger table. We didn't see him again until we asked another (though friendly) employee for the bill. The first waiter told me the amount but didn't give me a receipt. When I paid by card, I had to tip; not tipping wasn't an option, he said grumpily. Nevertheless, I managed to avoid the tip on the card reader. Then I asked for the receipt. The waiter irritatedly told me to scan the QR code and enter my email address. I did. The salad I'd ordered but hadn't received was on the receipt, so I paid for it. I pointed this out, and he reacted irritated and grumpy again. He asked if I'd get a refund for the tenner, but I didn't. I was then irritably given the salad money back in coins. Again, the food was fine, but the waiter was unnecessarily rude to me, which made it a less than pleasant experience. It made me sad, because you want to have a nice meal with your family, and a waiter like that ruins that for you.

The food is delicious, and all the staff are very friendly. It's also highly recommended for families with children. The music is often quite loud, but otherwise everything is very good!

L'Osteria is always worth a visit. The restaurant is centrally located in the city center. In summer, the outdoor seating is particularly nice. I've visited L'Osteria many times spontaneously with various friends, and so far, everyone has been thrilled. The size of the pizzas is legendary. If you can't finish them all, you can have the rest packed up. I've celebrated birthdays and Christmas parties here. There's a large selection of pizzas, pastas, and a weekly changing seasonal menu. With the "L'Osteria app," you can collect Amore hearts with every order and, if you collect enough, redeem them for a meal or dessert. I love that you can also order the pizzas with two different toppings (you pay for the more expensive one). My favorite dishes are the Pizza Bò (Calzone), Pizza Braccio di Ferro, and Pizza Parmigiana. The desserts are also delicious. I find the women's restroom funny. It's the only place I've found a restroom where two women could theoretically use the same stall. And the Italian course (playing in the background in the restroom) is always interesting, even for me, as a half-Italian.

The pizzas are particularly large. They're also great for two people to eat with a salad. The pasta was very tasty and a generous portion. It hardly needed to be any bigger. The bruschetta was great; a regular portion (4 slices) was enough to share. We'll be happy to come back.

We were there today, six women and two teenagers, and we ordered various pizzas. I really enjoyed the vegetarian pizza, which I shared with a friend because it was huge. The crust was great, and I also really liked the toppings. I didn't need any extra seasoning. We received quick and courteous service. The price was also totally reasonable. We all agreed, we'll be back.
