If you don't eat here, you're missing out! We called in advance and asked whether there was still room for 10 people. The waiter on the phone was very, very nice and said that we would be seated. On site - we had 2 small children and 1 baby - we were shown a great table; had a lot of space with children. A high chair was provided, not only that! For the children there were coloring sheets with pens and memory games with different pizzas on them. The waitress - with turquoise hair - was very positive, nice, polite and courteous. The other waiters too, of course. However, she stands out! We had pizzas and pasta - children's menus are also available. All around tip top! Recommended

Pizza and pasta is not comparable to what it was a few months ago (dry, ingredients no longer the same, no olive oil, taste bland, etc. We are very disappointed!

We ate there repeatedly. But this time unfortunately disappointing. Service was a disaster. Because we wanted to sit outside with the children, we were initially looked at stupidly. It also took a very long time for the order to be taken. My friend had to go in again to draw attention to us, even though they had been outside with us before. Unfortunately there was a hair in my pizza. I just showed this to the waiter without saying anything so that no one would notice. His reaction to that was just; What should I do with it now? I was just shocked. He took the pizza with him and said nothing more about it. When we paid, we asked him again why everything was so unfriendly and that nothing was said about the incident with the pizza. His answer was just what should I do and it's not my fault. Of course the pizza was accounted for. I've really enjoyed coming to eat so far. Unfortunately not anymore. That was the last time.

As usual, very tasty pizzas at a fair price given the size. The service was quick but seemed a bit annoyed/stressed to us. Despite a reservation, our place was unfortunately in the middle of a passage, which is why it wasn't so quiet. Otherwise the atmosphere was pleasant. The only thing that could be changed is the music. Sometimes it got louder and sometimes quieter. It was also often skipped in the middle of the song. Small things, of course, but things like that are noticeable and make it a little more unpleasant (especially the volume).

An absolute must for anyone who loves Italian cuisine. I'll definitely be back!

Easily accessible. Pizza was huge but had already cooled down a bit. It was then put back in the oven. Then she was hot. The taste was OK, but not outstanding. Zoodles were pretty spicy. But that was still ok. The ambience is not really cozy and appealing. In my opinion, it's more about getting a lot of guests through. Service was very good and nice. But the waitresses are really busy.

Absolutely disappointing delivery service. The Lieferando app showed that my pizza was about to arrive - but half an hour later there was still nothing there. So I called the restaurant and the employee explained to me that the driver hadn't even left yet. That's a joke! I had placed the order three hours in advance for 6pm, and an hour after the scheduled delivery time (7pm) the app is still saying delivery is coming soon, while the driver wasn't even on the way...

Ich war schon öfter bei L'osteria und jedes mahl war ich sehr zufrieden. Dieses mahl auch. Essen schmeckt sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Auf Hygiene wird aufgepasst! Bravo!

Pizza is great, you just have to go there.

Service has always been terrible. After a catastrophic experience, we were asked to make amends, which we accepted. They were clearly trying to present a better service image, so we gave the team another chance. But puff cake. Disaster again next time. Highly recommended for take-away, but not always great if there is a plastic part in the pizza - rather semi-good for your teeth. The service should urgently be improved here, the food is actually good with a few exceptions.

I'm a regular customer of L'Osteria Pforzheim and I always like going there because the service is great. Everyone who works or serves there is very nice, great and hospitable. You always find what you want.

It was a great evening, especially thanks to the nice marina🥰
