Die Musik ist sehr gut, der Innenraum ist sehr schön die Musik ist auch immer gut. Außerdem sind die Bedienungen hier sehr schnell und freundlich!☺️

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, wir hatten beide Pizza. Die Getränke sind schnell gekommen, das Essen wurde nach Bestellung auch schnell gebracht. Bedienung war freundlich

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant. Die Pizza war köstlich und perfekt zubereitet. Das Ambiente war sehr einladend und stilvoll, was den Abend umso schöner gemacht hat. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Musik trug zur angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Ich war schon öfter bei L'osteria und jedes mahl war ich sehr zufrieden. Dieses mahl auch. Essen schmeckt sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Auf Hygiene wird aufgepasst! Bravo!

Service has always been terrible. After a catastrophic experience, we were asked to make amends, which we accepted. They were clearly trying to present a better service image, so we gave the team another chance. But puff cake. Disaster again next time. Highly recommended for take-away, but not always great if there is a plastic part in the pizza - rather semi-good for your teeth. The service should urgently be improved here, the food is actually good with a few exceptions.

I'm a regular customer of L'Osteria Pforzheim and I always like going there because the service is great. Everyone who works or serves there is very nice, great and hospitable. You always find what you want.

Very good service and great pizza

Here you can sit nicely in the shade or in the blazing sun and the food is good. There is also a decent selection of cocktails with and without alcohol and the staff is nice.

Food is great - but how can it be that when you order online, you order at a certain time, you have already paid for it (!!), and you are told every time you arrive that the order will only be prepared after the customer has arrived? ! Are you too incompetent to understand your system? Do you want me to come over and explain it to you? Serious offer.

Unfortunately I can't say what the food is like. If you want to come with 13 people and it fails because you don't want to push another table next to an 8th table, then that's not the right service for me.

This was my third time there and I had to wait over 30 minutes each time before I could even order a drink. On the first visit, the Jubge lady was so unfriendly, rather cold and dismissive that it took a total of around 1.5 hours until I got my food. On the second visit I also had to wait 39 minutes before I could give up my best. When on the third visit, after 20 minutes, the waitress walked past me and took the order from another table, the guests came after me, and then she ran past me again to serve other guests who wanted to pay, I left , and probably won't go there again.

Food: average as per the chain. Service: even though we were the only ones in the place we waited 15 minutes for the drinks and even the pizza took a while. Very small tables for the size of the pizza. Environment: clean, suitable for families

There's only one thing....both 👍 👍 up. We were traveling in Pforzheim and at the recommendation of my friend we went out to eat there. It was a good recommendation. We were greeted warmly and served just as friendly. Good food, I think the pizza to “share” was great and was really good. Just like the inexpensive side salad. Plus a cozy atmosphere, everything was perfect. The next time we go out to eat again, we already know where.... ❗️

Good Italian with nice interior and exterior. The food is good. Price performance ratio is right. The service is always nice too. I can recommend it.

We had to wait a very long time to be served, it took almost 1.5 hours for the food to arrive and our main courses all came at different times, some of them almost cold. A side dish was also completely forgotten. In summary it was very poor service.

The food has always been delicious, but unfortunately the staff has deteriorated drastically! Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes for your drink even though the restaurant is just open and there isn't even much going on. If there is a lot going on, the whole thing will of course take longer!

The service was miserable. We waited forever for the waiter. After half an hour our starter arrived. We hadn't received any drinks yet. No cutlery nothing. 20 minutes later our drinks came. And our cutlery. The main course was later served to us on the table. The plates were simply slammed onto the table with a flourish. Simply terrible, NEVER AGAIN.

Pizza is huge, super thin, well topped and has a nice crust. The pasta was also very tasty. Only the own brand iced tea is much too sweet.

Fully thrilled. Can only recommend the gnocci with shrimp. Service was very nice and the food came quickly. I found the price performance to be okay. So all in all we were very satisfied and would like to go there more often.

The store is basically very chic, the service is very good. The food tasted very good. The only strange thing is that the pasta is more of a child's portion, while the pizza is an oversized cartwheel. Feels like 50-60 cm in diameter. Anything you can't manage is often packed to take with you. Maybe the concept is generally well received, but I personally have a little stomach ache when it comes to the sensible use of resources when it comes to food. The knives are hopelessly dull. Overall, you can say that L'Osteria is ok to visit.

The Losteria in Pforzheim is definitely worth a visit! The restaurant scores with a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and, above all, delicious food. The menu offers a good selection of pizza, pasta and salads. The Pizza Nduja Calabrese and the Pasta Carbonara are particularly recommended. The dishes are freshly prepared and taste simply delicious. The selection of drinks also leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a variety of wines, there are also delicious cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. The value for money is reasonable, the portions are generous and the food is definitely worth the price. Overall, I can only recommend Losteria. Here you will be spoiled with good food and good service. A really successful evening!

Am 30.05.2024 um 18:47 Uhr habe ich in Ihrer Pforzheimer Filiale angerufen und 4 Pizzen bestellt. Eine Lieferung würde lt. Aussage des Herrn nach Pforzheim-Huchenfeld nicht in Betracht kommen, ich solle die Pizza vor Ort abholen. Wobei es sich mir jetzt nicht ganz erschlossen hat, warum eine Lieferung nicht ginge. Also Bestellung durchgegeben (ich habe es von einem Zettel den ich geschrieben habe abgelesen, was ich bestellen wollte.) Es wäre sehr voll, ich solle in 30 min kommen, dann wären die Pizzen fertig. Ich habe dann meinen Sohn geschnappt und war exakt 30 min später im Rathaus L`Osteria, um die Pizzen zu holen. Vor Ort wurde mir gesagt, daß es noch eine Weile dauern würde, es wäre sehr voll. Was kein Problem darstellte. Wir warteten im Bereich einer Glasscheibe, wo man den Pizzabäckern beim Belegen der Pizzen gut zusehen konnte. Mein Sohn fand das auch, genau wie ich, sehr interessant. Die Pizzabäcker fingen nun an 4 Pizzen zu belegen, welche so glaubte ich, unsere sind und vergasen meiner Meinung nach auf einer Pizza die Kirschtomaten, was ich sehr freundlich einem der Pizzabäcker mitteilte. Sofort kam eine Bedienung angelaufen, teilte uns mit, daß hier kein Wartebereich sei, wir sollten dahinten auf unsere Pizzen warten und das wären auch nicht unsere Pizzen. Verwundert über die Aussage, verließen wir den Bereich mit der Glasscheibe und warteten an der Stelle, wo der Herr uns angewiesen hatte. Eigentlich dachte ich, daß dieser Bereich speziell dafür da ist, um zu sehen, wie die Pizzen gemacht werden, aber die Bedienung teilte noch einmal mit, daß dies kein Wartebereich sei und auch nicht zum zusehen gedacht wäre. Wie gesagt alles kein Problem. Wir warteten also an der Stelle, wo man uns gebeten hatte zu warten. 10 min später kamen dann vier Pizzen. Aufgrund meines Verdachts, öffnete ich alle Pizzakartons und stellte tatsächlich fest, auf einer Pizza fehlten die Kirschtomaten. Ich ging zur Theke um zu reklamieren und gab auch meinen Frust kund, daß ich sogar vor dem Backen darauf hingewiesen hatte, daß da die Tomaten fehlen würden. Nun kam man mir, ich hätte die Tomaten nicht bestellt. Ich war mir aber ganz sicher, daß ich die Tomaten mitbestellt habe, schließlich habe ich es von einem Zettel bei der telefonischen Bestellung abgelesen und zwei Personen bestätigten mir als ich zu Hause war auch, daß ich die Tomaten mitbestellt hatte. Ich habe es sogar 2x am Telefon wiederholt. Und der Herr am Telefon hat es auch noch einmal wiederholt. Jedenfalls kommt dann ein großer schlanker Herr daher, welcher sich später als Geschäftsführer herausgestellt hat, wirft mir mit einer Hand ohne Hygienehandschuhe eine Hand voll Tomaten auf die Pizza...“Hier haben Sie Ihre Kirschtomaten!“ Ungläubig schaute ich den Herrn an, ich war im ersten Moment wirklich verdutzt.... "Das ist jetzt nicht Ihr Ernst? Müssen die nicht gebacken werden?" Aussage des Herrn... "Nein, Kirschtomaten werden nie gebacken." Jetzt wurde ich laut. "Wollen Sie mich eigentlich verarschen" entfuhr es mir. Ich verlangte dann den Geschäftsführer, ein Herr an der Theke teilte mir mit, daß der Herr, der mir die Tomaten auf meine Pizza geworfen hatte (ohne Hygienehandschuhe) der Geschäftsführer sei. Ich dachte, ich fliege vom Glauben ab. In meinem ganzen Leben, bin ich privat so noch nie behandelt worden. Das ist bislang der absolute Tiefpunkt meiner kulinarischen Erlebnisse. Ich meine, ich bin mir bewusst, daß es aktuell sehr schwierig ist, gutes Personal in Pforzheim zu bekommen, aber haben Sie denn keine Schulungen im Umgang mit Kunden, Hygieneverordnung, kochen (jedes Kind weiß, daß Tomaten mit gebacken werden müssen auf Pizzen) usw. usw... Mir fehlen aktuell wirklich die Worte. In meinem ganzen Leben, bin ich noch nie derart behandelt worden, wie in dieser Gaststätte. Das ist an Unverschämtheit wirklich kaum mehr zu überbieten. Beim Verlassen der Gaststätte teilte ich dem Personal noch mit, daß ich mich schriftlich beschweren würde.

The food and service is TOP and can only be recommended! The pizzas were super delicious!! The great marina was very friendly and available, as were the other employees.

A truly special place that caresses typical Italian cuisine even if outside your homeland... The pizza is delicious and the service is professional and welcoming... very nice, especially Marina who took care of the service. I highly recommend to everyone

We've been to L'osteria quite a few times and it's mostly been quite solid - in my opinion nothing particularly worth mentioning, neither positive nor negative. But the last visit will also be the last. We arrived and ordered drinks, a large bottle of water and a glass of wine. When the drinks came we ordered our food. Everything up to this point is as usual. There were two of us there and we ordered two different “spicy” pizzas. Pizza No. 1 was mild and my 2 year old daughter could have eaten it and Pizza No. 2 was so sensationally hot that it was simply not edible. Since I was hungry, I bravely at least ate the edge - because the spiciness came from some oil that had naturally collected in the middle - but my drinks were empty in record time and I definitely wanted to drink more. But! Our waitress wasn't in sight at first and then ignored me despite shouting, raising a glass, waving and making eye contact. A good service would have asked after a few minutes whether everything was OK - but there hasn't been good service here for a long time. When she finally came to clear away after 30 minutes, I asked her about the pizza - but there was no significant reaction and as quickly as she left we still couldn't order any new drinks. Alright, we want to leave: we wave and make eye contact, but again no reaction. We get up, put on our jackets and thought for a moment that she would finally come to us - but she went to the neighboring table and talked there for about 10 minutes until we could finally pay. And if anyone thinks that anything can happen if the hut burns - the restaurant was only about half full when we visited.

Absolutely recommended. The service is good and attentive and not too intrusive👍. The pizzas are super big and taste great 🍕

The food isn't really bad, but what does it say about a restaurant when the waiters describe themselves as disabled in front of the guests and wonder whether the other person is drunk. In my opinion, says a lot about a restaurant

I generally go here often and have never had any really bad experiences. However, when I wanted to wish my mother a happy Mother's Day yesterday, I really lost my temper. So the level of overwhelm, despite the relatively empty shop, and clumsiness was no longer normal. In addition, items that were not even ordered were billed for. Plates were cleared without asking if you were finished. If something has gone out, you apparently only get a notification once the food is ready and a new one has been improvised. It's just a shame that so much goes wrong on a day like this.

You can always eat pizza at L'Osteria. Tastes really delicious! What didn't go so well was the hospitality. We were allowed to order our drinks once at the beginning and then we literally had to fight for attention so that the waitress would come to our table a second time to take an order.

We ordered pizza online. About an hour later the pizza arrived, pale as death, not baked at all, so Losteria had completely neglected it. How could you just put unfinished pizza in the box? Did the pizza maker have tomatoes on his eyes??? We had to put the pizza in the oven again.....that for 15 euros???? I could get a pizza from Lidl for 3 euros. SHAME ON YOURSELF!

We got a table straight away without a reservation, the service was really nice, we kept asking if everything was OK and the food was really tasty, we had a very nice evening

It was a very nice experience, my brother and I were able to enjoy our stay very much because we had a very nice waitress who always served us with a smile and was attentive despite the restaurants being full. The food was also very tasty. I had the lasagne which was perfectly cooked and the sauces were also very tasty and the presentation was also very nice

The food was delicious and really high quality for delivery. I like eating from L'Osteria, but I find the delivery times to be far too long. We waited almost 2 hours for our food: a pasta and a pizza. Delivery times were similar in the past too. I also think that pasta should be a little more, but the pizza should be a little smaller. That would fit better in proportion. But it's complaining at a high level. I can recommend the food from L'Osteria, but I'm struggling with the delivery because of the time. And I don't think there's so much stress on a Tuesday evening that it warrants almost 2 hours. Fix it, then there will be at least one more star! 😉

Service a 0/10 There was no tip either, sorry! Food was a 3/5 at the beginning delicious as soon as it gets cold and that happens quickly here once it gets cold it's just rock hard. I would have loved to throw it at the head of the waiters! Ambience is nice except the women's toilet was blocked. I was there with my family on Saturday the week before last. We had ordered pizza. And the waiter had misunderstood a lot of things, but oh well, okay.

Reservation was very easy, I had lunch there on a Saturday with my niece for her birthday, great carbonara, great service, price-performance ratio was top we will be back

The kitchen is already closed on Friday evening at 10:15 p.m. I don't know this from L'Osteria at other locations. Sad and not good advertising...

Pizza is great, quick and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately I always find the music very loud. If it were a little quieter, it would be much more comfortable. I can still recommend a visit :)

The food was quite good, I would give one star for the drinks because I ordered a cocktail with cola for 8.50 euros. I'm not sure if there was any alcohol in it because it just tasted like watery cola... I would have expected something different for the price. Afterwards I went to chillers and ordered exactly the same drink for 5.90 euros and the difference was surprisingly big. Oh well…

Yesterday we have booked for a dinner here, because a couple that was with us had already eaten here and had a good experience too. Altough i can understand that we were too much (15 people in one big table), most of the orders were wrong. We had to return food in the kitchen not only because they had inside ingredient that we expressively asked to exlude, but even because we were concerned about gluten contamination (for the icecream we asked if the topping was gluten free before ordering, but the icecream came some time after, without an answer on the topping and before we could even actually order it.) I havent eaten too much, but the others at the table complained about too much salt in the pasta, mozzarella (and starter in general) not so good, a dish was served twice spicy when we asked to not do it spicy (because of digesting problem) and only after the second wrong dish the waiter told us that the pasta could NOT be not spicy. If they just warned usbefore, we wouldnt ordered twice the same thing asking both times to not do it spicy. The service was simply the worst i had in my life, the waiter was rude, didnt smile once in entire evening and I think she even told something bad about us to someone near us at a table, because they were staring at us really bad, and that make me feel unconfortable. As I already said plenty of our order were wrong, drinks came late, cheese for the pasta came late, the waiter at some point was probably just ignoring us. i Think this could be a good restaurant, but i dont think i have the courage of try it twice after the bad evening i spent yesterday. I've returned home still hungry, and this must not happen when you go eating out.

Food poisoning at its finest. I threw up 15 times after risotto frutti de mare!!!

Service is a disaster, we were left sitting outside for 50 minutes, the service didn't come until 20 minutes later to take the order, and we didn't get any drinks for 30 minutes afterwards!!!!

Wir gingen zum Abendessen. Ich habe eine Lasagne bestellt, die nicht nach Lasagne schmeckte, weil sie nur salzig schmeckte. Ich bat den Kellner, das Produkt für mich umzutauschen, weil es nicht gegessen werden könne, und etwas anderes anstelle der Lasagne zu bestellen, aber mir wurde gesagt, dass dies nicht möglich sei, nur wenn ich auch für dieses Produkt bezahle. Ich wollte nichts anderes bestellen, weil es mir nicht normal erschien, für etwas zu bezahlen, das ich nicht essen kann. Am Ende habe ich 50 Euro für etwas bezahlt, das ich nicht gegessen habe. Ich empfehle es nicht. der völlige Mangel an Professionalität seitens des lokalen Managers.👎👎

A few months ago: We ordered food to be delivered! It worked great, arrived right on time and was super tasty! Gladly again!! That was some time ago now. Today we wanted to eat at the restaurant in the early afternoon. There were very few tables occupied and apparently there was only one waitress on site. After we sat at the table for a good 10 minutes, we were ignored, people walked past our table, but our drink order wasn't even taken, we felt a bit disrespected. A short greeting or the note “I’ll be with you immediately” would have been enough. But completely ignoring guests, no, we don't need that. We actually got up and left. The waitress noticed this, but didn't ask. A pity! We actually think the food there is quite good.

Actually an avowed fan of LOsteria, this location differs from the others in my opinion. No WiFi, food not as usual.

Unfortunately no longer recommended. The food is of the usual Losteria quality. That's why I like going there. The ambience with the outdoor area is also very nice. I just don't have the words to say about the service. Drinking came after eating. We then organized the children's chairs ourselves. The food only came after an hour and was partly cold. Despite everything, I gave an 8% tip. We were neither thanked nor said goodbye. The waiter just left. Just without words. I won't go there again and I'll advise everyone I know against it.

Ladies and Gentlemen I visited the restaurant in Pforzheim with great hunger and anticipation of the lasagne. I was sad to discover that the portion of the lasagna was small. The service was fine and the ambience was nice too. However, I would advise anyone who is very hungry not to order lasagna.

The waiter with the cross tattoo on his neck served very well and was extremely accommodating and very nice. It was also the best pizza I have ever eaten

Very friendly service. Reservations are recommended at known times. The pizzas are HUGE!
