We had dinner there yesterday with the family and after one person and I ate the same thing, we felt sick afterwards and my child and I threw up the entire night. In the hospital they said it was food poisoning. We had to wait a long time until our order was taken and then we had to wait a long time for the drinks and food. And when we got a look into the disabled toilet/changing room, we almost vomited - the toilet was full... and the whole room... Was spread across the floor. I will never go to this store again!!!

Huge pizza got way too big, price performance is right

We were there on a Saturday evening. The pizzeria was very busy and we had ordered a table, which unfortunately hadn't been cleared yet, so we had to wait a while before we could get to the table. Apart from that, the service came straight away and we were served quickly and friendly. The food was tasty, there was nothing to complain about. What was annoying was that it was very, very loud, you couldn't have a normal conversation at the table (since there were 6 of us).

Nun zu unseren Erfahrungen, was den Servicebereich in den letzten Wochen (davor waren unsre Erfahrungen abhängig von der Tageszeit eher positiv) angeht: Unser Essen, was wir über die Online Plattform bestellt haben und abholen wollten, wurde von den Mitarbeitern nicht einmal bemerkt, da keiner auf die Idee kommt, den PC im Lokal einzuschalten. Das war die erste ärgerliche Erfahrung. Aber ok, nicht so schlimm. Unsere Erfahrung vor 2 Tagen war allerdings so katastrophal, dass wir davon absehen, jemals wieder einen Fuß ins Restaurant zu setzen. Donnerstag 20.02.25, mittag gegen 12:30 Uhr, das Lokal ist nur zu einem drittel gefüllt. Alle Gäste sitzen zusammengepresst in 2er Reihen im Eingangsbereich, da die weibliche Bedienung den Gästen einen Tisch zuweist. Unser Tisch sollte im größten Durchgangsverkehr im größten Lärm sein und wir fragten, ob wir uns einen anderen Tisch aussuchen könnten, es stehen ja genügend Tische leer. Die Dame sagte nein, entweder diesen oder diesen. Wir zeigten auf die leeren 3er Tische und betonten, das wir uns gern einen Tisch davon aussuchen möchten (dort saßen vereinzelt Leute). Die Bedienung zickte in einer unglaublichen Arroganz und wurde ungehalten, frech, aggressiv und laut, ob wir an einem 8er Tisch sitzen wollen. Sie rannte los, kennzeichnete alle freien Tische als reserviert. Wir waren regelrecht geschockt über ihr Verhalten dem Gast gegenüber. Auch nachfolgende Gäste, welche nicht an dem zugewiesenen Platz sitzen wollten, wurden genötigt. Diese Dame hat im Servicebereich nichts zu suchen. Der Gast bringt das Geld und ist König und nicht die zickige, arrogante Bedienung, vielleicht sollte ihr das mal einer erklären. Wenn Menschen essen gehen, dann nicht nur um satt zu werden, sondern um sich auch wohl zu fühlen und Gemütlichkeit zu erleben. Wir hatten die Gelegenheit, ca. eine Stunde das Treiben zu beobachten, die reservierten Tische wurden zu keiner Zeit besetzt. Es herrschte reine Willkür an der Belegung der Sitzplätze. Ist das Euer Ernst? Der Gast wird mies behandelt, weil er sich nicht auf einen zugewiesenen miesen Platz sitzen möchte? Nie wieder, wir werden Werbung machen für dieses Lokal....

Food tastes very good. It's quick and the waitresses are friendly. If you order food online via the homepage, it happens that it is not read because no one would think to take a look. You should still work on that.

Lange Wartezeiten. Essen ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Bedienung nett, aber vollkommen überfordert. Werden nicht wiederkommen.

We were here for the first time today and were not disappointed. The pizza was absolutely perfect – crispy base, fresh ingredients and just the right amount of seasoning. You can taste the passion that goes into every dish. Special praise goes to Adam, who impressed us with his friendly service and great recommendation. He ensures that you immediately feel at home here. If you love good pizza, you should definitely try this restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Erster Eindruck und Optisch sehr schön, leider war es das dann auch. Man wartet vergeblich auf die Servicekraft, die dann auch noch sehr unfreundlich wird wenn man nur leichte Kritik äusert. Das Essen ist mässig bis durchschnittlich und muss kein zweites mal sein.

If you offer the opportunity for customers to say what they want and pay extra, then you should also make sure that these wishes are implemented. If only it were the fact that the pizza was poorly topped... No, the requested additives weren't even on the pizza. (not a single piece of pineapple or corn) Let alone because the requested vegan cheese wasn't included either. Unfortunately, this happened several times. For my part, I don't order there anymore...

I was at the Losteria in Pforzheim today and am absolutely thrilled! The flashing light that has been bothering me for a while has finally been turned off - thanks for that! The pizzas came incredibly quickly, and the service was not only extremely quick, but also exceptionally friendly and accommodating. You can tell that there are real professionals at work here who take the satisfaction of their customers seriously. Thank you for the great experience! I'll definitely be back.

Pizza and atmosphere good as usual. It wasn't just me who served the Pils in a wheat beer glass. When we asked the waiter: “Yes, that’s Pils in the wrong glass.” I think that doesn't work at all!!!

I had high expectations, but unfortunately I was disappointed with a pizza that was baked for too long. The base was too crusty and black and I couldn't really enjoy it.

I've been eating the same dish at Losteria for years. The waiting time has always been extremely long (once 50/60 minutes). Last time, despite a long wait, my food was served cold - really cold! Plus a lemon seed in the food, the bad thing is, there's no lemon in my dish so I don't even know how it got in there... disgusting. When I mentioned it, I was told to please say it directly, what if no one comes? Disappointing!

Today we visited the restaurant in Pforzheim. The service was excellent, very accommodating and friendly and child-friendly. The food was great! Not only were the huge pizzas very tasty, but the salad was also very good. You can park directly below in the underground car park. Highly recommended.

The food is delicious, but unfortunately the service is overwhelmed and this results in long waiting times - over an hour for the main course. We canceled the dessert after waiting 30 minutes…

We had reserved online in advance and the confirmation came promptly and on a public holiday even though you think there will be a lot going on there. We had to wait a few minutes for service to take us to our seat, but that wasn't a problem. The order was taken promptly and the food came very quickly. The pizzas are very large and of excellent quality (other Italian restaurants can take a leaf from that). My wife had lasagne which was not too big compared to the pizza. The price/performance ratio is very good there. Personally, I am a very critical person when it comes to restaurants and cuisine and I can say that I will continue to eat there.

Very good Italian restaurant to eat a huge pizza. The pizza with a diameter of 45 cm is really something special. You definitely don't need a starter. You can also have the pizza topped with half and half, like I did with half salami and the other half seafood. Service is top. Everything happens very quickly and friendly. You never have to wait long for your drinks or food. Quality of the giant pizza is very, very good. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. Location is very central and from there you can get everywhere on foot.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the apparently delicious food... We came without a reservation and got a place for two relatively centrally in the middle of the intersecting paths. The table was cleaned and we sat down. We picked out something delicious and downloaded the app and waited and waited and waited... Unfortunately, no one came anymore, even though there wasn't too much going on and people often walked past us. After half an hour we left disappointed and probably didn't even notice it... We didn't want to draw attention to ourselves and would rather spend our money with someone who would appreciate us as a guest! Too bad :-(

It's probably a place that doesn't need money. We sat outside ordering drinks, asked for food and were told this wasn't possible. 2 minutes later they served food to a table outside. It's a shame because there were 5 of us and we all ordered a pizza each plus alcohol. But apparently the boss is a millionaire and doesn't need money. Terrible place, we will never return and we will also tell all our friends not to come. And above all they are not Italians. A true Italian, even if he is abroad, knows how to behave.

There was one small problem, however: the pizza is quite large and the table was a bit too small for four people. Fortunately, the attentive waitress quickly resolved this by bringing a small additional table for us to place our glasses on. Despite this minor inconvenience, the visit was extremely positive. I can highly recommend the restaurant!

Our reservation was "lost" or more likely there was no room for us and we were not allowed in. We made the reservation for 8 people the day before and we also received a confirmation. It's a shame because I've always really liked this restaurant and didn't expect such a lie.
