Service OK, Pizza matschig, Fisch tot gegrillt. Reklamation wurde akzeptiert.

Wir kannten die Pizzeria nicht und waren zufällig dort. Ich habe die schlechteste Lasagne seit langem gegessen. Kaum Hackfleisch in der Soße, dafür Schinken dazwischen, Unmengen an Käse und zwei Lasagneplatten. Nicht empfehlenswert. Die Servicekraft hat zwar gefragt, ob es geschmeckt hat, aber interessiert hat sie es nicht. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung.

Das Essen war sehr gut 👍 Die Messer müssten mal ausgetauscht werden, schneiden schlecht.

Sehr schöne Location; herrlicher Wintergarten; sehr leckeres Essen; Kinder warten leider lange auf ihr Essen und die Erwachsene sind schon am Essen;

Als ich die Karte gesehen habe mit so vielen Gerichten war ich sehr skeptisch. Haben es trotzdem versucht. Die nudeln meines Mannes waren ok er hatte Tagliatelle con Tonno e panna ich hatte Penne mit Knoblauchsahnesoẞe und Spinat die Sahne war sehr flüssig daher bisschen Abzug. Ansonsten super schnell und Preislich kann man auch nichts sagen.

Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant! Die Bedienung war freundlich und der Service wirklich schnell – von der Bestellung bis zum Essen dauerte es nicht lange. Das Essen war lecker, die Portionen großzügig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Besonders die Pizza Vegetale wird ausschließlich frisch belegt – das findet man nicht mehr überall! Etwas laut im Wintergarten, ansonsten aber alles super. Gerne wieder!

Wir waren Ostersonntag mit 9 Personen im Allegro essen ,und was soll ich sagen,endlich mal eine Pizza nach meinem Geschmack! Selbst Sonderwünsche , wurden selbstverständlich erfüllt! Der Pizzateig war megalecker, und reichlich belegt und hatte einen leckeren luftig und zugleich knusprigen Rand ! Meine Eltern hatten die Scalopine ai funghi.Das Fleisch war zart und sehr lecker.Meine Nichte hatte die Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchte und auch diese waren gut ! Ein paar von uns hatten dann noch eine Panna cotta & Eis zum Nachtisch. Auch da gab es nichts zu meckern! Der Service war top!!! Sehr freundlich,und es wurde mehrfach gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist.Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen absolut nicht nachvollziehen! Sorry... Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Einfach super. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich, kompetent und aufmerksam. Die Gerichte sind super schmackhaft, haben gute Portionen und die Preise noch human. Sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schickes Restaurant. Die Preise sind in Ordnung. Habe ein Zwiebelrostbraten bestellt und muss sagen, dass für ein Italienisches Restaurant es sehr lecker geschmeckt hat. Natürlich gibt es bessere, aber will jetzt nicht kleinlich sein. Man geht normalerweise auch nicht zum Italiener um Rumpsteak und co zu essen 😉 5 Sterne sind hier vollkommen angebracht, da auch das essen schnell serviert wurde. Immer wieder gerne. Update: leider überhaupt nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Auf Nachfrage haben wir erfahren, dass es einen neuen Koch gibt. Der Zwiebelrostbraten war totgebraten. Die Spätzle waren auch mal viel besser. Soße war in Ordnung. Fisch war leider auch nicht gut. 2 Sterne, da zumindest der Service gut war.

Das Ambiete ist sehr schön, ob im Wintergarten mit Blick nach draußen und hell oder drinnen in den verwinkelten etwas dunkler gehaltenen Nieschen (Datetipp!) und unterschiedlichen Ebenen gibt es hier für den Gast eine schöne unterschiedliche Auswahl an Plätzen. Der Innenraum ist in dunkelm Holz und warmen Erdtönen gehalten, wären der Wintergarten mehr Toskana feeling aufleben lässt. Empfehlen kann ich aufjedenfall Salate, die Pizza und Pastagerichte. Ich hatte mich diesmal für die Lasagne entschieden, leider bestand sie hauptsächlich aus Schinken, anstatt das man etwas von der Bolognese, Béchamel oder den Nudeln schmecken konnte. Dies habe ich direkt weitergegeben und es wurde sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Unsere Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und höflich.

Dieses italienische Restaurant kann alles, außer italienisch kochen! Eine Antipasti-Platte mit Salami und Schinken aus dem Aldi, eine Honig-Senfsoße über Auberginen und Zucchini?! Gauda und Tüten-Mozzarella. Allerdings muss ich erwähnen, dass die Pizza meines Mitarbeiters okay war und die Bedienung sehr nett. Für mich war es ein italo-kulinarisches Desaster.

Schönes Lokal, tolles Essen, große Portionen, angenehme Musik, perfekter Service.

Wir haben den Geburtstag unseres Enkels in dieser Bar gefeiert. Professioneller Service, leckere Getränke, günstige Preise. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Vorspeise bestellt aber mit der Hauptspeise bekommen Nachtisch wurde vergessen. Be den anderen wurden die falschen Eissorten gebracht also ich war das erste und das letzte Ma vor Ort

Die Bruschetta als Vorspeise war noch okay. Als dann die Hauptspeise, nämlich die Spagetti Carbonara, kam war die Freude aufs Essen vorbei. Die Carbonara war total geschmacklos und hat einfach nach nichts geschmeckt. Die Bedienung kapiert nicht was man möchte. Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gesellschaft vor ort und die Bedingung war maßlos überfordert und Bestellungen wurden vergessen oder falsch aufgenommen.

Super schnell war das Essen da. Die Pizza war super lecker. Leider waren die Tortellini al Forno nicht sehr gut wenig Soße und der Käse verbrannt. Die Portion war ordentlich und man wird mehr als satt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Kelner Eliza, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Essen war sehr lecker.

Bedienung mehrmals auf fehlende Bestellung angesprochen, Tisch wird während dem Essen abgeräumt, ansonsten top

Leckere Pizza netter Service. Faire Preise. Direkt im Mercure Hotel. Man kann auch draussen sitzen aber leider direkt an der Straßen.

Pizza war Superlecker und groß 👍🏻 Schönes Weihnachtsambiente (Ende Dez.) mit unaufdringlicher Weihnachtsmusik - Aaaber das Beste ist der Service: Kellner, Barkeeper und einfach alle Mitarbeiter sind Megafreundlich und verbreiten gute Laune. Danke dafür - auf bald 😊

Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend! Wir waren dreimal dort. Ein junger Mann bediente uns und versuchte sogar, Englisch zu sprechen; er war sehr freundlich. Ein Hauptgericht reichte uns vollkommen, und wir zahlten für zwei Personen inklusive je zwei Getränken jeweils etwa 50 Euro.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gutes Essen und wirklich sehr freundliches Personal. Vor allen Dingen waren wir um 16:30 Uhr dort. Was ja jetzt nicht unbedingt die Zeit ist für etwas zu Essen.

Das Essen brauchte nur 13min um zu kommen.

Wir haben 2x Nudeln und Calamari bestellt. Die Nudeln beide ohne Geschmack !!! Noch nie so schlecht gegessen, die Calamari unterirdisch ! Alles in einem ein katastrophaler Aufenthalt !!!!!!

The ambiance at the entrance is really nice. Not so much in the extension, and it gets quite noisy there. We had pizza, which I thought was really good. You really wanted to eat the crust too, and that's when a pizza is truly delicious. With the salad, I had the mustard dressing. The amount of mustard was excessive, but otherwise, it was well-seasoned. For dessert, I had an ice cream sundae, and they get a big thumbs down from me for that because the cream tasted strongly of canned cream. That was a real shame. I saw the tiramisu at the next table, and I immediately knew it wouldn't be to my taste. Tiramisu absolutely has to contain a good amount of mascarpone. Only then is it truly good. Unfortunately, it was obvious here that it contained mostly, if not exclusively, cream. Many places do this because it's cheaper. I would go there again.

We were there on Saturday, wanting to eat some delicious pizza. It tasted great, with a nice thin base, but the very thick crust wasn't so good. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The pizzas are massively overstuffed, which isn't my cup of tea at all. The taste is rather mediocre. The servers were nice, when you caught them.

We were two adults with two children. The pizza was good. The steak simply tasted of nothing, and it was overpriced for the price. The service was simply terrible, the entire atmosphere was very unfriendly to children, and the staff were just as unfriendly. Ordering took about 20 minutes, and the food came fairly quickly. If you're serving bottled drinks, you should make sure they're still carbonated. The staff just do business, unfriendly, and don't look anyone in the face when you ask for something. That was the first and last time.

Very good pizza, the products seem fresh. A little noisy since the terrace is on a busy road but it's still pleasant. What's less so, the waiter who doesn't even hide the fact that he rolls his eyes because we don't speak German... bad luck for him, 2 tables of French people that evening 😜

We had pizza en pasta with chanterelles (which is pretty special), both were tasty. Pizza dough was Italian style, read thin dough.

I had Gorgonzola gnocchi. Unfortunately, they weren't tasty. Too little Gorgonzola and ketchup in the sauce completely ruined the typical flavor. I'm very disappointed.

We celebrated our civil wedding with 20 people at Allegro – and it was simply perfect! Everything was wonderfully organized even in advance. Communication with both the manager and the team worked very well. We were able to decorate the evening before according to our own ideas. The lovely Ivanka looked after us on site and anticipated our every wish. You rarely experience such warmth and attention. The food was incredible – every course was a delight, beautifully presented, and all at an absolutely unbeatable price. We and our guests felt completely at home. Many thanks to the entire Allegro team for making our special day so unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Italian restaurant and cafe. I tried the pizza the first day, the pasta the next day, and the coffee in the morning (the chef was Italian). The staff were helpful and friendly (the Croatian guy was a pro at making and serving coffee). The service, food, and atmosphere were very good.

On June 26, 2025, two of us ate at the Allegro Restaurant. We ordered schnitzel with asparagus (+hollandaise sauce) and boiled potatoes. The food came quite quickly, which surprised us, as the restaurant was busy...and it was correspondingly bad...the boiled potatoes were reheated, the asparagus was hard, woody, and poorly peeled, and the meat was of poor quality. A complaint to the waiter didn't interest him...never again.

Discovered by chance today, were very pleased. Thank you

We pre-ordered takeaway. Everything was ready and on time. The reception was friendly and helpful. The Italian pizza was good, but there's still room for improvement. Compared to Unico, for example, the Allegro can compete with Losteria and others.

Served quickly. Good food, portions were truly filling, and the panna cotta wasn't just a large portion, it was two in one and sooooo delicious.

Food catastrophic, service apart from a Croatian waiter totally unfriendly! There were 36 people in the restaurant, almost all of us totally disappointed! Italian starter with Gouda and Aldi salami, pasta you could suck on. When we complained, they said the pasta was always pre-cooked! Absolute impudence!

For me (us), the Allegro is a restaurant where you can visit, and without thinking about what you eat, with no thought that something won't taste good. We've probably eaten the whole menu, whether meat, pasta, fish, pizza, salad, mussels, ice cream, and some dessert with strawberries that was homemade, but I can't remember, but it was absolutely amazing👍 The waitresses are friendly if you ask about something missing, the atmosphere is right, it's always worth a visit for us 🤤😃

Cool, the selection is huge, the pizza is good and at times when we go out to eat it's completely manageable. The prices are harmonious and we like to come there often

We ate a pasta dish there. Once with meat and once vegetarian, both were very tasty. The salad was tasty and fresh. Although the entrance is at ground level, there are several steps inside. Which can be a real obstacle if you have walking difficulties. The toilets can also be reached with steps.

I can only recommend this restaurant; the food is delicious, and even when it's busy, the food is always served hot and delicious. A big compliment to Ivana and Mario; they're always friendly, even when they're busy, and always ready to fulfill any food or drink requests!

Ordered pizza with spicy salami and garlic. In the meantime you can hear Croatian being spoken. Thought I was at the Croatian restaurant :) Everyone was very friendly and on the ball. Pizza itself: 4 slices, salami, no mozzarella….think Edam.. the dough turned out very well. It was ok but for €13.90 it wasn't that great for the price. Ambience reminds me of my childhood. Time stood still at the end of the 80s.

I am a frequent guest here. I find it to be a solid restaurant for “everyday life”. Good choice for lunch or dinner, has a sufficient selection of seasonal dishes and good portions. The taste is always consistent and creative but also classic cuisine. Service is friendly and attentive. Parking is very easy in the surrounding area.

I'm having knee surgery tomorrow at the Arcuskliniken and there is a cooperation with the adjacent Hotel Residenz, which is highly recommended! Since there may be similar people who arrive on the evening before the operation, I would only like to give a really conditional recommendation for the restaurant... the service is, as often mentioned, very fast and friendly. Unfortunately there are discounts when it comes to food! Some time ago there were complaints that the sauce was watery and the spaghetti was unsalted. I can only confirm this. The food I ordered was a pepper cream steak, instead of croquettes (Italian?) I wanted spaghetti. The quality of the meat was excellent, medium fried as requested, but the cream sauce was completely watered down and the spaghetti was unsalted. This is just a note. At the next table there was pizza... by the way, there was a lot(!) of crust left on the plate. I wish everyone who has an operation at the Arcuskliniken good luck, both with the operation and with their choice of food...;-)

The food is OK, but unfortunately not what it used to be. The sauce for roast onion roast is very watery. The pasta dishes lack salt. The salad is very bland. In addition to the loss of quality compared to the past, prices have also become very expensive. I used to have an average voucher between €50-60, now it was €75! We have now given the restaurant a chance several times, but unfortunately we will now visit another restaurant.
