Very long-established location with excellent service and food. Fish, meat and vegetarian options as well as a great selection of wines. If you like good Italian food and want to spend a nice evening, you should go there. We were very satisfied again, everything was great. 07/27/24 went to eat there again and are still very satisfied ❤️🧡

Danger! Menu on website not up to date!! (.. vacation date already) that reduced the nice on-site service for me, you can expect that the map is up to date if the website contains current information, but since every customer accepts the higher prices anyway, you don't have to? It's less about the increase and more about expecting something completely different and possibly not even taking the right cash with you into the city center. To eat: Pizza great, no complaints! Pasta (cream, championg) was completely messed up by the championgs, I have never experienced a smell like that, the dish was inedible after a short break, tasting some of the cream sauce was okay.

Felt a warm welcome from the start - great! The pizzeria was recommended to me as an insider tip and I can say that my expectations were met. I got a pizza that is no longer on the menu and the service chatted to me with the typically friendly Italian accent. The location is special - in an alley, away from the busy pedestrian zone. This is good if you want to eat for yourself and have a more quiet atmosphere. For anyone who wants to see and observe something while sitting, it might be a bit boring on the wooden terrace in summer. Personally, I like it so that not everyone looks at my plate when they walk past. A great stop for anyone who wants to enjoy a good Italian pizza. Price-performance is very good. I'd love to come back 😉✌️

You can eat very well here and the service is excellent. However, the prices are proud, not to say “in the top league” 16.50- for a starter -seafood salad- ..unfortunately there are 2 stars less

Last night I was with my family in this small, cozy ristorante in a side street. It doesn't look friendly from the outside, but it's the opposite from the inside. Service is friendly and the food is super tasty! I'd love to come back.

I like to go there for lunch. Price-performance okay. Meanwhile, the dishes became a little more expensive and smaller. Good taste. Higher prices are certainly due to rising energy prices and higher VAT. In the long run, current politics will unfortunately ruin small restaurateurs.

This restaurant is a little gem in the city center. Our group of six was served the freshest and best pizza quickly and efficiently. The total cost for 6 pizzas and a round of drinks was under €100. The waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly which ensured a great experience.

Today I had something to eat again with a female companion at my favorite Italian restaurant, Da Mario. I ate grilled squid, highly recommended!! Plenty for one person...and very tasty!! The service was once again impeccable, friendly and accommodating, as a guest you feel like royalty!!

Friendly Italian restaurant with friendly staff. This is where you go if you want a more authentic experience and are no longer in the mood for L'Osteria's large canteen. Here you can get good dishes prepared with heart. I chose spaghetti bolognese and it was excellent. The sauce was great with tasty, natural ingredients and the noodles had a good al dente consistency.

The restaurant is definitely a good insider tip. The food was very tasty! And the waiter was also very attentive, personable and friendly. The restaurant is very authentic and makes you feel like you are on vacation. The portions were reasonable (not too much and not too little). The company in the restaurant was also very pleasant. No loud children. A good place for a nice date. The restaurant is a bit hidden. The entrance is also very inconspicuous. Suggestion for improvement: Hang a sign on the door😉

Although the restaurant looks inconspicuous from the outside, I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good Italian restaurant. The noodles were very tasty and the price was good too.

You wouldn't necessarily expect this inconspicuous and almost slightly run-down alley to be one of the top addresses for Italian lifestyle in Pforzheim, but that's exactly how it is with the Ristorante Da Mario in Hafnergasse. The pizzas and pasta dishes are very good - but the fish dishes and the dishes from the daily menu are outstanding. Always fresh and prepared and served with a lot of love, they are the “flagship” of the restaurant. If you like sepia, you should definitely try the grilled sepia there. For me it's the best sepia I've ever been served and that alone makes a visit to Da Mario worth it. The owner sometimes seems a bit odd at first, but he is very attentive, friendly and has everything under control with just a few staff. If you want to fully enjoy the culinary delights that Da Mario has to offer, we recommend that you reserve a table in advance

Very nice and modern restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered the spicy dynamite, which was already very spicy. The ingredients are fresh and the dough is crispy. The restaurant is definitely recommended. The prices are moderate.

Ristorante Da Mario in Pforzheim fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben. 👍 Man kann da sehr gut italienische Küche bekommen, da ist es wie in Italien. Die Einrichtung ist sehr Geschmackvoll deswegen sind wir auch gerne da zum e Essen 🍕 🍕 und der Service am Tisch ist spitze.

Actually im not expecting too much because of the review but surprisingly the review are not true. The staff was so friendly and good service. The place look expensive restaurant. The food was good. I highly recommend the pasta and anti pasti (specially the mushroom). I gave 4 star because of the Panacotta tasted bland.

Der Chef war sehr gestresst, hat vor lauter Hektik nicht mal die Reservierung für uns 4 Personen im Buch gefunden. Dabei war noch sehr viele Platz im Lokal frei. Ein Teil der Bestellung wurde dann vergessen. Essen war soweit gut. Es fehlte einfach Personal und deshalb war der Chef kurz vor einem Nervenzusammenbruch.

Sehr schönes und authentisches italienisches Restaurant. Sonderwünsche werden mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Das Essen war ebenso wie der Service perfekt. Sehr gerne wieder.

Auch wenn einiges los und nur eine Servicekraft da war, ging alles recht flott. Der Mittagstisch (1x Pizza und 1x Penne inkl. kleinen Salat) war gut und die Portionen ausreichend groß.

Das Lokal ist sehr sauber und macht einen sehr gemütlichen Eindruck. Man meint, hier einen schönen Abend verbringen zu können. Das Essen war leider nicht gut, davon abgesehen, dass es nicht alle Zutaten gab und man 100 mal nachfragen musste, was der Koch überhaupt zaubern kann. Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein.

Super leckere gegrillte Calamari. Zartes Fleisch. Tagliatelle mit Gambas und Scampi in Hummersoße ist sehr zu empfehlen! Mit reichlich Scampis und Gambas! Der Service super nett und das Essen kam sehr zügig, obwohl das Restaurant voll war. Gerne würde ich mehr Sterne geben!!!
