I spontaneously went there with friends today after shopping. It was truly perfect! Great atmosphere, excellent food, and incredibly friendly and attentive service! Many thanks to Lisa! A wonderful evening! Highly recommended!!! I'll be back and recommend it to friends!

Spacious restaurant, good service. The food is also good. The oversized pizzas (45cm) are surprisingly thin and tasty (with the option to choose two different toppings). They're not overly generous, making them perfect for sharing with family or friends.

My husband and I were delighted to be able to enjoy a quiet meal at this restaurant today. We found a table right away since it wasn't busy. However, we waited 15 minutes for anyone to take our drink orders. The server walked past our table several times but didn't seem interested. After 15 minutes, we got up and left because no one had spoken to us. I don't think he even noticed us leaving. Terrible service, we won't be coming back.

Unfortunately, for an L'Osteria, the pizza wasn't that good. The dough was quite tasteless and the pizza hadn't been in the oven for long enough.

The food at Losteria is usually very good. This time I ordered and picked it up. It started on the phone: the employee didn't understand me properly, asked everything twice, or repeated everything incorrectly. Unfortunately, when I got there, I was ignored, but my order was already set aside because it was ready. I had to wait 10 minutes before I was even asked what I ordered. Unfortunately, the pizza was already cold by then. 😔 Plus, there was no receipt, and he overcharged me. I'm very disappointed.

Yes, the food is always great. Delicious pizza 🍕 Despite all my efforts, it wasn't clear whether I could eat pizza while pregnant. There's nothing about it on the allergen list, and there's nothing listed on the cheese bag from the kitchen either. Absolutely beautiful experience! I had a wonderful time with my girlfriend and her parents ... we all came from Venice, Italy. The food and Aperols were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly, even though we didn’t speak German.

UNFORTUNATELY, I COULDN'T WRITE A NEW REVIEW. BECAUSE WE WROTE ONE RECESSION A YEAR AGO. Who were with you on August 5, 2025, this week? We were at the LÓsteria in Parsdorf again after a long absence. The food was so-so. Cleanliness was terrible. Of the seven tables around, four were dirty. Glasses were left on the table 25 minutes after guests had left, and the table next to it was dirty for 30 minutes. The floor was dirty. Cleared tables were left standing for 30 minutes. No pouring of the iced tea bottles, apparently no longer necessary. I complained when I left and wanted to speak to a supervisor, but of course, no one came. Answer: I was just on a half-hour break, so it sometimes happens that tables aren't clean when guests don't eat properly... NEVER AGAIN. I pay enough, even if it's break time. When you clear the table, you can clean it at the same time. There were enough staff at the bar. Plus, the music was way too loud. I want to eat, not go to a disco or train station. If the restaurant looks like this, I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like... The floor is dirty everywhere...

If you want delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you. Music from a variety of genres plays easily. The service staff is young and relaxed. Very refreshing.

A 45 cm pizza is quite large. It's the only size available. It's not a super pizza, just average. Given the size, I would have expected more toppings. Unfortunately, you can't eat it as quickly as the pizza cools. There are better pizzerias. It's a shame, that's my opinion.

Pizzas are always delicious, and I have no complaints about the service either; they're very attentive if you need anything else :)

It wasn't my first visit to L'Osteria Parsdorf, but it was the first time I'd ordered something for pickup. The pizza was large and delicious, as usual, which was fine. What wasn't right, however, was the fact that the pizza was placed upside down in the box and that they had also hung it upside down. This resulted in some of the toppings sticking to the box! A real no-go—how could that happen? Therefore, only two stars for the service in this experience. Apart from that, I've been very satisfied on my previous visits to the restaurant.

The food was very good this time. The music is a bit too loud for me personally, making it difficult to have a conversation, especially when several people are sitting at the table.

Never again – absolute disappointment (takeaway) Worst pizza in a long time. We ordered takeout – even without the chaos on site, we could hear loud shouting from the kitchen in the background. No trace of professionalism. First we had the Funghi Freschi – just about acceptable, but certainly not a highlight. Then the Rustica – a real outrage. Tomatoes thicker than a thumbtip (no joke, easily 2 cm), completely tasteless, and the spiciness? Not just "spicy," but completely over the top – it burned in the mouth like a chili-eating contest. No hint of the extreme spiciness, and that's simply unacceptable. Conclusion: unloving, inedible, disappointing. Never again – not even for takeout.

We've been coming every two or three weeks for months now and we love it. We don't have to be quiet; everyone knows each other by now, and if you ask politely, the staff are always willing to help. During busy times, it might take a while, but that's normal. We love the pizza and the atmosphere.

I was greeted politely and easily found a table for four people without a reservation. "Only" for 2 hours and 15 minutes, but that was more than enough. A sufficient selection of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and the menu was exactly the same. Enough starters, main courses, and desserts, so there's something for everyone. So far, I haven't had anything that wasn't delicious. But there's probably always something for some people to complain about that doesn't apply to me. 🤭🤪 Highly recommend it❣️

Fine and delicious, the staff is friendly. However, they don't seem to be allowed to speak to each other or together. The atmosphere seems rather sober. It would be nice if the staff smiled more. It seems to me that the place is run very strictly. Perhaps that's why we keep seeing new staff on our visits. As always, the pizzas and pastas are top-notch in terms of size and flavor. We were there again today, July 25th. Again, great pizzas.

We had high hopes for it and were immensely disappointed. With the intention of redeeming my wife's birthday voucher, we went to l'Osteria in Parsdorf near Munich. Upon entering the restaurant, a friendly lady seated the family in front of us and then disappeared. Now we were standing there, and the employee said that her colleague would be back shortly. After a few minutes, she came back and picked us up. We were asked where we wanted to sit. We decided on a quieter spot. The restaurant was as noisy and had a vibe like a train station concourse. We then ordered spaghetti aljo olio as an appetizer. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the spaghetti arrived, and we were shocked when we tried it: oily, tasteless pasta. My wife then ordered garlic. They brought even more oil, and in my opinion, the pasta still tasted of nothing. No pepperoncini. The first €11.50 was a waste. After another quarter of an hour, the very friendly waitress brought the main course. Waiting time for two pizzas was 1 hour and 20 minutes. The pizza tasted quite acceptable, actually quite good. Since we had a voucher, my wife wanted another tiramisu. The tiramisu tasted so-so, according to her. When we then tried to pay with the voucher, the waitress said the voucher was empty. (She had received it from a good friend and it was definitely not redeemed.) After that, the feigned professionalism of a part-time waitress fell far short. Afterwards, I paid €75 for a decent pizza and mediocre pasta, tiramisu, and drinks for two people, and we ended up sitting in a crowded train station with an insane amount of noise. The complaint about the pasta was completely ignored, and our conclusion is, you don't have to have it.

I've never experienced anything like this before... I pay €16 for fast food, wait 35 minutes because their phone isn't working, and in the end I get completely the wrong food... At the same time, I'm actually allergic to what I got. Unbelievable!!! I can understand it when it's busy, but the fact that they haven't developed a system at all is truly embarrassing!!!

The lasagna was acceptable, but only that, and the cafeteria at my company can do even better. You'd probably be better off ordering the pizzas there. The fact that you can't get tap water with your espresso upon request, but have to buy it, is ridiculous. Unfortunately, the waiter also had no idea what he was doing; a bit more training would be appropriate before allowing staff to serve guests. Unfortunately, there are too many negative details, hence the poor rating.

We went to L'Osteria in Essen today and were absolutely thrilled! The pizza was huge, crispy, and simply unbelievably delicious – fresh from the oven and topped with high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, our visit to L'Osteria Parsdorf was anything but family-friendly. We wanted to fill our 2-year-old daughter's water bottle with plain tap water – instead, we had to order San Pellegrino, even though the waitress initially said it wouldn't be a problem. Tap water ultimately wasn't brought at all. The high chair was defective – the backrest was broken, so our child almost fell out. That's not only uncomfortable, but also dangerous. Particularly annoying: The waitress clearly knew we were ordering for a toddler – yet she didn't tell us there was a special children's menu. We only found out about it by chance after we had already ordered. When we asked, all she said was, "We can wrap the food." We ended up paying almost three times as much for the children's meal. More transparency and consideration for families are urgently needed here. This was definitely our last visit.

We visited L'Osteria in Parsdorf on Saturday, June 8, 2025, around 9:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the visit was primarily marked by inattentive and rude service – despite the restaurant being at a low capacity. Service: Although there were hardly any other guests present, we sat unnoticed at our table for over 25 minutes. The waitress walked past us several times, preferring to chat among themselves rather than take our order. When a waitress finally came to us, she only took my partner's order – I was completely ignored. Only after my partner explicitly pointed this out was my order taken – without any apology or explanation. Parts of our order were later missing. After we politely inquired again, we were initially simply told that someone would come – but no one did. Only after further follow-up was the missing order finally taken. When paying, I was once again ignored as a customer: The waitress spoke exclusively to my partner, handing him the card reader even though I wanted to pay. When I paid and didn't leave a tip, she rolled her eyes in annoyance. In my opinion, that was totally unprofessional. As expected, there was no farewell. Atmosphere & Music: The music was far too loud for a restaurant – normal conversation was barely possible without raising one's voice. This significantly spoiled the atmosphere and made the experience even more unpleasant. Food & Value for Money: The food was of the usual L'Osteria quality – large portions, decent taste. The value for money is solid, but nothing that outweighs the poor service. Conclusion: Despite the pleasant setting and the usual L'Osteria cuisine, the visit to Parsdorf was disappointing. The combination of disinterest, ignorance, rude behavior, and excessive noise levels left us feeling neither welcome nor respected as guests. It's clear to us: We will avoid this branch in the future and instead drive a few kilometers away to a restaurant where hospitality still holds a high value.

There were eight of us there – and it will definitely be our last visit. The Aperol Spritz was tasteless, as if it had been diluted with water – nothing like what you'd get at other restaurants. The kids' pasta was absolutely bland and unseasoned. The service also left a lot to be desired: One pizza was completely forgotten and didn't arrive until 20 minutes after the other dishes. For a restaurant in this price range, it was completely disappointing – neither the quality nor the organization was up to scratch.

Actual feedback: from 5 stars to only 2 .Yesterday was very disappointing. Seems like another company who gets track starts to give no interest about quality anymore. Worse pasta, barely could eat and the aperol spritz was mostly water. If you want the 5 stars back, you have to stay at standards. Initial feedback was: One of the best pizzas! Hi, We ordered two salads to go. We arrived a little early, but the friendly man at the pickup counter took care of our order right away. We were able to see how the food was prepared. It's a shame that the salad and its ingredients were all handled with bare hands. In times of open kitchens, HACCP requires that raw foods be handled with gloves. It's a different story with a pizza whose toppings are baked in the oven.

Plenty of free parking is available. However, you have to share it with the nearby fast-food restaurants. During peak hours, you'll need to allow some time to search for a parking space. The staff is very friendly, and the food and drinks are served quickly. Excellent value for money. The decor and ambiance are inviting.

I wanted to pre-order by phone, but unfortunately, the phone kept hanging up. When I finally got there and the nice man tried to take my order, I noticed that he kept pressing the busy button whenever the phone rang. I wanted a Caesar e Pollo pizza, but he said they were sold out because they were out of chicken, in a rude tone! I then ordered a pizza and a ceaser salad with chicken strips, which, strangely enough, worked.

Basically, it's a good store with a good selection – I wouldn't deny that. Unfortunately, customer service has been disappointing for months. Almost no one is reachable by phone. I've experienced several times that the responsible employee actively rejected calls. Even more absurd: I wanted to order a chicken pizza – I was told it was sold out. At the same time, I was offered a chicken Caesar salad. When I asked how that was possible, the employee just shrugged. I don't expect star-rated service, but a minimum level of customer focus. My suggestion to management: train the staff in customer service and basic procedures – otherwise, despite a good product, you'll quickly lose loyal customers.

The location is simply amazing, the staff are very friendly and I can only recommend it.

My husband and I recently ate there and were really lucky with our waiter, Michi. He was super friendly, relaxed, super attentive, and always in a good mood. You can tell he puts his heart into his job. The food, as always, was a huge pizza and delicious pasta. We'll definitely be back! 🙌🍝🍕

This restaurant is very good. Pizzas are delicious, but absolutely massive. The staff is friendly even if you don’t speak German. The atmosphere is nice, you can sit outside or inside. And prices are within where you would expect them to be for such an establishment.

Thanks to the "skilled workers," I had an ordeal yesterday...first they charged me 3 🍕 instead of 2, then I made the same 🍕 wrong twice, and finally I just put it on the baked 🍕 ham because I forgot! I received the money for 3 🍕, but it was a mess of incomprehensibility!

Probably the largest pizza in Europe? Almost only 4 stars because it's certainly too much for everyone to handle and it's a waste. But the taste is top-notch, the staff is top-notch, but perhaps a bit too loud for my taste due to the crowds. Still, I'd go back!
