L'Osteria Parsdorf in Vaterstetten

As always, no parking spaces, the person at the pick-up counter is unfriendly and it makes no sense to be there at the pick-up time, if you get there 15 minutes later you still have to wait 20 minutes. At least this time they didn't completely forget the order again... I hope, just wait.

Out of curiosity, we ordered a large pizza and two children's pizzas over the phone last night. It was very difficult to understand the employee on the phone due to the volume and language. The pizza was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Was there to pick up after 15 minutes, so 5 minutes earlier. The small pizzas were already lying around open in boxes, the large one was then stuffed from the plate into the box. When I went out I noticed the temperature - the pizzas were ice cold, so they had been sitting around for a while. Actually, the employee himself should have noticed this, as he obviously brazenly sold me the cold pizzas. In terms of hygiene, everything was more than unsavory - everything was somehow sticky, employees with dirty work clothes, jewelry (rings and bracelets) on their hands - NO GO. The pickup area itself was relatively clean. At home then the disappointment - the dough is not digestible and is still insufficient for me today, a ripened pizza dough looks different. The whole floor was oily and tasted like sunflower oil. The quantity and taste of the toppings were okay... The children were very disappointed. A single attempt is enough for us. Then, as always, prefer to go to the little Italian who knows his craft. The chain is and remains a system restaurant - the oily dough is filling, but you won't find real "Dolce Vita" here.

The service staff is very friendly and quick. We were there on a Tuesday and L'Osteria was very busy. Parking spaces are available free of charge. The pizzas are huge, well topped and taste really good. What we really thought was great was the option to choose half of the pizzas with a different topping. Gives a clear recommendation!

As with all L'Osterias, the food is very good and the service is okay. What was absolutely annoying here in Parsdorf was the excessively loud, bad music. 90s/2000s partying at club volume doesn't have to be in a restaurant during the week. We could hardly talk and quickly left after the main course. In other Osterias we like to sit all evening with one or two bottles of wine.

Everything's great - but you can tell from the extremely well-designed organizational process that it's designed for efficiency - as soon as you step out of line because someone at the table wasn't ready to order or you want to order something more, no one comes. You have to like the "industrial atmosphere" but as always it's a matter of taste, we all thought the food was really good.

Food and the waiter shaker was great

Tastes are different, but personally I don't think the pizza is good and the ambience is terrible, like a restaurant at a train station. No tablecloths, no table decorations, everything was very bland. Children are constantly racing past the tables screaming and no one says anything. I want peace and quiet when I eat...period! Feeling good is different!

There is nothing Italian about this place. We had two pizzas, both not anywhere near worth if the wasted stomach space and belly pain afterwards. We were not able to finish either of them, neither we considered packing them to go. Good ingredients used to produce horrible results. I would never recommend this place.

The food is good and really plentiful, the waiter is super nice. When we wanted to pay with our voucher from December 2023, we were disillusioned. Never again at this restaurant chain. The voucher could no longer be used must be read because L’Osteria changed providers at the end of December 2023. Since we didn't redeem our children's Christmas present within a week, we spent half an hour at home trying to get the voucher amount back. In the restaurant we had to pay ourselves and no one could help us. What a shame, the voucher was paid for. Is this large company unable to manage a change in a way that does not inconvenience the customer? Are you hoping that many people won't do it because it's so time-consuming. You can only claim back a maximum of 50.00 euros at once; for a higher amount you have to submit several applications. That's probably not a service, luckily there is a good pizzeria in every town. Impossible (we don't know yet whether the money will actually come)!!!!!

We were in Parsdorf. Very tasty pizza. Excellent service. Super attentive and customer focused. Exemplary. At our table it was because Unfortunately the music speaker is very loud.

We went for dinner on Saturday evening around 6:30 p.m. and the place was packed to capacity. The food (pizza, salad and dessert) was very tasty and the service was quick and friendly. Only the espresso could have been brought to the table together with the dessert and not 5 minutes before and the volume in the entire inn was incredibly loud! We sat at the top of the gallery, which made the noise level “a little” more bearable, but the noise is somehow reminiscent of a train station hall. I absolutely CANNOT confirm what some have written here about bad service and bad food.

I specifically noted that it was my son's (19) birthday. Six of us came and we weren't even given a smile. After we weren't even offered a second drink, let alone dessert, we were disappointed and paid for 3 portions of overcooked pasta. Simply unfriendly and inattentive even though the store wasn't even full. ...It's a shame, because we always enjoyed visiting the branch in Parsdorf. I'd rather not anymore.

Was there for a birthday dinner, super friendly cashiers even got a piece of teramisu to take away on the house when it was a little quieter while it was perfect but also finally full house can only recommend it <3

Unfortunately, the atmosphere at the chain is never that great. Everything is overcrowded, industrial rooms that are too big, loud music, tables that are too small. What you'll have to pay for this delicious pizza. However, it's never that crowded here, you can get a seat even without a reservation and it's not too loud. Best restaurant in this chain so far!

Been there several times...the staff was always very friendly...what more could you want

Disastrous service. Not only did the person who took orders speak extremely broken German, but he also knew neither the dishes nor the prices on the menu. After several back and forths, this person assured us that he understood what we wanted. After 40 minutes of waiting for 3 salads we got 5 pizzas because this person apparently didn't understand what we ordered. After someone, visibly disappointed, tried to talk to this person about the fact that what we ordered wasn't what we ordered, but according to his list it was the right one, we were brushed off eager to discuss. Anyone who wants to be valued and appreciates halfway acceptable service should avoid this establishment.

When there are more guests in the evening it gets very loud and it is difficult to have a conversation. Pizza and pasta are very tasty. The various salads (I tried goat cheese and beef on various visits) are much better. I will never order again. In addition to the fact that the salad itself is a rather poor performance, my beef was probably fried in the same pan as the shrimp. To be fair, it must be said that the very competent and friendly service did not charge for the salad.

Great atmosphere, so we didn't notice any of the noise downstairs. There was a playground for the kids. Food is delicious, sometimes something unusual, pizzas are mega large (45cm) you can make pizzas half and half and have them served on two plates. Lassange was extremely small. The staff was nice and asked several times if everything was okay.

Food was great as always, we really enjoy going there. The waitresses are generally very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately there was no sign of this yesterday. After the food was brought to us, there was no sign of our waitress. We would have liked to order drinks and espresso, but the plates were cleared away and we didn't ask if we wanted anything else. Maybe we would have wanted dessert too. Took forever to pay too. Accordingly, the tip was reduced.

Very nice service, no long waiting times, pizza and mascapone cream taste very good! The passion fruit spritz was also very good! All very child friendly. Our little ones had fun watching the friendly pizza makers.

In general, I'm actually not averse to eating in the Osterias. We had ordered several pizzas at a certain time from the Osteria Parsdorf, and this worked...but the pizzas were lukewarm in the box :( This means that they were already completed and packed some time before the agreed collection date. I think everyone knows that a pizza in a box does not improve the taste!! The dough was also quite soft and, in my opinion, not baked well. You couldn't really see the topping (two layers) either - one half was with vegetables... I could only see a few pepperoni and mushrooms... on the other half there were a few carelessly thrown slices of salami (Brand: cheap). All in all, the pizza was sloppy and carelessly topped - it was also soggy and oily... definitely not good. By the way, there is no comparison to the Osteria am Gangsteig in Munich! Apparently it depends a lot on which staff works in the kitchen...

It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon until me and Jan decided to go to this SHIT HOLE. Chapter 1: What a cheek, Jan got his pizza after 5 minutes and I've been waiting for my tortelloni for 30 minutes. Chapter 2 Jan managed to eat all of his pizza. Where are my tortelloni? I do not know it either! AUDIENCE! Chapter 3: Arrived after 45 minutes and not even an apology. The 12 people in the kitchen are simply INcompetent!!!! I AM DEEPLY OUTRAGED. VG Daniel

We arrived at the restaurant and waited obediently at the entrance. When the shift leader greeted us, we said we just wanted something to drink. She refused us a table and wanted to sit us at the bar. She was very unfriendly and dismissive. We are aware that the L'Osteria chain is doing well and that the restaurants are well attended. Is that a reason why you can choose your customers? Does that mean you have to act unkindly? I think if this happens again, we will take this chain off our list and others will do the same. All waitresses and waiters are excluded from this rating. The waitresses and waiters were always helpful and nice.

Food was delicious! However the location we went to did not seem to like Americans or people who speak little to no German.

Unfortunately, my last visit to the restaurant did not live up to my expectations. The gnocchi wasn't cooked well and the meat wasn't cooked through. Overall, the food was unfortunately not convincing and the taste that I knew from previous visits was no longer there this time. It's a shame because I've always enjoyed eating here.

I already knew another branch of this chain and was not disappointed. The pizza is large and tasty, but not snapper. Price performance is still completely okay. The food is definitely recommended. The service is on point and is also available for a pleasant exchange of words. I felt in good hands. The furnishings are (consciously) reminiscent of older industrial buildings, the new building certainly has charm to offer. Only the volume was slightly disturbing, as there are no sound-absorbing elements. Therefore a star deduction for the ambience. Nevertheless, a visit is definitely recommended.

Very good and tasty food. The pizza halves, which can be topped with different toppings, are great. If you can't eat it, you can have it packaged to take away. We asked in advance by phone whether we could take our very large dog with us, that was no problem and he was warmly welcomed. The waitress was very nice and even brought our dog a bowl of water. Thank you for this pleasant experience, unfortunately it's usually not that easy with a large dog, but we felt very welcome here.

Really good restaurant chain, with insight into the kitchen area. Whether pizza, pasta or unusual salads, there is something here for everyone who likes Italian food. It's not an ambience like an Italian restaurant, but rather a more modern one designed for a young audience.

Lasagne was mediocre at best, clearly reheated or maybe even cooked from frozen, not sure. While paying, the waitress asked how was the food, I said bad, she either wasn't listening or heard me but ingnored what I said. 42€ for mediocre lasagne, mediocre pasta and 2 drinks. I've been to L'osterias in other city's and they were much better. Save your money and go to the McDonald's or KFC next door, at least you'll know what to expect for your money.

Unfortunately the music was way too loud and we had to wait despite a reservation. We got food (pasta and pizza) one after the other and I was almost finished with the pizza when the pasta came. The waitress didn't look up so we had to go up to him and tap him to pay. Food was as you would expect from L'Osteria, but the prices for the drinks are bottomless and €13.50 for a standard pizza is not small either.

Losteria always works! The industrial style is just cool. For the first time, I ordered four different halves of pizza with my mom and then had them cut so that everyone had 4 types on their plate. Our child (3 years old) didn't want pizza, he wanted fries. So we got the bag of chips and brought it with us. When we wanted to order, we were told to put the fries away or leave. I would have liked to be able to make an exception for a small child. There wasn't much going on either. Of course we left and won't come again in the future. It could have been said more politely.
