Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The food was excellent and of high quality. There's also a great children's menu with fantastic options (not just standard pasta with tomato sauce). The staff is very attentive, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended overall.

Let me put it this way, I've eaten far better pizzas. They still need to work on the Frutti di Mari. It was awful.

I'm a frequent customer at L'Osteria and have always been satisfied. However, I've never experienced anything like this before. Today, I was there for lunch with a friend. Since we weren't very hungry, we only ordered coffee and cake. When paying, we selected "no tip." The employee responded with a "wow" and asked again if everything was alright. We confirmed that everything was fine. She then remarked that while tipping wasn't mandatory, it was standard practice in Europe. Frankly, we found this comment inappropriate. Tipping is voluntary, and guests shouldn't have to justify themselves if they don't leave one. Later, we ordered a pizza to go and thanked her. Unfortunately, there was hardly any eye contact or friendliness after that. Overall, the service seemed unprofessional in this situation. It's a shame, because I've always had positive experiences at L'Osteria.

We had a reservation for Monday evening, and upon arrival, the staff member rolled his eyes, apparently unsure where to seat the five of us. The restaurant was packed, and we ended up crammed into a table for four. Unfortunately, the food took forever. The pizzas and pasta were delicious, but I would have preferred a more pleasant birthday experience. We won't be returning.

We ate at L’Osteria in Parsdorf yesterday. The food itself tasted good, especially the pizza and pasta, which were perfectly fine. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 50 minutes for our food. The table next to us waited just as long, and the one across from us even longer. In our opinion, that's far too long, especially when you're there with two small children and also fasting. In such a situation, it would have been helpful to at least serve the salad beforehand to make the wait a little more pleasant. We also noticed that the pizzas have become smaller than on our last visits, while the prices have increased. To be honest, that surprised us. The food tasted good, but the long wait and the poor value for money unfortunately detracted significantly from the overall impression. We hope that things will be better organized in the future.

The service was rather unfriendly and taciturn. While the gluten-free dishes (risotto) are indeed gluten-free in terms of ingredients and tasty, they aren't prepared in a way that prevents cross-contamination. I would advise anyone with celiac disease against visiting. My companions, however, were satisfied with the pizza and salad and found them delicious. The ambiance is pleasant, but the acoustics are very loud.

We ordered pizza from Losteria in Parsdorf. We were told to expect a 40-minute wait – we've now been waiting for over an hour and still haven't received our food. No clear information, no apology. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This is how you lose customers.

I came here with my son, quite spontaneously. Although it was very busy and the restaurant was quite full, we got a table right away. The food was delicious and the portion was quite generous. What bothered me a little was that our server overlooked the fact that my son had run out of drinks. But that's probably a minor complaint, considering how busy they were.

If the pizzas weren't so fantastic, you wouldn't even bother with the disastrous and nonexistent online ordering process. Calling isn't possible either! You really have to order in person and then wait at least 40 minutes for your food in the completely overcrowded parking lot. What a shame. They obviously don't need the business...

A wonderful visit, however, it would be helpful if people in the queue were asked more frequently at the entrance whether they have reservations. Perhaps an additional person at the entrance would also relieve the already very hard-working staff!

Eating in the restaurant itself is great! But woe betide anyone who tries to order takeaway. The online ordering system is a complete disaster and never works! You constantly get disconnected when you call. So your only option is to order in person and then wait half an hour for your pizza!

Overall, L’Osteria is a good restaurant with delicious food and a nice selection. The pasta dishes are especially outstanding, particularly the Gorgonzola versions – they're incredibly tasty! The beetroot salad is also delicious, and the salads in general always impress me. The dressings are top-notch and perfectly complement everything. The restaurant's interior is also beautifully designed – modern, cozy, and with a great atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I'd also like to especially commend the very nice and friendly staff, who are always attentive and courteous. However, I'm not entirely convinced by the pizza. To my taste, the dough is very thin and more like flatbread. Of course, that's a matter of personal preference, but I prefer a classic, slightly thicker pizza, like you'd find at a traditional Italian restaurant. I'd gladly come back for the pasta, salads, and other dishes. For pizza, I would personally recommend other restaurants that focus more on classic Italian style. All in all, though, it's definitely worth a visit! 😊

The pizza at the Osteria is very good. However, on my last visit, I noticed a change in the quality of the dough, which I found somewhat disappointing. The restaurant is very large and unfortunately feels quite chaotic – more like a huge cafeteria than a restaurant. Constantly sitting right next to whiny or noisy children is quite tiring in the long run. Given the size of the restaurant, it would be beneficial to better organize the seating areas and offer zones for guests who prefer a quieter atmosphere. The service also needs improvement. The pizzas arrived promptly, but the drinks came much later. Such inconsistencies are a definite no-go for me.

A really beautiful location, we were truly surprised and the pasta tasted really good!

Unfortunately, Losteria is no longer what it used to be. It's all about quantity now! We were seated at a dirty table and chairs, and after 15 minutes there was no service, no greeting, nothing. So we simply left and ate somewhere else.

Unfortunately, we had a very long wait for our food and to pay, which was very stressful with two small children. The service itself was very good, the staff very friendly, and the food truly excellent.

A few days ago, the three of us had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at L'Osteria in Parsdorf. The ambiance is beautifully designed and creates a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a convivial evening. The food was excellent, and you can tell that the chefs cook with passion. The menu is varied and offers something for everyone. The service was also top-notch. Our waiter, Bene, was incredibly friendly and attentive (even when I accidentally mixed up the salt and cheese...). Bene made sure we felt completely at ease. His positive energy added to the enjoyment of the evening. The only downside was that it was quite noisy in the restaurant, which sometimes made conversation a little difficult. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The food was excellent as always. However, I discovered a coin in the leftover pizza that I had them pack up.

I love the food at Losteria, but the service is terrible. I had trouble ordering because Parsdorf disappeared from the menu during my order. When I tried calling, they simply hung up on me. I find that unacceptable. Generally, ordering via the app or website is very difficult because it's never available. Even when the restaurant is busy, they should at least indicate this in the app instead of just removing it. Or they could hire more staff.

We waited 10 minutes at the entrance. The waiter (obviously with nothing better to do than wander around aimlessly) saw us, fiddled with his tablet in front of us, but didn't deem it necessary to give us one of the free tables. We visited L’Osteria Parsdorf and can absolutely recommend it – a really great pizza and pasta place. A reservation is definitely recommended, as the restaurant is very popular. We didn't have a reservation, were a party of four, and were still lucky enough to get a table on a Friday evening. We tried several dishes (pizza, salad, and lasagna), and everything was consistently delicious. Good quality, well-prepared, and a nice selection – exactly what you'd expect from a pizza and pasta restaurant. The service was also excellent: attentive, friendly, and quick; everything ran smoothly and was relaxed. I bought a salsiccia pizza to go, and it only had seven small slices of sausage on it. We always enjoyed going to L’Osteria, but that's just cheeky!

The team simply closed the kitchen at 10 pm, contrary to the official opening hours. We went out of our way to get there.
