L'Osteria Parsdorf in Vaterstetten

Great food but unfortunately poor service. Unfortunately there were only two lonely crabs in the pasta dishes with seafood, but the taste was delicious.

This wasn’t my first time eating at L’Osteria. I was really happy with my last visit, but unfortunately the restaurant has gone down a bit this time. When I entered I was able to choose a table straight away, but it was dirty. It took quite a long time for the table to be cleaned even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. The pizza was OK, but not as impressive as last time. However, I have to say that the atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice. Due to the weaker experience this time, I'm giving it 3 stars.

Ordered two pasta dishes to pick up. At home we noticed that one of the dishes had no pasta or sauce, just the side dishes. €16 for that, and I wasn't even offered a voucher or reimbursement when I called them. They said I should drive past again (another 30 minute drive...) That's not possible!

I've been to many raffles, but none were as great as this one. Everything tasted better and more intense than anywhere else. The highlight of the evening was our waitress Michi. A young, kind and very committed waiter. We thank you very much and are already looking forward to the next time.

Typical l'Osteria with very nice staff. The food is delicious and you don't have to wait long. Disappointments are virtually impossible here. Always a great, uncomplicated experience. But the music is always a bit too loud for me in the evenings. When it's full, the noise level is already high. The music should be quieter so that you can still have a normal conversation. We still like to come back again and again.

A spacious and charming Italian restaurant! It was my first visit but I was really amazed by the quality of the food (I ordered a creative pizza with Cesare salad flavor and ingredients. Tiramisu was also so good). Apart from that, the service was very friendly and patient. I asked for the names of two nice people who served us the food to thank them here: Michi and Viki. Top restaurant! I don't normally write reviews, but this restaurant met all my expectations and, in my opinion, is the best losteria branch in Munich and the surrounding area. A big compliment goes out to the waitress Enya. The food (we ordered 2 pizzas and pasta for the children) was fresh, warm and delicious! We also thought the atmosphere in the store was great. Young, motivated employees and a nice, well-kept atmosphere. I would be happy to recommend the branch and will be back with my family soon!

Evening was a disaster! Children's birthday completely ruined! We had reserved and also stated that it was a children's birthday, came with our own cake 🎂 which the little ones were really looking forward to, but was forbidden to take it in right at the entrance, let alone eat it, not even with plate money! Reason (laugher of the year): You're not allowed to bring your own cake because if you eat it and poison yourself, Losteria is to blame, that's what the health department told them! 😂😂😂 I strongly advise replacing the person who claims to be the “boss”! Incompetence personified!

As always, excellent pizza and bruschetta. The bars are all set up the same, so everyone will know roughly that the toilet is upstairs. Otherwise everything is excellent as always.

The pizza is certainly quite good. My companion ordered pepperoni on his pizza, but got spicy salami with it. Since he is Muslim, he couldn't eat the pizza because the salami contains pork. and we let them go back. We were then served the same pizza with pepperoni, the salami slices had been removed and replaced with pepperoni. After eating half the pizza, he came across a slice of salami that had not been noticed when he removed it. I find such behavior disrespectful. When asked about it, the waitress barely responded. It's a shame, because that's a reason for me not to visit the restaurant again!

I have been visiting Losteria regularly for the past few weeks, and every time I come in, I’m greeted by Sharif, who truly makes the experience special. His warm and welcoming attitude is one of the main reasons I keep coming back every two days. Sharif goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable, always offering suggestions on new dishes to try, and his recommendations never disappoint. His hospitality is second to none, and I genuinely appreciate how attentive and kind he is every time I visit. It's rare to find such a dedicated and thoughtful server, and Sharif definitely makes my visits to Losteria something I always look forward to.

Unfassbar, wie man versucht, kein Geschäft zu machen, obwohl der Laden halb leer ist. Per Telefon läuft eine Ansage oder man wird (trotz leerem Restaurant weggedrückt. Im Internet sind alle anderen Osterias drin, Parsdorf aber nicht gelistet. Also muss man zum Bestellen vorbeifahren. Restaurant halb leer. Das Personal steht rum (hat aber wohl keine Zeit ans Teöefon zu gehen). Dafür dauert es dann aber 30min (!), die man, weil man ja nicht vorbestellen kann, blöd rumsteht. Unfassbar. Klingt mehr nach Pseudo-Business zur italienischen Geldwäsche

Everything was fine until payment. Somehow - after 6 out of 7 people had paid - the waitress disappeared something from the bill. She then called the shift manager. He just fussed around for a moment and then told the waitress that she had to pay the rest herself and left again. He came back later and although we patiently tried to explain everything several times, he didn't listen to us and was extremely unfriendly! At some point I said "We've all paid for everything, we're leaving now!" To which the shift manager said: "And hopefully you'll never come back!" And such a rude person employs you and lets loose on customers?? Absolute no-go!!! Aren't people being trained? When a person in our group tried to calmly explain to him that he had behaved incorrectly and that he couldn't deal with customers like that, he said "There's the door!!" We are horrified! We feel sorry for your employees and customers! You have lost the 7 of us as customers!

Overall we are unfortunately disappointed! The food was very tasty, unfortunately the waitress didn't bring us any parmesan with the pasta, one of the waitresses was generally very unfriendly and we had to wait a long time to order, the two dishes came 15 minutes later and we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to be cleared away

Leider sind wir heute nicht so glücklich und zufrieden heim. Obwohl wir sowohl bei der Reservierung, wie auch bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt haben, dass unser Sohn heute Geburtstag hat (10 Jahre) - und wir sein Geburtstagsessen unbedingt wieder in einer L`Osteria genießen wollten, fand dieser Ehrentag (für ein Kind vermutlich in der persönlichen Wahrnehmung noch besonderer als für einen Erwachsen) nicht wirklich Beachtung. Außer einem kurz zugerufenen "Glückwunsch" bei der Aufnahme der Bestellung, fand der Geburtstag keine weitere Beachtung. Tatsächlich haben wir letztes Jahr in der L`Osteria Bogenhausen deutlich bessere Erfahrungen gemacht - der Kellner hat ihn herzlich beglückwünscht (mit Handschlag), sogar auf italienisch für ihn gesungen, kam zwischendrin immer wieder zu ihm und fragte nach, ob er einen schönen Geburtstag habe und als Abschluss gab es sogar noch einen Desserteller aufs Haus. Ehrlich gesagt, gehört dies für mich an für den Kunden "besonderen" Tagen zum Service - nun ja, wir werden im kommenden Jahr einfach anders planen.

We (2 people) were in Parsdorf today. I have to say that we didn't have a reservation and wanted to first find out whether it was possible to get a table without a reservation. The lady at the door said it wouldn't be a problem, it would only take about 5-15 minutes, the boss would then bring us to the table. Several minutes passed and we were at the bar, drinking until the time passed. The “boss” brought in several customers before us who didn’t have a reservation until we decided to talk to him about it. We were then told in a very unpleasant tone that we should either use the bar or walk out as it was his restaurant and he wouldn't give us a table. It's a shame... otherwise we love eating at this Latte.

The usher is just an absolutely arrogant thing. So you don't feel welcome as a guest and you want to flee immediately!

As always, no parking spaces, the person at the pick-up counter is unfriendly and it makes no sense to be there at the pick-up time, if you get there 15 minutes later you still have to wait 20 minutes. At least this time they didn't completely forget the order again... I hope, just wait.

Out of curiosity, we ordered a large pizza and two children's pizzas over the phone last night. It was very difficult to understand the employee on the phone due to the volume and language. The pizza was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Was there to pick up after 15 minutes, so 5 minutes earlier. The small pizzas were already lying around open in boxes, the large one was then stuffed from the plate into the box. When I went out I noticed the temperature - the pizzas were ice cold, so they had been sitting around for a while. Actually, the employee himself should have noticed this, as he obviously brazenly sold me the cold pizzas. In terms of hygiene, everything was more than unsavory - everything was somehow sticky, employees with dirty work clothes, jewelry (rings and bracelets) on their hands - NO GO. The pickup area itself was relatively clean. At home then the disappointment - the dough is not digestible and is still insufficient for me today, a ripened pizza dough looks different. The whole floor was oily and tasted like sunflower oil. The quantity and taste of the toppings were okay... The children were very disappointed. A single attempt is enough for us. Then, as always, prefer to go to the little Italian who knows his craft. The chain is and remains a system restaurant - the oily dough is filling, but you won't find real "Dolce Vita" here.

The service staff is very friendly and quick. We were there on a Tuesday and L'Osteria was very busy. Parking spaces are available free of charge. The pizzas are huge, well topped and taste really good. What we really thought was great was the option to choose half of the pizzas with a different topping. Gives a clear recommendation!

As with all L'Osterias, the food is very good and the service is okay. What was absolutely annoying here in Parsdorf was the excessively loud, bad music. 90s/2000s partying at club volume doesn't have to be in a restaurant during the week. We could hardly talk and quickly left after the main course. In other Osterias we like to sit all evening with one or two bottles of wine.

Everything's great - but you can tell from the extremely well-designed organizational process that it's designed for efficiency - as soon as you step out of line because someone at the table wasn't ready to order or you want to order something more, no one comes. You have to like the "industrial atmosphere" but as always it's a matter of taste, we all thought the food was really good.
