Probably the largest pizza in Europe? Almost only 4 stars because it's certainly too much for everyone to handle and it's a waste. But the taste is top-notch, the staff is top-notch, but perhaps a bit too loud for my taste due to the crowds. Still, I'd go back!

The downside to large franchise chains here is probably their reputation. Under the name L'Osteria, one imagines not only large pizzas but also good to very good pasta dishes, along with excellent service and a nice, simple ambiance. But for this reputation, Parsdorf was truly disappointing. Service: Despite the relatively low occupancy (9 occupied tables), service was very sparse throughout the entire visit. We weren't shown to our tables at the entrance as usual, but were directed in one direction by a nod. We had to get our own cards from another table. After about 15 minutes, our orders for drinks and food were taken very languidly. The food arrived after about 10 minutes, and the drinks took a while longer (about another 5 minutes – i.e., 15 minutes after ordering). Our plates weren't cleared until we paid. Nor was there any inquiry to see if everything was okay or if we had any other requests. In summary, the service could be improved. Food: Here, too, the usual quality was sought. Spaghetti was unevenly cooked, a mixture of al dente and overcooked. The egg in the carbonara was curdled, almost like scrambled eggs. So, more like spaghetti with cream, bacon, and scrambled eggs. The flavor was rather bland, but the temperature was good. The tortellini were apparently rare, so they only got 13 pieces. Ambience: Really nice and simple for a location by the highway, with an Italian feel, just as you'd imagine an L'Osteria to be.

Pizzas are good, have nothing against. But when you call there is a talking machine that takes 40 seconds by each call!!!

The ambience is extremely tasteful – cozy, inviting, and designed with great attention to detail. The food was excellent – ​​freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. You immediately feel at home in this relaxed atmosphere. We'd love to come back!

The portion of pasta was too small. The atmosphere was rather uncomfortable and unfortunately very noisy.

Very friendly staff. The pizza is a good size, but the ingredients are not distributed well. Everything is placed in the middle. The crust is dry and empty. They skimped on the ingredients, for example, there wasn't much tuna and onion on the tonno. You have to order extra. And it's gotten expensive. I understand the food, but why the drinks are so expensive is beyond me. The espresso and coffee taste very good, and the prices are reasonable.

Disappointing service and unprofessional handling of complaints I ordered and picked up four pizzas – when I got home, I discovered that one of the pizzas was incorrect. I immediately called and complained about the incorrect pizza. On the phone, I was assured that I would receive a free pizza as compensation on my next visit. I was even asked to bring the incorrect pizza back, even though the journey to my place wasn't exactly short. A week later, I went back to pick up a new order – but no one knew anything about the promised compensation. The person who had promised me this over the phone was supposedly out. No solution, no concession – instead, I was simply fobbed off. That's not how you treat customers. Mistakes can happen, but when you make promises, you should stick to them. That was the last time for me.

A restaurant with Italian design from the chain catering sector. A nice concept, a pleasant ambiance at simple tables with a varied menu. But that's where it ends, unfortunately. The oversized pizzas (thin crust) look tempting... but for my taste, they're not particularly tasty. They simply can't be compared to an authentic Italian pizzeria. But everyone can decide for themselves. A great idea is the option to order the pizza in two flavors (half/half). The salad with mango and strips of beef fillet unfortunately didn't fully meet my expectations (price/performance), although the meat was very tasty. Dessert, an ice cream from a paper cup, was also not very stylish in my opinion. The service took a bit longer and, in my opinion, was distracted by internal discussions. Overall, "well-intentioned is not well-executed." So if you want to eat something quickly, you can do it. If you want a special and pleasant evening in a nice atmosphere, this is not the place for you. But here, too, it's all a matter of personal preference. The proximity to the highway is good, and parking is available.

Add a little water – and the perfect evening is served! I recently had the pleasure of visiting L'Osteria – and honestly, it was one of the most pleasant surprises in a long time. The atmosphere in the restaurant is simply magnificent: cozy, stylish, and with just the right touch of warmth to make the evening special. The food is a true delight. Each dish is prepared with love and care – the taste exceeds all expectations. But what really impressed me was the bar: the cocktails are absolutely top-notch! Every combination is a little masterpiece for the palate. Probably the best cocktails I've ever tasted. Add to that the friendly, open atmosphere – you can chat, laugh, and feel like you're among friends. I would especially like to highlight the new manager – simply fantastic! Dedicated, attentive, and with a true sense of hospitality. You immediately notice that a well-coordinated team works together under great management. Thank you for this wonderful evening and the amazing impressions! I will definitely be back – and certainly more than once. The bar is simply the best

I've been there a couple of times and I'm very satisfied, but one thing I've always had is that I've always had a table under the speakers and it's pretty loud there.

Really big restaurant with many nice table options! It's very accessible from the road and there are many parking options

This was my first and definitely last visit to this restaurant. The atmosphere? Yes, quite nice – cozy, pleasant. But that's about it for the positive impressions. The food: The taste might be okay. But what you see there will take away your appetite. In the kitchen and in the service area, it's pure chaos: No one wears gloves, the waiters handle the food with their bare hands – simply grabbing the pizza from the bottom or right by the edge. That's just disgusting and absolutely unhygienic. And in a restaurant? Unbelievable. And now for the absolute low point: the service. We had the "pleasure" of meeting a waiter – probably his name was Julij. I'm not exaggerating when I say: the worst waiter I've ever experienced. Cold, dismissive, zero engagement. Requests are ignored, communication is virtually nonexistent. He stands there as if we've ruined his day just because we wanted to order something. No friendliness, no smile, no enthusiasm for the job – just going through the motions, and even that at the lowest level. My opinion is clear: Either fire this guy, or finally pay him a decent salary so he at least pretends to be interested in his job. In his current state, he's pure anti-advertising for your restaurant. You want to be a place for relaxed dining? Currently, it feels more like a government-issued bureaucratic procedure with forced meals. No hospitality, no service, nothing. Absolutely not recommended. There are plenty of other restaurants where you're treated with respect – and where the sight of the staff doesn't put you off your meal.

Very modern yet cozy atmosphere. Very friendly staff, excellent food. If you're not that hungry, you can share a (giant) pizza between two people 😉

We wanted to go out for something to eat – the place looked quite decent and quite cozy. We ordered a Caesar salad and a pizza. The pizza was rubbery, but edible. The salad, however, was neither fresh nor clean – it simply hadn't been washed! A terrible impression!

Simply fantastic! The food at L'Osteria was incredibly delicious – the pizza was about 45cm and super crispy, and the pasta was beautifully fresh. But what really made it special was our waitress, Bella. She was so friendly, warm, and in a good mood – we immediately felt at home. We'll definitely be back!

The food itself tasted good, but the presentation left something to be desired. My friend had a ham pizza. The pizza came with three quartered pieces of ham. I had pasta with tomato sauce and basil. I could only find one basil leaf on the pasta. The music was also much too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. When we wanted to pay, we had to go to the counter twice to let them know we wanted to pay. Our waitress was on her cell phone, so we had to wait half an hour for her to come through.

The price/performance ratio is okay. The pizza is so large that one is enough for two people.

We ate here with our son on Wednesday evening. It was busy. Bakhtiar was a great waitress, and the pizzas were delicious. Both young and old had a great time and went home happy.

Huge pizzas and delicious appetizers. Very crowded, but not loud.

We ordered pizza and pasta for pickup. I was there on time for the pickup appointment, but still had to wait 15-20 minutes. After asking several times, the gentleman at the service started checking on my order. It turns out that the pasta is on the counter behind him and the pizzas are in the "warming cabinet" under the counter. Both now lukewarm and no longer “hot”. Questions were only answered snippily. No goodwill, etc. Absolutely out of the question for the price quoted. Eating on site is okay, picking up (repeatedly) is an absolute drama.

Ordered a simple Margherita pizza and pasta pesto. Waited 40 minutes at the take-away just to receive both the pasta and pizza cold.. went back and got a new fresh hot pizza just under a minute. Strange but okay and no I won't change the one star.

We ordered 3 pizzas and a tiramisu for pickup on April 26, 2025. A pizza with additional toppings. This pizza had part of the additional order, but the rest was missing. We had another problem. We complained about both via email and immediately received very positive feedback and a refund. Mistakes can happen, so I gave it a 5 because it all worked out in the end. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Even though there were several tables available, I was not allowed to just sit down for a drink or coffee. I was informed that the tables are reserved exclusively for guests ordering food. I think such a policy is not very hospitable to visitors who just want to enjoy a drink in a pleasant atmosphere. I have visited many other osterias before, but I have never experienced such rude and exclusionary treatment. In all the other places it wasn't a problem just to have a drink - but here I didn't feel welcome. At a time when politeness and hospitality should be a given, behavior like this leaves a very bad impression. I understand that the establishment wants to prioritize guests with full meals, but I believe it is possible to find a balance and value all guests - especially when there is enough space.

Food is okay. Prices are already decent. Due to its size it is very loud. If you expect Italian flair, you should go to the Italian restaurant in town.

The ambience and cuisine are good and modern. The problem is the service. On a moderately busy weekday you are left standing at reception for 5 minutes. Then you can look for the table yourself. People don't look left and right, nor do they give the impression that they want to entertain people here in any way. After another 20 minutes you neither got rid of your order nor were you greeted at the table. So if you have a lot of time you can try your luck.

Essen und Bedienung freundlich. Man musste zwar lange warten, bis wer an den Tisch kam aber das Restaurant war auch voll - ist in Ordnung. Aber Achtung: wenn man eine Pizza teilt (halb so, halb so) wird automatisch die teurere Pizza als ganze Pizza berechnet, heißt wenn man zum Beispiel als Hälfte nur Margarita wählt, zahlt man trotzdem z.B. eine Marinara. Das geht gar nicht.

Bei der Durchreise (E-Auto laden) die L'Osteria in Parsdorf besucht. Generell kenn ich die Kette und finde es dort auch durchaus ok. Parsdorf, leider wie alle Filialen, so gebaut, dass es akustisch höllisch laut ist, wenn das Lokal gut besucht ist. Nachdem ich einen Tisch bekommen habe, ist der Kellner 10min lang direkt bei mir zigfach vorbeigelaufen ohne mich zu bedienen. Als ich ihn dann nochmals direkt (freundlich!) angesprochen habe, hat er die Bestellung aufgenommen. Ziemlich harsch, eher ziemlich genervt und unfreundlich. Sein Deo hat an dem Tag schon lange versagt, der scharfe Schweissgeruch stieg mir jedes Mal, wenn er vorbei lief, in die Nase. Pizza war mir alleine zu groß, also 1x Insalata Mist und Spaghetti a la Ragout bestellt. Das Besteck samt Serviette brachte besagter Kellner in einer Hand, Serviette zusammengeknüllt, und schmiss es im vorbei laufen von der Weite auf den Tisch. Eigentlich gegenüber von mir auf den leeren Platz. Das gleiche Bild beim Essen, im Vorbeilaufen stellte er es irgendwo seitlich am Tisch ab, er servierte es nicht mir als Gast. Das Ganze auch wortlos mit finsterer Miene. Kein "Guten Appetit" oder ähnlich. Die Spaghetti waren nicht "al Dente" bissfest, sondern noch richtig hart, innen der Kern noch fast roh, ausserdem kalt, maximal lauwarm. Der Insalata Mista mit irgendeinem cremigen Dressing abgemacht, ich wurde vorab nicht nach einem Dressingwunsch gefragt. Insalata Mista ist in italienischen Restaurants entweder mit Essig/Öl oder der Gast mischt es selbst am Tisch ab. Der bestellte Espresso dauerte dann 15min, keine Frage, ob ich Zucker brauche, keiner dabei (ich trinke ihn ohnehin ohne, aber das weiß der Kellner ja nicht). Kein Wasser dazu, nix. Beim Bezahlen hat man dafür dann am Kartenlesegerät die Auswahl, dieses "hervorragende" Service mit 8, 10 oder 15% Trinkgeld zu belohnen. P. S. : ich hab selbst einige Jahre Gastroerfahrung, ich weiß, wie hart und sch...e oft der Tag einer Bedienung sein kann, dass darf der Gast aber nicht spüren, sonst sollte man den Job wechseln! Sollte ich in Parsdorf mal wieder einen Ladestopp einlegen müssen, gehe ich ja noch lieber zu McD oder KFC oder bleib im Auto sitzen. Danke für nix 🤨

Mitten im Gewerbegebiet neben KFC und McD. Empfang empfand ich nicht besonders höflich und wir erhielten zu Dritt einen Minitisch. Das Lokal ist hallenähnlich und die Lärmkulisse war enorm. Pizzas sind gut aber auch hochpreisig. Beim bezahlen mit Karte wird Trinkgeld in verschiedenen Kategorien angezeigt finde ich nicht ok. Bedienung war aber freundlich.

This wasn’t my first time eating at L’Osteria. I was really happy with my last visit, but unfortunately the restaurant has gone down a bit this time. When I entered I was able to choose a table straight away, but it was dirty. It took quite a long time for the table to be cleaned even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. The pizza was OK, but not as impressive as last time. However, I have to say that the atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice. Due to the weaker experience this time, I'm giving it 3 stars.

Ordered two pasta dishes to pick up. At home we noticed that one of the dishes had no pasta or sauce, just the side dishes. €16 for that, and I wasn't even offered a voucher or reimbursement when I called them. They said I should drive past again (another 30 minute drive...) That's not possible!
