The food was delicious. They had Bolognese sauce, and it tasted fantastic! The service was also very friendly and always available.

A very nice and cozy restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The place was full on the evening of December 30, but the service was prompt and the waitress was very kind. The pizzas are enormous and delicious. The spaghetti carbonara was good, though not made according to the traditional Italian recipe. I would return if I’m nearby and would happily recommend it.

A brilliantly conceived building concept and ambiance that invites you to take a seat almost anywhere. Even the lighting is designed to reduce stress, which is essential when the restaurant is full and the guests are quite noisy. We had bruschetta, lasagna, and pizza. I can't fathom how you manage to conjure up such a delicious and slightly crispy pizza base from an electric oven; someone clearly put a lot of thought into it. The lasagna was okay, but I wouldn't order it again. I would at least like a béchamel sauce under the rather hard (cheese) layer, something to contrast with the Bolognese. Your service is not only very polite and attentive in Parsdorf, but also in Regensburg, even when the place is packed. This speaks to motivated staff and a clear commitment to quality. The guys and girls do a fantastic job, and it's always worth a generous tip for me, which is a major reason to come back. A superb team. Restrooms should be cleaned more frequently and toilet paper disposed of more often when the store is full. This applies to both branches we visited within a week. I'm writing because I'm convinced that actionable feedback from you, even after 3200 reviews, is taken seriously and that you are always striving to improve.

Bruschetta can be eaten cold, but classically it consists of warm bread with a cold, marinated tomato topping. Ours was served straight from the refrigerator. The salad was good. Unfortunately, the spaghetti carbonara was only lukewarm.

Today (Friday, January 2nd, 2026) I gathered my friends (6 people) and made a reservation in advance via the Losteria app around noon for this evening. Unfortunately, we were all very disappointed because there was no pizza :( Apparently, they had run out of cheese. So, we all had to order pasta because we didn't need to go back home (to Haidhausen) at that time. And here's the kicker: we then had to wait over an hour for the pasta! There was no apology, neither for the wait nor afterward :( Not even a complimentary mini bruschetta as a starter or a measly espresso to finish. What a shame, a real shame! The two stars are only because the food itself tasted good.

We stood in line for over 20 minutes at the entrance with 15-20 other guests to be shown to a table. Despite obviously free tables, we were completely ignored by the staff during this time. Even if there might not be enough staff at the moment, the bare minimum is a brief mention of the wait time or at least being assigned a seat. Very poor 🤨

However, I wonder how it's possible for a restaurant to be open until 11:00 PM, yet it's impossible to order pizza or pasta at 10:15 PM. You have to announce that the kitchen closes at 10:00 PM. The phone line in Parsdorf is also always busy whenever you want to order something. The online ordering system for pickup is a disaster, even in 2025. In short: The food is good, but the service and system leave much to be desired. It hasn't been possible to order a Pizza Parma with arugula for two years now. Good food is useless if it arrives late or if the ordering process makes you lose your appetite.

Unfortunately, I was once again very disappointed with my order from La Osteria in Parsdorf. Several ingredients were missing from my salad, including radishes and cucumbers. I had also ordered some extras, but these were only present in very small quantities. Furthermore, the dressing was very acidic. For the price, this is simply unacceptable. In addition, our order was completely missing bread, even though we had specifically requested it. What's particularly frustrating is that this isn't an isolated incident: I've ordered from La Osteria Parsdorf three times before, and each time there have been problems – either something went wrong with the order or items were missing. La Osteria Parsdorf isn't a cheap restaurant, so I expect a proper final check before the food is served. Overall, I find it very disappointing and, frankly, outrageous that these kinds of mistakes keep happening despite multiple opportunities. This is how you lose trust as a customer.

Wow! The pizza is huge. And very well made. Generously topped. Superbly seasoned and delicious 😋 It's often busy here. That speaks volumes for L'Osteria. The decor is Italian-style. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Very friendly staff. The price is reasonable. The food arrives quickly. There's a lot of action in the open kitchen. They cook live. It's fun to watch. We received our main course before the appetizer. It's only natural that you'd want to eat the soup before the pizza. Perhaps it would be nice if the pizzas weren't quite so large, so that part of them didn't end up on the table. The toppings could definitely be more generous. There was so much dust on the towel dispenser in the restroom that you could have written on it.

The L'Osteria branch in Parsdorf is always worth a visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food is top-notch. The atmosphere is also very stylish, and even larger groups can easily find a spot. We'll definitely be back! :)

Modern L'Osteria in the shopping center. I had the risotto, which was good as always. My girlfriend had cannelloni. The service is very quick, and the atmosphere is modern with a steelpunk design. It can get a bit noisy at times, but that's to be expected. I would come again if I'm in the area.

We spontaneously decided to have dinner there this evening without a reservation and were immediately given a warm welcome. The Primitivo red wine was a hit, the goat cheese salad as a starter was amazing, and the pizza was divine.
