Al Borgo in Vaterstetten

Rundum zufrieden und satt! Wir waren das erste Mal im Mai dort (auf Empfehlung von Freunden und Bekannten) und können das Al Borgo ebenfalls uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Sehr freundliches Personal und große Auswahl in der Karte. Pizza war ausreichend belegt, knusprig & lecker! Spaghetti Bolognese hat unserer Tochter sehr gut geschmeckt.

Was für ein sagenhaftes italienisches Restaurant! Tolles Essen und tolle Mitarbeiter! Pizza, Pasta und Fisch sind die größten Stärken!! Wir kommen seit Jahrzehnten immer wieder sehr gerne hier her und schreiben zum Ersten Mal eine Rezension, weil viel Lob im Netz zu vielen Gästen führt und dann bekommt man selbst kaum noch einen Platz😊😅 Liebes Team bitte weiter so!!!

Wir waren am 07.02. mit acht Personen zu einem Geburtstagsessen im Al Borgo. Das Essen war hervorragend, der Service war flott, aufmerksam und überaus freundlich. Wir saßen bequem mit genügend Platz für acht Personen am Tisch. Alle waren begeistert. Das Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Nach längerer unfallbedingter Schließung (ein Auto ist in den Gastraum gerast ) wieder offen und so gut wie vor der Zwangspause. Ausgezeichnete Nudeln mit Scampi(nicht Shrimps) und Martighiale mit Wildschwein. Und als Gruß aus der Küche Bruschetta wie sie sein sollten: Das Brot warm und der Belag kühl, aber nicht eiskalt.

Addendum July 5, 2025 I've never experienced such lovingly prepared pizzas (and that at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon in very summery temperatures!). The pizzas, the food, and the entire staff are super friendly! The pizzas themselves, both in appearance and taste, are fantastic!! For me, one of the best Italian restaurants I know! Always worth a visit! ####################### We were back at Al Borgo in Parsdorf after a long time. The food was once again superb. My "Pizza of the Week" pizza was especially amazing!! I've rarely eaten such a good pizza. After the meal, we were invited for an espresso. The staff, as always, were super friendly. Tip: Make a reservation!

I have been visiting the Tufarolo family restaurant for many years. Small and cozy restaurant. I became a lover of pasta dishes here. The stone oven pizzas are also a safe and very tasty option. Unfortunately, I'm usually so full after the main course that I forego the tempting desserts. Very friendly and attentive service. Unfortunately we found a completely splattered dirty wall. Service didn't come for 30 minutes and we didn't have our drinks until another 30 minutes later. The food took 1.5 hours from ordering. Unfortunately it wasn't as expected. The pizza was still raw in the middle and the dough was thin but completely limp. Olives were the cheap, mushy, tasteless ones from the industrial can. Even the pepperoni was tasteless like the rest of the pizza. It's a shame, because for the price I expected at least a bit of quality. You can go there for a short time, but you don't have to.

Unfortunately, I can't understand the previous reviews. Right at the beginning you were spoken to in a very unfriendly and visibly annoyed manner, as only 6 of the 8 people who had been reserved were there. Very long waiting time to order the drink and after a good 45 minutes the first drink was already there. Now we could order the food and it was delivered after an hour. The taste experience was also below all cannon for the price structure, the cheapest canned goods and a dough that was unworthy of a stone oven pizza. I also couldn't find the cozy atmosphere, on the contrary, there were dirty walls, a high noise level and the spot right at the entrance wasn't the first choice either. All in all, I think it's better to look for another place.

The food tastes excellent, but the prices for the drinks make you feel a bit ripped off. We had 2 Aperol Spritz, where the glasses were first filled to the brim with ice and then filled up with liquid. After 3 pulls with the straw, that was it and that for the price of €7.90. The same was true for the wine spritzer, which only contained a few drops of wine, but the price was over €8. You don't have to have to be ripped off like that again.

Der beste Italiener in der Umgebung!

이곳은 정말 맛집, 자주가는 이탈리아 음식점. 모든음식이 다 맛있음. 난 봉골레파스타를 자주 먹음.

Von vielen hörten wir, wie außergewöhnlich gut die Pizzen dort sein sollen. Wir wollten das ausprobieren und würden "auf den Boden der Tatsachen" zurück gebracht. Außergewöhnlich ist das Essen dort sicher nicht, wenn auch grundsätzlich gut, aber auch nicht mehr. Mein Insalata Mista war derartig mit Essig ünerladen und sauer, dass ich ihn nicht aufessen konnte. Wir wurden an einen Zweiertisch gesetzt, der an einer Wand anschloss. Diese Wand war völlig verdeckt und bespritzt - ein wenig Farbe täte hier Not. Ansonsten das Ambiente in Ordnung, Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Service als einziges herausragend und perfekt!!! Den Salat hat man von der Rechnung genommen, eine Beilagenänderung mit 2,50€ abzurechnen halte ich für teuer. Unser Fazit: wir kommen nicht mehr. Es gibt bessere italienische Restaurants mit wirklich deutlich hochwertigeren Pizzen.

Meine Penne Arrabiata waren arg al dente für meinen Geschmack, war geschmacklich ok. Die Lasagne vom Kollegen sah sehr lecker aus.

Hervorragendes Essen, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Het eten was best oké het was traditional Italiaans eten. De service was vriendelijk, maar iets aan de trage kant. Als je niet op voorhand reserveer dan heb je een kleine kans dat er plek is om te eten. De sfeer is er vrij druk en het is er best luid waardoor de gezelligheid een beetje verdoezeld wordt.

The place was crowded but not only because it’s Sunday, but because they serve really quality Italian dishes. The pasta with salmon was cooked perfectly, not too dry, not over or undercooked and the best thing about it is that after eating it you don’t feel heavy even the portions are really big. I read some reviews that the stuff does not speak English. 👀 Well maybe it would be great not to be ignorant and learn one more language yourself. ☺️🤷‍♀️

First and foremost I am starting to write reviews with only one mission, to bring down the Ivona Kovačević review empire. Shes been on my d**k for too lond and im sick of her award winning reviews. Anyways the Al borgo restaurant really exceeded my expectations, the lasagne was just amazing, the sauce had a tomato and cheesy taste and dough in lasagna was just right, not too harsh and also not too soft. An amazing dish. I cant rate the desserts because im fat as f**k so i didnt take it but i bet they’re great too. Would recommend 10/10.

Erg gastvrij ontvangen. Leuke bediening en erg lekker gegeten. Vooraf Vitello Tonate, gebakken aubergine, tomatensoep en pizza en pasta als hoofdgerechten. Allemaal ecen lekker.
