Very friendly service, always helpful and attentive. The dishes are delicious, but we mainly come for the pizza because we love thin crust. Very good pizza, not too crowded (just right) and very good chili oil. No long waiting times, even when it's busy. Gladly again.

The spaghetti aglio olio was delicious, but unfortunately the lasagne was still cold inside. A re-ordered beer didn't come. The service was nice and friendly. It was quite restless and loud in the dining room.

Food is delicious but you wait almost 1.5 hours for your food so it's difficult to eat here if you're hungry. Update from January 8, 2025 I am very satisfied. The food came today after 5 minutes and it was very tasty

I was very excited about this restaurant! The location is great and the nearby parking is a big advantage, especially if you come by car. The service was excellent: the food and drinks were served quickly, without long waiting times - very pleasant. The prices are a little above average, but the quality of the food fully justifies it - everything was delicious! If you appreciate good food and a pleasant atmosphere, you should definitely try this place. Clear recommendation!

Unfortunately, it's often very full and very loud, there aren't enough waiters for the amount of guests, so you often have food on the table before the drinks. The food there was still really tasty. Reservations are definitely recommended and unfortunately there are not enough parking spaces available.

We had reservations there on Friday evening. The food was the only thing that was good. The pizza came after over an hour and only after asking. There seems to be an order and the restaurant was full. Restaurant doesn't take 1 hour and 20 minutes and new guests are more likely to get their food. The waitress was feignedly friendly and snippy. 5 pizzas should also be in a full You can save yourself that, it's also way too loud and the tables and plates for the pizzas are too small so they seem bigger. However, it is rather annoying. Still delicious, if you order something good, you'll get it sooner than the waiting guests and you won't have to deal with the staff.

The visit to L'Osteria was spontaneous. The waiter still tried very hard to organize a place for 8 people for us. The pizza we ordered was 45 cm in diameter and also tasted great.

Very long waiting times for the first drink order. Wrong and cold pizzas were distributed. Unfortunately, the pasta we ordered was also cold rather than warm. The service staff was obviously overwhelmed by the number of customers. It was observed that the finished food had to sit for a long time before it was distributed by the service staff. So it's no wonder that the food arrives at the table cold.

The lasagna was delicious. Still sizzling from the outside but unfortunately cold from the inside. Service was very friendly. It's always very loud and hectic there.

It was my first time ever visiting this company, with several participants and a reservation. However, some of my blackheads knew this company in another city. It's probably a restaurant chain. For me, it's more like fast food and a copy of the well-known public chains at this level at most. Service and dish, in my case a pizza calzone, really bad. The dish was poorly prepared with too much dough and dry edges and the filling was almost tasteless. Inferior ingredients processed and not even a dip, which could perhaps spice it up a bit, is included or available to order. The Hefe Weizen that was ordered wasn't what was ordered either and tasted strangely sour. Service totally hectic, overwhelmed and unqualified when it came to service at the table, which was far too small in width for this type of dishes and plates. Flair of a train station hall with exactly this visitor throughput. For me, that was a disappointment in 2024. For the money, I'd rather go to another fast food chain or go straight to the Greek restaurant.

We were there on Christmas Eve with four people. I have rarely experienced such attentive staff. They really fulfilled our every wish. The food was also very tasty, but perhaps a suggestion: it would be nice if there was also a vegan dessert. We'll be back.

If I could I would give the service a *+. We were there after the Christmas circus and had two excited children. We were offered a cozy corner in front of the changing room - where there was enough space for a stroller - and we didn't bother anyone. We also had an additional concern that we needed to know the nutritional values ​​of the food. Kudos to the very friendly and helpful staff. 🩷 Food as always very good, cozy interior, short waiting time and that in the Advent season.

The location is very cool, in an old factory building. When we were there on a Saturday evening, every seat was full and it was correspondingly loud. This is probably also due to the fact that the tables are placed very close together in order to get more guests into the house. We ordered a pizza for 2 with different toppings. Plus a salad without chicken. The pizza as such was large, but the taste was just average, nothing special. We only received the salad after asking twice. But the pizza had already been eaten and there was chicken in the salad. The salad then went back and was also removed from the bill. Ultimately you can go to L'Osteria if you like, but there are better and cheaper alternatives. But that is up to each individual.

When it opened there was only a few vegan items on the menu - now there is a large selection: salads, pizza and pasta. The vegan pizza was very tasty, the staff was very nice - would be happy to come again.

Very tasty food, helpful in choosing food and cheerful staff

We ate here today with 5 girls. It started with the drinks. The wine spritzer was mixed with still water instead of soda, which we complained about. After complaining and the waitress rolling her eyes for the first time, the solution was to pour more water on it. We wanted a new wine spritzer, this tasted exactly like the first. We just left it at that, not wanting to complain again. We ordered 5 salads, 3x with chicken breast strips and 2x with shrimp. After 45 minutes of waiting, we asked where our salads were. When we asked, she rolled her eyes again and went into the kitchen. On the way back she miraculously came back with the salads. As you can imagine, the shrimp and chicken strips were cold. Either the warm toppings were fried much earlier or the salads were simply forgotten. We have also addressed this annoyance. After the waitress had to readjust her eyes, the answer was whether all the salads should now be remade. (which of course we didn't want) Because of a waitress like that, we will cancel our further table reservation for Christmas and look for something nicer.

The pizza was really tasty and big, I was almost full. I ordered a dessert and they tried to blackmail me with a 5 star review for a dessert on the house. I decided to pay for my dessert myself, but hope that someone else gets a dessert on the house for my review.

Eating away from home seems to be more important than guests wanting to eat on site. We had an enormous waiting time >1.5 hours for two pizzas. It took over an hour between a small starter (bruschetta) and the main course. During this time, delivery services and pick-up people came and picked up countless pizzas. Not really recommended for consumption on site... Our voucher couldn't be redeemed either (probably due to a system failure, which can happen) and in the end the service person got rude and made a stupid comment at the end.

The food was very tasty. The setting is a bit noisy, but beautiful. The plates would have to be adjusted to the size of the pizza.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The menu offers a great selection, but the real highlight are the huge, paper-thin pizzas - a real treat! The pasta dishes are also fresh, aromatic and prepared with a lot of love. Particularly noteworthy is the quality of the ingredients, which you can taste in every bite. Value for money is absolutely great, and I'm looking forward to coming back soon. Anyone looking for authentic Italian food in a great atmosphere will not be disappointed at L’Osteria. Absolutely recommended!

I ordered a takeaway pizza from L’Osteria today, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. While the price of 14.95 euros suggests a “Tonno” pizza, the actual size was surprisingly small. The quality and taste of the pizza were solid, but in my opinion the price-performance ratio is not justified. I would definitely have expected more for the price, especially considering the restaurant's usual large pizzas for L'Osteria. It's a shame - unfortunately you feel a little deceived at the price.

Waited 85 minutes for food. Unfortunately that was a bit bland. The colleague apologized many times. There was certainly a lot going on. But you could at least bring rolls with pasta or give information every now and then. It was also far too narrow and too loud for me. Didn't motivate me to become a regular customer

Five stars for a fantastic experience! I had the pleasure of visiting Zum Wohl restaurant and it was simply amazing. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, ideal for a relaxing evening. The food was exquisite! Every bite was a delight, and the creative presentation of the dishes was impressive. I would particularly like to highlight the beef fillet, which was perfectly cooked - tender and full of flavor. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The staff's recommendations were excellent and made our evening even better. I can recommend “Zum Wohl” to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. I'll definitely be back!

Very pleasantly surprised, not as loud as in the evening.

I had reserved a table for 6 p.m. on a public holiday (October 31st). There were 4 of us and we got there 15 minutes early. It was still no problem that we were allowed to sit down at the reserved table and order. The staff was immediately at our table so that we could order (drinks first, of course). I ordered a bottle of non-carbonated water. The waitress probably understood. When I opened the bottle and poured it into the glass, I noticed that it was carbonated, I then noted this and we were given a non-carbonated bottle. We were NOT charged for the opened bottle (carbonated)!! We all ordered pizza. 3x with 2 different halves & once a whole pizza. We ordered 3x with half of the BBQ chicken pizza, 1x as half of Tonno, 1x as Salsiccia Piccante, 1x as half of Marinara & a whole Pizza Caesare e Pollo. With drinks we came to €83 for 4 people. I can definitely recommend this restaurant. Personally, I've eaten there 5 times. Remember, always pizza 😋👀

Hello dear L’Osteria Osnabrück, I love coming to you and eating here or just coming to sit and drink coffee. The service staff are all very nice, especially Nikolina at the counter and Joeline as a waitress.

I've been to L'Osteria several times and it's always tasted the best. I can definitely recommend it.

The slightly spicy zucchini noodles with prawns plus a small salad was fantastic. The waitress was great and brought extra bread. I don't know if it was because of the offer to get dessert for a recession, but regardless of the good marketing concept, everyone was happy.

The food is always delicious, very friendly service. And a nice atmosphere where you can sit down. A good place where you can eat every now and then.
