Unfortunately my drink came much too late, then a plate of food was forgotten by our group and the spaghetti ice cream was cheap, but of poor quality and taste. It was also generally quite loud and it wasn't very pleasant to have a conversation. The lasagna I had was very tasty and the service was at least very friendly.

Pizzas are huge and delicious. You can also order a large pizza to share or top it with different halves. 😊 We were last there on a very busy Sunday evening, but also on a quiet Friday evening and unfortunately had to wait a good hour (after ordering) for the food on both occasions. That's really long. Therefore only 4 stars. Update (a good six months later): We were there again on a quiet Monday evening and received the food within a short time of ordering. We were positively surprised by this. It was also great that there was a dessert (tiramisu) with candles for the birthday child. That was a great surprise! 🥰

Whenever we travel to other cities, we end up eating pizza at L'osteria. And I have to say of all the L'osterias we went to, the one in Hanover had the best pizza. We can really recommend it.

I was taken here by friends because our regular restaurant had unfortunately gone bad. I'm not really into Italian restaurants, so I was skeptical at first. But the first impression of the service staff was - wow - they're super nice and pleasantly relaxed. Food It also tasted very, very good! I will definitely come back!

L'Osteria in Osnabrück is the perfect place for an authentic Italian dining experience. The atmosphere is vibrant and friendly, the modern decor with rustic touches adding a special charm. The menu is varied, but the highlight is the huge and delicious pizza with thin crust and fresh ingredients. The pasta is also excellent, cooked perfectly al dente and served with savory sauces. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, making sure guests always feel welcome. The value for money is very good, making L'Osteria an excellent choice for an unforgettable meal in Osnabrück.

Employees very overwhelmed. Waited two hours for the food, the second time.

The meal was pizza with extra onions, 4 pieces for 1€, the chefs had a specification but otherwise everything was good. The staff came less often and the drinks were prepared late and we had to cancel one drink because it was 20 minutes after we ordered it. Otherwise everything was good.

What we like about the location: friendly and professional staff, super tasty if not the best pizzas ever and parking right in front of the door. What sometimes bothers us: when it's very crowded, the volume is quite high

I often eat here. Depending on the day of the week or the time of day, it can be crowded at times and therefore noisy. Due to the large number of people, it takes longer to order and you have to wait. Otherwise, I have to say that the food tastes really good and the monthly dishes have already been chosen. However, I haven't eaten anything other than pizza yet.

The food is excellent. Pizza on point. The salad was absolutely amazing. The bread was served fresh and warm. Were served very quickly there. The waitress was a bit confused on the day, no pizza mats for the table, no oil and balsamic vinegar for the salad. Well… everyone has a bad day. We would love to come back

After my pizza was served, we had to wait another 40 minutes for the salad that my friend ordered as a main course. Despite repeated requests, the salad wasn't brought and the staff didn't try very hard either! After 40 minutes the wrong salad was served. The service is very bad! We won't be coming back.

We ate pizza. Since we had 2 types, one was good (mozzarella, ham) and the second was rather semi-good. Seafood as a topping but this somewhat tasteless mixture. There is more. The size of the pizza was great and the prices were okay too. The service was great! Unfortunately the music was a bit loud, but I'm sure others will like that. We will be back definitely

Very good pizza, thanks to a thin base. Unfortunately, the selection of pizza toppings has changed since Corona. The selection is therefore somewhat limited, which is very unfortunate. Nevertheless: an absolutely good idea to be able to share the pizza (2 people) and also have half/half toppings. So one point deducted for the limited selection and sometimes the ground is quite burnt. In addition: The pasta doesn't convince me. Salads are good, but there is no pizza bread with them, just (in my opinion tasteless, boring) white bread. Why not use pizza dough?

I was totally impressed by a previous visit and visited this restaurant again with a friend. Food was good as usual, but the service really left a lot to be desired. Vinegar and oil for the salad were only brought upon request, although the waitress didn't know what was meant at first. The second drink order was taken but forgotten, as was sugar with the espresso. All in all, the service staff were pretty inattentive and more intent on joking around with each other. A pity.

Unfortunately, unlike what we are used to from Bielefeld, for example, there was no particularly friendly or professional greeting at the entrance, nor was there an inquiry about the reserved table, but rather: “Are you looking for a table yourself?!?”. Then we get completely stained glasses with the wine and complain. We then placed the WET-rinsed, but not polished glasses on the table. Only when we complain again do we finally get clean glasses. The ice cubes we ordered are still missing and the pizza is pushed onto the table quite carelessly without any comment or, for example, a “bon appetit”. We know this completely differently from other LˋOsterias and are very disappointed and really shocked about the “glass aria”. We will definitely never come back here. SORRY, ...but THAT doesn't work at all! 🫣

We actually really enjoy eating at Loosteria yesterday June 10, 2024 because it was a Monday and it was busy. The service was very nice, but waiting half an hour for 2 Cokes, 1 water, 1 Spezi and 1 iced tea is not possible at all. Our food came with the drinks It doesn't help if the service is nice, sorry

Were there last night for the first time, but definitely not the last. Pizza significantly larger than the plate as we know it. It's great that you can cover both halves differently. Our daughter really liked the coloring Bambini card - a big plus! Service was attentive and friendly, as it should always be. (Thanks Franka) Price-performance ratio is completely fine in my opinion. Due to the nice weather, many guests sat outside, but we were inside, which was very pleasant.

I was very positively impressed by this phenomenal culinary adventure. As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the beautiful and Mediterranean-looking atmosphere. This was further underlined by the very friendly and competent staff and I immediately felt very comfortable. We were served by Mrs. Markus and I would like to once again praise her friendly and courteous manner. For dinner I had a very simple pizza, which nevertheless tasted very special and delicious. It's definitely not standard food. I was thrilled from head to toe and would be happy to come back to this little piece of Italy at any time.

Serving a group of more than 40 people with food almost at the same time can only be achieved with really ambitious staff! Every employee - and I mean everyone - tried to master this unusual requirement as best as possible and……..the team delivered an exceptionally good performance! A long table had been prepared for us where we could sit comfortably. The drinks and food, which were delivered quickly, were sooooo delicious🤤. The pizzas are gigantic in size, super tasty and even come with 1/2 and 1/2 split toppings and the salads...just to sink your teeth into! Even with this large group, individual requests were taken into account.😮 All in all, I can only speak/write about this branch of L'Osteria with pure enthusiasm! I'm really blown away!😍 If we are in Osnabrück again, we will certainly like to stop there again! Thank you again for the wonderful evening!

As always the pizza doesn't fit the plate or anything else. The toppings on the vegetarian pizza didn't match the size of the pizza either. If you make big pizzas you have to put more on it... Therefore no full points. The taste was okay ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We redeemed a birthday present and reserved a table online in advance, stating our name, noting that we didn't want to sit in the busier entrance area. We were warmly welcomed, given the reservation name and shown to a table in the quieter edge of the restaurant. A few minutes later, another employee appeared at the table and told us in a rather unfriendly manner that she had reserved this table for her 3 friends and that they were now there, so we had to leave the table. When we commented that we had also made a reservation and were then assigned this table, she rejected it in an indignant and rather impudent manner and our request that we would like to remain seated was dismissed: this table was intended for her friends. We were then “allowed” to sit in the entrance area as second class guests! A very unpleasant situation, especially in front of the birthday child. As the food progressed, we initially weren't served for ages and later received a pizza on which large parts of the toppings were simply missing. However, this was quickly corrected upon request. A visit to a restaurant that still has a very unfortunate aftertaste two days later.

Unfortunately, very bad service. Drinks take an incredibly long time and only came after the food had already been served. Second round of drinks was completely forgotten. Table was only cleared when we asked for the bill. The food was great, but unfortunately the service wasn't up to par here. A pity...

A really great service. We had dinner here this evening and every employee was so warm to you. Love Chanti served us throughout the evening and she was really a sweetheart 🫶🏻 we will definitely come here again because eating out is really fun. Big praise to the team.

Just picked up Proscuito Crudo. Service great, cuisine at a fast pace. Now the small drawback. Please ask the chef, try the crudo with the 5-6 whole slices of Serrano and then make the pizza again with only 2.5 slices torn into small pieces and distributed. Try it again and I bet it's not only better for the cost of goods, but also for the taste. Complaining on a high level and taste is something personal, but I think the chef should test it.😉👍

Last Thursday I had dinner at the Osteria with 3 friends. It started with the bad acoustics and Latino music. We were there at 6:30 p.m., the drinks were only reserved after 15 minutes. We finally had food on the table at 7:30 p.m. The salads we ordered were not dressed, vinegar, oil, etc. were placed on the table and seasoning them in the salad bowl was very difficult. I had ordered the Conchiglie di Fiume, which had probably spent some time in the microwave, the crayfish were dry and the Conchiglie offered was not mussel pasta. I pointed out to the waitress that she wanted to pass it on, and that was that. The pizzas served at the neighboring tables were larger than the plates on which they came to the table. The dough was lying on the table when I cut it, not particularly appetizing.

Was a great evening. What's cool is that you can split your pizzas in half when it comes to toppings. I had BBQ Chicken and Tonno. The pizzas were gigantic in size and very tasty. We were there with 44 people and the organization worked well given the background. The service staff was super friendly and very hardworking. If something didn't work out, they were very accommodating! All in all it was a successful evening. If it wasn't so far away for us, we would definitely come back :-)

I placed an order for local pickup. The service person behind the counter completely ignored me while she made small talk with other colleagues. Then the order started to be prepared. So I had to wait another 20/30 minutes even though I showed up at the agreed pickup time. Very bad service!

Everything is great, but the pizza plates are far too small for the large pizzas. Maybe it would be easier to just serve them on slate platters.

As Losteria fans, we have visited many branches. Even though there was nothing going on, we had to wait 15 minutes before we were even served or noticed. No reference to the monthly pass or a “hello”. The female service worker seemed neither friendly nor motivated. It was only when colleagues entered the store that her mood suddenly changed. We know and love Losteria pizza. Not only was our pizza, as usual, thin, the crust was almost non-existent. Conclusion: Okay, but not the usual Losteria standard.

Ordered two pasta dishes. Among other things, Bolognese with the deselecting of an ingredient and other pasta (penne instead of spaghetti). Was there at the time the food was supposed to be ready - an hour after ordering. You were overlooked for 20 minutes and people who came after you got to it before you. Ultimately our food wasn't ready and we had to wait another 20 minutes. The staff was absolutely overwhelmed and understaffed. Service staff complained to each other. When we received our food there was a free iced tea for the long wait. The Bolognese was made with spaghetti instead of penne and the ingredient that wasn't supposed to be in it was in there. Unfortunately it doesn't taste good at all. The Mezzalune Spinaci tasted okay.

I was recently at your restaurant and would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of my order. The pizza I received had hardly any toppings and was burnt. It was a shame that there was also limited food to choose from.

Under all hell. This was by far the worst branch I've ever been to. I'm an absolute L'Osteria fan and visit the Neumarkt branch every week. We wanted to try the other branch, but we thought it should have been better. We had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be taken. When we were finally allowed to place the order, despite the initially long waiting time, we were confident that everything would go smoothly, just like in the branch (no matter how busy) on Neumarkt. Unfortunately that wasn't the case as we simply had to wait 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas and 1 cabonara. That's just sick. The worst thing, the cabonara was ice cold and there was no parmesan or salt. Despite all of this, I ate them because I never throw food away because other people are starving and I can't reconcile that with my conscience. What a mess my goodness. Everything happens randomly and without a plan. I will never enter this branch again! I've been to so many stores and never one was bad or worth less than 5 stars, but I would like to give this one -5 stars. No matter who, whether next to us, in front of us, behind us, everyone was complaining. I can understand why it takes a while when the store is full, but 1.5 hours for pasta is a huge number. Even in the branch on Neumarkt, which is twice as large and where every table is occupied, you wait a maximum of 30 minutes. We were there on May 5, 2024. Please, work better together, with each other and communicate more. NEVER AGAIN!

Great service and offers nice staff

Unfortunately we weren't so happy this time. Ordered antipasti as a starter, which was extremely tasty, but two breads were obviously black, but were turned over and brought to the table. When asked, the really friendly waitress said there was nothing else available at the moment. Then in my opinion you still can't bring it to the table like that. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't cooked properly. Waited a long time, including paying. A pity. 3 POINTS only because the service was good and we liked it there the previous times.

The L'Osteria is famous for the best pizza, pasta, and more! The food and place is quite impressive here. Additionally, the Hannoversche branch has beautiful sitting position and specious parking space.

I have been to this restaurant several times and wanted to give my honest opinion. Everything was great, the food was delicious and special and I can say that I ate the best salad I have ever had in this restaurant and that was the Caesar salad. The service was excellent, the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant and excellent and the behavior of the staff was very polite and respectful 🤩

We were very disappointed. We ordered our family meal from Lieferando at L'Osteria, Hannoversche Strasse, as we really like the food. 40-70 minutes were announced. After about 80 minutes we received a message from Lieferando that the order had been canceled (via email, not a call despite the number on file). After calling L'Osteria, they said that the Lieferando driver had already left, that he didn't want to wait any longer and that they were stressed there today. When I asked if I could pick it up myself, the pasta dishes took another 30 minutes, only the pizza was ready. Only the lady on the phone was friendly. Something doesn't seem to be going well in the internal organization or in the cooperation with the delivery service. But it has to, otherwise you can't offer it.

The pizza was very tasty. The ambience is very appealing... but only 3 stars because it is very loud and you can actually only talk to the person sitting next to you at the table.
