Ordered a delivery. Added Italian cheese my pasta, but got cherry tomatoes instead. What a let down. Uber was able to fix that, but if you’re looking forward to something but didn’t get it, it’s just a turn off.

This restaurant is an extremely beautiful and good place to relax with lots of seating options and a very detailed design. The pizzas are highly recommended with a diameter of around 40-45cm and are very affordable at €14-20. The service was great and very friendly. All in all, the restaurant is highly recommended 👍

Unfortunately, my wife and my little son got their food about 10 minutes before my big son and I. So they were already finished eating where we got our food. Then our food went to another table until it found its way to us. Nevertheless, the food was very tasty and the pizza was a bombastic size. The L'Osteria at Bauhausplatz in Munich-Schwabing is simply wonderful! I've been there several times and can only say positive things about it. The pizza in particular tastes very good there – really, really good! Everything is fresh, tasty and high quality. The atmosphere is warm, the service is top. If you like good pizza, you should definitely go to L'Osteria on Bauhausplatz - highly recommended! Pasta also tastes good, and vegetarians don't miss out either

Pretty dry and bland food. Almost ready-made quality because Risotto was ready in 5 minutes. Pizza was good, but the crust was burnt all around. Service was very bad, at least for us.

Very nice, I ate well (as an Italian, because I live in Verona and I am here on cultural exchange with my class). The only thing is that in my opinion, if it has to be a real Italian restaurant, the pizza should be "normal", not 45cm in diameter. The environment was a bit too noisy but overall a nice evening! Have ordered to be picked up. My friend had to wait 30 minutes even though the pizza was already ready. Accordingly, it was more or less cold. Good taste and big. Panna cotta was so-so, the mascarpone cream was very tasty, just a little bit of strawberries.

I placed an online order on March 9th, 2025 for myself and my family to pick up myself, I was there on time. Unfortunately there were few staff, I stood at the reception for about 8 minutes without being served. All I had to do was hand over the receipt so that I could pick up the pizzas from the kitchen. (But for the limited staff, the team can't help it) When we picked it up at the kitchen, the employees had a nice chat, drank coffee and water, no "hello" or "how can I help you" nothing. We waited another 8 minutes until they were finished chatting and then the pizzas were handed out to us. I have no problem with the pizzas being made during that time, but they were already finished a long time ago and just had to be handed out. When they got home they were completely cold. Even though I only live 7 minutes from the store.

It was our first time here and it was great. We passed it several times and found it a feast for the eyes from outside. The service was great and the pizza was even better. The offer of one half of the pizza like this and the other half like that is absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back next time in Munich

Ordered via Uber eats. Worst pizza quality. Pizzas were not fresh, it's old. Onions were very smelly. Never imagined this kind of service from Losteria. Will never order from this restaurant again.

Cheap and good food. Pizza huge but thin. My ham mushroom pizza was poorly topped, just 6 scraps of ham. Still tasty. Very friendly and courteous service.

I had ordered a nice table online in advance for my birthday, unfortunately it was in the passage and kitchen entrance/exit. Less beautiful. The pizza was large but poorly topped, the rest was average... the Thai guy a few streets away would certainly have been nicer and more attentive when ordering the table. Conclusion: we're going somewhere else because we don't want to stay there for a long time. It was time to bake pretzels.

We got a table without a reservation, but it quickly became full and you could hardly understand a word of the table conversation. Price-performance is completely okay. Clear recommendation!

I was here with my wife on Valentine's Day and we ordered a good pizza. It was well baked, tasty and with melted cheese, so I think it was a good decision to come here. I can recommend it.

We went three times in a row and I have to say the penne portion was very small, more like a children's portion and the pizzas were very poorly topped... it still tastes good and is possibly due to the Munich location, in Ulm it is much better. On Saturday we were guests at L'Osteria on Bauhausplatz. Without having reserved a table, we visited the restaurant around 6 p.m. There was spontaneously no table available for us (three people) and we decided to wait for a free table, which was available within 10 minutes. The friendly and attentive staff took our order and a short time later there were pizzas in a size that you rarely see. The pizza was also very tasty. Despite the full restaurant, you didn't get the impression that things were hectic or that you had to clear the table quickly. All in all, a lovely evening in a pleasant atmosphere.

Unfortunately, my visit to L'Osteria on Bauhausplatz wasn't particularly convincing. The main courses didn't come at the same time but were spread out within 20 minutes, the starter only after the main course - an absolute no-go that significantly disrupted the course of the meal. The atmosphere was very loud and hectic, which did not contribute to a relaxed dinner or a pleasant conversation. The quality of the food was average at best: the famous large pizza for which L'Osteria is often praised was indeed large, but not particularly impressive in terms of taste. The service also left a lot to be desired. While some of the employees were friendly, the service overall seemed brisk and not very attentive, which further clouded the overall impression. In summary: If you appreciate large portions and don't mind the loud and restless atmosphere, you might find what you're looking for here. For a successful culinary experience or a relaxed meal, there are certainly better alternatives in Munich.

Everything was great. On card payment they now have the automatic TIP prompt starting from 10%. Although I do tip, I don't like this "asking-for-tip" culture getting normalized in German eateries.

The food is okay and the ambience is nice. The somewhat portly waiter with an unkempt beard, who also seems to have something to say, asked us out of the restaurant three days ago at 9:44 p.m. and said that he didn't have enough staff to be able to continue working. This gentleman is not understanding or hospitable at all, eating to the end was not an option, we had to take the food with us, what's the point? Is Losteria a small family business or are such rude employees only accepted because no one else wants to work here? I'm not coming back.

Update the timings please the kitchen closes at 10:30 pm and google shows the takeout ends at 11 pm , I stepped in at 10:32 to hear kitchen is closed.

Very tasty lasagna compared to a pizza here in the restaurant, quite small but really tasty :-) and is completely enough to fill you up. gladly again!

Pizza was delicious and huge! I think it's great to be able to pay online without having to wait long, and the service was also very quick and friendly.

There are only extra large pizzas that can then be shared with several people. The topping can be chosen per half. The pizza tasted very good. We were there with several people, so it wasn't a problem to share the pizza, but ordering half a pizza as a single person is not ideal and is also much too big for the plate. Unfortunately, the staff was a bit annoyed at times because we probably said something wrong about wanting to share the pizzas. Otherwise the restaurant was clean and tidy.

Pizzas were very large (unfortunately they didn't make it) and very tasty. One point deducted because pizza could be a little hotter. Service very very nice. It's best to reserve a seat as the restaurant is very busy. We would love to come back 😊

Very nice restaurant and close to the hotel we were staying in. We ate here twice and were very satisfied. The pizza is twice the size of the Italian one but is quite fine. A margherita costs €11.50 while the others cost around €15 but there are still other dishes. Recommended pizzas: caprese and rustica!

I was really looking forward to my lunch today, but unfortunately I was totally disappointed. I ordered a pizza marinara and a salad mista over the phone to pick up. The pizza was completely light, as if it hadn't been in the oven for long and the seafood was simply thrown in the middle and the dough was extremely salty. It's not the first time I've ordered this pizza, so I recognize the poor quality. My salad wasn't dressed and was probably simply forgotten. Sorry dear Losteria but you can do better and you will only lose loyal customers.

I just love L’Osteria in Munich on Bauhausplatz. What's new at the table is a sign with the table number and a QR code, just scan it and then everything is listed and you can pay even if you pay separately if there are several people and you don't have to register or download the app. They were thrilled even if that's what they're used to you can pay like that and then just leave 😊 the staff is very friendly and helpful

The pizza come folded like a taco. I order a panacota and dont received it. I ask for forks and also didnt receive it. The pizza was extra cold. Awful restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!!! How they pretend to eat a pasta without forks!!!

Unfortunately we were unable to keep our reservation. It's almost impossible to find a parking space on a Saturday evening.
