Good food affair price you can't really go wrong

It's just chain food. Unfortunately, we often ran out of drinks or were brought the wrong ones.

The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere. The service is second to none. The staff is attentive and very polite. The food is always consistently good (it's there often). Can only be recommended.

Service is good. Unfortunately pizza is difficult to cut. This causes it to get cold quickly. 😬

We were at L'Osteria on a Sunday lunchtime. We were warmly welcomed right at the entrance. The pizzas were fresh and tasty and had really rich toppings. The waiting time was absolutely reasonable. The food is good value for money. The drinks have normal prices. The toilets were very clean and tidy. The staff were all friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back.

Here we were served very friendly and quickly. The pizza is bigger than the plate, which makes it a little more difficult to eat, but it was very tasty. It's very nice that you can have two halves decorated differently. This means you can try two varieties at once.

I was there on Sunday afternoon to celebrate my birthday with my family. Very nice service and the food was brought super quickly and was very tasty. The atmosphere was also great and there is also a nice climbing tower for the children. Very happy again ☺️

Super tasty, very nice service, fast service. A bit loud in the hall, maybe something could be done to reduce the reverb, but otherwise everything was great! The price is OK and the pizzas are huge.

Then the waiter asks my friend if I am his mother, asks again. Apologize to my friend and pat me on the head?! I've never experienced anything like that. What an undignified situation!

It's not just another franchisee, but an exceptional dining experience. The staff is extremely friendly and humorous, and the food is of the highest quality. We tried both pasta and pizzas, and both were excellent. The pizza was huge and delicious, and the spaghetti carbonara was the best I've ever tasted. The ambience, as you can see from the pictures, is second to none. Even the pizza chefs always have a friendly saying. The entire team does an excellent job. Even when it started to rain, the atmosphere remained relaxed and stress-free. A rating of 10 out of 10 is still too low! I would like to thank you for an unforgettable evening. The food is really delicious, I love it. I also really like the atmosphere, and I liked the soap in the toilets so much that I even bought it for home.

The pizza is still delicious! But the price-performance ratio is no longer suitable, it is now simply too expensive. It's so loud that you can't really have a conversation. When it comes to service, you have to be lucky to find reasonably friendly staff. You could say thank you for the tip. Time slots of 90 minutes? In that time, ordering, eating and drinking comfortably and, if necessary, dessert is hardly possible anymore. Very unfortunate. If so, we'll pick up some food here. We won't eat there anymore.

Good food and not as busy as the other branches in Hanover.

Unfortunately I didn't like the lasagna, it wasn't homemade, all the pieces looked the same, pizzas were delicious, the dough was too thin for us personally, the pizzas were huge but not exactly well topped, the staff was great, the atmosphere was very nice.

Finally a good pizza. Big and delicious. Nice place, nice service.

The food quality is very poor, typically for food chains.

One of the brand's better restaurants :) we really felt very comfortable there, nice, large, open design, not cramped and incredibly great and attentive staff. Lots of parking options with charging options for electric cars. The food was also very good, I had the feeling that the pepperoni salami was saved a bit, but this could also be a purely subjective thing. All in all we were very satisfied.

It was my first time at L'Osteria and I was completely amazed. The atmosphere is really very stylish and the whole shop is decorated in a very modern way. We were then warmly greeted by an employee. What I mean by that is that you treat your customers incredibly nicely here, the entire staff is really very nice and friendly too very attentive, really great 👍🏻 last but not least the food, the pizza seems to be the classic here, I was worried because it is very big and also cheap that it would lack the taste, but thank God not It was really unique, I would like to eat it more often 😋 Unfortunately, since I'm from Berlin, it will probably be a while before I can enjoy it again, but L'Osteria is my first stop when I'm in the area again. ..perfect That's why I give it 5 in all categories 🌟 please keep it up, it's really awesome, I've rarely visited such a great restaurant recently. Always good. The food and the ambience are great! What should be highlighted is the nice service, especially Aydin knows what good service is.

The service wasn't really good, there were broken pieces of glass under the table and the waitress said "be careful". We had our dog 🐶 with us and then chose another table because the shards had not been removed. A drink wasn't served at all, and it was only when we asked at the counter that the drink was declared that the drink had run out... Overall, the service seemed very hectic and overloaded on a very busy Tuesday evening. What was not actually explainable or obvious.

The location is really great and the pizza is super delicious! But what's wrong with your glasses? I would have liked to drink something more but the glasses are really disgusting. The lack of staff was very noticeable and the service staff that was there also conveyed this, so the good pizza couldn't save much today. No offense intended, but please take it to heart, gastronomy can be so beautiful!

Unfortunately the service was extremely poor. There were only a few guests in the restaurant, so we were offered a free choice of seats. The weather was good, so we wanted to sit outside. So that we and our children don't get completely smoked, we kept two tables away from the smoking guests. We were promptly informed that this table was not being served and that we should look for another seat. That alone is bad. What particularly annoyed us was the fact that less than 10 minutes after we sat down inside, other guests came and sat in the exact place from which we were sent away and were served there. The fact that a dirty drinking glass was then served only confirmed our bad experience. We usually like to go to L'Osteria in Hanover, but we won't be visiting the Garbsen branch in the future.

We were passing through here to eat, despite the heat we had a good shady place outside, the service came quickly, the drinks and food too, it was probably because it was early lunchtime, it was very tasty, the atmosphere was great - very appealing, If it wasn't so far away, we would love to come back.

Went there for the first time yesterday. Food was good. The staff were very accommodating to us and kept asking if everything was OK. We found them very attentive. We felt comfortable. Since we sat outside I can't say anything about the conditions inside. If there is anything worth mentioning, it's the red metal chairs that don't work and were replaced straight away.

The bad Osteria in Hanover. The best one is in Varenwahlderstrasse. There are real Italians there, not Turks.

Never here again! Been here several times. The prices were already borderline, but the last time the limit was full. I'll add the photo of the portion of tortelloni so you'll see what I mean. Such a tiny portion costs €14.25. This is simply a rip off. They were also cold and had probably been lying around for a long time, which you can clearly see from the stiffened cream.

Overall impression 100% worse than last year. We had to wait over half an hour for anyone to take our order. I ordered pasta. The sauce was runny like water. After complaining, they only tasted like a sauce thickener and burnt. In other words, unfortunately inedible. Was very disappointed and won't be coming back anytime soon. Even the staff confirms the poor quality.

Besuch am 04.07. Guter Service aber Probleme beim Essen. Wir gestern Abend mit insgesamt 6 Leuten zu Gast in Garbsen. Ein Kollege und ich bestellten die Lasagne und baten darum das diese auch innen heiß sein solle. Wir hatten bei vergangenen Besuchen beide schon mal die Erfahrung gemacht dass es nicht immer der Küche gelingt. Als die beiden Lasagne kamen fiel sofort auf dass diese nicht brutzelten und wie befürchtet waren sie in der Mitte noch kalt. Also reklamiert und beide wurden wieder in die Küche gebracht. Nach kurzer Zeit kamen sie wieder zurück und beide waren immer noch in der Mitte nicht warm. Also wieder reklamiert und wir warteten weiter. Als unsere Kollegen mit dem Essen fertig waren kamen dann die beiden Lasagne jetzt endlich heiß aus der Küche und wir konnten dann auch Essen. Natürlich entschuldige man sich aber der Abend war trotzdem hin. Nachdem auch der Espresso einen für mich zu hohen Säureanteil hatte bezahlten wir. Trotz des Ärgers gab es kein Entgegenkommen von Restaurant. Ich finde das wenn das Essen zweimal reklamiert wurde sollte es ein Entgegenkommen von Seiten des Restaurants geben. Schades das es dann doch kein echtes Interesse am Gast gibt.

Food was delicious. Service was smooth, the order was taken quickly and served quickly. It's not as loud at lunchtime as it is in the evenings.

Was my first visit to the chain, super delicious pizza and pasta. Nice atmosphere with parking in front of the door. Few staff but respect, they had it under control very well.

Two price increases within a few months .. Pizza Degli Artisti at the end of last year was 14.95 .. Then 16.95 .. And now suddenly 17.50 for a few hours .. Absolute rip off!!! Avoid this store or chain.

Despite the proximity to the B6, you really hear almost nothing. And that's not meant ironically. The food is no surprise. Tastes just as good in the other restaurants in this chain. Our food came very quickly and, as already written, was delicious.

We had reserved a table for 11 and were shown to a table for 8. Upon request, a table was added, i.e. for 10. In addition, all the window elements were open and it was very windy. After repeated requests, a few elements were reluctantly closed, but it still pulled through.

Everything was good so far, but all 6 of us were knocked out after eating. No idea why The worst thing was that we had our pizza packed up. What do we see on the wrapped pizza at home? A ZEEKCHED CHEWING GUM!!! It doesn't work at all!!

We were there spontaneously with 3 people. It was quite full, but everything went very quickly. The restaurant is not for a leisurely meal. Because of the height of the room, I personally felt like I was in a train station, hectic and loud. The service was great!

Food great, service quite disappointing and not worth a star.. There were 8 of us and we had to wait 15 minutes just to order the drinks. (Offer an aperitif directly when seated?) Aperol was out and there was only one type of iced tea. The drinks themselves took another 15 minutes and only then could we order food.. The food came surprisingly quickly and was also very tasty! We couldn't make any other requests for drinks because no one came to us anymore and three of the service staff preferred to chat at the counter. After eating we waited another 20 minutes until it was cleared away. In other words: it was a Monday! The restaurant was far from full and (if they had worked efficiently) there would be enough staff. We would have liked to have a dessert and a coffee but at some point we were too stupid and got up to pay. There were only two of us there and we postponed the long waiting times to the weekend. Misinterpretation. The ambience is nice and the volume was okay on Monday. On weekends you can hardly have a conversation because of the poor acoustics.

Ordering the pizza was super uncomplicated and prepared quickly!! I was served very warmly and even got an espresso to bridge the waiting time :) After my busy day at work, this was a really great thing! Thank you very much :)

We had ordered pizza to be picked up. Price/performance is really top. The service was very friendly and the pizzas were ready for pickup at the specified time. There's almost nothing more to say. Much better than other providers in the area!

Pizzas are excellent and delicious and cost effective. Salads should be more homogeneous instead of solely lettuce.

The location is kept very nicely. The staff is really nice and the food is amazing. This restaurant is really highly recommended! The locomotive is in front of their door, you can just go and have a look at it.

It's a shame, we've eaten there several times but now it will be the last time. You are welcomed outside by dried plants...we were then seated in a friendly manner. My seat on a sofa was full of various stains. That was the case in other places too. Next to the table they probably tried to attach a cable to the floor with adhesive tape. The adhesive tape probably won. Everything was lying around loose and dirty. The order was received in a friendly manner and arrived quickly and was OK. Then the main courses came quickly. I had pizza which was good...my husband had pasta...which was really bad. not cooked properly tasted floury and mushy. Basil was completely missing...you probably didn't feel like cutting anymore because there was more than enough in the kitchen. We would have liked to complain about the noodles, but unfortunately our waitress was only busy with her colleagues, boxing or teasing and flirting is probably fun and didn't even ask if everything was ok. When we got rid of our dissatisfaction when paying, I only heard that more often...

We had dinner outside. The service was quick and attentive. Everyone enjoyed the food. The Quatro Pizza is highly recommended.

We had dinner there again last night around 7 p.m. We were hoping for a delicious meal and perhaps two pleasant, pleasant hours. The service was super friendly and also tough. Unfortunately I got a total wet dirty wine glass. I didn't want to complain...I tried to rub it clean with my serving...it was hardly possible. The beer glass was also very unclean on the outside. There are still edges on the table from the previous one. Kind of gross There were large pieces of eggshell on the pizza. The only answer we got was... it can happen. The second pizza came to the table almost cold. Very unfortunate We were very disappointed!!!!!

Pizza good, apple spritzer more water than apple juice. Ambiance takes some getting used to due to water damage. Suction hoses run through the rooms.

It's always a pleasure to come here. The staff is always very friendly and fond of children. The highlight for the kids is the open kitchen and watching the pizza being made.

If you like Italian food, this restaurant is the perfect place for you. The pizzas are really delicious, although you should be careful as they are so large that only a few guests can manage them alone. For this reason, the restaurant also offers the option to share a pizza and order halves with different toppings. The price-performance ratio is reasonable.
