Das Lokal ist gut gelegen, erreichbar und auch sehr nett ausgestattet. Die bestellten Pizzen kamen im passenden Zeitrahmen, waren gut belegt und wie auf dem Bild ersichtlich auch riesengroß, was den Preis pro Pizza rechtfertigt. Das Personal war rundherum freundlich. Dies alles hätte es gerechtfertigt mind 4-5 Sterne/Punkte zu bewerten. Aber absolut abstoßend ist es, dass dieses Lokal für die Anzahl von ca. 200 Sitzplätzen, über keine eigene Toiletten verfügt (Ausnahme 1 Behindertentoilette) !! Ansonsten müssen die Gäste der L´Osteria die Toilettenanlage in der Neutor-Galerie besuchen, die für alle allgemeinen Gäste vorgehalten werden - und so sehen sie auch aus. D.h. die Gäste müssen das Lokal verlassen und je nach Andrang in der Toilettenanlage in der Galerie warten!!! Diese L´Osteria sieht uns nicht wieder

The food was, as always, very tasty. Unfortunately, a young waiter spilled a glass of wine all over my pants and blouse. So far not so bad. Luckily it was warm and drying out. It can happen... but then I find it very sad to wait forever for a new glass of wine and then have to pay for it later!

We celebrated our birthday at L'Osteria and we absolutely loved it. The service was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our visit particularly pleasant. The food was also excellent. The dishes were not only delicious, but also lovingly and carefully prepared. I would particularly like to highlight the pizza, which is definitely one of the best. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting, which made the entire evening even more enjoyable. You can tell that a lot of value is placed on hospitality and quality here. I can highly recommend L'Osteria in Dinslaken and am already looking forward to our next visit. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful evening!

Ambience & food great. It couldn't be better. As for service? - Catastrophe, so unfortunately only one star. The employee at the reception today (August 2, 2024 at around 6 p.m.) who identified himself as a “manager” apparently had no desire to serve customers, despite reservations. We didn't want to spend a cent in this shop, so we spontaneously decided on another restaurant in Dinslaken. As sorry as I am, I have to say that I will no longer be setting foot in my favorite restaurant. I definitely won't let myself be treated like that.

Absolutely disorganized juice shop, The receipt for our orders was eaten by the printer, no one questions the fact that a table of 12 people ordered 2 pizzas. We waited 2 hours. This is my 2nd bad experience with the store, wanted to give the store another chance.

We went there for dinner with a small group and really loved it! The service was quick and super nice. The manager was very accommodating and a real eye-catcher ;) The food also tasted delicious and we didn't have to wait long. This was the first time in Dinslaken, but definitely not the last time!

The food was very good as always, but the service wasn't the best. We sat for 15 minutes until someone finally came to bring us the cards and another 10 minutes until we could finally order. The highlight was when it came to payment, I waved to the service so that he would finally come to the table, he saw it and nodded until he was with us, but a full 25 minutes passed. I really enjoy eating at L’Osteria and I have never had these service problems in OB or DU.

The staff is great. The women are super sweet and nice, you can make them laugh easily. And the waiter, mega 😁 mega hot🥵🥵🥵 I keep coming back because of him alone, nice guy. Makes me all fuzzy

You can sit outside and enjoy the really delicious food if the weather is right❗👍🏻 If you arrive before 9 p.m. the kitchen is still open. That's why we ended up here in the first place... Three people, each a main course, each a drink and a salad (for everyone😜) comes to under €60, with tip (€5). That's really OK, because everything is right. Clear 5* and a 👍🏻❗

I think the concept is good and I am aware that there are staff shortages. Unfortunately, you notice that too. Sometimes long waiting times, e.g. for drinks. Food good but nothing special. I love the little Italian restaurant with a personal touch in my pizzeria around the corner

It's good that this place exists in downtown Dinslaken. However, depending on where you sit, you may feel like you're at a train station. Personally, the menu is too small and not very varied for me. The food itself - not bad, but just that. The staff very nice and competent.

The food was OK. Unfortunately the service was terrible. Customers who came after us got their food sooner. The service was understaffed and slightly overwhelmed. After waiting for over an hour, we at least got a free drink as compensation.

For a second round of drinks and also for paying, we had to hope that the waiter noticed us, even though he regularly walked past our table. Had pizza and pasta today. Prices were ok. Service was good and it was relatively quick. However, what I have never experienced and which I find a bit cheeky and intrusive is that when paying, the device is presented and you have to choose how much tip you want to give. So you are indirectly forced to give tips. I think such actions should be avoided and the customer should decide for themselves whether they want to tip. That's why there are only 4 stars.

An extremely rude manager. Not worth a visit, especially if you want to celebrate your birthday, then you are not welcome in L’Osteria Dinslaken. Disappointing.

Lunch there on the terrace for two in the sun. Attentive and friendly service staff. Vitello Tonnato with mixed salad and spaghetti rocket pommodori were quickly prepared and served quickly. Also very tasty. We'll definitely come back.

I was there 4-5 times a month and was satisfied. But for about a month I have been disappointed 4 times, wrong food, the others at the table are finished, then comes the forgotten food, once someone at the table had ice-cold shrimp inside, neighboring tables also complained about the wrong dishes. Since the very nice young woman with short blonde hair, who always has an overview, is no longer there, everything seems to be going haywire. Two gentlemen are happy to stand on their cell phones with their backs to the guests. In all the previous months we never had any reason to complain; it was due to the competence of the lady, who is unfortunately no longer there.

Large restaurant, there are too few staff, the food, we had a pasta dish, was served in plates that were not preheated and unfortunately arrived lukewarm. WEAK WITHOUT END! In general, I find it difficult to make a judgment after a visit, so I like to look more often at establishments where the first impression wasn't that convincing. I have to say that the food preparation is an imposition, both visually and in terms of taste. Ready-made sauces that are poured lukewarm over the bagged noodles don't have much to do with good gastronomy! Therefore the price-performance ratio is absolutely outrageous. The ambience resembles a cafeteria style and has absolutely nothing to do with a southern feel-good atmosphere. This has been confirmed several times. The advantages over franchise systems are absolutely fulfilled here. L’Osteria? Never again!!

Friendly service, fresh drinks and absolutely delicious food with reasonable portions. The prices are also reasonable and perfectly fine. The location also looks neat and well maintained. Unfortunately, a lot of time passed during the meal before someone came to the tables again (outside) - we would have liked to have ordered some more drinks and chili oil in between. But all in all a good restaurant that we would like to visit again.

The latte macchiato was lukewarm and only a 0.2l glass for almost 5 euros! During the stay (approx. 3 hours) there was no request if you would like something to drink. You really had to look for the waitress before you could order. The food only came after several other guests who had ordered after us received their orders. Given the prices, I would have at least expected to be full. There are no toilets on site; you have to use the toilet in the Neutorgalerie.

I actually really enjoy eating there often. Unfortunately, last night really ruined it for me. Open until 11 p.m. We went to the restaurant at 9:45 p.m. and had to ask for a seat ourselves because no one came. After almost 30 minutes of waiting for service, we were told that there was only pizza left. You could have said that as soon as you entered the store.

It's been a while since my husband and I ate here. We were there three times and were disappointed twice, so we said we won't visit this place again. On all visits we had to wait at least 20 minutes until we could order or our drinks were brought. I understand if it's really crowded, but this wasn't the case. I was pregnant at the time and wasn't allowed to eat some foods. This was explained to the service staff, which is why I had “extra requests” for my orders; these were not particularly difficult. (Ex.: no hard cheese or bacon on the pizza) Unfortunately, on our first visit, my order arrived incorrectly and was immediately remade. On the second visit, the order arrived incorrectly twice and that was more than annoying because we could no longer eat together because otherwise my husband's dish would have gotten cold. As “compensation” I received a decaffeinated coffee. Unfortunately, I also hear from family and friends that the waiting times from ordering are still very long. Furthermore, it was hardly possible to order drinks again because we couldn't “catch” any service for a long time. My husband then went to the counter so we could order something again. A real shame.

Very large, tasty pizzas, delicious pasta dishes. The service staff were always friendly and did their best, despite the high workload and the well-known staff shortage these days. With their warmth and customer focus, the management gives the restaurant the additional values ​​that make a guest happy to come back.

We were warmly welcomed by the young team. The restaurant was about 2/3 full. The drinks arrived quickly and we only waited 15 minutes for the food. Our “extra requests” for the pizza were fully fulfilled and we enjoyed it very much. All the service staff in the store were really busy, had lots of ways to go and were still nice and quick. Everything happened super quickly, including dessert, but since we had a follow-up event, everything was perfect for us.

The food is always delicious here. Today the service was a bit disappointing. We waited a very long time for the main course while others got it even though they came later than us. Until the shift changed and a nice young waitress noticed us and then served us well and nicely.

Wir essen am liebsten Pizza 🍕 bei ihnen. Sie ist sehr groß. Und sie schmecken hammer mäßig gut.

Habe noch nie solang auf mein essen warten müssen. Ohne darüber informiert zu werden. Wenn bereits bei ankunft klar ist das die küche unterbesetzt ist wäre es sehr höflich den gast davon in kenntnis zu setzen und nicht über 1 Stunde aufs essen warten zu lassen. Nachdem man sich über die lange wartezeit beschwerte bekam man erst eine erklärung und ein kaffe gratis. Ich kenn andere Filialen von Losteria dessen service auffallend besser geschult und koordiniert ist. Man wurde wenn dann von 3 verschieden personen bedient. Der tisch wurde auch nicht komplett abgeräumt nach dem wir fertig waren. Essen war als es dann endlich kam aber in ordnung. Bedienung freundlich.

Egal ob Pizza, Nudeln, Risotto oder Bruschetta, es holt mich hier alles ab. Leckeres Essen und leckere Weine. Was will man mehr? Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und gut designt. Immer wieder gerne zu Besuch bei euch!

Sehr schöner ort, jedoch Mitarbeiter überfortdert und Essen kam fast kalt an unseren Tisch.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht von der Pizza, werde dieses Restaurant nicht mehr weiter empfehlen.

Das war leider unterirdisch. Und leider war es auch noch unser Hochzeitstag. Zuerst: das Essen war lecker! ABER: Der Laden hat keine Toiletten. Dafür muss man auf die öffentliche Toilette in der Neutor Galerie gehen. Wir haben fast eine std aufs Essen gewartet. Ja es war voll aber in Oberhausen und Dortmund Europaplatz schafft man es ja auch. Auch ist der Service nicht zu vergleichen. Wir hatten leider nur einmal zu Beginn die Möglichkeit ein Getränk zu bestellen. Danach hat man den Kellner nicht mehr gesehen und die anderen waren nicht zuständig. Da hätte man noch an uns verdienen können. 🤷🏻‍♀️, Unser Sohn hat die Pizza nicht geschafft. Es waren etwa 3/4 über. Sie wurde nicht im Karton verpackt sondern klein zusammengeklappt (so das es 4 Lagen waren) und in eine Tüte gepackt. (Foto hängen wir dran) Leider hat uns die Summe an schiefgelaufenen Dingen den Abend schön kaputt gemacht. Nächstes mal fahren wir dann doch lieber wieder nach Oberhausen oder Dortmund.

Mal wieder den Vogel abgeschossen. Kurz nach auf 45 bestellt, letztlich 35 min später nach eigentlicher Terminierung erhalten. Zwar gab es eine Entschädigung, denn wurde deutlich, dass sich auch in Zukunft nichts ändern wird!!!!! Dieser Laden braucht entweder mehr Personal oder muss lernen sich zu organisieren! Es hilft auch eine Entschädigung nichts, wenn es der absolute Dauerzustand ist Dazu wird jedesmal der Bon wieder vom Kaeton gezogen, wo auch den Mitarbeitern bewusst sein sollte, dass dieser benötigt wird zum Punkte sammeln. Schade!!!!!!!! Essen top!!!!!!!!

Mit System aber erste Sahne. Wir waren mit 12 Personen da und wurden erstklassig bewirtet. Pizzen wie diese gibt es nur hier. Aber auch alles andere ist anders als Standard. Sehr guter Abend. 25€ im Schnitt mit bei einigen Vorspeisen und Nachtisch. Sehr gutes PreisLeistungsVerhältnis.

Finde hier stimmt das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis nicht. Pizza ist schnell kalt und die sonstigen Gerichte haben nicht soviel Geschmack. Dann doch lieber zum Klassischen Italiener.

Essen war sehr gut , nur toiletten haben die keine. Dafür muss man im center die toiletten aufsuchen. Nicht die tollste sache zumal man dafür das lokal verlassen muss.

Nach 30 Minuten warten und Missachtung wurden mehrfach angeschaut aber weiterhin ignoriert , auf Anfrage. Sagt. man uns unsere Bedienung hat Feierabend. Sind wieder gegangen weil wir keine Lust hatten darauf zu warten bis einer uns beobachtet. Schade sind hier rein gegangen weil es lecker ist. Hinweis an den Service , der Kunde ist euer Gehalt.

Ein toller Laden. Leckeres Essen, schönes Ambiente, freundliches Personal

Das Restaurant ist im Winter ungemütlich kalt und laut. Wir hatten einen Tisch für 5 Personen ca. eine Woche vorher reserviert. Enttäuschender Weise bekamen wir einen offensichtlich dazu gestellten Tisch mit 5 Stühlen (nach Art 50er Jahre Küchenmöbel) direkt neben einer sich ständig zum Center hin öffnenden Türe. Die Aufnahme der Getränkewünsche erfolgte noch relativ zügig. Dann dauerte es noch weitere 15 Minuten bis Essen bestellt werden sollte, um festzustellen, dass der Tisch "wegen Schichtwechsel noch nicht registriert sei ". Einige Minuten später war das dann erfolgt, so dass wir bestellen konnten. Nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass ein Nudelgericht nicht gebracht werden könne, da die Zutaten nicht mehr vorrätig seien. Wieso man 30 Minuten für diese Feststellung braucht, erschloss sich uns nicht. Also ein anderes Nudelgericht bestellt. Nach weiteren 30 Minuten nachgefragt, wann die Bestellung denn nun käme. Nach einigen fadenscheinigen Ausreden, kam wenige Minuten später s das Essen - 3 heiße Pizzen, sowie ein kaltes Nudelgericht und kalte Gnocchi. Absolut inakzeptabel..., auch wenn ansonsten der Geschmack ok war. Wer bei Pizzen Quantität über Qualität stellt, mag hier einkehren. Aber Service und Gemütlichkeit sucht man hier vergeblich.

Der Service ist überragend und sehr freundlich. Ich esse Glutenfrei. Auf Anfrage gab es jede Menge Optionen und es ist super lecker. Weiter so! Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch bei euch!

Schon so viele rundum schöne Abende hier verbracht: Leckeres Essen, freundlicher Service des gesamten Teams, ansprechende Lokalität (insbesondere die roten Deckenlampen 😀), ganz sicher bald wieder!

Wollte Nudeln essen da wurde mir gesagt der die Nudeln macht hat Mittagspause ich könnte keine Nudeln bestellen.

Liebes L'Osteria-Team Wir hatten eine Käsepizza mit Gambas. Leider war die Pizza nach 5 min so hart, dass man sie kaum noch essen konnte. Auf Nachfrage bei der Kellnerin, ob das so richtig sei, sagte diese:„So ist das, wenn man ne Käsepizza bestellt". Das fanden wir wirklich nicht sehr nett. Beim nächsten Mal vielleicht einfach zusammen nach einer Lösung suchen😉

Wir waren etwa 22 Uhr im Restaurant, wo wir Essen bestellt haben. Die Küche war nach Aussage der Bedienung bereits geschlossen. Weswegen man uns nur noch Pizza angeboten hat Nudeln was der Kleinste unserer Gruppe gerne gehabt hätte wöre nicht mehr möglich Weswegen er sich an unserem Essen vergütlichen musste was ihn natürlich traurig stimmte. Desweiteren fing die Bedienung schon an abzuräumen auch Teller der Personen die noch aßen.

Essen ist gut, vom Preis okay. Service mehr als dürftig und die Räumlichkeiten nicht sehr gemütlich. Ein absolutes No-Go ist, dass es für Gäste keine Toilette gibt. Bei Bedarf muss man das Lokal verlassen und das öffentliche WC in der Neutor-Galerie aufsuchen.
