Like everywhere, always delicious 😋

I was there today with my mother. We weren't noticed at the door at first, so we decided to choose a spot ourselves. An employee then became aware of this and led us to a table. Then we were asked by another waiter whether we had sat there ourselves or whether our colleague had led us to the table. Our food came much too late even though the number of guests was manageable. I also tried to make eye contact with the same waiter several times in order to finally pay and we were consistently ignored several times while guests at the neighboring tables who were there after us were served first. When I spoke to the waiter, he just waved at me and told me to wait. We actually wanted to have a drink after dinner, but we decided not to. My mother wore a headscarf and felt very uncomfortable. She asked me whether we were deliberately ignored for this reason and unfortunately I felt the same way. With such discrimination, I'm wondering whether we should choose another branch soon. Things are more respectful in Oberhausen.

Heute habe ich einen Salat mit Hähnchenfleisch in der l'Osteria gegessen und war sehr enttäuscht. Eine dermaßen kleine Portion habe ich für diesen Preis noch nirgendwo bekommen. Das Fleisch, angeblich 170g, musste man suchen. Altes Brot dazu gab es erst auf Nachfrage. Für diese Leistung völlig überteuert! Abstoßend finde ich, dass die Polster der Möbelierung ziemlich verdreckt sind. Ich werde dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen.

Habe das Essen bestellt und abgeholt, Essen war lau warm , das Risotto ein zäher Brei. die Lasagne war sehr säuerlich und die Pizzabrötchen hatten kein Salz. Wir waren sehr endtäuscht.😒

The food was very tasty and the service was very nice and friendly. What wasn't possible was that you were constantly sitting in a draft because all guests had to use the public center toilet. To do this you have to leave the restaurant. The door was stuck and stayed open until someone closed it again. One had the impression of a snack bar rather than a restaurant. The kitchen also forgot our main course. The food was only prepared upon request. The center manager didn't really take the matter into account. He listened to it, but there was no apology. Too bad.

Today I was at L'Osteria in Dinslaken with a group of severely disabled people. We were treated very courteously by everyone and saw many really happy faces while we ate!!! In particular we had a birthday child with us (mentally & physically disabled) She was very happy about the surprise from the house and the birthday song!!! We would love to come back as a group but also privately ♡♡♡

We had a very nice little birthday dinner here today. Many thanks to the great service staff (Elena and her colleague, who even sang a birthday serenade 😀). They were very attentive and really made our evening special with their friendly and attentive manner.

The restaurant is not as crowded as e.g. in Oberhausen. You usually always get a place. The service is very nice and the food is good like in all restaurants.

We were served a delicious pizza quickly and there was nothing wrong with that. What's unpleasant is that there are no private toilets here and you have to use the Galeria's public toilets instead. There were also problems paying with a gift card. This was initially not accepted, so we had to pay in advance and, under the instructions of the manager and a copy of our identity card, apply for the voucher to be refunded to Solarisbank, which they declared as a payout of a lottery winnings. Certainly not legally permissible, but we accepted it anyway because I wanted to go to the toilet quickly at home. Although the food was very good, there are places in Dinslaken where I feel more comfortable. I'm curious to see how long it will take until I have the "lottery winnings" in my account. Note 10/21/24: The voucher was paid out on my account the next working day, at least. I would also like to emphasize again that the food and service were absolutely fine.

We wanted to place an order online, there are no starters like vitellotonato available online. We then called and wanted to place the order. We would have wanted to order 2 portions of vitello, 2x gnochi gamerretti, a salad and dessert. Reply from employee Orders online only. We pointed out that we would like to order the vitello and this is not available online. Once again it was pointed out to order online when we asked that if we come to the store and want to take something with me, I don't have to do it online and get my food as requested. We then decided to order from Mammas because it is easier to get a vitello Tonato there and the staff is a little more open to making their guests happy.

The pasta that my fiancée chose was also a real highlight: cooked al dente and served in a flavor-balanced sauce. We would particularly like to emphasize the excellent service. The service was extremely attentive and literally read our wishes from our lips. Overall, a thoroughly successful experience that we would be happy to repeat.

I am writing to you to express my deep disappointment over an incident that we experienced in your branch in Dinslaken. It is hard for us to believe that on September 15th, 2024, despite the officially stated opening hours until 11:00 p.m., we were asked to leave the restaurant at 9:45 p.m., even though we had previously asked when they closed. This decision was explained to us on the grounds that there were too few guests in the restaurant. This behavior towards us as paying guests is absolutely unacceptable and gives the impression that our presence and our visit have no meaning whatsoever. We felt neither valued nor taken seriously as customers. Such treatment leaves a very bitter aftertaste and is in stark contrast to the expectations we have when visiting a restaurant of your chain. For this reason, we unfortunately feel compelled not only to avoid L’Osteria in the future, but also not to recommend it to others. Parking spaces can be found nearby, but for a fee. We were only in the restaurant for a short time. I find it annoying that as a guest you have to leave the restaurant to go to the toilet (but there is a disabled toilet). That day, the waiter served guests he knew with a handshake and a high five rather than us and other guests, even though we were there earlier - that's not possible. As a waiter, you may be able to overlook one guest, but not several and choose someone else you know over them. We then left the restaurant and will no longer go there.

Good Italian cuisine, pleasant atmosphere, attentive service - you can rarely go wrong with a visit to a L'Osteria! There are dishes and alternatives for every dietary type - the vegan cheese is really great!

Das Lokal ist gut gelegen, erreichbar und auch sehr nett ausgestattet. Die bestellten Pizzen kamen im passenden Zeitrahmen, waren gut belegt und wie auf dem Bild ersichtlich auch riesengroß, was den Preis pro Pizza rechtfertigt. Das Personal war rundherum freundlich. Dies alles hätte es gerechtfertigt mind 4-5 Sterne/Punkte zu bewerten. Aber absolut abstoßend ist es, dass dieses Lokal für die Anzahl von ca. 200 Sitzplätzen, über keine eigene Toiletten verfügt (Ausnahme 1 Behindertentoilette) !! Ansonsten müssen die Gäste der L´Osteria die Toilettenanlage in der Neutor-Galerie besuchen, die für alle allgemeinen Gäste vorgehalten werden - und so sehen sie auch aus. D.h. die Gäste müssen das Lokal verlassen und je nach Andrang in der Toilettenanlage in der Galerie warten!!! Diese L´Osteria sieht uns nicht wieder

We celebrated our birthday at L'Osteria and we absolutely loved it. The service was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our visit particularly pleasant. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting, which made the entire evening even more enjoyable. You can tell that a lot of value is placed on hospitality and quality here. Ambience & food great. It couldn't be better. As for service? - Catastrophe, so unfortunately only one star. The employee at the reception today (August 2, 2024 at around 6 p.m.) who identified himself as a “manager” apparently had no desire to serve customers, despite reservations. We didn't want to spend a cent in this shop, so we spontaneously decided on another restaurant in Dinslaken. As sorry as I am, I have to say that I will no longer be setting foot in my favorite restaurant. I definitely won't let myself be treated like that.

Absolutely disorganized juice shop, The receipt for our orders was eaten by the printer, no one questions the fact that a table of 12 people ordered 2 pizzas. We waited 2 hours. This is my 2nd bad experience with the store, wanted to give the store another chance.

We went there for dinner with a small group and really loved it! The service was quick and super nice. I think the concept is good and I am aware that there are staff shortages. Unfortunately, you notice that too. Sometimes long waiting times, e.g. for drinks. Food good but nothing special. I love the little Italian restaurant with a personal touch in my pizzeria around the corner

The food was OK. Unfortunately the service was terrible. Customers who came after us got their food sooner. The service was understaffed and slightly overwhelmed. After waiting for over an hour, we at least got a free drink as compensation.

Had pizza and pasta today. Prices were ok. Service was good and it was relatively quick. However, what I have never experienced and which I find a bit cheeky and intrusive is that when paying, the device is presented and you have to choose how much tip you want to give. So you are indirectly forced to give tips. I think such actions should be avoided and the customer should decide for themselves whether they want to tip. That's why there are only 4 stars.

But for about a month I have been disappointed 4 times, wrong food, the others at the table are finished, then comes the forgotten food, once someone at the table had ice-cold shrimp inside, neighboring tables also complained about the wrong dishes. Since the very nice young woman with short blonde hair, who always has an overview, is no longer there, everything seems to be going haywire. Two gentlemen are happy to stand on their cell phones with their backs to the guests. In all the previous months we never had any reason to complain; it was due to the competence of the lady, who is unfortunately no longer there.

The ambience resembles a cafeteria style and has absolutely nothing to do with a southern feel-good atmosphere. This has been confirmed several times. The advantages over franchise systems are absolutely fulfilled here. L’Osteria? Never again!!

Friendly service, fresh drinks and absolutely delicious food with reasonable portions. The prices are also reasonable and perfectly fine. The location also looks neat and well maintained. Unfortunately, a lot of time passed during the meal before someone came to the tables again (outside) - we would have liked to have ordered some more drinks and chili oil in between. But all in all a good restaurant that we would like to visit again.

The latte macchiato was lukewarm and only a 0.2l glass for almost 5 euros! During the stay (approx. 3 hours) there was no request if you would like something to drink. You really had to look for the waitress before you could order. The food only came after several other guests who had ordered after us received their orders. Given the prices, I would have at least expected to be full. There are no toilets on site; you have to use the toilet in the Neutorgalerie.

It's been a while since my husband and I ate here. We were there three times and were disappointed twice, so we said we won't visit this place again. On all visits we had to wait at least 20 minutes until we could order or our drinks were brought. I understand if it's really crowded, but this wasn't the case. I was pregnant at the time and wasn't allowed to eat some foods. This was explained to the service staff, which is why I had “extra requests” for my orders; these were not particularly difficult. (Ex.: no hard cheese or bacon on the pizza) Unfortunately, on our first visit, my order arrived incorrectly and was immediately remade. On the second visit, the order arrived incorrectly twice and that was more than annoying because we could no longer eat together because otherwise my husband's dish would have gotten cold. As “compensation” I received a decaffeinated coffee. Unfortunately, I also hear from family and friends that the waiting times from ordering are still very long. Furthermore, it was hardly possible to order drinks again because we couldn't “catch” any service for a long time. My husband then went to the counter so we could order something again. A real shame.

Very large, tasty pizzas, delicious pasta dishes. The service staff were always friendly and did their best, despite the high workload and the well-known staff shortage these days. With their warmth and customer focus, the management gives the restaurant the additional values ​​that make a guest happy to come back.

We were warmly welcomed by the young team. The restaurant was about 2/3 full. The drinks arrived quickly and we only waited 15 minutes for the food. Our “extra requests” for the pizza were fully fulfilled and we enjoyed it very much. All the service staff in the store were really busy, had lots of ways to go and were still nice and quick. Everything happened super quickly, including dessert, but since we had a follow-up event, everything was perfect for us.
