Ich kenne die Familie Tassone seit Wielandstr. und es ist immer eine kleine, italienische und kulinarische Reise. Bedienung super, Essen Topp, Tolle Aussenplätze, was will man mehr!!!

UPDATE: Meanwhile, prices have risen by almost 50% and portions have shrunk by 50%! It really sucks and is NOT WORTH the money! Last time I had 4-5 "pieces" of beef fillet (over my pasta dish, for 15€ anyway.....) and I paid 9.90€ extra for it....the portion was for children. Just ridiculous.

We pre-ordered 2 pizzas and 2x Assagini online today. We then arrived at the restaurant on time at the specified pickup time. We were asked for our name and told it would take a moment. After waiting for more than half an hour, as well as several orders that were ready before ours, our food was finally available. There was no apology for the wait, nor a free drink (which the customer before us received for the long wait). We definitely won't be coming back again.

Picked up twice now and always waited at least 45 minutes after ordering by phone, at least 1 hour in advance. Then we were told that the order had been lost. It could happen on a Sunday then we were told that we would get 10%. No percentage received invoice when asked and the answer was no idea, the system says nothing. The only thing we got was a coke. Of course it can happen that an order goes wrong, but 2 out of 2 times and then no discount or anything like that is really, really bad, unfortunately because the pizza is really good.

The food was very great. The staff is also very friendly. I particularly liked the design of the menu and the ability to write down your orders. The Italian radio creates a great ambience. Would definitely come back.

Pizza used to be very good. Unfortunately, pizzas are getting smaller and more expensive. The ambience in the store is just so-so. It wasn't a real restaurant before.

Wir haben neben Pizzabrötchen und Vorspeisen 3 Pizzen bestellt. Anstatt nach den versprochenen 45 Minuten dauerte es 75 Minuten, bis die Lieferug kam. Die Pizzen waren höchstens lauwarm, die Ränder total weich. .

The pizza is above average. But somehow everything is a little lacking. The last whistle was on the dough, a little too tough, the friendliness is a little too cold, the prices are a little too high and the ambience is a little too shabby. I think they could even if they wanted to, hence only 4 stars. Complaining at a high level. Better than 99% of the pizzerias in Duisburg and Dinslaken.

Very good homemade pasta! A little more expensive than usual in Italian restaurants - and pay attention to the shelf life of the coffee creamer before you use it! 😉

I had pasta “Alla Panna” with rigatoni noodles and turkey breast pieces, and I was very satisfied. The cream sauce was highly recommended as it had an excellent taste and a pleasant temperature. All in all, this was a wonderful visit and a taste oasis.

Very good food! I didn't like the fact that you had to write down the order yourself, but since we were a bit bigger, the waitress took it that way. Expensive but worth it! Payment at the table not possible! You would have to go to the checkout. Better if you know something like this beforehand 😅

There were 7 of us and we were in the restaurant (snack bar) at 5:45 p.m. We only got a table and were on our own. We didn't know how to get food or drink. Until we eventually found a small piece of paper to order, which was only picked up upon request, we waited an hour for half the drinks. The service is unfriendly and unprofessional and not accommodating. I can't rate the food after 2 hours because it's still not there. When we asked where the food was, we were only told that it was only the service and not the kitchen. She wanted to ask but she never came back. Never again....... Food came after 2 hours and 30 minutes, it was ok but not great...

This was our first time at Mamma's Simple Food. The pizza was really great and powerful. The order blocks on the tables are somewhat unusual. You have to write down what you want to eat and then hand it over to the counter. The ambience is relaxed, so nothing is at a low volume. All in all a nice restaurant with delicious food. You should reserve a table. We had the pizza 4 stagioni

There's absolutely nothing negative to say. Here you can immediately tell that real Italians are at work. There is no pizza of this standard anywhere here. It couldn't be better!

We purchased a voucher for €70 for the location in Kamp Lintfort. This is now closed, unfortunately the voucher is not accepted at any other location. No response to the contact form, always just saying on the phone that they are just employees and can't help. Service zero. Outrageous and impossible! Never again!!

Unfortunately it failed the last three times. We've only been there a few days and the service leaves something to be desired. We place orders and one dish was missing and others were brought incorrectly. We repeated it to the waiter 4 times and it was still wrong. We're still being shit on by the bosses for this. It's good that enough people noticed. It's a shame because the food is really good.

Since my friend wrote a review because of a few errors that happened in the service, I would like to explain something here. 1. The waiter said pizza with boiled eggs in German and Italian. According to your feedback it said that we ordered in Italian and uove dure is not available in Italian but uove soda. It was explained to the waiter in German. So, not a fried egg but hard eggs can be understood in German. The real problem was the boss who arrived annoyed and said. Should we throw away the pizzas now? We answered. It's a shame, but we don't eat the pizza that way because the waiter often tells us, even with hand signals, that there is no fried egg. But hard eggs. The boss said sarcastically. We have enough money to throw away the pizzas. I'll bet that they didn't do it, but instead removed the fried egg and made hard eggs with mozzarella on them and put them back in the oven for a moment. In the end, 4 identical pizzas were ordered, only 3 were wrong. The 4th came after the waiter was made aware that the 4th pizza had been ordered. And pasta with prawns was also forgotten because we had pasta prawns twice and once again only one came. Speaking of gambas. Then the boss came and asked. What's missing now? My sister said; yes the noodles with prawns. The boss. Yes, but they have their pasta there and are just eating it. Yes / Yes. But we ordered 2. So he wanted to play us for fools. Is it not common for several people to order the same dish? Oh well. We've always enjoyed being there for years. That's it. Better for us and better for them. Success has gone to their heads. Dear employees and bosses. I read the response to my wife's review. 6 years ago until Saturday I only said good things about you and even recommended you. But unfortunately that was the last time. It doesn't matter to you right now because you've become successful and that's what you're treated to because your food was/is actually top notch. The fact that unfortunately one of the bosses was annoyed and sarcastic towards us is disrespectful! It may be that you've had a bad day, but that's still no reason to look for faults with the customer! Work on your staff. Despite all the mistakes, the waiters remained steadfast. Unfortunately the boss is the opposite! As a leader, you should be the first in the business to prevent something like this! We are not parasites and if you had asked us if you could replace the fried egg in the finished pizza with a fresh egg to avoid throwing it away, we certainly wouldn't have objected! Instead they come with slogans and they want to sell us that the pizzas were made again within 5 minutes. So folks... We come from the south ourselves and know how things work! With honesty and politeness you leave a more positive impression than if you try to justify yourself in order to be right from wrong! And despite a bad evening, I left a tip! That's what makes a sensible person! Nevertheless, we ate more or less well. All the best to you

The food tasted good, not great. Large, delicious pizza and the pasta is homemade. Unfortunately the service was not very active, we had to struggle to be served and the cutlery was dirty but was quickly replaced. All in all, good for a snack bar, if the prices were correspondingly lower.

Simply great. Nothing to be desired in terms of taste and personality.

The food is actually always delicious on site, but it takes forever to get it delivered, the times given are never adhered to and I'm not talking about 5 or 10 minutes longer, then the pizza arrives cold and soggy and if something was delivered incorrectly you have to wait again at least an hour, that can't be right, no excuse or they'll get the later delivery for nothing else, that's really an impertinence, unfortunately

Extremely delicious pizza and pasta. Great selection of toppings, modern and creative pizza recommendations. The cafeteria atmosphere isn't that great, but it fits the concept 100%! Cool shop! We'd love to come back!

The food is good, you really can't complain. But... The waiters are overwhelmed, it took over 1.5 hours (on a Thursday evening) until we got our food. There was no soap left in the ladies' room. I have made this known to the staff several times. Unfortunately nothing happened. We had made a reservation weeks ago and got a really bad seat (even though there were enough seats in the back of the restaurant). A pity.

Went to Mom's again today, there's no need to talk about the prices, they've gone up everywhere. But what I'm explicitly concerned with today is arrogant behavior. We came into the restaurant and got our seat, a couple next to us were ordering drinks and pizza rolls. We ordered our drinks. A few minutes later (2-3), the couple got their order. Nothing happened for us. The waiter walked around the counter, greeted customers and led them to a table, picked up the drinks and again a few minutes later they got their drinks. There was nothing with us...no drinks and no ordering of food. I'm not sure if such behavior should be exhibited in today's times. It used to be packed there at this time, but today there were tons of seats available. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the quality because we then decided to leave. After all, we were hungry and wanted to leave our money behind. We've been there several times, but we've never experienced anything like this. My girlfriend is originally from Dinslaken and that's why we know it. We now drive 50km and that's why we're so disappointed.

Nice, rustically furnished restaurant, which is always busy. The pizza is large, well topped and very tasty... but it also has its price. Service tries hard to ensure that everything is brought to the table quickly. At peak times you have to put up with a waiting time of around 45 minutes and loud acoustics, but that's only the case at the beginning. We felt comfortable there.

Pizza tasted A1. When you first enter the restaurant you think "ohh", but 15 minutes after opening it was completely full and that was during the week. The pizza combined with the garlic really tasted very good.

We ordered via Lieferando and were unfortunately disappointed. Here they try to bring quality to the pizza with better ingredients than usual, but the implementation fails. The topping was no longer on the dough when we received it - not what I expected at such a price.

The food was very tasty, but if you order the ravioli with ricotta you pay an extra 3.50 euros and get 4 raviolis. Personally I find that very cheeky. The prices have been raised extremely, a piece of tiramisu costs 10.90 euros. Actually very tasty food but unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right at all.. what a shame!

As always, we are very satisfied and always enjoy coming back. From the waitress to the boss, everyone is very competent and friendly, really familiar. I can only recommend :-)

I can't fully understand the enthusiasm for this location. Very uncoordinated service. Restaurant area quite loud and not very comfortable. I find the order on a piece of paper at the table strange. Very long wait for the food. It tasted good, but is quite expensive for what it is.

I was eating there yesterday, it actually wasn't really crowded, I had pasta and pizza, what I find really cheeky is that my food came but not mine, of course I didn't touch my food... After about 10 minutes I had it I then asked the waitress where the food was that was still missing here, I often gave my food and asked her to bring it back until the food was there, my noodles were actually warmed up in the microwave, who can think? yes, sometimes it happens, no, food should never be served individually, my neighboring table had the same problem and they both had a pizza! I also work in service myself and training in both service and kitchen organization is definitely appropriate! We wouldn't have anything like that, even with a table of 10 people everyone gets their food and not little by little... Waiters should learn to carry multiple plates! Maybe even some who don't necessarily give the impression that they don't feel like working! 2 people just under 60€

The food in the restaurant is really delicious, especially the mozzarella with the spicy salami is an absolute delight. Unfortunately, I have to emphasize that the prices here are really above average and could be off-putting for some guests. The quality of the food is definitely remarkable and might justify the price for some. It is also commendable to hear that the staff are treated appropriately, which definitely contributes to a pleasant working environment.

Previously the No. 1 Italian restaurant in Dinslaken, yesterday we were there again and picked up pizza. What used to be abundantly documented is now simply an outrage! Not even half full, way too expensive and rubbery as soon as the pizza gets a little colder. It's a shame, you could have done better. Everything is getting more expensive, but just under €15 for a pizza with a quarter of an onion and an eighth of a can of tuna is cheeky. 10€ for a portion of tiramisu as well.

Clear recommendation! Still! I had already nibbled on my Pizza Quattro Statione in front of the photo... Spaghetti is served in bowls. This time we only had pizzas. They know that you rarely eat a pizza like this completely. Whatever you can't manage, you can take home with you in a pizza box. When making a reservation, which I strongly recommend, it is advisable to specify the correct number of guests because the tables will be put together exactly to match. No long waiting times and hot, delicious food arrives quickly after you order. Anyone who doesn't know the menu and has to read it to make a decision will certainly be approached in a reserved and friendly manner while reading it... ;-) I would say just try it out and enjoy!

Canteen feeling, more expensive but at least it was tasty. Overall we didn't like it at all. First of all, the prices are completely excessive. OK. The pizza is very good and so are the pizza rolls. The bruscetta didn't taste like anything and was served on brown bread. The ambience is impossible. Loud, like in a cafeteria, MTV is playing on a television and it's just very uncomfortable. The waiters were nice. The prices are incredibly expensive, even though it is simply uncomfortable. You sometimes pay less at a classier Italian restaurant with a corresponding ambience. And you don't have to write down your food on a piece of paper. So we won't be coming back.

Schlichtes Ambiente bei überzogenen Preisen. Highlight: Eine sehr freundliche weibliche Bedienung, Lowlight: Ein lustloser Chef, der nur bei Gruppen oder Bekannten kurz etwas Herzlichkeit ausstrahlt. Die Pizza selbst: In Öl ersoffenes Konstrukt, insgesamt Universen vom guten Pizza Geschmack entfernt.

The service stars are for the very friendly female service. Unfortunately, the manager of the house does not radiate any hospitality. The pizza was nothing but a flatbread drowned in oil. Lousy performance, absurdly expensive prices.

Thanks to friends of ours, we got a taste for Mamma's and have done so for many years now. For me, this restaurant has the best pizza. The dough is simply delicious. I've been eating vegan for some time and since there was hardly anything for me, we skipped visiting for a long time. But now there's the vegan pizza melt and I can finally eat the best pizza again 🤤 Not the cheapest restaurant in terms of price (prices have already been raised quite a bit), but simply my favorite. I always get the pizza in small sizes (you get a discount for that) and so I always get it. The staff and service are good. You usually fill out the form for your order, but the waitress is usually there quickly and takes the form with you 😊 I also think that you should always eat on site, then the pizza tastes tastiest or warm in the oven at home do (tip from the waitress). Mamma’s is always a good choice for special occasions or every now and then.

First of all, we like Mamma's Simple Food and have been there many times. The food there is really good, especially the pasta. But today we weren't really happy. If you raise the prices quite a bit, I actually expect that there won't be any savings on the pizza toppings. The otherwise lavish tuna pizza today was like a Margherita with shreds of tuna. I also just can't understand how a bottled wheat beer costs 6.10 euros!!! costs (VAT increase or not...). Otherwise we could also order drinks from the waiter. Today it was insisted that the reordering of a beer should be done using an order slip (we then gave the slip to the same waitress who had asked us to do so - after 30 seconds she was at the table with the beer). Guess we'll take a break now, what a shame.

Ordered 20 € pizza and got it delivered... used to be good but with the prices and the result not recommended, it's a real shame...

Waren seit langer Zeit wieder mal dort (früher als Gastgeber mit Geschäftsfreunden regelmäßiger). Pasta waren von sehr guter Qualität und sehr lecker. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aber leider überhaupt nicht mehr. Insbesondere seit Jahresanfang sind Preise explodiert , aber Ambiente kann da nicht mithalten. $$$ ! Hier wurde die Schraube für unseren Geschmack überdreht. Schade, war mal ein ein Geheimtipp in der ersten Jahren.

Unfortunately, the pizza arrived lukewarm and was completely soggy in the middle. That's not possible and others can do it better. Delivery was on time.

For the past 8 years we have always ordered our pizza here, picked it up or eaten it on site. Last year we went to the newly opened L'Osteria in the Neutogalerie more often; my wife likes the pizza better there. Today - as it turns out - was the last time we ordered from Mamma's. We were familiar with the previously oversized pizzas, typically Italian, clear but well topped and didn't think anything bad. In short: we paid €17.30 for the small pizza from the picture, 24cm in diameter, and paid a total of €49.60 plus tip for 3 small pizzas (Vegetaria+Prosciutto, Hawai and Mamma's Pizzaiola). The pizzas were all cool, soggy and soggy. I find the fact that the pizzas were then reduced to miniature size and the price was increased at the same time to be a complete impudence, and in connection with the poor quality, I am at a loss for words. We were confirmed over the phone that everything was fine. Ok, never again for us or for our holiday guests, we will no longer recommend this pizzeria, but rather actively advise against it, the guest handbook will be changed tomorrow. A real shame…. PS: The competition has only adjusted the prices, the size and quality are still the same as ever. Luckily there are alternatives!

Very tasty spaghetti aglio olio è peperoncini. Beautifully lightly brown roasted garlic. The pasta didn't taste great that day. It tastes like it was blanched, then dried and finally undercooked. I don't confuse the condition with the al dente cooking condition I love. In my case the spaghetti was hard on the outside and soft on the inside and not the other way around 😊 It was still tasty, but not 5 stars.

Imagine you get a voucher from your favorite pizzeria for your birthday and you can't redeem it because you'd rather enjoy the meal at home on the couch. But it doesn't work because you can only use vouchers, i.e. a service that has already been paid for, if you consume it in a restaurant. Are you serious? If I eat in a restaurant, will I receive an extra special service from you for the voucher? Customer lost from today, voucher must be given for 25 euros. The food tastes good, the service is not customer-friendly but rather economically oriented. And I'm not sure: it has something to do with our billing system...Blah, blah...

Cozy and familiar restaurant with great food...I had bruscetta, pizza with buffalo mozzarella and tiramisu...I would order everything again. Delicious ! The service was very nice and accommodating. Our drinks came very quickly and the food also came to the table at a pleasant time. The concept of "writing down" the order yourself and paying at the checkout takes a bit of getting used to, but overall it's okay. But I could imagine that with a larger group it could be a bit annoying if someone is constantly writing something down... no matter... I will definitely come here again with my wife soon 👌 Parking spaces are free and plentiful. If you have a larger group, you should definitely reserve in advance.

Sorry, that was little to nothing. First of all, I was asked several times why I didn't order online. Because there is a minimum order value. Her highly praised pizza ball was unseasoned. And the salami pizza was dripping with fat and the base was wobbly. And then for the price. Phew!

Table reserved for two people when they arrive, a folding table is set up in the middle of the path right next to another table. Should we cuddle with others? Unconvinced. Saw it on YouTube...we wanted to try it straight away. The pizza dough was unsuccessful. The edge was far too soft for the pizza to be fresh out of the oven. It has to be crispy on the outside and nice and doughy on the inside. The topping wasn't good either, very tasteless and lacking in seasoning. The fried pizza dough balls were cold and dry. The service wasn't good either. A pity. I've only been there once and won't be back.

Das Essen war mal wirklich Klasse. Aber die Lieferung ist eine Katastrophe... Mittlerweile ist es das 5. Mal das nicht pünktlich geliefert wird. Ein wenig Spielraum bei der Lieferzeit ist völlig in Ordnung, man kann nicht immer auf die Minute genau planen. Aber wenn ich vorbestelle für 17:15 Uhr, dann möchte ich nicht erst um 18:30 Uhr essen... Telefonisch wird jedes Mal behauptet, dass der Fahrer bereits auf dem Weg sei, jedoch dauert die Lieferung danach immer noch 20-40 min... Und wenn das Essen danach erstmal in die Mikrowelle muss weil es so eiskalt ankommt, dann steigt die Unzufriedenheit nur noch. Entweder man erhöht die Anzahl der Fahrer:innen, oder man reduziert die Anzahl der möglichen Lieferungen. So funktioniert das System auf jeden Fall überhaupt nicht. Entschuldigt wurde sich auch weder am Telefon, noch von der Fahrerin.

Essen super, Service und Ambiente weniger. Bei Ankunft wurden wir in einen noch sehr wenig gefüllten laden direkt neben andere Gäste gesetzt obwohl der Laden etwas Platz dazwischen hergegeben hätte. Kurze Wege hin oder her, man sitzt sehr nah beieinander, dass man sich ein wenig eingeengt fühlt. Durch das nahe beieinander Sitzen, ist es auch sehr laut, was die Akustik des Raumes leider nochmal verstärkt. Die Bestellung über kleine Blöcke wird einem nicht erklärt, genauso wenig, dass man diese selbst abgeben muss. Leider sehr umständlich. Das Essen war super, authentisch und gut zubereitet. Die Carbonara war sehr gut, auch wenn man sie extra "all'italiana" bestellen muss um eine authentische ohne Sahne zu erhalten. Die Pizza war auch sehr gut, dünner Boden und selbst der Rand war gut zu essen ohne Belag. Das Tiramisu war lecker, nicht bitter durch zu viel schlechten Kaffee sondern gut ausgeglichen. Preise sind in Ordnung, für die Qualität des Essens gerechtfertigt. Es stehen allerdings andere Preise online und in der Karte als dann auf der Rechnung. Da sollte nachgebessert werden. Alles in einem lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall für das Essen herzukommen. Authentisch italienisches essen, was man in Deutschland leider selten findet. An der Gasterfahrung lässt sich allerdings noch einiges verbessern. Die Tische vielleicht ein paar Zentimeter mehr auseinander, sodass man nicht das Gefühl hat mit fremden an einem Tisch zu sitzen und eine Erklärung wie der Bestellprozess funktioniert wäre auch sehr hilfreich.

Kollegen meinten, diese "Pizzeria" müsse man mal ausprobieren. Gesagt, getan. Und wir sind hingefahren. Zuerst einmal völlige Überraschung, da wir mit einer "normalen" Pizzeria gerechnet hatten. Bei Mamma's Simple Food Dinslaken handelte es sich aber um ein gut besuchtes Restaurant. Die bestellten Pizzen haben wir dann aber nicht vor Ort gegessen, sondern mitgenommen. Sehr lecker, aber preislich schon nicht gerade billig.

Essen war wieder mal super. Service sehr nett.

Wir haben am 26.12.23 essen bestellt. Es kam auch eine Bestellbestätigung per Email das um 18:30 Uhr das essen bei uns eintreffen wird da wir vorbestellt haben. Nach langem warten versuchte ich gegen 19:15 Uhr dort anzurufen keiner ging dran. Danach habe ich aus Zufall gesehen (bei Instagram) das Mammas garnicht auf hat. Wie sowas passieren kann war mir schon ein Rätsel. Es stand auf der Seite "heute Regulär geöffnet mit Uhrzeit) sonst hätten wir ja garnicht bestellt und dann sogar noch die Bestellbestätigung erhalten. Am 28.12.23 dann dort angerufen als sie wieder auf hatten. Bis auf ein "sorry wir haben mehrere Bestellungen rein bekommen kam nichts". Jetzt warten wir seit Tagen stand heute 02.01.24 auf unser Geld da dieses natürlich am 26.12.23 abgezogen wurde. Gerade wieder angerufen man versucht die Chefin zu erreichen. Jetzt warte ich wieder. Also wir sind wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Haben wirklich gerne dort bestellt. Ob wir jemals dort nochmal bestellen wissen wir nicht. Sich nichtmal anständig zu entschuldigen und uns so warten zu lassen geht einfach nicht. Auch allein das so ein Fehler passiert ist verstehe ich nicht. Aber Fehler passieren jedem. Doch was danach noch alles jetzt passiert ist geht einfach nicht. Da hätte ich mehr erwartet von Mammas.

Excellent Italian food, great value. It was busy, and the food took some time, was worth the wait though.

Total unterbesetzt. Bedienung existiert gefühlt nicht. Pizza ist gut, jedoch auf eine Pizza 1 1/2 Stunden und auf Trinken 20 Minuten zu warten ist unverschämt.

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich nicht auf das Essen, das vor weg. Das Lokal ist wirklich toll und die Bedienung bemüht, allerdings warten wir seit 1 Std und 43 Min auf unser Essen! Ich glaube die Flugzeit nach Napoli ist kürzer ;)

Ohne scherz beste Pizzeria überhaupt wer dort noch nie gegessen hat, der verpasst was

War für uns das letzte mal, dass wir dort bestellt haben! Haben extra 2 Stunden vorbestellt, damit das Essen eine halbe Stunde zu spät und kalt ankommt und eine Pizza, die Pizza des Monats, falsch geliefert wurde. Wir haben heute den 10.12!!! und die Pizza des Monats steht falsch im Internet/ auf der Website. Dort angerufen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass vergessen wurde, die Pizza des Monats zu aktualisieren, es sei noch die Pizza aus dem vorherigen Monat dort angegeben. Könnte so auch nicht mehr geliefert werden, da keine Zutaten dafür mehr vorhanden. Es wurde etwas anderes nachbestellt. Ohne eine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges wurde dann auf die Lieferzeit von 2! Stunden hingewiesen. Für eine Nachlieferung mehr als unakzeptabel!! Mammas war mal gut, mittlerweile aber leider nicht mehr. Preis/Leistungsmässig tut ihr euch einen großen gefallen, woanders zu bestellen. Die Lieferzeit dort ist generell eine Katastrophe, aber es bis Mitte des Monats nichtmal zu schaffen die Karte zu aktualisieren, ist ein schlechter Witz!

Liebes Mamma's Simple Food-Team, mein Freund und ich haben immer sehr gerne bei euch gegessen und das seit Jahren. Leider mussten wir bei den letzten Bestellungen jedoch feststellen, dass sich einiges zum Schlechten geändert hat. Ich bestelle grundsätzlich das gleiche Essen, weil ich es liebe und kann daher gut beurteilen, dass die Nudelportion immer kleiner wird, der Preis jedoch bleibt. Neuerdings muss ich auf die glutenfreien Nudeln zurückgreifen und ich bin sehr dankbar dafür, dass ihr diese im Sortiment habt. Beim ersten Mal dachte ich, dass ggfs. die glutenfreien Nudeln versehentlich leer gegangen sind aber danach waren die Portionen auch so klein und das ist enttäuschend, zumal die glutenfreien Nudeln extra kosten. Bitte hier entweder den Preis reduzieren oder die Nudelportion wieder vergrößern. Auch die Pizza meines Freundes war nun mehrere Male sehr schwarz an der Unterseite. Wir verstehen, dass dunklere Stellen einer Pizza aus einem Steinofen normal sind, jedoch war das früher nicht so extrem wie jetzt. Wir lieben eure Zutaten und werden bestimmt nochmal bestellen, da wir die Hoffnung noch nicht aufgeben wollen aber bitte nehmt euch die Rezensionen zu Herzen.

Einfach nur noch traurig. Dass man lange auf sein Essen warten muss nimmt man bei früherer Qualität von Mammas eigentlich auch mal in Kauf. Mittlerweile wurde unser Essen aber schon diverse Male nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit kalt geliefert. Wir haben den Pizzaboten dann heute gebeten einen Augenblick zu warten, bis wir jemanden im Laden gesprochen haben, weil wir nicht einsehen so viel Geld für kalte Pizzen zu zahlen. Leider ist dieser nach dem Bezahlen einfach abgehauen. Die Qualität hat trotz steigendem Preis so dermaßen nachgelassen, auch der Belag wird immer weniger. Das war auf jeden Fall das letzte Mal, dass wir dort bestellt haben.

Mamma Mia, wie gut kann eine Pizza schmecken? Ich war schon in einer Vielzahl on Pizzerien und hier sind diese wirklich richtig gut! Wir waren recht spät da und die Wartezeit war voll OK. Das 0,5er Pils hätte noch etwas kühler sein könne. Nach einer Vorstellung beim Eistheater Dinslaken war das Essen ein wundervoller Abschluss. Wir hatten den Zettel zur Speisenbestellung zwar ausgefüllt aber war wohl nicht zwingend notwendig.

Die Qualität nimmt stetig ab und vorallem der Service lässt so einiges zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere der Herr mit den Tattoo‘s (gehört nach meinem Dafürhalten zur Familie) sticht besonderes ins Auge, weil seine Bedienung, Freundlichkeit und Gesamtauftreten ist stets Tagesform abhängig. Zudem wird man direkt am Empfang seitens der Eigentümer selektiert und dementsprechend ein Tisch zugewiesen! Persönlich muss ich mir das nicht mehr geben vorallem bei dem Preissegment.
