It was a pleasure, as always. I would deduct one star because they could have asked more often if we wanted anything else, like drinks or dessert. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great dining experience. The pizza selection is extensive, the pizzas are huge, and you can even order two different pizza halves. The only downside was the ice cream for dessert, which was tasty but served in a container and therefore a bit uninspired. You could just as easily buy it at the supermarket.

Very delicious, huge pizza. Very tasty, perfectly chilled drinks. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was also nice, although the music was quite loud.

After a long day at Space Tech Expo, we returned to our humble hotel and, in the area, stumbled upon this quaint little place. We opted for a Caprese salad followed by a pizza cut in two: one half four cheese, and the other, something from the artists. Highly recommended.

Whenever I'm in Bremen for work for an extended period, I eat there at least once. The food and drinks are always good. The price/performance ratio is right.

The food was delicious, especially the bruschetta. It was the best I've ever had. The staff was very friendly, even though the restaurant was full.

We went to L’Osteria and it was delicious again! The pizzas are, as expected, huge, thin, and super crispy. The dough is baked to perfection and the toppings taste fresh. We especially liked that despite the size, the pizza wasn't "too much" and had just the right balance between crispy and juicy. The atmosphere is also cozy, and even the outdoor seating is pleasant. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick. We enjoyed it with a fresh Paulaner beer. All in all, a wonderful visit! Highly recommended if you're in the mood for a really good pizza in a relaxed atmosphere.

The desserts are dangerously good, especially the tiramisu. Light, creamy, perfect!

The music was way too loud and the pizza was probably the most boring of my life. I had the Funghi pizza. The dough was great, but the toppings were so boring that after two bites, I actually didn't feel like eating any more. I gave up after half. I've never experienced my taste buds going dormant after just a few bites: a frozen Funghi pizza from Dr. Oetker tastes more exciting. Losteria is a mass-production facility like McDonald's. The food came way too quickly; everything seems to have to be done quickly anyway; a leisurely dinner is neither desired nor possible here. Nevertheless, the place was packed; the customers obviously love average food: the main thing is that the pizza is big! Speaking of which: The fact that the plate is only half the size of the pizza was never cool, never funny, it's just annoying! Losteria has as much to do with Italy as Dieter Bohlen has to do with good music. Bottom line, it's not exactly cheap for a subpar service. Losteria is a caricature of an Italian restaurant. Rarely before has the Italian way of life been so mocked.

Pizza is delicious [chicken barbecue] But here, too, they skimp on the chicken for almost €18. Unfortunately, service is consistently poor!! They only say/ask the bare minimum! No "Bon appétit" and no "please/thank you!" We asked for a dish to be divided between two plates, which they agreed to. When it was brought, they said it wasn't possible. A real shame!

Great restaurant with a lovely open ambiance and delicious (and huge) pizza. A chain that works, and you always know what you're getting. Very kid-friendly! Don't forget your side salad 😉

Absolute disaster. We've been here twice. The first and last time. I've never been greeted so unfriendly...and it didn't get any better. The young woman who just settled the bill at the end was really nice and apologized for her male colleagues. The evening was ruined.

Great location. Great service. The food and service are still excellent, but unfortunately, they're now slower than I've ever experienced. You should bring plenty of time and not be too hungry.

The pizza is impressively large and made with good pizza flour. Unfortunately, that's about it. It gets cold halfway through the meal and the toppings aren't as good. A bit smaller and with more topping would have been better. I myself had a pizza calzone, and it was so poorly made that I will never order it there again! The ambiance is impressive and aimed precisely at a young clientele. The service is strictly organized and seemed overwhelmed and slightly rude to the customers on my last visit. All in all, I'll get my pizza somewhere else next time, even if the ambiance might not be as nice there. Food and friendly service are more important to me! Still, it wasn't a disaster, but it doesn't live up to the good reviews. The two of us were there for lunch on September 14, 2025. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great ambience, really tasty Italian, large portion :-) Lekker lasagne

We got a taxi here, Mohammed crashed the Mercedes on the way, we was a little in shock from the crash. The staff made us some strong alcohol drinks to numb the pain which was excellent. The food was superb. Service was excellent. They are very understanding when it comes to allergies. Would definitely come back but I won’t be using a taxi next time.

We waited in the restaurant for over an hour and no one even acknowledged us. No service, no drink, nothing. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We are truly disappointed – when you treat guests like this, it's no wonder the reviews are bad.

It was terrible!!!!! The staff was unfriendly, everything was dirty. Truly outrageous! I was there with my mother, and we waited 20-30 minutes for our drinks, and let's not even talk about how long the food took. The pizza was bad, much too big, hardly any cheese, and the dough was raw! My mother had gnocci, which was like a child's portion. She got about 10 gnocchi on her plate, and the sauce was extremely salty and smelled awful. When I went to the bathroom later, there was feces in the toilet bowl. Truly unbelievable!!! The service was too slow, the atmosphere was very unfriendly!!! We felt uncomfortable!!! WE WILL NEVER COME AGAIN!

The restaurant looks nice on its face, but is completely the opposite. When the lady brought us to the table, we immediately ordered our drinks and food. We waited 30+ minutes for the drinks (and it wasn't even that busy) and at least 60+ minutes for the food. We only ordered 2 pizzas!!! When we finally got our pizzas, they didn't taste good at all. The dough was kind of soggy, and there was hardly any tuna on them (we both had pizzas with tuna). When I went to the bathroom later, it stank of feces! I couldn't stand being in the bathroom for more than a minute because it smelled so bad! The atmosphere was very unfriendly towards us when we complained about the food; it was my first and last time here at Losteria!!!!!!!

We went there for the first time yesterday and were not disappointed. It all started at the reception when I said I had a reservation for five people under the name......, so I didn't even need to mention it. The service was very friendly, and the food—4 pizzas, 1 tortellini—was delicious and way too much... We had the leftovers from three pizzas packed up for us—we'll have them again today 😉. We'll definitely be back.

We spontaneously wanted a table for 10 people. Of course, I understand that something like this can't always be arranged at short notice – even though the back area was completely empty (presumably due to a lack of staff). However, there were tables, chairs, and umbrellas outside. When I asked if we could sit there, the lady at the reception with the short hair gave me an extremely unfriendly reply: They weren't serving outside because "according to the weather forecast, it might rain." It didn't rain the entire evening. I'm not concerned about not getting a table – that's understandable. But to be treated like this by such an impertinent lady at the reception is truly disappointing. Hospitality looks different. We certainly won't be coming back.

We love going to the Losteria at Weserpark. The seating inside and outside is great. Great service. Delicious food. We're always happy to go back.

My family and I were actually having a lovely day until we visited this "restaurant." We waited over an hour and a half for our food, and apart from two waiters, the service wasn't exactly friendly. Not again!

Luxury Something delicious and delicious

Came last night alone after my training , I admit it was 21:50 , since the kitchen closes at 22 verg nice lady said it was too late to eat .Ohh well guys next door at ASH took me in with open arms , and the food was delicious. Thank you LOsteria for making the choice for me .

I had a spontaneous craving for a pizza, a nice selection on the menu, and a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, I have to say that I've never experienced such poor service before... every single employee seemed completely overwhelmed, even though there was nothing going on. Unfortunately, it took forever to place the order. If it had been prime time, then enjoy. ----- For food, as already mentioned, there's a nice, large selection, from pizza to pasta. I chose a pizza (custom-made). Again, not recommended. The ingredients weren't baked, but simply placed cold on the pizza, put in the oven for 1 minute just before serving, and then taken out. Mozzarella (which actually tends to string when heated, nothing...) Raw beef fillet strips (very thick pieces) on the pizza (baked for 1 minute). Taste 1 out of 10 Sorry I only have bad things to report on this...

Unfortunately, the food tasted like nothing. No salt, no spices. Recommendable pizza. Very friendly staff. 👍🏻

I often have a meal and the atmosphere is quite good.

We were at L'Osteria with four adults and four children. Right from the start, we were told there were no seats available. Pushing two tables together was strictly prohibited. Later, when two adjacent tables became available, we were suddenly told that only three people were allowed to sit at one table. It was clear that they were trying to turn us away at all costs. We find this behavior extremely rude and unacceptable. This is not how guests should be treated. The person at the entrance was also very unfriendly. Since I couldn't clearly determine the gender, I'm deliberately refraining from providing any information.

The food and the ambiance were good, but the service was unfortunately inattentive and it took about an hour for the pizzas to arrive, even though the place wasn't very busy.

At our daughter's insistence, I came here with her yesterday after an afternoon of shopping. I was very skeptical at first, given the large restaurant and all... But what can I say? I was very pleasantly surprised.💯❣️ It started with the very friendly service. Outside, despite the parking lot and the nearby Weserpark, you could sit like you were in a peaceful garden, very nicely decorated🌳... I could hardly believe that zucchini noodles were on the menu. I've never seen anything like that before, and they were fantastic. Simply delicious. I was warned that it could have been a bit spicier, but it was just right.🌶️ My daughter had a pizza, and since I'm not a pizza fan at all, this large flat pizza wouldn't have been for me, but it looked somehow delicious, and she loved it, too. The Primitivo🍷 was relatively inexpensive and really not bad. We've already decided to visit again today...

Nice branch of the well-known chain in Bremen. The staff was very friendly. We ordered a salad and a pizza to share. The pizza arrived very quickly. We had a half with tuna and a mixed version. Both sides were delicious. Unfortunately, we waited in vain for the salad. We didn't have to pay for the salad we ordered, but we received it nicely packaged to take away. That's a nice gesture. Although we don't know if we'll eat it, as it's probably best enjoyed fresh. But after the large pizza, we're stuffed for now. We'll be back!

It's nice in itself, but unfortunately, I don't think the ratio of pizza size to toppings is very balanced. There could be a bit more on it. Otherwise, everything's fine.

So yesterday we went to eat at Losteria or whatever it's called, and all I can say is, awful, awful!!! No one even looks at us, we waited 20 minutes just for water, and then they brought us the wrong thing we didn't want. The staff were so unfriendly, they just talked to themselves and didn't even say hello. The pizza was way too big, but still cold??!! I have no idea how that works, and the salad was soggy. And there were kids screaming everywhere, the music was too loud, and nobody did anything. We actually wanted to have a nice meal, but this is really not nice, we felt like air. Never go back there, and I'll tell my friends not to go either.

Once and never again. The knife for the pizza was much too blunt, and I've never had a pizza that thin before. The pizza was huge, but, as I said, very thin, so the plate was far too small for it. Truly disappointing.

We visited L'Osteria Bremen for the first time today – and it was a truly special visit. A big thank you to Isa, our waiter! He was super attentive, incredibly warm, funny, and, above all, incredibly child-friendly. My son smiled every time Isa came to our table – that really says it all. You can tell that Isa puts her heart and soul into her job. You don't meet people like that very often. We felt really comfortable as a family and will definitely come back – especially when Isa is there 😊 Thank you for your wonderful attitude, Isa! Disgusting service, poor organization, and zero atmosphere We had reserved a table for 6 people and specifically requested two bottles of water when making the reservation, but they weren't ready upon arrival. The waiter then took 15-20 minutes to take our orders. No friendly welcome, no response, no sense of service. What followed was a complete disgrace: We waited over an hour for our food. When we asked, we were told the whole-wheat linguine would take 20 minutes to cook. An explanation that simply doesn't hold water, especially since several large groups arrived after us and were served before us. After the long wait, the server suddenly brought us a few pizzas, clearly stating that they were meant for another table, but that we were "given priority" so we could finally get something. This kind of improvisation is not only unprofessional, but also shows how poorly organized the place is. Since the waiter couldn't or wouldn't give us any information, we finally went to the kitchen ourselves to ask about the last meal. There, we were treated rudely. No apology, no understanding, just defensiveness and unfriendliness. The pizzas were only half-eaten when the pasta we ordered finally arrived. So, about 15 minutes later. A shared meal was therefore completely out of the question. The atmosphere was also far too loud; you almost had to shout at each other to communicate at the table. The waitresses showed zero initiative throughout our entire experience. We had to ask for everything ourselves, be it drinks, information, or any form of attention at all. Conclusion: Disorganized, loud, unfriendly, and completely overwhelmed by what they wanted to offer. This experience ruined our entire day. Such conditions have no place in the restaurant industry, and people with no sense of service have no place in this profession. Never again L'Osteria

Truly Italian food. Everything tastes amazing and fresh. I'm always impressed and happy to drive an hour just to eat here. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the prices are perfectly reasonable.

It was supposed to be a lovely evening as we thought we would be treated to some lovely Italian food for our wedding anniversary. But we were wrong. We made a special reservation online for today. 7pm was planned, but the time slot was from 7pm to 8:30pm. When we arrived shortly before 7pm, we stood at the entrance and waited for a while until someone came. Then we were told to park at the bar until a table became free. There was no question as to whether we wanted a drink. We were then shown a table in the conservatory. The table was around 80cm in diameter and wobbly because the floor in the conservatory was paved with uneven pavement. It took a while before anyone took our order. Then nothing for a long time. After about 15 minutes the drinks arrived. We ordered bruschetta as an appetizer (which turned out to be a tomato mush), a pasta dish and a pizza for the main course, as well as a small side salad (which was carelessly slapped into a small bowl). A long time later, I asked the waiter if we would like the bruschetta as an appetizer. The reply was, "Yes, I'll get it right away." In total, we waited 50 minutes for our food. When we asked if we could perhaps at least have the small side salad, we were told, "It comes with the meal." The pizza concept isn't convincing. You get a paper base (which surprised me), but it was self-explanatory. The pizza is so stretched and thin that it hangs over the plate. This makes the dough hard (and I don't mean "deliciously crispy"), and because the liquid soaks the crust, the crust ends up flopping around on the table. The pepperoni, complete with stalk, was carelessly thrown on top. Everything was very watery, as if they had used a frozen product. Flavor was nonexistent. There was no trace of the garlic I had specially ordered. When I asked, I was told it was garlic oil (which I couldn't taste). Conclusion: It was a disappointment. With a wait of 50 minutes, 1.5 hours is too short. We won't go there again, as neither the taste nor the quality were convincing. The slogan: "Welcome to your L'Osteria! We'll spoil you with the best pizza, Pasta d'Amore," should be reconsidered. Because there was no such thing as pampering here. The evening was therefore very disappointing.

We were there for 30 minutes and no waiters came even though they saw us; they just didn't comment.

We recently went there for dinner with eight people. It was a Saturday around 3 p.m. Unfortunately, the kitchen was apparently too busy, so we had to wait over an hour for the food. Furthermore, the pasta arrived cold. You could tell from the sauce that it had been sitting for a while, and they must have been waiting for the pizzas. It would be better to bring them separately rather than all at once and then cold. The service was nice, of course, but probably just a chore. It wasn't a pleasant experience for any of us, and we sat together.

On June 22, 2025, I was there around 2:00 PM and had the Gnocchi Gambaretti and the Insalata Quinoa Avocado, and what can I say... simply heavenly, fresh, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. A quick, friendly table assignment and a young waitress who truly shone... attentive, warm, and professional. The food and drinks arrived in record time, and payment went like clockwork with a receipt, just what you'd want. A thousand thanks and best regards, SunnySonic

Tasty food, we ordered 3 types of Pizza, chicken bbq, Caesar pizza and calabrese, calabrese is very spicy ( I love it ), bbq chicken is also a bit spicy. The atmosphere is very good and quiet. Nice staff. If you register in their app, you will receive a free espresso!

We've been to this restaurant several times. The value for money is excellent, the service is very good, and the terrace is a pleasant place to sit.

I would have loved to eat at L'Osteria with six people. Unfortunately, we were only offered a time slot from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on a Tuesday. It's a shame you're only allowed to spend so little time there. We will never reserve a table there again.

We wanted to go out to eat as usual, but unfortunately the waitress greeted us rudely and was very, very rude to us. All the tables were free. She didn't want to give us a table, and when we wanted to order, she said, "As an exception, I'll take your order." She has a ponytail and dark hair with unkempt long nails. Watch your food. She was very hectic and snatched the menu out of my hand. Definitely not recommended! Change your staff, then we'll be back ☺️

At less than 50% capacity, such a long wait is an absolute no-go. On top of that, the food was lukewarm. Drinks we ordered again (at the counter because no one else was there) weren't brought. This meant that we had to go back to the counter to pay and find staff. That's not how you encourage a guest to come back. Not us, anyway.

I'm a bit torn. I agree with everyone else. The pizzas are delicious. That's probably because they have a good base. What bothers me personally is the ratio of pizza to desired toppings. Yes, on the website they look exactly like what you get, but 3 wafer-thin slices of eggplant on one half (Parmigiana) and 3 slices of mozzarella on the other (Caprese) at 45cm is somehow unsatisfying. It feels like you're just getting a large pizza. A small deduction for the risotto too. They use a bit too much oil, but otherwise it's tasty and the amount is appropriate. The Losteria drinks, such as pomegranate/acai, are also very good. So overall, it's worth a visit, but the pizza concept isn't my thing.

I wanted to go to this restaurant with my daughter for lunch today. Although there were plenty of free seats outside, we were not allowed to sit on our own. Instead, we had to immediately decide whether we wanted to sit inside or outside – with the explanation that moving inside would not be possible if the weather changed. We then decided to sit inside. We waited there for about 15 minutes in the entrance area – without being greeted or acknowledged at all. During this time, the staff walked past us several times without acknowledging or speaking to us. The way my daughter was treated was particularly disappointing: When she politely asked three times if she could have a small sweet (Haribo), she was simply ignored – no glance, no answer, no reaction. Even when she addressed the server directly, she received no response. The way we were initially addressed outside – unfriendly and with the warning that we couldn't just sit there – was also uninviting. Overall, the staff's behavior was not only rude but unacceptable when dealing with children. It's clear to us: children are clearly not welcome here. It's a shame – we actually just wanted to eat pizza together. Instead, we left. This experience left a very negative impression on us.
