This was definitely our last visit there. We're usually L'Osteria fans, but this was truly a disaster. After taking our order, our waitress consistently ignored us. The food took almost an hour. No one even asked if we wanted another drink. Not to mention that waiting around with a toddler is a no-go anyway. Someone else brought the food, and someone else also paid for it. When ordering, I mentioned the Dolce Vita free drink promotion, but I was charged for the drink. I had my loyalty card scanned when ordering, but points weren't credited. The atmosphere was loud and uncomfortable, with a cafeteria feel. There are much better restaurants in the chain.

We had the best server, Silvia. The food was, as expected, delicious.

We go there often and regularly, especially when our dear Szilvi has to work. She's always on the ball, sweet, patient, and fulfills almost all our requests, even when we sometimes want to make a reservation very spontaneously. The wait is worth it 😉 She's what makes this place special for us ❤️

A Sunday visit results in a slightly longer wait for food. It's nice that you can easily dine with a group. The tables are a bit too high for shorter adults. Otherwise, everything tasted delicious, and no one had any complaints.

We had to wait a long time for someone to come and take our order. Then we waited exactly 45 minutes for a half-warm pizza. The staff was friendly, but seemingly overwhelmed.

Actually, yes... but today we were disappointed for the first time. We waited 20 minutes at the entrance, only to be told inside that we would have to wait another 30 minutes to place an order and then another 45 minutes for the food. With all the love for L'Osteria, that's too long, especially with a child. It's a shame there wasn't another solution.

Overall, we were very satisfied, as the food was absolutely delicious. The service was truly excellent; I especially want to highlight our employee Natalia; she was very accommodating!

We spontaneously decided to have dinner at L'Osteria on Saturday evening. There were no appointments available online, so we asked on site and immediately got a table for three. It was packed, and the warning about the long wait for food didn't scare us. We were served immediately. Our waiter, Ardil, provided us with drinks beforehand and took our food orders. Ardil kept asking if anything was left, whether everything was okay, and so the time until the food arrived felt like it passed more quickly. Ardil was completely in control of everything in his area: nice, friendly, approachable, and helpful... even an additional takeaway pizza we ordered was ready right on time for payment. It was a good decision to stop by and ask for a table. The food was delicious, everyone was full, and our waiter, Ardil, took care of all his guests despite the packed restaurant and the occasional stress. THANK YOU ARDIL *****

We spontaneously went to Losteria on Saturday evening. We were told at the entrance that the wait for food would be at least an hour because it was so busy. We didn't care; we waited. I'd especially like to highlight the service: Our waitress, Johanna, was simply fantastic. She was attentive, warm, and always there with a smile, without being intrusive. You could immediately tell that she truly cares about her guests. Johanna made our evening even more enjoyable with her friendly manner – thank you so much for that! We visited L'Osteria in the Ruhrpark on a Sunday evening and were completely satisfied. The pizza was incredibly delicious, really large, and absolutely excellent value for money. The calzone was also delicious and more than adequate in terms of size. The interior ambiance is modern and cozy, and the seating is comfortable and inviting. I would particularly like to highlight the service: The staff were friendly, attentive, and their cheerful demeanor created a pleasant atmosphere. The only minor drawback: we had to wait a bit longer for our food. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant visit – we'd love to come back!

I think tipping waiters should be abolished here, because the waiters who served us did a terrible job and still expected a tip. Two out of four of us also had stomach problems after our meals. It's a shame, because we used to come here often.

I visited the restaurant today with two companions for lunch. We were generally satisfied with the food, only the bruschetta didn't meet our expectations. Since the restaurant was very busy, we didn't bring it up until the food was being cleared away. However, we felt the waiter's response was not very customer-oriented: He explained that any concessions—for example, a drink—would have been possible only if we had reported it directly upon serving. The fact that the dish was sitting untouched on the plate at that time was not taken into account. When we asked what the difference was between immediate and delayed feedback, we received only evasive and unprofessional answers. We would like to emphasize that we appreciate the quality of the food and otherwise enjoy visiting the restaurant. This incident was all the more disappointing, as we expect a respectful and solution-oriented approach to feedback.

Delivery was over an hour late. They tried to inquire on the phone, but all they said was, "You have to call Lieferando." Rude and incompetent service.

We were here on a Sunday lunchtime, and it was also a flea market. We didn't have to wait for a table; there were still quite a few seats available. The service was very friendly and prompt. The food was also good, especially the huge calzone. The only downside, however, is the noise level inside. The noise level is already high due to the structure, but turning the music up so loud is unnecessary.

We arrived at L'Osteria in the Ruhrpark around 5:30 p.m. It was very busy, and we waited outside at first – perfectly fine. However, it took forever to get seated. Although several tables were visibly free (and remained free even later), the lady who assigned us seats repeatedly put us off. Only after clearly indicating this did she finally show us a table. Her demeanor was unfortunately very unfriendly and seemed indifferent. The actual server at our table, on the other hand, was very nice and brought our drinks quickly. However, we waited an extremely long time for the food. Guests who arrived after us had already finished their appetizers and main courses and left again, while we were still waiting for our food. Asking questions didn't help much either. When the food finally arrived, it tasted really good – there's nothing wrong with that. But the combination of unfriendly seating, incomprehensible table allocation, and the very long wait massively spoiled the overall impression. Conclusion: Delicious food, but unfortunately poor service. Hence only 2 stars.
