L'Osteria Baden-Baden in Baden-Baden

Very tasty food. Good price-performance ratio. Very friendly staff. We have already tried different locations. Cozy rooms. Baden-Baden and Hamburg Alster are particularly beautiful.

Very loud background noise, stressful waitresses, pizza arrived even though the starter hadn't been eaten yet. So pizza cold. Service says pizza will be ordered as soon as the starter is out. So of course, get the table free again as quickly as possible. Tip: Order the main course only after you have eaten the starter. Artichokes and olives were missing from the antipasti plate.. a no go for 25 euros.. Reaction of the service person, oh sorry. That's it. Pizza very, very large, which I'm sure many people like, but this makes the pizza very thin and soggy in the middle. We won't come anymore.

With proper timing and cash, you'll get your food eventually! In any case, we have never experienced anything like this before. It took about 20 minutes until we got a seat and then again until we did have placed an order. The food was OK. Payment was only possible in cash!

Pizzas 36cm. Size isn't everything, salt was missing.

The pizzas on offer are too big; it would be better to point out the possibility of getting smaller pizzas.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 1.5 hours for the food. Aperitifs were distributed around us due to the long waiting time. We didn't get anything. That would have been appropriate for us, but we are probably not well known enough to the waiter. We had a nice occasion to go out to dinner, but unfortunately our mood deteriorated as we waited. The food was fine, but unfortunately we didn't feel well.

The pizza was very good and the portion was quite large. Unfortunately the service was poor. My dish only came after I was asked again by the waiter what I would like to eat. The rest of the group had already finished eating by then. Our starter never came. One of our group ordered pasta, which was served cold and with burnt pine nuts without the burata that was ordered. However, the staff was very friendly and understanding, only the manager of the restaurant seemed to spread a bad mood and stress among the employees. The ambience is nice in itself, but unfortunately exhaust fumes keep blowing over from the nearby underground car park. The other guests were also smoking excessively. I would recommend not eating on site but ordering take away.

We were there spontaneously when we noticed that L'Osteria also had a branch in Baden Baden. The price-performance ratio was very good. The house lemonade was less fruity and tasty than other locations. The “boss” on our evening, who also assigned the tables, should in future give the same attention and appreciation to all guests instead of just individual ones.

sorry, but the very tasty pizza is definitely too big for the plates. If there were a wooden board like tarte flambée, they would be easier to cut. We had someone on duty whose first day it was. And I thank her because she did it smoothly and correctly and obviously with a basic smile. You'll be happy to come back there.

Yes, definitely, all the pizzas were very tasty, the service was very friendly and attentive, the music was perhaps a bit too loud and the pizzas didn't come at the same time, but that wasn't within reason.

We were there with two children and two adults. The seating in the "cellar"—which isn't meant negatively—was just right for us and our kids. The pizzas and salads were truly delicious, and the option to share the pizzas (half topping A, half topping B) is really sensible given the size. The service was first-class. Very attentive and friendly despite the restaurant being fully booked. Reservations, especially on weekends, are recommended.

The food was very good, the table arrangement wasn't really our thing as you could hear the conversation from the next guest at full volume. The next table was occupied by barking dogs. Dogs 🐕 simply don't belong in restaurants. My opinion. It used to be like that, and it should be reintroduced 😊👍

Have probably been here 6-7 times since it opened Pizza great, huge and delicious. The Insalata Mista is great, I just have to figure out the dressing. Service very friendly. You can also get a table without a reservation, but that's not always a guarantee.

Incredibly lame. The pizza was certainly huge but it was absolutely disgusting, for Italians, the pizza dough will give you a heart attack. I had the pizza of the day, since it was in German I didn't really understand and I ended up with a pizza with chives?? Ok??? It wasn't good, too many chives. In addition, the waitress was not very friendly, I asked for a Coke in a BOTTLE because I had seen that the others were served in glass and I wanted to drink from a bottle what and the waitress brought me a glass of Coke and a bottle of water?? It wasn't even Coke, it was Pepsi (served in a special glass)... The pizza maker is Albanian and I had to wait 10 minutes and even got up to get the bill because the waitress didn't come, despite that there is a good setting and the toilets are worth the detour.

We had a really nice, delicious time at L'osteria Baden-Baden! Highly recommended! Maybe just a small suggestion: darkening the windows a little or using blinds would be a little more pleasant in strong sun, but otherwise everything is great!

I particularly liked the combination of the tender mozzarella and the aromatic tomato sauce. The selection of different pizzas leaves nothing to be desired and every dish is a real taste experience. In addition to the excellent food, the atmosphere in the restaurant is also a highlight. The cozy yet lively furnishings create an inviting atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. Unfortunately I was kicked out of the festival hall parking lot because there was an event there. We then walked to the Wagner parking garage to park and about 10 minutes to the restaurant. We were assigned a place there. The people next to us were super pissed off, but we don't know why. The food came after a while, was really good and everyone here is super nice. I can definitely recommend it :) FYI: had reserved, can get very crowded. And pay attention to whether there is an event in the festival hall :D
