Losheim in Losheim am See

We had the lasagna and the baked schnitzel with cream sauce and fries. Both dishes were delicious, especially the lasagna. The cream sauce was a bit too watery for me. The schnitzel was well pounded and fried. The service was very warm and attentive.

We liked this rather unassuming restaurant on the outskirts of Losheim. It also has a shady outdoor area. Business was moderate on a Friday afternoon. The Indian chef serves here. We found the service prompt and friendly. The Indian food we ordered, including chicken curry, was very tasty and impressed us. The prices are very reasonable. The espresso met our high standards and is highly recommended. All in all, a good experience. We will be back.

A sentence with an x: That was nothing! We gave the restaurant a second chance a week ago, after unfortunately having a very bad experience with the food the first time...and were once again so incredibly disappointed. The Indian dishes have absolutely nothing to do with truly good traditional taste; it's completely different. We're used to something different in that regard, as we regularly go out for Indian food or takeout. First, when we ordered, they said it would take 45 minutes, and then it arrived after 100 minutes. The food: absolutely no oomph, no seasoning (even though I ordered spicy because my dish didn't include it). I started adding my spices, like salt!, cumin, coriander, and chili, to get some flavor. And, last but not least: the portions were far too small; we weren't satisfied. All in all, very disappointing, and therefore never again.

Very tasty meal! The menu is surprising, including: pizzas, pasta, meat and fish dishes, but also Indian. My pizza was tasty and my friend's curry madras was nicely spiced! Friendly service. Definitely good for an affordable meal!

What a shame my former restaurant sells burgers

I once gave it 5 stars, normally only 4.5. The food is good, but nothing exceptional. The service is very courteous and nice, and tries very hard to do everything right. Today the quality was definitely better than yesterday.
