First, the positives. The ingredients are very good. Unfortunately, the service was overwhelmed and unqualified. My pasta, which cost €26, tasted of absolutely nothing and couldn't be salvaged with salt or pepper. The beef was overcooked, and the portion was outrageously small for the price. Normally, I wouldn't have said anything, but I simply refused to pay such a high price for something inedible. Admittedly, I hesitated to speak up because I was too afraid. Which turned out to be justified. I informed the waitress, and she disappeared with my plate. Instead of anyone coming to ask if I wanted something else, how it could be improved, or what was wrong, the woman returned with the bill. Only when I refused to pay did the owner, who was also the chef, come to me. But not to resolve the situation; rather, to try and intimidate me. He argued back and forth with me. When he realized that wasn't working, he threw me out of the store. I have to say, I've never experienced such unprofessionalism before, and I was completely overwhelmed by the situation.

Excellent food and very friendly staff, almost like family. Like Bella Italia 🇮🇹 large selection of high-quality wines and coffee.

I've been a regular customer for many years and I love the weekly menu and the food. The service is professional, and the atmosphere is authentically Italian. All in all, a lovely restaurant where freshly cooked dishes are made with Italian ingredients.

That was borderline. It's supposed to be spaghetti carbonara. The aluminum tray isn't even half full. Weird, hard pieces of ham... And kind of foamy. I'm not eating that. Ordered via WOLT on October 18, 2025, for €15.99

My absolute lions. As a German potato, I can't complain one bit. The food is amazing, the wine was a fantastic recommendation, and the espresso tastes amazing and comes in pre-warmed cups.

I've been there twice for lunch. It was really good: fresh salad, delicious pasta, great bread, everything very appetizing. The service was attentive and friendly. I'd be happy to go back anytime.

I ordered a Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella and artichokes online. The shop is a two-minute walk from me, so there's not much room for error during delivery. What I got was the biggest insult to a pizza I've ever seen. Is that a joke? Wolt at least refunded my money, but that's totally unacceptable. The topping was everywhere except the pizza, including the base, because the sauce was so soupy that the box was soaked and dripping out.

Unfortunately, a total disappointment. The taste was truly abysmal. Terribly seasoned. Far too many thick, colorful peppercorns. No fish or ham in the dishes. Spinach didn't seem fresh. The bread was dry. It couldn't really be worse. Sorry, but it really couldn't be worse. Ate tagliatelle in a fish and crab cream sauce and baked tortellini. We would never want to eat either of them again.

The woman behind the counter is not particularly friendly.

Lo sfizio is a true insider tip among delicatessens! The quality of the products is outstanding, and you can immediately tell that great attention to detail goes into making them. If you're looking for first-class delicatessen products and a great lunch, Lo sfizio is the perfect place! Highly recommended!

You walk in and immediately feel like you're in Italy, or more specifically, in Sicily. The atmosphere is simply fantastic. You can shop here or enjoy a leisurely meal, indulge in the deli meats and cheeses, or browse the shelves for Italian delicacies. The service is super friendly, and the food is exceptionally delicious and traditional.

I always walked past this shop and have always heard good things from friends. However, I unfortunately discovered that even though the volume on a Friday morning wasn't the highest, I was simply ignored for 20 minutes. Maybe it was my southern appearance, as four blonde and blue-eyed people who came after me were served quickly. And even at the table next to me. In any case, I will not be coming back and will not recommend this store.

Italian food shop and daily bar. Ambience more of the former. Extensive day menu. Mainly pasta. Good, honest cuisine, nothing fancy. The price-performance ratio in the day menu didn't seem quite balanced to me. In the normal menu, more so. Friendly, family service.

Luckily we and my wife chose this Italian restaurant. We ordered pizza. Super tasty, not too thick and very juicy. Very nice staff and a great atmosphere. Good price-performance ratio. This won't be the last time for us.

Insider tip in the middle of Cologne! Spacious Italian specialty shop with authentic cuisine. Tastes super delicious and makes you happy. The portions are generous and it's quick. In addition, you always get delicious bread with spread at no extra charge. And you can also go shopping for pasta, wine, sweets or the new Bialetti.

This is a restaurant that combines supermarkets with meals. The pasta tastes very good. The tomato sauce is very mild and not sour or tasteless. The portions are also very large and the price is very affordable. Highly recommended!

09/24/2024 Went to Cologne today; I needed the Sfizio ambience and the wonderful food. Sentirmi a casa, that's it. As always, delicious food, simple but high quality ingredients prepared with skill are the secret, I believe. The staff couldn't be more magical, we felt coccolate... Grazie - a una prossima!

An Italian in the middle of Germany, good food, both pizzas and pasta, everything good and on point, the owner very attentive and friendly and the place very cozy, it doesn't have air conditioning for these hot days but I guess they don't need it for most of the year, about €15-€18 per person dish and drink

We were there for lunch and it was delicious. The food was ready incredibly quickly and the service was also great!

A little bit of Italy in Cologne

A specialty store with a restaurant? A restaurant with a specialty shop? However, even after the change of operator, the menu has remained the same, as has the quality of the food. Always delicious, always fresh and with a frequently changing daily or weekly menu. Always worth a visit. The only thing I find quite ambitious is the pricing of the specialties in the store. Five stars.

The waiter was super helpful! For us, the kitchen stayed open longer and we were allowed to stay longer than the regular opening hours. Super hospitable & polite! Service 10 out of 10

Delicious authentic Italian food! Good wines, delicacies and oils can be purchased locally. Unfortunately they're not open that long... Otherwise I would come here for dinner much more often.

It's like a canteen, the service staff is a bit confused and the food is very oily and salty.

Very tasty food, served very quickly. There is a large daily menu that also includes lesser-known dishes. Deduction for the ambience, because it's not as "pretty" as a typical Italian restaurant. You can buy typical Italian products directly on site.

Excellent Italian cuisine and a shop with fine Italian specialties. In any case you should reserve a table.

"Italiaanse trattoria" Winkel en trattoria . Zitplaatsen zijn erg basic. Het dagmenu is uitgebreid. Leuke keuzes vis, vlees, pasta of pizza. De pasta die we kregen was groot en smaakvol, eerlijke producten. Ook de vis en gegrilde groenten aan de andere kant van de tafel was erg lekker. We namen een stuk lekkere taart om te eindigen. Alleen de kwaliteit van de Prosecco die ze serveren kan worden verbeterd (voldoende keuze in de winkel) eten hier is een Zeer leuke ervaring .

Kurz bevor Ihr schließt bzw „umwandelt“, komme ich endlich in den Genuss Eures köstlichen Mittagessens! Habe die deliziöse Fischsuppe gewählt. Schmeckt definitiv nach mehr&Meer!! Inkl Mini Tintenfisch, Miesmuschel, Lachs, Garnelen, 1 Langustine… Dazu frisches Brot und Tomaten-Olivenaufstrich - das alles für 10€! Den Rest meines Budgets nutze ich jetzt noch für einen kleinen Einkauf in Eurem Gourmet Lebensmittel Sortiment… Aktuell ist das Geschirr ja sogar um 50% reduziert, aber ich brauche nichts… Bin gespannt auf Euer Bistro!!

Frisch zubereitet Speisen sehr lecker, Toller Schinken und Aufschnitt kann direkt im Laden kaufen. Freundliche Bedienung und auf meine Lebensmittelallergien wird immer bei den Speisen geachtet, manchmal wird es dann ein wenig abgeändert.

Mischung aus italienischen Supermarkt und Restaurant alles sehr frisch das ungesalzen sizilianische Brot ist sehr lecker Heute war das Essen leider nicht so gut meine Frau wollte Iris einpacken lassen und gegebenenfalls nochmals zu Hause war machen. Wann hat uns für die Alufolie zum mitnehmen mit 0,50 € berechnet….

Ein tolles Ristorante mit typischer italienischer Atmosphäre. Eine tolle Auswahl an Pizza und Pasta. Eine abwechslungsreiche Tageskarte. Die Hausweine sind sehr zu empfehlen. Leckere Desserts und ein origineller italienische Espresso. Nette Bedienung. Natürlich soll erwähnt werden, daß man an der Theke leckere italienische Produkte kaufen kann. Mortadella, Parmaschinken, Pikante Salami aus Kalabrien, Wildschweinsalami... und vieles mehr...

Wie in Italien. Ladenlokal und Restaurant in einem Bereich. Sehr leckere Gerichte. Von der Antipasti bis zur Dolce. Freundlicher Service. Man kann alles kaufen. Vom Wein, Aufschnitt., Pasta, und Soßen.. Leider wohl im Moment nur bis 18:00 geöffnet. Küche bis 17:00.

Ein Restaurant in einem Laden oder ein Laden in einem Restaurant? Sehr saubere Einrichtung. Die Küche ist offen und man kann frische Zutaten oder verpackte Delikatessen kaufen, während man auf sein bestelltes Essen wartet, super effizient 😉 Das Essen ist sehr hochwertige, man schmeckt die frischen Zutaten,und das Personal ist aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Bis 17.00 Uhr kann man essen, der Laden macht um 18.00 Uhr zu. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Prava mala Italija, od kafe, pasti, začina...sve u jednom lokalu. Suhomesnati proizvodi, kuvaju paste, prave pizze. Stvarno dobar kafe, restoran i prodavnica na jednom mestu!

Super leckere Nudeln, sie gehen auch gerne auf Wünsche ein. Ich hatte Tagitelle Amatriciana obwohl sie gar nicht auf der Karte stehen.

Eine (echte) italienische Mamma kümmerte sich um uns (meine Frau und mich). In einer ungewöhnlichen Mischung aus heimischer Küche und Speiseraum bekamen wir unseren frischen Salat mit Pecorino Käse, den Espresso (in heißen Espresso Tassen) und die Rechnung angenehm zügig. Die Preise sind o.k. Es war leise genug, um sich normal zu unterhalten. Die offenen Schränke und Regale waren geschmückt mit lauter italienischen Spezialitäten (Olivenöl, Wein...) in dekorativer Verpackung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kamen aus München und waren sehr, sehr zufrieden! Essen sehr lecker, die Portionen, vorsichtig ausgedrückt, ziemlich reichlich. Das alles, rundete das wirklich zuvorkommende und freundliche Personal ab. Auf jeden Fall unsere Empfehlung!

Shop and trattoria Seating is very basic Day menu is elaborate. Nice choices fish, meat, pasta or pizza The pasta we got was big and tasteful, honest products and cooking. Also the fish and grilled vegetables on the other site of the table was found to be very good. We took a piece of torta to end. Only the quality of the Prosecco they serve can be improved (enough choice in the shop) And had a nice experience overall.

Very good pizza. Above average but I would like some FRESH BASIL LEAVES 🌱 on the Margherita 😜. The place looks very good inside. A nice place to be. The staff is friendly. The service was ultra quick. Will come back here! I recommend.

Von Außen nicht so erkennbar, aber eine Perle als Restaurant. Tolles Ambiente, super Küche, faire Preise und man kann vom Sandwich bis zu feiner Küche, sowie Lebensmitteln alles dort bekommen. Ebenso guter Cappuccino oder Espresso aus dem Siebträger. Für mich ein Geheimtipp und ganz klare Empfehlung! Mein Lieblingsessen ist hier Spaghetti Carbonara.

Wenn man mal wieder morgens von der Deutschen Bahn ein wenig mehr Wartezeit geschenkt bekommt und diese Zeit für eine kurze Flucht nach Italien nutzen will ist man hier genau richtig. Espresso am Tresen, kein Hipster-Gedöns, einfach guter Kaffee. Das hat seinen Preis, aber einen günstigeren Kurzurlaub gibt es nicht. Danke!

Sehr nettes zentrales Lokal. Spannende Kombi aus Laden, Delikatessen Verkauf und unkompliziertem Essen. Abends geschlossen! Preis Leistung fair, große Portionen, Tageskarte mit 13 Gerichten. Sehr guter Cappuccino.

Leider ist das Personal und vor allem der Besitzer absolut genervt und unfreundlich gewesen. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und dachten es war ein Ausrutscher beim letzen Mal. Aber das ist nicht der Fall. Wenn man mit Kinderwagen kommt ist die Unfreundlichkeit vorprogrammiert. Kinder werden absolut als Störfaktor gesehen. Mitarbeiter sehr ungeduldig. Schade aber hier sollte man nicht hingehen, wenn man gemütlich und nett Mittagessen will…

Echte italienische Produkte, leider lieblos zubereitet. Die Cannelloni schwammen in fett - an den Frutti di Mare, schlechter Qualität war zusätzlich Gefrierbrand. Zurückgehen lassen, anschließend wurde mürrisch der Vollpreis berechnet ohne Ersatz. Schade ums Produkt.

Von außen schlicht und innen ein Juwel! Leckere italienische Gerichte, die bisher nie enttäuscht haben. Außerdem ist es ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen mit allerlei Köstlichkeiten, die es zu entdecken gilt. Der Service war immer sehr zuvorkommend.

Sehr schöner Laden, tolles Essen. Im Prinzip ein schlichtes Ambiente, dafür das Essen mit 1A Zutaten. Immer wieder eine Freude dort einzukehren…wie ein kleiner Italienurlaub im Stadtgemenge :)

Ich war jetzt verschiedentlich mittags dort. Bei allen Besuchen wurde das digitale Impfzertifikat oberflächlich angesehen; in keinem Fall wurde der Ausweis dazu verlangt. Auf einen entsprechenden Hinweis wurde gesagt "ich sähe seriös aus". Gut gemeint ist hier katastrophal gemacht! Der Laden ist voll; das Angebot hat für jeden etwas. Die Speisen kommen fix. Leider ist die Pasta regelmäßig zu weich. Bitte geht mal zum "Ludari"- dort ist wenigstens die Textur der Pasta spitze. Die Varianten der Pasta sind ansprechend; die Saucen schmackhaft. Wegen des Corona-Themas leider mangelhaft, denn, Leute, das ist kein Spaß und die Bude ist dann schneller geschlossen als euch lieb sein kann.
