Food without more good atmosphere and good service

We needed a take away for 5 people on the last night of our holiday in Berlin. Little Italy was a great find. The staff were friendly and polite and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. We ordered pastas and pizza and every meal was tasty and well packaged to take away. Would highly recommend the Arrabiata and Pizzas.

Calm, relaxed place to enjoy a good couple of different plates. Some german, some italian plates, all with a decent flavour and visual.

The food has nothing to do with Italian. I do not recommend it even to desperate tourists.

The food and the service is great. Their bitter lemon is great for you who wants to drink something fresh but not sweet. You can also ask them for charging station in case you ran out of battery.

we went with a group and ordered pizzas. it was very delicious fast and fresh, we had an amazing server who was very kind. definitely recommend!

So hospitality is definitely very important here, very attentive, Staff was friendly. Location is also tip top. You can't complain about that. While eating, well. Maybe we just chose the wrong food out of almost 150 options. Sometimes less is more, like Tip. From currywurst to schnitzel, we also found pasta and pizza. Our goal was not to finish after the first two forkfuls. The atmosphere is a bit overloaded and the toilets need to be renovated.

Pizza is disgusting, it's not pizza. Thin dough, disgusting cheese. The only advantage is speed, but that explains a lot. Give a wide berth

Attention, scammers! We ordered 2 pizzas (01.11.2024) for delivery via Uber Eats, we chose by rating and delivery time, which was indicated as 30 minutes. After an hour of waiting, we called the restaurant, where they told us that the courier would arrive in 7-8 minutes. After 10 minutes, we went outside to wait for the courier, after 15 minutes we called the restaurant again, where they rudely answered us, "I told you that the courier would arrive in 7-8 minutes, wait." After another 20 minutes, the order status was updated in the Uber app - the order was delivered, but we were also standing outside and no one was there. We called the restaurant for the 3rd time, where they brazenly began to lie to us, "The courier arrived, but no one answered the call and no one met him." This was beyond decency. Uber eventually returned our money, but we were left hungry. Avoid this place, terrible attitude towards the customer.

Sadly not a restaurant that I would recommend to anyone, I had the Spaghetti Carbonara which were extremely oily and had egg flocks in it, after half of the portion I was already full because of the oil which filled the bottom of the plate, a disaster for a price around 13-14€ To our main dishes we ordered two drinks and garlic bread, I specifically ordered a small glass and said it two times to be sure the waiter understood it. I got a big glass instead and he rushed away before I could say anything else. Besides that, the garlic bread was a disappointment, we got just three pieces of a very cheap white bread with some garlic butter on it and in the middle of the enormous plate were old looking decorations of a pepperoni, salad and carrot which looked like kitchen waste, an absolute no go for the price of 5-6€ Definitely not worth a second visit

This is not Italy. And not little Italy. It is tasteless and uncomfortable.

The waiter tried to get us off with poor mental arithmetic. Since the operating device was "broken" that day, he unfortunately couldn't give us a receipt listing the amount to be paid, but instead gave us a wildly chosen amount that supposedly had to be paid. When we complained, he gave us his waiter's pad with pen and asked us for a detailed preliminary calculation, which my colleague was able to provide to his "satisfaction" despite these primitive tools. Despite distraction from the service staff (“I’m sorry, broken device, broken device”), our partner still managed to get our rightful money back. Unfortunately, this fraud attempt came to nothing.

Nice restaurant near the Brandenburg Gate. There were four of us there. A reservation was not necessary even though it was well attended. We didn't have to wait long for our food. The taste was OK and so were the prices.

Well, it's one of those typical tourist restaurants not far from the Brandenburg Gate and the Holocaust Memorial and has as much to do with Italy as the Eiffel Tower has with Rome. Nevertheless, people are extremely hospitable, even though none of the employees seem to have any Italian roots. The furnishings are rather arbitrary and the pom-pom decorations on the tables should be disposed of as quickly as possible. The menu is very extensive and actually has some Italian components to offer. The prices for the food are just about reasonable, the drinks are relatively expensive (beer 0.5 = 6 euros). The food was surprisingly good. The house-style pasta with chicken and a gorgonzola-spinach-garlic sauce is extremely delicious. The pizzas were also okay. The small attention of the house like an amaretto or cappuccino was missing in the end. What the heck - most tourists don't come back anyway. And people... urgently renovate and clean the men's toilet!

Unfortunately absolutely nothing to do with Italy. On the menu there are burgers and appetizers that have nothing to do with an Italian restaurant. Unfortunately the taste wasn't good either. Not a nice atmosphere. Only the waiter was very nice and accommodating.

Nice little Italian Restaurant near Brandenburg Gate and the British Embassy in Berlin. Food good. Usual pizza, pasta etc..

Ordered a pizza, which we are convinced is a frozen pizza. In addition, we had to pay more money than stated on the menu and the owner was pushy about tipping. Not recommended

There were two of us at dinner, the starter of broccoli soup and salad were fine. Pizza "Frutti di Mare" cost €20, supposedly the large version, but it was mini and comparable to one from the ALDI range. It was not crispy, poorly seasoned and tasted bland. It was also unusually round, like it came from a baking pan (pre-made). The plate had 2 chipped spots. The vegetarian pasta dish is more suitable for a retirement home and for dementia patients without teeth. It was soft-boiled, hardly seasoned (a uniform taste), and the serving suggestion could be improved. Spoon had to be ordered separately. The parmesan was only brought after repeated requests, but it tasted old and sour. So the remaining taste was gone. When I asked the waiter to taste it, he immediately reached in with his bare fingers and took out a piece. For this quality, the price was by no means appropriate and the food there was forgettable. So be careful with this place!!! The positive reviews and ratings for this restaurant are therefore incomprehensible to me.

We were here for lunch. The staff was very attentive, although a little slower. Which isn't a bad thing. The food is really amazing 🤯! It's incredibly delicious. As if you were in Italy. Very happy again!

Absolutely the worst! Got 2 wrong orders, changed one but still had to pay for the changed bill. Never go there again.

Food is good, but 5 euros for one glass of Coke is definitely a robbery! Better options in the neighbourhood.

Terrible food—dirty and disgusting. I found a fly in my food, and the owner was very rude about it, as if it were expected to see a fly inside it. The Italian guy also behaved so badly, like he was drunk. He also tried to extort us, but when he saw we wanted to call the police, he quickly changed the bill.

I chose this restaurant because I was in the mood for Italian food. The waiter added extra drinks to our order without our consent. When I brought it up, he insisted that it was what we ordered. Additionally, I ordered a hot drink before the meal, and it was not served at the right temperature. Furthermore, an unexpected tip of 12 euros was added to the bill, which I had to remove myself. Unbelievable! 120€ for 3 people. They didn't even give me the receipt.

Mediocre food. Male waitress with bad jokes and was too close. Didn't get a receipt specifically for the food and drink. He added extra glasses of wine and made us pay more for the wine than what was on the menu. Do not recommend coming here.

The pizza was bad - far from autentic, and the waiter tryed to food us and put extra 10 euros on a bill. Coke was watered down. Eould avoid as tou have many other better options near by

Pasta Pesto was tooo good! Tagliatelle with Hamm was just ordinary.

Everyone was very nice and very friendly. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had, highly recommend the garlic bread and the pizza with four types of cheese. It’s definitely my favorite Italian restaurant in Germany.

It's ok, but carbonara was nothing special and lasagna had no seasoning at all to our standards. We also had a problem of one of the people in our group having bad (and dangerous) allergies to paprika, communicating this to the waiter (that assured us the potatoes had no paprika), and they came with paprika.

The pizza was very bad and in the end they added too much to the bill...

That wasn't a good experience. Drinks were forgotten, there was an egg on the pizza, as well as an eggshell, and when it was pointed out that an ingredient wasn't on the pizza as described, it was discussed, 'I don't have to eat it, it's just a typo'. Insight = not available. Very arrogant. The ambience is quite nice, but some of the furnishings are already getting old. I will avoid the restaurant in the future.

Everything but Italy! Frozen pizzas, burnt burgers and watery pastas! I do not recommend.

Simply delicious. The place is cozy and the owner is very very nice. Greet each and every diner in multiple languages. The pizza, delicious, one of the best I've ever had. We don't rule out returning in a few days to try the spicy pizza.

WARNING - this is a tourist trap and they will try to scam you!! Here is my story from back in May: After receiving our food, we kept asking for the bill as we were in a rush. The waiting staff kept saying they would bring it, time and time again, to the point where we were very frustrated since we were going to miss our next plan! It took 25 minute to finally get the bill. They decided the fact we were in a rush to rip us off - they added on 2 extra beers (€13) to our bill without us realising, and since we were in a big rush to pay, we didn't realise till after we had left. Really awful to be taking advantage of tourists in this way, and places like this need to be investigated by the local authorities. I hope it gets shut down! Just avoid yourself the pain and do not go here Also, to the Google admin who took the original review down - I have attached our receipt as evidence. We had just one beer in our group, yet we're charged for three. People need to know that they will be scammed here.

Their service was very bad. Food comes very late. It is not suitable to go with children.

Not only the food is tasty but the service is super and the staff are very nice. The atmosphere and the Italian music all made the experience literally a little Italy :))

Give a wide berth. The pizza is absolutely disgusting. It makes me want to puke when I remember the taste. Even if you are very hungry, endure and keep going. Don't make the same mistake I did. I have no idea where any good reviews on this account come from, but don't believe them. Giuseppe's pizza from Żabka is a delicacy. The name Little Italy is an insult to all Italians and their culture.
