Little GREEK Tavern in Offenbach am Main

I had a bifteki and a beer there in the outdoor area. The service was fast and friendly, and tables could be placed side by side. The food – I found the bifteki to be very hot, and there was no alternative to the fries (like rice), but I found the coleslaw very tasty and clever. Card payments are not accepted for less than €25.

Great place for friends. Would happily stay again and recommend to others.

Last time I went there I got some gift in my food, 2 hairs. Other than that food is tasty ,service is alright.

Very good food. The souvlaki is one of the best, the gyros is delicious, the calamari is soft and fried in clean oil. It's close to perfect food. RECOMMENDED with my eyes closed.

The red-haired blue eyes waitress/cashier isn't nice to talk to, She gives you a piercing look, I know she might be busy but she could have been nicer, The food taste good but it's a bit overpriced in my opinion, If you can only speak English then the atmosphere gets worse, This restaurant has potential but it needs to be better.

It's chaotic. Cologne residents are loud, hectic, and things get a little hectic while you're trying to eat... The main course arrived 50 minutes later than the starter. The Chortra salad was from the refrigerator and must have been stored with olives, as it smelled of olives. Bad experience. As a Greek, I can't recommend this restaurant, sorry.

Very tasty Greek food – we had a small gyro plate and lamb chops, both fresh and well-seasoned. The service was friendly and attentive. The only minor drawback: the table was a bit wobbly. Overall, though, a very pleasant visit – we'd be happy to come back!

Unfortunately, it wasn't a proper Greek restaurant. The food was okay, but not really Greek. There were no real Greek dishes. The gyro was more like doner meat, the bread basket was flatbread with dried herbs, and there were no Greek sauces (like Metaxa sauce, for example). However, many dishes included tzatziki, and what was on offer was delicious. The service was very good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But most importantly, everything was very reasonably priced. So it's definitely worth it.

It has become my favorite restaurant in Offenbach, at least once a week in the last year, mostly Saturday-Sunday, just enjoying a lot of Greece, people, food and atmosphere on site.

The first girl that took our order was very polite, then the second that came was rudeness personified. She said to a person in our group in Turkish 'don't worry about what she will do to you, she will ask' there was no reason for her to speak like that to a customer and then throw what we asked her on the table, we are a group we are among ourselves we spoke as we want, doesn't she have such a right and since she also speaks the language of man, racism?

We used to be able to eat delicious gyros pita here - apparently those days are over.

Very good, small, Greek restaurant. Delicious, authentic dishes, friendly service and a fair price/performance ratio. We were served very well and would love to come back. Another thing worth mentioning is the central location in the immediate vicinity of the S-Bahn and Wilhelmsplatz. Photos will follow

Cozy restaurant with great service and really tasty food. Service was quick, the starter platter was large enough for three and the main course was sufficient so we didn't need dessert. The price-performance ratio was very good. We'd love to come back.

Small but very pleasant restaurant that lives up to its name. The freshly tapped Mythos beer and the food were very tasty, my mix platter with various meat dishes was really good. It's a shame that there was no ouzo on the house at the beginning or end, that would have made the evening perfect. Only cash payment possible, but there is a bank directly opposite.

First time trying and not sure what to order. I chose a Mix platter. The meat is grilled very tender and served with yogurt sauce. The aroma of meat is mixed with the aroma of milk. very nice.

Food is quite okay. However, the service is more than disastrous, and I have given it a chance often enough. Unfortunately for me it's definitely just an emergency solution, as the best Greek ever hasn't been in Offenbach for a few years and there are otherwise a lack of clever alternatives. Too bad...

Leider heute negative Erfahrung gemacht: Essen gut wie immer, aber die Bedienung (Kleine mit schwarzen Haaren und dickem Hintern) war sowohl unfreundlich als auch inkompetent (20 Minuten mit leerem Teller und Glas da gesessen, Bedienung machte keine Anstalten zu fragen, ob ich noch etwas möchte. Bei der Bezahlung hat sie trotz €4,50 Trinkgeld auf €27,50 Rechnung dann auch noch áuf Griechisch in ihren "Bart" gemurmelt. So schnell sehr ihr mich nicht wieder!

A big thumbs up to the kids for the shop that every year gets better and better and I can say that it is no different from shops in Serres where of course they have the first place in the steakhouses. We are lucky to have something similar here....

I love coming here often because everything is right! You have the feeling you are sitting in a tavern in Greece and enjoying the music and delicious food in the background. The ingredients are always fresh and everything tastes wonderful. Price-performance ratio is right. The service was super accommodating and fast! The food always comes quickly! In my opinion there is nothing to complain about here! A visit here is always worth it

The pita, the Greek salad, the souvlaki and, especially, the tzatziki - everything was 5 stars great genuine Greek cuisine

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier, zu Mittag gegessen, das Essen und die Getränke wurden sehr schnell serviert, servicepersonal ist sehr nett und hat unsere Wünsche beachtet. Wir werden diesen Restaurant bestimmt nochmal besuchen und berichten.

Kleines griechisches Bistro-Restaurant in der Offenbacher Innenstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe der S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Marktplatz", gegenüber der großen Sparkassenfiliale. Traditionelle griechische Gerichte (Gyros, Souvlaki, etc) zu günstigen Preisen, insbesondere der Mix Grill hat ein tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (€ 15,50), aber auch der Gyrosteller ist eine reichliche Portion (wahlweise mit Reis oder Pommes, Kraut- oder grünem Salat). Gemütlicher Außenbereich in der Fußgängerzone, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Wenn viel los ist kann es zu Verzögerungen kommen. Man kann auch Gerichte zur Abholung im Lokal vorbestellen. Habe jetzt schon 4x innerhalb relativ kurzer Zeit dort gegessen, nur die griechische Bratwurst als Teller fand ich etwas enttäuschend, was die Portion angeht. Ansonsten alles prima, frisch und lecker. Empfehlung!

I have lived in Greece twice and consider my taste to be above average (but certainly not top end) and this restaurant had some of the most authentic Greek food I’ve had outside of Greece. Gyro tasted perfect and a great Greek salad with stellar feta cheese. Saganaki I would not order; too much bread and wrong kind of Greek cheese. Service was accommodating but not super nice. Highly recommend still!

Nettes kleines griechisches Bistro, das vor allem mit seinem Außenbereich gegenüber der Sparkasse auftrumpfen kann. Dort sitzt man bei gutem Wetter sehr gemütlich, auch geschützt gegen Regen. Die "Little Greek Tavern" serviert rustikales, bodenständiges griechisches Essen zu moderaten Preisen. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet, deshalb kann es schon mal dauern (mein Mix Grill etwa 25 Minuten, obwohl wenig los war), Auch die Anrichteweise ist bodenständig: Viel Essen auf vollen Tellern. Die Kellnerinnen waren flott unterwegs und auch sehr freundlich, das gefiel mir gut. Wie bei meinem Stammgriechen in Offenbach (das Mykonos in der Domstraße) lautet das Motto: Keine Experimente, und viel Fleisch! Die Bierpreise sind sehr zu loben. Allemal eine Empfehlung wert, zumal bei sonnigem Wetter.

Wir haben uns während unseres Besuchs gefühlt wie im Urlaub am Mittelmeer 🌞 in lebhafter Atmosphäre mit vielen griechischen Familien. Die Taverne hat super freundliches Personal, leckere Spezialitäten vom Grill und zum Schluß noch einen originalen griechischen Mokka. Ευχαριστώ

Die Taverne ist sehr zentral in Offenbach gelegen. Das Essen ist wirklich gut und die Bedienung freundlich.

Super Ambiente. Man kann draußen sehr gut sitzen. Griechisches Bier gibt es auch.

Touri-Falle,ewig gewartet bis man bestellen könnte, nachdem man sich selber die Karte besorgt hatte. Besteck fehlt, dreckiges nachgereicht. Geschmacklich war das Essen bestenfalls neutral, Gewürze wären schön gewesen. Trockenes Baguette wurde gereicht, kein Öl oder irgendwas dazu - kann man machen, braucht man aber auch nicht. Alles in allem gibt es direkt daneben deutlich besseres Essen.

In mitten der Innenstadt ruhig in einer Fußgängerzone trifft man hier auf eine grischische Oase der Gemütlichkeit. Zu fären Preisen wird hier alles sehr freundlich und schnell serviert was der Gaumen sich wünscht. Unfassbar 👍

Der Kellner wollte meine Bestellung von einem Kaffee nicht annehmen weil er meinte keine Zeit zuhaben weil er anscheinend alleine war was nicht der Fall war. Hab selten so ein Service gesehen.

Επισκεφτήκαμε το εστιατόριο με δυο φίλους για βραδινό γευμα ! Το φαγητό ήταν σχετικά καλό αλλά τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο και δεν ξέρω αν υπάρχει λόγος να το ξανά επισκεφτούμε ! !

Seh gutes Gyros im Pita-Brot serviert wie in Griechenland. Sehr gute Vorspeisen (Meze) und super nettes Personal. Was der absolute Knaller ist, das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Wenn ich nicht 30 km weit weg wohnen würde, wäre ich hier jeden Tag.

Haben schon zum 2 mal dort bestellt und ich muss sagen "es war klasse". Als Vorspeise hatte ich die Gauros Tiganitos (gebratene Sardellen), die waren wirklich top. Nur bisschen Zitrone und mehr braucht man nicht. Danach gab es die Mix Platte und die war ebenfalls super. Sehr gerne wieder. PS. Wir ließen uns das Essen wegen der jetzigen Situation liefern.
