A culinary experience in a class of its own! From the moment we entered the restaurant until we left, everything was just perfect. The welcome was warm and professional, the atmosphere pleasant and inviting. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service: attentive, friendly and always with a smile. The steaks were cooked to perfection – juicy, tender and full of flavor. You can immediately tell that high-quality ingredients are used here and prepared with passion. The side dishes and sauces were also excellently balanced and perfectly complemented the taste experience. Overall, it was a thoroughly successful evening that we would like to repeat at any time. Kudos to the entire team – you’re doing a great job! Absolute recommendation for everyone who values excellent service and outstanding quality.

TOP SERVICE!! GREAT FOOD!!! PROUD PRICES!!!! It wasn't the first time that I was drawn to this famous steakhouse. As with the other visits, you immediately felt very comfortable in the cozy atmosphere. The very attentive service staff was able to answer all questions comprehensively and helped with the decision-making process. My choice was the BBQ tartar and the ash-aged beef. The presentation and taste of the dishes were, as on the first visits, fantastic. Every cent is well spent here. Fans of a good piece of beef are in good hands here.

We found this place by accident but we were secretly craving steak. I rate this place 8 of 10 from steaks I have tasted in 69 countries. David is amazing he knows how to serve correctly, he is friendly and super professional. The quality of the food is really good. Highly recommend it in a totall breath of fresh air. The female servant should not be customer facing. If you visit Hannover, this is a must go, you won't regret it, especially the housemade bread and butter is 5 star ⭐

We had a very, very nice evening at 800 Grad. Simon really took excellent care of us, his advice on menu selection and drinks was great. Starters were well coordinated, very tasty, especially the beef tartare was a highlight. Main course: both side dishes and the meat 10/10. Carrots and spinach on point and the meat a poem. The crowning finale: the digestif cart with many interesting and delicious magnum bottles. Thumbs up for location, food & team.

As a steak lover, I was really looking forward to visiting this restaurant, but was unfortunately disappointed and therefore only gave it 3 out of 5 stars for the food, service and ambience. The interior is very nice and you sit comfortably. Unfortunately, the noise level is extremely high and it is difficult to have a conversation. This may be easier in a larger group, but it is a challenge with two or four people. When it comes to food, the restaurant doesn't live up to its expectations. At this price point, I expect a steak to be cooked the way it was ordered. If something goes wrong - that can always happen in a steakhouse - it shouldn't be discussed. We ordered medium and medium rare and received well done and medium well. In the latter case, a discussion was necessary first, although it was clear (only the core was medium) that the customer's wishes were not being met. I would also have liked to be able to change the size of the cuts on the map. Unfortunately this is not possible. The side dishes are okay, which is to be expected given the prices (each side dish has to be paid extra). The service is friendly and attentive, but the stress cannot be overlooked. The situation was always unpleasant when the neighboring table was served. In this case, the service staff's butt was "on" our table every time. Unfortunately, with a bill of over 250 euros for two people, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all for me. Of course, this is just my subjective opinion.

Unfortunately, we had to deal with the rather arrogant service employee on our evening. When asked for a wine recommendation, he simply handed us the very extensive wine list. During dessert and our American guest asked us whether there were any other desserts, he replied bluntly with the counter question of how many desserts we needed. A little note: In the USA it is quite common for there to be other so-called specials of the day that are not on the menu.

The restaurant has an industrial look with dimmed lights. The staff is very attentive and polite. You get appropriate recommendations for the respective dishes. You immediately notice that you are sitting in a more upscale restaurant. The food was great and to the point. You get very tasty and high quality food. Can be recommended to everyone. das 800 special ist sehr zu empfehlen. beilagen durchschnittlich, am besten nur sauerteigbrot dazu nehmen. freundlicher empfang und platzierung mit garderobenannahme. aber nicht alles stimmig. Wein wird vom service mit Weinbeschreibung (sehr allgemeine adjektive) eingeschenkt. auf nachfrage zum alkoholgehalt muss der service nochmals die flasche holen und das etikett studieren. wein trotzdem vorzüglich.20.15 männl. servicekraft poliert besteck im einsehbaren garderobenbereich vor der automatiktür zur küche. die geht ständig auf und zu und der küchengeruch verteuilt sich im restaurant. die selbe kraft geht mit einem abflusspömpel wie eine trophäe vor sich hertragend durch das ganze lokal. ein zweiter besuch erübrigt sich für uns.

The two of us were there last night and overall we had mixed impressions. On the plus side, the meat, BBQ sauce and bread were all really good. Unfortunately, there were also some negative points: the "steakhouse fries" were more reminiscent of potato wedges, the red cabbage kimchi was unconvincing, and both the butter and the aperitif left a lot to be desired. For just under €200 on the bill, the price-performance ratio was not justified in our opinion. The fries were particularly disappointing - good fries are so easy, but unfortunately it didn't work out here. We also found the dessert selection rather unsuitable - a cheese plate or sticky rice are not for everyone. I wouldn't come back.

Very good food! Perfect steak. The side dishes were also great, nice and hot and strong in taste. The greetings from the kitchen, bread with butter and chocolates on the house rounded this off. The service staff tried to sell something too often for our taste and at the moments when we could have asked for drinks or the bill, she wasn't there. Nevertheless, the service staff was very professional and humane. The restaurant was also a little too warm and a tad too loud.

A great place for carnivores but also for wine enthusiasts and amateurs who want to be guided. The very wide and sophisticated selection of wines, perfectly thought out according to the dishes offered. Very great wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Spain... but also other lesser known wines, with several price ranges. Sommelier Fabris has great knowledge, a fine palate and very smiling, elegant service. Today we were at Lindenblatt 800° for the first time. Of course, I adjusted my expectations based on the prices. To put it bluntly, all expectations were met. The ambience was suitable for an upscale steakhouse. It was very cozy, rustic modern furnished. The menu leaves nothing to be desired for fans of a good steak! The meat was perfectly on point. As a recommendation, DO NOT order any sauces with your steak. The meat is only seasoned with salt so that the flavor comes through perfectly. We also had four different side dishes, mostly vegetables, which were also cooked to exactly the right point. The service was excellent. We had a bottle of Primitivo with our meal, which was always refilled at exactly the right time. Despite the service being present, it wasn't intrusive! I would also like to mention the homemade natural sourdough bread. This was served warm with homemade herb butter, a dream. The two of us paid over €200. The food and service were worth every penny and I was happy to tip over 10%. Anything else would have been unfair and stingy. So if you want to treat yourself to something really good... But tipping is also part of it! Thanks to the Lindenblatt 800° team and see you next time.

I'm rarely in Hanover, but most of the time it's worth going into the city just to eat at Lindenblatt 800° and have a nice evening. The steaks from the cupboard are a highlight every time - whether tomahawk or rump steak, the quality is first-class and the meat is always perfectly prepared. The service is friendly and attentive, and the price-performance ratio is just right. For me the best steak shop far and wide. Clear recommendation!

Visit on September 28th, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. with 2 people Short summary of the experiences: 2x rump steak 300g ordered medium rare with side dishes Both steaks were delivered Well Done!!! But the waiter's reaction can happen: memorized stories about the origin of the meat and an instruction that the condition only has to be like that in the middle of the meat and we wouldn't know this... of course cut in the middle in his presence and well done there too.... A new delivery was then offered. So far so good if you want to add the pepper sauce as water. This was also noted. The new delivery took place 30 minutes later. Apart from the fact that the sauce was still water... there were now two significantly smaller pieces of meat which were completely covered in fat and tendons. Great payback from the kitchen with leftover pieces... You've now managed to get it done, but the meat wasn't edible!! Not even the “great” knives could fix it… When the restaurant manager asked whether everything was perfect, we reiterated our criticism. Btw: the neighboring table also confirmed this to us on site… The reaction: Don't say anything and just walk away and ignore the customer from now on... No apology, no compensation, not even the coats were fetched... Sorry guys! Mistakes can happen in the kitchen but the amateurish, unprofessional communication you do in the restaurant is 0.0 customer friendly!! And word will get around like that! Maybe you're better off with a different type of customer, but if you know anything about food and communication, you might want to think twice.

My husband and my son were there on Wednesday September 25th. around 7.30 p.m. there for the first time and for the last time. We wanted to eat here but since our son (9 years old) is unfortunately not allowed to eat everything due to his illness and we took his food with us so that as parents we don't have to miss out on something to eat outside and this restaurant suited us Waitress with blonde hair thrown out. I politely tried to explain to her that my child unfortunately can't eat everything due to his illness, but the two of us would like to try something there. We were thrown out with the statement that my son should finish his food outside first. As a mother and as a person, I find this behavior horrible and, to be honest, I have never experienced such humiliation in my life and how my son felt afterwards and I had to explain to him that just because he is sick has the same value as anything other child yes. Outrageous, just outrageous and I hope that this ends up in the newspaper because a shop like this should be closed. Well around the corner we found a child-friendly restaurant where we happily paid €120, ate and drank deliciously and our son felt comfortable

I had the pleasure of dining at Lindenblatt 800 and it was a fantastic experience. The rump steak I tried was simply delicious – perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The ambience of the restaurant is extremely elegant and tastefully decorated, which made the stay even more pleasant. The service was outstanding: very friendly, professional and attentive. I would particularly like to emphasize the excellent price-performance ratio. The quality of the food and the service are absolutely justified and appropriate. I'm looking forward to coming back here soon and trying out more dishes. Overall, I can highly recommend the restaurant. A must for every steak lover!

We wanted to eat a delicious steak and visited the restaurant without making a reservation in advance. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to a table. Shortly afterwards a friendly waitress came and asked us if she could bring us something to drink. We then ordered some steak dishes and some side dishes. When everything arrived at the table, we were very pleasantly surprised at how our dishes were arranged and how the waiter explained everything to us in detail. Top! The steaks were all very tasty and you won't find such high quality again so quickly. The price is high but reasonable for the quality, the ambience and the very good service. So far I've always had the bad luck that the Lindenblatt was closed when I visited Hanover. This Saturday it finally worked out that the restaurant was open and two days later I'm still thrilled to have finally stopped by there. On site you are really treated like a guest: friendly welcome, nice service, an interesting ambience and and and a highlight restaurant in the middle of Hanover! The meal, a rump steak with herb butter and pepper sauce, was probably the best piece of meat I have ever eaten: buttery, tender 300 grams of beef as a pure delight for the palate. Since Kobe beef will soon be offered here, I know that it won't be the last time I've been a guest at Lindenblatt.

The prices of meat and wine are no longer comprehensible! Inflation etc. Yes, I have, but that's really enormous... price/performance is no longer in balance. We spend our wedding anniversary here almost every year and have rarely been disappointed, the quality is top-notch, but the cuisine is inconsistent, the jus tasted bland the last few times. We missed a few things on our last visit, such as the gin cocktail selection and a little creativity etc. We really hope that this will come back. August 25th, 2023 We spend almost every wedding anniversary at 800 grad, this time it was a celebration for us too...the meat is simply the best around! ...however, we still miss the gin cocktails from a while ago and the "firecracker" dessert wine...indulging a little in nostalgia...but it was still a nice evening, thank you very much!

Stopped in spontaneously while traveling alone and wanted a decent steak. So clean and friendly welcome and well placed. Got the menu and wine list and ordered rump steak with “Happy” Froi Gras, a glass of red wine and water. Water came then the wine... first horror when the waiter had to open a new bottle because the last bit from the first wasn't enough and without smelling the cork or tasting it, he poured it on top of the previous one... well. There is a shortage of skilled workers everywhere, so what the heck. Steak came was good to the point…. but the foie gras (20€ extra) was unfortunately an adulterated something that certainly shouldn't be offered under the name foie gras. Dry, crumbly caustic unnatural color. The taste is too “wild” and intense... I have now googled it and found out that it is only called Happy Foie and that it is a mixture of agar agar, chicken stock, nitrite curing salt, duck liver, butter and coconut fat and is an ethically acceptable alternative should be added to conventional foie gras. DEFINITELY NOT! I don't know what it is either. There are also livers from animals that eat their own liver fat without being stuffed. This is an alternative! Now I've finished eating and expressed my criticism about the Froi Gras before paying. The waiter also took this off the bill - but that wasn't the aim of the exercise. Actually, I just wanted people to think about - training employees, labeling and informing customers. Well, maybe next time - at the crosscheck.

Terrific! On the same day we spontaneously got a table for 13 people and had a fantastic evening. Starting with the service, which was very warm in German and English, to the incredibly delicious food. The meat was the best I've ever eaten. So absolute recommendation!!

We had been looking forward to the visit for several months and were saving it for a special occasion. That totally paid off. It was immediately obvious that an upscale and modern ambience comes together here with the highest standards of hospitality and enjoyment. When entering the ring, the guest is greeted not only by an extremely picturesque cheese cart that could have been unrolled from a Wes Anderson film, but also by a charismatic host who knows how to direct the escort to the table and all the supposedly routine associated moves with a freshness and attentiveness, that you quickly and furtively try to check whether you have dressed up enough. I personally know the romantic gesture of the waiter's coat being taken away from Old Time Hollywood cinema. I'm very pleased that this is being revived here (all hospitality officials please take note: Don't neglect your coat rack, nothing is more degrading than a... eating an expensive dinner and having to sit on your jacket). And so the evening continued. The staff appears with character and competence, the menu exudes the traditional German steakhouse concept (fillet piece, baked potato, sauce) through the quality of the ingredients, the more unusual cuts and the pieces from the dry aged cabinet as well as the clever accents (please leave it alone nobody will miss the Yuzu Gremolata) new tango. The pieces of meat tend to be more marbling and have a higher fat content than in pretty much all off-the-shelf steakhouses, wonderfully melty and aromatic. Some other dishes also rely on beef fat as a flavor carrier, for example the wonderful lemon butter with bread and the final chocolate praline. Everything is a pleasure. I saw it as a statement to the courageous meat consumption that nothing leafy green gets lost on the menu and the choice is made between heavy or heavier (entrecote, for example 300 or 400g). We had the classic entrecote and a rump steak, and the small toasted bread fritter among the pieces was also nice, as it absorbed the juice so wonderfully and made for a tasty last bite. These are the little pirouettes that characterize the really big show. I was a bit disappointed when we ended up being charged for a side dish that we didn't order. I only noticed it afterwards, but I would probably have accepted it without any decency - but given the prices, it was a bit of a downer, after all, for the 6€ more I would have gotten two packages of the spaghetti, which I would use for the next three weeks (just kidding, the prices are of course absolutely appropriate for the total work of art). It certainly won't stop us from visiting again. Like many previous speakers, I give a very slight deduction in the ambience for the volume, which was a real dampener on the conversation and of course had an impact on the whole experience. Unfortunately, Füllstand simply couldn't think of a dessert, nor Wes' cheese cart, and we were financially well-spent at ~150€ for the two main courses with non-alcoholic drinks. I hope we normal people with average incomes can come back in the future, even if we order rather modestly :) Thanks to the whole team!

A top-class steak restaurant! In addition to á la carte, you can choose a cut from the fridge, which is then freshly prepared and served directly at the table. First of all: You have to buy the piece as a whole! With 700-1600 g it is therefore advisable to take a few people with you. The side dishes can then also be added as a flat rate per person. It's worth it! From bone marrow butter (cooler than it sounds), small potato dishes, vegetable variations, herb butter to grilled starters, you really get something on offer! The meat is a delight and melts perfectly on the palate. The service turns it into a real spectacle; You will also receive competent advice when choosing your wine and can try it in advance. The crowning glory was a praline made from, you guessed it, beef. Delicious! It should also be said that everything comes from animals and the shop works sustainably. Overall, a great concept where, as a self-confessed flexitarian, I only have to go on very special occasions because the experience lasts so long!

Mega! One of the best steaks I've ever eaten. Incredibly tender, perfectly cooked. The selection of dishes and types of meat is manageable and very well considered, including when it comes to the origin of the meat. Likewise the wine list. Beforehand there was a sophisticated amuse bouche, fantastic bread with homemade butter served in the marrow bone. The service was very professional and attentive, the waiting time for the food was hardly noticeable. Main course: Beef fillet and entrecôte, truffled KaPü and Café de Paris butter. I strongly advise against sauces etc. Enjoy the steak as it is served! The prices are reasonable but absolutely justified for the quality on offer. Unfortunately, the smallest deviations (e.g. the question for 100g more steak) cannot be implemented. The saddest moment of the evening was definitely when I ran out of steak. Such a nice thing... The dessert topped off the menu, it was art! I wish the Linienblatt 800 continued success.

Visited 3 times, each time a highlight. A steakhouse probably “The place to be” in Hanover. Top quality meat, the cuisine and service at the highest level. Drink selection, ambience... what can I say: you made me and my guests very happy. A few highlights: the Wagyu chocolates at the end of the evening, the Amuse-Gueule, which is personally brought to the table by the kitchen employee (maybe the trainee?!) (he really did a very good job). The bar manager's personal advice on drinks when we had questions... these are perhaps minor things, as the focus is on the very good food, but these "side effects" also make your visit something special. The only small drop... on our third visit we treated ourselves to the tomahawk. Really good!!! It's just that the meat cools down quite quickly on the wood and the taste changes as a result. Wouldn't it perhaps be better to at least use a very warm plate or maybe even some kind of chevie or warmer?! You can eat such a dish together with a certain amount of peace and time. That's why it was a shame in the end that the meat was completely cold and some of the taste was lost. But this does not detract from the overall impression. Nice to have you.

Wir haben uns riesig auf den Abend gefreut. Tatsächlich war es dann aber doch nicht so überragend wie erwartet. Wir saßen leider im Mittelgang und es kam uns vor, als wären wir auf dem Bahnhof. Das Personal rannte ständig an unserem Tisch hin und her um zur Küche zu kommen. Das war daher sehr unruhig. Und für so einen Abend erwartet man mehr Ruhe fürs Essen. Zudem war es sehr laut. An der Akustik muss noch gearbeitet werden. Das Essen war okay. Auch hier haben wir schon besser gegessen, da die Raffinesse fehlte. Das Tatar war sehr fein wie Hack. Ich persönlich mag es gröber etwas lieber. Zudem fehlt das besondere Etwas an allen Gerichten. Wie gesagt, es war lecker aber nicht so besonders.

Sehr gute Steaks und das Rindertatar ist immer phänomenal. Unbedingt die Vorspeise probieren und das Rib-Eye Bone-in. Rechnung 500€ für 3 Personen definitiv nicht der günstigste aber dafür eine gute Steak Qualität. Insgesamt 3kg Steak

Erstklassige Einrichtung der Location. Waren das erst und nicht das letzte mal hier Speisen! Das Servicepersonal ist sehr fleißig, schnell und aufmerksam, die Weinkarte extrem gut sortiert! Die Speisen wurden zeitnah ohne lange Wartezeit sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll zubereitet, allerdings wurden die Beilagen zum Beef etwas zeitverzögert serviert! Sicherlich ist es bei der MENGE an Gästen einfacher z.B. 300g zu servieren, ich hätte mir dennoch ein 600 g Entrecote im ganzen erwünscht, anstatt 2 * 300g. Was leider in diesem Fall nicht möglich war! Mit freundlichen gastronomischen Grüßen von der Hochzeitsmeisterei aus Neustadt am Rübenberge

In der Fußgängerzone gut erreichbar gelegen. Trotz Montag sehr gut besucht, Reservierung ist entsprechend wichtig. Sehr leckeres Essen, entsprechend dem Namen ist der Fokus auf gutes Fleisch ausgerichtet. Die Vor- und Nachspeisen haben mit der jeweiligen Erklärung des Kellners das Erlebnis um eine Stufe angehoben. Das Niveau spielt sich entsprechend im Preis auch nieder.

Wir waren zu 2t und ersten Mal hier. Und haben es nicht bereut. Wir aßen den Rinderfilet-"Klassiker". Einmal Dir deutsche Variante, einmal Du australische. Dazu Steakhouse- bzw. Süßkartoffel-Pommes, Just und Brot extra. Das Fleisch war wie gewünscht medium und schmeckte hervorragend. Sehr zart. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Auch Service und Getränke waren einwandfrei. Gerne wieder.

Best Fine Dining Experience in Hannover so far. The Food was on point. What I loved the most was being greeted personally by the Manager of the Restaurant and the EXCELLENT SKills and The most impeccable Services of Everyone in the Team. I loved it. Bei Steak bin ich sehr kritisch, da ich in Japan Wagyu gegessen habe. Es hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht so ein tolles Restaurant in Hannover zu finden. Wir haben uns das 800° Special bestellt. Das war seinen Preis wert. Der Service war freundlich und kompetent.

Von vorne bis hinten top. Der Laden ist gemütlich, der Service super nett und es wird nicht nur darauf geachtet, dass das Steak gut schmeckt. Selbst das kostenlose Brot mit Butter ist mega gut und auch die Beilagen und der Wein waren sehr gut. Das einzige was ich nicht gefühlt habe, ist das die Steaks auf einem Stück Brot kommen. So läuft der Saft ins Brot und nicht auf den Teller, aber ich zumindest ziehe mein Stück gerne nochmal durch den Saft und das Fett 🍷

Ladi's Kitchen does not exist at the point indicated on Google Maps. Instead there is an ice cream parlor here. We then found what we were looking for in Rewe (through the entrance, then left). Ladi's Kitchen was already closed around 7 p.m. To us it looked like just an antipasti stand and not bowls, but I'm not sure about that. In order not to mess up the average of the previous positive reviews, I give each one 5 stars. I wanted to mark the location as moved, but I only get an error message that the servers cannot be reached.

Nice staff, nice atmosphere. For a larger group, they have a separate room at the back with a TV and an exit to the backyard for smokers. Mega.

Ambience corresponds to a small shop with 2 tables. Clean and tidy. Kumpir is delicious. Service very friendly

It was fantastic again! The food is prepared in a modern way and tastes just as good as it is served on the plate. The wine is equally excellent and there is always the option to taste before ordering a bottle. Price/performance ratio is more than good. In addition, the restaurant is tastefully and elegantly furnished, the chairs are comfortable and the tables are finely set. The cocktail menu is stylish, although we haven't tried any yet. We'll do that next time.
