Very friendly and accommodating staff :) We've eaten here a few times, and the food has been delicious every time. Today, due to a personal emergency, we had to leave the restaurant immediately after ordering, and the food was quickly packed for us to go. One of the staff members also went out of their way to ensure we could take our fresh peppermint tea with us. Thank you so much!!

The drinks were much better than at a wine/cocktail bar we'd been to before. That was a good start. But the food is truly an absolute must-have! Truly interesting and unusual. I also really like the location; you sit outside in the greenery and enjoy the atmosphere of Leipziger Straße. I highly recommend it!

They serve really tasty Tibetan food here - definitely try their homemade zha jiang mian noodles. The portion was generous and filling. Although there is no lunch menu, the prices are still quite reasonable. For starters, we had cucumber salad and steamed MoMo. I found the salad a bit too light in taste, but the dumplings were decent - although personally I prefer Chinese or Japanese versions. Overall, the impressions are positive. I will definitely come here again!

Has a nice outdoor seating areas, Price is really reasonable THE BAD: None really...the waiter did make a small mistake with my Order. I ordered Soup + Small Salad, he only ordered the Soup, but not a big issue 😉 Oh, and their meals do not to include Chicken as an option. It's Beef, Pork, Prawn, Tofu - again, not an issue, it's still great food 👍 CONCLUSION: Definitely worth a visit 👍😎

Authentic Tibetan cuisine: The bistro offers a great selection of very tasty dishes. Both the steamed momos and the lumen with homemade noodles are fantastic. The dishes are available with pork, beef, a vegetarian option and some with lamb. We easily got a table for six and really enjoyed the friendly service and the delicious food.

Ate outside in the nicest weather. Very friendly service and there is still a lot on the menu to try out.

Attention: Vegetarians are being ripped off here. The main courses (e.g. noodle soup + Of course great for meat eaters, they are so subsidized by stupid vegetarians. Otherwise a simple restaurant with okay (some main courses) to good (starters) dishes. Overall, the visit turned me off and I'd rather go somewhere else.

Eating Baba for the first time was definitely positive. It's a good way to warm up and protect yourself from a possible cold. The food here is also very tasty. For a first date, this is a good option. My brother, trust me.

All the noodles and momo are homemade and delicious! The flavors were well-balanced. The portions were large. The service was quick and polite. There is a nice outdoor dining area, as well as a large indoor dining area.

We chose this Tibetan restaurant because of the reviews so it just goes to show that’s not always the best strategy. We were probably asking too much for a pepper-free noodle bowl but the owner assured me as such. The sauce was full of pepper and aside from tiny titbits of mushroom and capsicum the majority of the meal - more than 95% - remained uneaten. Also, you Need to allow 15 minutes if you ask for a glass of tap water - required to hose down the fire in my throat, as no one on staff knew how to provide a glass of water or just wanted us to buy a bottle ? My partner also complained about the small volume of food for the price Overall a really disappointing experience Hope this feedback helps the owner and the business improve deal with foreigner customer requests as language is often an Issue

We had reserved a table, when we arrived we reported and wanted a quiet table further away, which was refused to us, it was probably too far away from the chair where the waitress spent most of her time and was busy with her cell phone. The food we ordered was very tasty and, apart from the cucumber salad, looked very good and appealing. The taste of the cucumber salad was excellent, but it wasn't any fun to eat at all, the chunks of cucumber looked like someone had thrown 10 cucumbers on the table and then chopped them with a hatchet, there were pieces that barely fit in the mouth and then so small that there wasn't room for three forks, so you should think about getting a slicer or spiral cutter so that the salad looks as good as it tastes.

Authentic and simple Tibetan food, dumplings and noodles are okay. They are delicious without relying on oil or spicy food. The butter tea is delicious and strong, but the restaurant is not small for such a simple food. It is okay to sit at the door in summer.

We were there for dinner. We ordered a dish and a bottle of water. They didn't bring the cutlery just brought the bottle and left it there, the glasses were late. But the order was also wrong. The carrots they put in our food tasted like soap. When we tried to describe the problem, they scolded us. They said don't pay and leave. However, we were just trying to figure out why. They said they marinated the carrots with vinegar, but the taste was definitely not the sour-sweet flavor that vinegar imparts. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you want to be insulted by the service team

One of the worst restaurants with bad behavior towards guests. We had to stand and they walked past us and took each other's orders. We waited patiently and asked several times if there was room, but they didn't answer and left us standing at the door. We wouldn't recommend such a place to anyone.

The restaurant welcomes you outside with a beautiful outdoor area. But there is also enough space inside for larger groups. The order took a little longer due to the large group, but there was not one mistake. The food itself is excellent and very tasty. Gladly again.

Food is nice but one can only pay w GiroCard or in cash. So as a tourist one does have neither of both! That’s a shame. Also the prices went up almost 50%.

I've never been to Tibet, so I can't say how authentic the food is, but what's on offer here is delicious. Because the dumplings are always freshly prepared, it takes a while after ordering. But that's what you're told too.

Super nice service, quick and very patient. We were there in a large group and all the dishes came together. A large selection that makes it difficult to decide on your first visit. Mo Thuk , was my choice. Very fresh and the dumplings were delicious. The seasoning was unusual. Overall we had a lovely evening in a lovely atmosphere, recommended as it was very good and also something completely different.

A great restaurant. Various traditional Tibetan specialties and some other dishes. The selection of dishes is good. The quality, taste and quantity of the food are very good. The prices are a bit high, but probably still in the middle range for Frankfurt standards. Starters can be shared with several people. The butter tea is delicious - please offer it in larger portions :) A selection of optional side dishes such as rice or bread would be great. 4.8 stars

I was recently in the lhamo bistro restaurant and was absolutely organic make you feel better specially in winter. Go there and you will get something which you need in winter season. After all health is most precious at the moment. So your secret of winter health is there in lhamo bistro. Just go for your health rest come automatically... health is first so hot organic soup and so many hot and delicious food ....most importantly organic and homemade at it best ...

Must visit place for their momos. We tried the vegetarian momos. Their chilli sauce is simply out of the world we added a dash of soy sauce and it was yummy. We also tried the rice cake with red bean paste dessert and it was so yummy.
